I received a letter from the passport department that they needed a different birth certificate.
I went to the county clerk's office today and received 2 birth certificates.
I am wondering if I do not get my passport in time- Would I be able to sail with a short form birth certificate? It's on their fancy paper and I can feel the seal that is on the paper. It has dimension.
Buy everything that I read shows yes- I can sail with a birth certificate but it doesn't state if it needs to be a short form or long form?

Throwaway for obvious reasons. About 8 months ago I enlisted into the army at 17. Not gonna get into details but at one point was going through a tough time and spoke to a doctor about bad thoughts I was having, and she asked if I wanted to speak to someone to which I said yes. I went to the community mental health services, talked with them and after they told me to come back in a week to see progress (until then I wasn’t allowed near to handle a weapon) to which in a week I came back and then they cleared me. I was not given any further appointments and was told I’m ok to continue training, never went back. Flash forward now, tomorrow is my 18th birthday and I’ve always had an interest in guns and was looking to buy one but I’m confused on the law! It says anyone that was committed to a mental institution is prohibited unless it was by a federal department and they deemed you to no longer suffer (as per ATF form 4473). I figured I would fit into that category but to be safe I called my local PD and they said that’s a federal issue and told me to call the ATF and the ATF said to Call the clinic I went to in the army and see if they deemed me mentally defective. Can anyone help me please! I’m in NH if it helps

Hello ladies! This is going to be a long one but I would EXTREMLY appreciate any advise or tips anyone has!
General: I am 26 years old, 5 11, and 280lbs and was diagnosed with PCOS from my new OBGYN (1 year ago) after BEGGING my previous one for five years. I never had a regular period and would go 7 months or longer without a period and when I would, I would bleed through supers in an hour or less... I had some of the physical symptoms of it already but was basically told I was fine and there is no need for any testing regardless of how my periods were alone. I was put on birthcontrol from the depo to mini pills. My best friend was diagnosed at 17 (she just had her first pregnancy ultra sound yesterday!!) and our symptoms were almost identical.
I have alot of insecurities about my appearance and no matter how much "self care" or "self acceptance" i have I always have that little voice in my head pointing them out. I have hair on my face that I have to shave almost twice a day to keep away. My hair is thin but is masked with my curly hair. But more so my WEIGHT.... I have never been a thin or even an acceptable weight my entire life....
Weight loss backstory: My self image hes never been a great one even since I was a kid. I grew up with SKINNY brothers and my mom and myself were on the heavy side. My mom always tried to drill in my brain "portion control" but she never explained it. She went as far as signing me up for weight watchers when I was about 11 or 12 and they denied me because I was so young... to say my weight has been hard is an understatement. I have tried keto, counting calories, even some very unhealthy "diets". I've gotten so desperate to lose weight that I even bought scam pills online to see if they would even work even though I knew they wouldnt...
