I have been talking with my neighbor and I think we want to try and get the community involved, this is all still getting moving so it's hard to really tell how far and which direction it's going. in Dec 22 I provided them in person with my formal complaint of everything going on (kept a copy for myself as well, per usual). There is pretty significant water damage and most of the other things are a lot bigger than I can and am willing to take on, unfortunately. Our lease is up in oct and considering the severity of the issues here, it's just simply not for anyone to be living in. I am looking for other options but it's hard times no matter where you go. I'm just trying to do the right thing in the end, it bs that they are charging people upwards of 1600 a month for living in, by legal definition "a slum".

Just wanted to leave you all the following "myth dispelling" statements taking from RCN Chief Exec Pat Cullen's blog yesterday to act as a motivating tool for anybody still on the fence about industrial action or who is struggling with any backlog from last week.
Try and keep going guys, don't accept the offensive first offer that will inevitably come your way.
This is the bed that nursing representatives are making on our behalf.

1. MYTH: This is the first offer and we should always reject it. This is not the first offer, it’s the final offer. The RCN said no to a dozen earlier versions of this to get the government to this point. The talks did not stop until we had got every penny the government was going to give. If I believed the government was going to give more, the talks would still be ongoing.
   
2. MYTH: The government is taking away the money we’ve already had this year. The cash amounts are additional. For example, a top of band 5 nurse got £1,400 extra already but is now getting a further £2,000 before tax for the financial year that ends this month (2022-23). The extra amount is not consolidated – it is unfortunately a one-off – when we would always want pay awards to be consolidated and added to in future. Government would not move from that but we got them to make these lump sum figures many times higher than they started out.
   
3. MYTH: 5% next year isn’t the 19% we asked for. It was government scare-mongering to say the RCN wanted 19%. It was never the case and that’s why that figure has never been said by me, my colleagues, on the RCN website or any campaign leaflets. Looking at the consolidated and non-consolidated amounts above, taken together, many members will get a pay uplift for 2022/23 that is higher than or around the current level of inflation. That is the year we have a strike mandate for. For the new year (2023/24), we pushed hard for the government to go higher than 5% but it would not. Our strike mandate does not relate to 2023/24, only to 2022/23. Industrial action concerning the 2023/24 pay award would require another statutory ballot.
   
4. MYTH: The government forced the RCN to recommend the offer. From day one of the talks, we told government in writing that it would be our decision whether to make a recommendation or not. Ministers were keen to have all unions recommending it – the vast majority have – but we held out on that to get extra concessions from them. The only people who decided the recommendation were elected RCN Council members when they met on Thursday morning last week. This is based on an assessment of the total package. The government has indicated it will not pay these cash increases if union members vote against them and that’s why it is an ‘offer in principle’.
   
5. MYTH: Say ‘no’ and we’ll get more next time. Negotiations work by compromise and agreement. We did not get everything and nor did the government. Ministers made improvements every day of those three weeks because we were able to say that returning to striking was the clear alternative. No union could enter negotiations and flatly say ‘no’ until you get everything you want. These talks will not be reopened if members reject this pay offer.

Our lease is up in oct and considering the severity of the issues here, it's just simply not for anyone to be living in. I am looking for other options but it's hard times no matter where you go. I'm just trying to do the right thing in the end, it bs that they are charging people upwards of 1600 a month for living in, by legal definition "a slum".

He’s ( at least it shows ) always on tik tok when I’m sleeping. Shows he’s active and I’ve caught his phone battery being not on 100% and it was still charging. Any other nights it would be 100%
This mornin, he’s got his penis out, his phone is on 98% and he isn’t asleep. Every time I try to talk to him about it, I get yelled at, cussed at, etc. and he always Denys it. We’ve had this issue several other times but I’m again, not going to pull an all nighter to watch what he truly does. However, I wish I knew the truth. Phone settings, tik tok app, it all says how long and when he was on it. Only reason what has started me to pay more attention to when he’s on tik tok and watching his activity, is because one day I came home it showed he was on tik tok a few seconds later but he hasn’t spoken to me for 2 hours. Turns out he was on Omegle. Tik tok showed an AD and he clicked. Was talking to a girl, flirting, etc. but that was a few months ago. But now here recently he’s been more active on tik tok when I’m sleeping.

I am male 28 and my ex is female 24. We were together for 4 1/2 years 3 years being while I was in the army still. I'll try to shorten up the beat I can it's a long bit of events. Everything was going so well in my relationship we were talking about getting married then 2 major events happened in our relationship that probably caused the fire to start to burn. 1st event I was not able to come home even though after promising to come home to be my exes date at her brothers wedding due to me being forced to go on a deployment to Poland. 2nd major event that lit the fire to the start of our relationship breaking apart was the day I finally got out of the army while coming home my really close freind in the Army killed himself and I blame myself cause that same night he did the act I was on a phone call helping my ex through an issue she was having.
I then became very depressed in which I coped with eating and playing video games. My ex never knew this cause I tried to deal with this myself but while living with eachother for 1 1/2 years of being out she finally called it quits when I got to the point of weighing 416lbs and was just plain lazy (mind you this was during the last bad year covid 2021 march) well I let her stay with me for another year cause I didn't want her to be homeless during covid. That year I hoped we could get back together so I would begg and act real needy to get her back into my life. Well she moved out in 2022 and took everything we ever bought together with her including our two dogs. Well we stayed freinds till about after Thanksgiving in which i was still begging her and being needy for her to come back. In which I finally ticked her off due to her saying I threatened her and after trying to call her a few times to straighten things out she blocked me on everything except snapchat and email. (She did delete me off snapchat).
It's been almost 4 months since I was blocked by her. I found out through a mutual freind she has been seeing a guy and starting seeing him shortly before the month she blocked me. I'm doing good now I have been working on me and trying to develop myself into a better person. I read Robert gloves no more Mr nice guy and that has put my whole life into perspective now I know I am a nice guy and fit right into that saying. I have been going to the gym sometimes twice a day and so far I am down to 248lbs and have been on a really healthy diet and don't drink or eat anything that's high in carbs or greasy anymore. My question is there anyway for my ex to come back into my life so I have another shot with her and if so how do I get her to unblock me and give me another chance.
