As the title says, I am new to startups and am interviewing for a Head of Sales position at a small startup tech company (<15 employees) and I'm wondering what some good questions to ask the hiring team that can give me a good glimpse into the runway and current company performance as well as what should I lean on in my past performance with larger companies that could be instrumental in me landing the role?
For a little background, I am a tenured sales professionial who has worked heavily with the primary customer base of this company which is what I believe qualifies me most for this positon. The company works in somewhat of a niche market I have a strong understanding of and they solve a problem I fully believe is neccessary so I am highly motivated to land this postition. I have never worked for a startup or a tech company though so other than relying on my strength in relationships with potential customers for this new company, what are other questions to ask/things to talk about myself that can solidify my candidacy for this role.

2023.03.21 12:24 GweiLondon101 Car written off, now what?

So insurance is looking to pay me around 3 grand and change for an Audi A6 petrol, manual, 2l TFSi SE (that's a mouthful), 2010.
The issue is I can't find one for the same price. There's one which is 2011 and a slightly higher spec (same engine) for 5k. The only others in the same category for sale are at least 4 years older.
I'd be happy to get the old one back because it's completely driveable just with dented bodywork. Probably a grand of bodywork repairs at my local garage.
It's my first, car insurance claim in 25 years of driving!
So what would you do in my situation?