What I've done: As I said above I tried the keto diet with my mom and I was STRICT to my diet. Some may say it was an unhealthy strict. I ran a mile on the treadmill every single day, I didn't even eat sauces that had carbs in them. Veggies, meats, and the approved fruits for it. I never drank anything other than water. I lost 20lbs in 2 years... thats less than a pound a month!😭 I then met my now fiance (who is amazing) and my diet kind of disappeared and now I'm the heaviest I've ever been... he has wanted to lose weight as well and we counted calories and ran alot as well but I noticed I was gaining weight and not losing any! My fiance has tried to help me come up with a weight loss plan but the research I have done does not match up with what we are trying to plan and it almost seems like if I'm not on the same plan as him its not the right way... he doesn't know a bunch about PCOS and womens health but tries to be as positive and supportive as possible!
Stress and all that jazz: I work for a high end appliance company in the parts department as a supervisor. It can be a very stressful environment at times but I like my job! Most of the time I don't stress over work but when it gets hectic I tend to over stress. We recently were told working from home is not an option which doesn't help but isn't the end of the world. My stress levels I feel have not been as high as they use to be and I have learned to calm down but everyone has stress! I know I should give myself time to relax but there is not enough time in a day. My schedule starts with me running to work, performing my numerous supervisor duties and tasks at work, to coming home to clean, make dinner, take care of my dogs (which are my spoiled children), laundry, and anything else and then off to bed. The only time I have to "relax" is on my lunch break.... how can anyone relax?
My end result goal: I want to be a healthier person who is in the best shape she has been in her entire life. I'm not looking to be RIPPED or anything but I would like to feel good... I want to at least give myself the possibility of maybe having children with my soon to be husband and I want to be able to run around and have the energy to be with my future kids in all their adventures. I don't want to feel like I'm that mom that sits while their kids are playing on the playground... I know weight loss is not the answer to fixing PCOS but I know its going to help. I'm really tired of being embarrassed of my weight and tired of the way I look...
Questions, HELP! How have you found the best way for you is to lose weight? (I know everyone is different) How do you maintain your stress? What can I do to not feel so defeated all the time? my (32m) wife (30f) got a job at the end of last year doing corrections at our small rural county jail. It was supposed to be a 3 or 4 day a week ( day shift l part time gig. Just something to make a little extra money and get her foot in the door ( she wants to join the sheriff's department ). The schedule worked well because my job has super crazy hours and our kids school schedule is a little weird.. I do traffic control and my hours are anywhere from 10-16 hours a day usually starting at 4AM. For most of our marriage she's been a SAHM and she was so awesome in it. Having 3 kids all under the age of 11 made her working difficult. So I was happy for her when she got a job that worked around that and something she seemed genuinely interested in. However, her job has become such an intrusion into our lives and I hate it. About 3 months ago they randomly stuck her on 12 night shifts working 3 or 4 days a week ( they'll even call her to work a day shift on her off days if someone calls off ). So she's working full time hours without the full time pay or benefits. And it's gotten to the point where I'm left doing nearly 100% of the household chores. I'm not mad about doing the chores. I'm peeved that she doesn't help with ANYTHING anymore. I've become Mr Mom on top of working 60 hours a week. I don't have an issue picking up the slack. But my wife has made her job her #1 and only priority and I resent her for it. So we got into a fight and I told her her job sucked and I'm tired of it being her #1 priority. She said I was an AH for trying to diminish her " career ". I told her that a job shouldn't take priority over family and that hers wasn't even necessary ( I make between 32.45 and 41.89 and hour plus OT for anything over 8, and all our benefits are through my job ).

