I have had a brief period of time where I would get 5D stuff happen. The longest bout was about a week. My emotions were up and down that week and old traumas were coming through. I went euphoric at times and peaceful. Seeing upsetting things on the news would upset me like when I saw a man having a breakdown who was being interviewed.
I was getting things like phantom sexual sensations, phantom wisdom tooth removal, visions of the past I appeared to be seeing as a consciousness rather than a physical being. A beautiful scene I went into while laying down where there were all beautiful glittery colours and white background. I saw what I believe to be my higher self and his. While I was in this space there was no sense of time or any existence just the two of us. He said something like “it’s done now” and they both walked off into some clouds.
I also saw in my minds eye a scene of him on his computer just staring at a sunrise banner which I happened to see an hour later which I didn’t even know existed on a particular channel. That week I was watching the news more than usual so I don’t know if that was picked up. I am aware he may not know anything about it but there are a few things that suggest it’s possible. From what I can tell he watches TV on his computer and therefore could have probably paused at the banner. If he knows of it, it isn’t something he would have brought up. When we have talked it’s been on the topic of what I emailed about like an interest he has I wanted to see what he typed up.
I also had third eye visions where he was walking in slow motion into a rainbow coloured portal (running actually) holding the hands of two children. Has anyone else had slow motion portal visions? Then I had phantom touches on my shoulder and smelt his cologne while I was laying down and his overall energy as I remember it.
In my case I have just accepted I can’t stop thinking of him nor can I force myself to. I want to work on my own 5D experiences and want to achieve it off my own accord rather than it randomly happening. I haven’t seen him in Years and online communication has been very limited and there are other barriers. Anyone have any tips to achieve my own 5D experience besides meditation? I’m after straightforward tips and would like to know how others achieved this and maintained it in their daily lives. I don’t want ego things running through my mind anymore like experiencing anger towards anyone I don’t like and vice versa. I don’t want to think of people I don’t like. I don’t want to watch all the repetitive stuff on the news. I don’t want to go round in circles about petty things like “oh why did that person block me” “why was that said” “why does that person act like that” or any judging of others. Any tips?

Me and my partner have been rocky for a few months now. We have the odd really good day but the rest are absolute trash days.
She's struggling with the lack of intimacy, hugs, kisses, holding hands, spending quality time together. She said she doesnt feel loved and she feels lonely. She said she's trying to improve on what we've talked about. But I'm struggling because I feel like I've just asked for the bare minimum support in a relationship.
I've been struggling for the past few months with taking all responsibilities for our new puppy, the household chores, taking care of her (she was recently on the sick due to mental health reasons), working from home at the same time as all of this and feeling like I've got not time to myself. If I try and take 30 mins to myself she'll video call me and say that her and the dog miss me or she'll message loads to come down and see what I'm doing or put the dog to bed and then come see me. I feel like I have no escape. For just under 4 months I've taken on all household chores with the odd help from her when she says she'll change and then it lasts maybe 3 days before its back to normal. Waking up every morning with the puppy (she is now trying to alternate mornings with me. She did it twice last week and managed 3 this week). I deal with her jetting off to her exs and friends when they're struggling and need support.... but where was my support throughout the last 3 months? She's on the sick but she still managed to get ready and see her ex who is having a hard time right now. But i feel like ive needed that support and it's never felt like she drops everything to support me.
I know she's now trying to be better but I'm literally asking for the bare minimum. And it was a mutual discussion to adopt this puppy. It was not one more than the other. If anything she brought up the idea first when looking at puppies to adopt online.
She's not looking after herself, she eats terrible, doesn't exercise and spends most of the day watching TV while I sort the dog and the house. And I hate saying this but I feel like im losing my attraction to her. I'm struggling to want to give her affection when I've carried this household for months now and I haven't recieved anything I return. I struggle to want to spend any time with her anymore. We argue about the silliest of things.
I'm exhausted and I just want to grab the dog and take him on a unplugged break without her.
Also therapy is difficult to get here without a hefty price attached to it. So please don't recomend couples therapy as we can't afford it. And plus she won't have therapy for herself so she won't do it for the both of us.

I've been watching a few YouTube videos recently and noticed that a lot of them are focused on reviewing products rather than talking about what is being automated.
Which got me thinking - 1). What top (3?) things would you like to automate but haven't and 2). What top (3?) things would you like to automate but can't (yet).
Here's my top 3 for each:
1). Would like to automate but haven't....
- Alarm house when we leave. Easy to do as I would like to automate our existing alarm system (using Konnected) but the family still want a manual keypad - the only ones I can find are US based so need to sort shipping.
- Open garage when I get home (or on request). We've got an old school garage (lift to open). I would like to automate opening and locking of the garage.
- Be notified when someone arrives at home. Just haven't yet got around to getting one. Interested in the new Aqara G4 but no RTSP feed or connection to Home Assistant.
2). Would like to automate but can't (yet)....
- Monitor our LPG use. We get our gas via a tank in our garden. It doesn't appear that I can automate monitoring the use of that tank from the research I've done.
- Create a food list when we throw something away (or get close to being empty on products) I'd like to be able to create an online shopping list.
- Be notified when plants / vegetables need watering. Well perhaps not strictly can't - I expect it is possible, just haven't yet investigated.

This is very random but I just re-watched Sweeney Todd for the first time in a while and it got me thinking about Johnny Depp's career. In the spirit of looking at actor's careers and their so-called "runs", I guess I never really realized how gigantic of a star Johnny Depp was in the 2000’s. Everything about him today aside, the guy was frankly an absolute beast for almost a decade both in terms of box office and critical acclaim (mostly). Starting with Pirates of the Caribbean in 2003 until Pirates of the Caribbean 4 in 2011, he had 3(!) billion dollar movies when those were nowhere near as common as they are today (at least pre-Covid) and also had 3 Academy Award nominations. In fact, he was in 3 of the first 8 billion dollar movies ever. Has anyone ever had 3 Oscar nominations and 3 billion dollar movies in under 10 years? Of course this run of success is not talked about as much compared to others such as Tom Cruise and Tom Hanks in the 1990’s, but it's pretty impressive how almost every movie he was in during this era was successful, especially compared to their budgets. I understand this is not his peak in terms of roles and taking chances, but I am mainly referring to his status as a movie star and his "peak" in terms of box office and putting butts in seats while also getting Oscar nominations. Also, I will forever and always be an At World’s End defender, that movie rocks. Does anyone have any thoughts on this + any insight onto just how big he was during this time in terms of fame?
