Recently I’ve been on a trip with my friends and talked to a girl in a party who was in a connection with one of my friends and found out we work in the same office. We didn’t exchanged number that time. But after leaving the party, she asked for my number via one of my mutual friends.

I just went through quite a lengthy (several months) keyboard replacement process for a 2018 Macbook Pro 15" and thought I might share a few things I learned along the way.
TL;DR

1. Keyboard replacements at the Apple Store include the Keyboard, Touch-bar, and Battery (at least for my MBP 15).
2. All costs were covered by Apple, but in case you're curious, the invoice listed $100 for labor and $578 for parts for each top case repair (more on this later).
3. After 3 repairs for the same issue, there is an opportunity to get a replacement.

Part 1: Store Visits
First time I went to the Apple Store late last year I mentioned the sticky keys issue which the employees were able to quickly reproduce. I also mentioned that my battery was having issues since I was getting about 1% percentage drop every 2-3 minutes. They ran their diagnostics which didn't find anything wrong, but the Apple employee was pretty upfront and mentioned that the top case part that they replace would include the keyboard, touchbar, as well as the battery. I got my replacement back after 3 days.
TBH, I was pretty excited to see a nearly brand laptop - the keyboard was fixed, however the battery issue got worse after the replacement dropping 1% every 1-2 minutes. I played around with it for a week to see if I could reproduce it. Brough it to the store and they were quick to spot the issue and offered to replace the entire top case again for free. Got it back, and unfortunately no-go. The store employee mentioned I should call an Apple Specialist since senior advisors could help me debug more serious issues.
Part 2: Specialist Calls

1. Specialist 1 asked me to run power cycles and download a diagnostic to record logs.
2. Specialist 2 suggested I try another power adapter (and actually sent me a new power adapter to try).
3. Specialist 3 asked me for screen recordings and more diagnostic logs to send to engineering.
4. Specialist 4 mentioned that had I gone back to the store a 3rd time for the same battery repair that I had an option to get a replacement.

Throughout this process I realized that my Macbook was consistently draining 1% of power per minute while just browsing on Safari.
Part 3: Resolution
Well it ended up being a fairly complex hardware problem and the issue is resolved now, just wish it hadn't taken a few months.
Make sure to document (down to the day-level detail) your interactions with an agent because sometimes they switch case numbers on you and you really need to track what happened and when if your support case becomes complex.

Got taught a lesson in the consistency of habits over last few days.
With the recent theme of streams highlighting being in some of the companies we use, I had a look at Nike, especially as Kaz has mentioned a number of times that Nike is well positioned for Web 3 and digital goods.

Market open on Wednesday and Nike gapped down into a level. Ended up taking a shot during the session despite it clearly not being best of breed. Managed to cut some and decided to sleep, had stop set for rest of session.
Used the next day to clean up my Notion thanks to Yonas amd realised how disorganised my page was. Pre market had an impromptu concept call which led me to the introspection of my organisation being lacking in Notion & that isnt a fundamental that bodes well for trading. At this stage pre market my remaining Nike position was up pre market.
Market opened and Nike gapped down under my stop and I had to manually close. Pissed at a poor decision costing R’s, as it seemed obvious not to be holding something in a downtrend overnight. Checked my levels and further realised I had missed another obvious one which corresponded with the area gapping down into.
Shortly after took another entry, with clearer picture and plan in mind. Managed to cut half and recoup something. Figured I’d better close the position fully before sleeping rather than risk getting gapped again if the trend continued.
Woke up today to a full short position as I hadnt deleted my original stop after I manually closed out. Price wicked the order to the cent, activating the short just before close. Nike also had some news and is currently gapping up a few percent so copped it both ways
Just shows a good idea on a good level when put in place with vague planning and preparation can lead to compounding mistakes, and they are the fundamentals of a shitty trade.

Alight, a while a ago a girl who’s been flirting with me added me on instagram.
A few weeks later I see that 1)she had tagged me in something and 2) she apparently added me to her close friends list. I personally think that having two decks for going first and second is a very good concept in a BO1 format.
However Konami missed the mark for doing this in the tryout duels by allowing us to build two completely different decks which meant that we can sort of cheese this format by playing the most degenerate decks built for both occasions.
A better way to do it will be to enforce a rule that one can only change a certain number of cards in their going first and second decks (i.e hypothetically only 5-10 cards be different between the going first and second decks).
This ensures that the player essentially plays the same deck but techs in different cards that gives them a better chance at going second. This sort of mimics the benefits of BO3 format with a side-deck.

Thoughts

This formation allows you to play wide and deep, or just wide, or just deep. I make use of the various attack/defense settings during the game while staying in the same formation. The above settings you see are for a more balanced attack, but you can imagine a few obvious settings to change to ramp up either side of the ball.
I was inspired by the frustration that I had with using fullbacks to carry the ball on runs deep down the field. They get really tired, and they're also just not ideal on offense. In this scheme, the RB/LB are primarily for defense. I just think it's easier to keep your FBs back and have your extensive midfield make the runs on their own. It ends up being a bit less distance they need to cover to get back on defense.
I'm also a big fan of midfielders. I will hoard all of them that I can due to their versatility on offense and defense. This formation fits 5 midfielders on the field.
One thing I discovered is that the width on offense (1 ST + 4 MF coming down for runs) means I have tons of room for dribbling just outside of the box, which I really like.
In terms of special player attributes, I essentially break the field down into three areas:

• The back line. I'm mostly looking for four good defensive FBs.
• The middle line. This is my CDM and my ST actually. I want better than average passing and better than average defense (including for the striker) here relative to their position. These are distributors, although the striker often ends up being a great long shot taker due to size/strength that I prefer (to box out their man in the midfield while looking for passes), which also comes with leg power. I think of these guys like a PF and C, if this were basketball.
• The wings, which include the LCM, RCM, LM, and RM. I want pace, defense, and passing from these guys. I think more than anything, this system can really highlight excellent all around CMs, which seem to be in good supply for FUT.