After I’ve received two actual subscription boxes that I really never wanted and only subscribed to in order to get this box they told me “so sorry, it was too popular! Wont happen again. Has anyone had this experience and what did they do when you brought it to their attention that it never was sent out? I got into a car crash in January 2022 where I was not at fault. I called police, they cited the driver and retrieved insurance information. Well it turned out the insurance was falsified. It took me like a month of speaking with their insurance company just for them to tell me that it had conveniently expired the day before the accident. And since I only had liability insurance I was advised that I can only sue in civil court. I live in Clark County, Nevada. It has been 18 months or so since the incident. My car was valued at around $5000, but considering I also had to pay $7000 for a another car I possibly have a case for “large claims court”.
Either way I should’ve taken them to court, but considering I was a broke 22 year old who had his dog eat his cat and a friend die, I spiraled into madness and ended up in a hospital incapacitated of doing anything for a good year.
is 18 months too late? Time to move on? Or should I pursue. Please let me know, as this honestly still affects me to this day.

John’s girlfriend being the passenger, points out that one of them is walking over. John asks her to stay in the car, leaves the driver side, and walks around the back of the car to meet him. When Andre Blanco arrives, a fight initiated between them which all parties and witnesses perceive as a fist fight. The fight takes place close to the rear passenger side of John’s vehicle. Almost instantly. Andre Blanco is Knocked down and Francisco Gotay approaches John evades the punches and strikes Francisco Gotay with what all parties and witnesses perceive as fists. After being knocked down Andre Blanco swiftly recovers and attacks Petitioner from behind. John’s girlfriend exits the vehicle and enters the fight to help John, as Anthony Riollano and William Troy IIII approach. The couple hears someone yell ‘get her ‘ or get the girl.’ It’s around this time that one of them appears to get seriously injured and John concedes to starting to use his pocketknife, as Deanna Washington is grabbed by Anthony Riollano and tossed to the side ending her feeble attempts to ward them off. Next Riollano goes after John approaching John from behind, while he was confronted by at least one other of Riollano’s party, grabs John from the side by his shirt collar and strikes him on the head and neck several times. As members of his party feel they are unable to continue, Riollano, not knowing why the fight has stopped, but recognizing that it has, stops hitting John. Both Blanco and Gotay notice they are bleeding and don’t know why.
John gets up and the couple get in their car, and William Troy falls to the ground due to stab wounds. Andre Blanco and Francisco then realize they were stabbed. As the couple leaves the parking lot a truck, they believe to be occupied by one of their assailants try to run them off the road. Hanzel Holiday a valet from the club across the street, was not a witness to the incident, yet claim to have struck John’s vehicle twice in order to run the couple off the road, because his supervisor, Phillip Allen Westfall, the valet for Thee Doll House told him to stop their car. On third attempt Holiday notices John with a gun pointed in the direction of his attack, so he stops pursuit. William Troy died as a result of his stab wounds. John received multiple injuries six cuts. While John claims to have seen one of them swinging something shiny, which he perceived as a knife, and security for the club, Justin Idle, claims to have seen one of the men hitting John with what he believes may have been a key. All witnesses deny seeing John with a knife during the altercation. John, the only African American male in the fight, was also the only man arrested, and accused of a criminal act. Blanco, Gotay and Holiday each have multiple felony convictions, Troy had been convicted of battery on a law enforcement officer: and on the night of the incident Blanco was on probation. Preamble The Pilgrimage for this year took a new turn. The Pilgims who attended this year's event was unprecedented. So far, we recorded the highest number of Pilgrims. Also, people came from Rep Du Benin, Rep Du Togo, Cote d'Ivoire, Yoruba people from Gambia were in attendance. Also in attendance were Pilgrims from USA, Venezuela, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, etc. Those who could not attend physically sent their various Ifa messages on Ogunda Ose. Messages came from Brasil, Cuba, Argentina, Spain, Germany, Ecuardo, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbedos, Jamaica etc. It was truly a Pilgrimage and Festival of World dimension. It is completely beyond the shores of Yoruba land!!!
Health Right from the 20th of May when all Pilgrims converged at Ado Ekiti, our Medical teams were busy attending to the medical needs of the people, both Pilgrims and indigenes of the communities that we went to. The health of the people is one of our major priorities.
Transportation and Logistics: Because there were more Pilgrims who attended this year's Festival and Pilgrimage, there were more vehicles which conveyed the Pilgrims to the various Holy Sites. Everything went smoothly, all thanks to the Green Circle International and the Ekiti State Ministry of Arts and Culture. The Director of Arts and Culture deserves our special mention. His diligence made everyting stress free for us throughout the 9-day period.

Elders in 17 countries were present for the World Annual Ifa Consultation in Oke Igeti. Eleven countries physically gave messages on Oke Igeti while eight other countries sent their messages via internet and other social media.
The Odu that was revealed during consultation is Ogunda'See, Ogunda Ose. Ifa came with the IRE of cool prosperity for all devotees in the next 12 months and beyond.
For this reason, all Ifa and Orisa Temples need to feed Ifa with one white pigeon each. Each temple also needs to feed each Orisa in the Temple with one eku emo, brown rat. If there are 20 Orisa in a particular Temple, there is the need to procure 20 eku emo and give one to each Orisa in that Temple.

 | I got a traffic ticket (Minimum Speed, Impeding) in Garden Grove 33 days ago. I have been checking the Orange County Superior Court's website for the fine, but there is still no case associates with my ticket. I use the citation number (GGE0009****) located on the top right corner of the ticket for the search, and got a message that the citation number does not match Court records. I (27M lvl 3) am both autistic and physically disabled and my physical disability requires a lot of help. I live in the U.S. My Autism can also gravely endanger me via my physical disability (a connective tissue disorder). My doc has prescribed several mitigations (A safety bed, a medical car seat, and a tether) all of which is being either refused or I am being denied help with by my group home organization. I am fearing for my life and no one cares to help me. I have reported this multiple times to Adult protective services, Kansas Department of Aging and disability services hotline, my county district attorney’s office, kansas attorney general’s office, Kansas legal services, the county DDO, KBI, Kansas crime hotline, Kansas medicaid ombudsman, and kansas LTC ombudsman and local law enforcement. No one wants to help me. I am begging for help from any agency that will hear my cry for help.
I don’t know who to talk to; but, I am fearful for my life and I need help badly.
