I've got a new tsdz2B plus osf with a 860c display. I had the tsdz2 with an earlier version osf v1.1.0 which had 20 assist levels. I'm trying to fine-tune and customize the assist level settings of the new system. It's giving me too much power and eating up the battery. The old osf values were a single number, . O005 for lowest setting. On the new version, it has the ability to set power, torque, and cadence settings separately. I have a feeling that the old version had 0 as cadence setting.?? Does anyone know what the old version number represented? And how I can manipulate each value to get similar results? Thanks

I use TradingView on my iPad and everything works fine. However when I select charts I puts me on the chart nowhere near the price candles. I always have too find where the activity is. Not a big deal but if someone has a solution for this I would appreciate it.

Is this enough? Thinking of putting in in the living room/dining room area. It’s a 2 room+den apartment with 9’ ceiling, open kitchen, east facing. The living area is a contiguous open space with kitchen/dining/living room just under 400 sqft. To put a second unit in the bedroom would double the price. We’re in the Pacific Northwest so fairly mild temperature, compared to the rest of the planet.
I know a lot of this is personal preference but just looking for some outside opinions. We mostly hang out in the living area so figure it might be enough to have just a single unit and crack the bedroom door open with a fan on at night. Thoughts?

I'm appraising a New Construction home where the 'buyer is related to buyer's agent', as disclosed in sales contract. However the Seller and Buyer are not related and the property was on the open market for 8 months (exposed).
As well, two of the three comps I'm considering are from same Builder, I remember my past Supervisor saying Lenders don't like to see that. At the end of everything I have two sets (of 3) comps I could use, one with the comps from same builder, and one set without. Both more or less come out to same reconciled value at about 7-9k above contract price. The set with same builder are within .5 of a mile and the other set has one property 4 miles away but in similar (outside city limits) market.
Is this a true non-arms length? Is the 7-9k difference from contract indictive of a non-arms length adjustment that could be made? I feel that much of difference could occur any purchase appraisal these days.
Also this is a USDA Direct Program Appraisal

I understand you could still have died from somebody else, but given the fact you were not killed legitimately, it sucks to lose your gear to someone who has so little skills that he cannot play the game with the same assets as every other players.
At least the "Report" option upon being killed at the end of the raid is not useless. I'm happy for that

In my area, there's a Jeep Wrangler that's been built out as pretty solid overlander. It has a J30 pop-up top from Ursa Minor (the biggest attraction for me), Goose Gear plate system with 60% seat delete, AEV suspension and lift, plus a lot more items.
The owner says he has spent in excess of $100k on it. I went through the list of accessories and I think the sum of all the sticker prices (not incl. installation labour) is ~$30k. The Jeep is 10 years old with 140,000 kms on it. Comparable vehicles cost $22-24k right now. The owner is asking ~$50k.
I'm trying to evaluate what I should pay for this rig. Of course, if I was going to build a comparable rig, I would be paying a LOT. But I'd be paying that for a newer vehicle and new accessories. I suspect after a few years of me using it, this vehicle will have very little resale value. It's a JK, which is the old platform, and it's already 10 years old. Additionally, it can't really be used as a regular car, which limits potential buyers. This makes me want to take depreciation off the sticker price seriously.
I would appreciate everyone's input on what fair value for this vehicle would be.

2023.06.07 03:15 Numerous-Citron656 Did people stop learning to play the piano after keyboards came out with pre-recorded piano tracks? No. People should feel free to pursue art in the age of AI. A big reason why people like art at all is because we know humans made it. We feel connected to those humans and others who enjoy it too.
Understanding, appreciating, analyzing, and internalizing (or not internalizing) an artist's intention behind their art is a big point of art existing at all. (The other main reason is simply: our brains release pleasure chemicals in our brain when we create and consume certain art, depending on our experience and probably some genetics(?)). It's what separates the messy painting done by a kid and a messy painting done by Jackson Pollock. Art pieces that gain significance do things like: capture the feeling of a time or event; reject convention in unexpected ways but gain acceptance; sell for huge sums of money (not necessarily a good thing, but does bring a lot of attention to pieces that sell for big money). Because an AI can't 'intend' to do this in a way that we humans care about, there will always be a robust space for human-created art. Anything AI creates is, by definition, derivative. So is any human creation - but when it comes to humans, the great artists are the ones that know how and where to derive their inspiration. AI creations are pure derivation, void of intention. Once the novelty wears off, people will just lose interest in AI-created images because they will feel cheap. People don't rock out to Casio pre-recorded tracks (much). In the future, if I hang two beautiful pictures on the wall, and I tell someone that one is human created and one is AI created, they won't be able to the tell difference. But if I tell them which one is human created, most people will like that one more. That's my prediction, anyway, in this fabricated hypothetical.
