F26 I’ve had a huge burn out spiral coming from two weeks ago at work and being on my period. It’s gotten worse and I called off Friday, and slept off an on the past few days. Leaving the house is a struggle. Unless I’m near my family, even then.
I keep feeling overwhelmed that I’m not where I want to be with my life , that it’s pointless and hopeless and the worst part is the DRDP, I keep wondering am I even real, is what’s around me real and that’s the most distressing part. I know I’m real but I feel so disconnected from myself like I’m a robot ect. I’ve also felt so distressed I’ve had thoughts I normally wouldn’t have.
I have one more week of work, and I want to just call in, but I don’t want to get in trouble or lose my job. then I have a vacation with my family for two weeks yet I’m terrified of ruining it by having this crippling anxiety or afraid I’ll make a fool out of myself .

I got suspended for the last days nearing summer break because I made a really REALLY stupid decision and took an edible right before classes started. The school wants me back, and I’ve gotten support from family/friends saying I just gotta let it go and move on. And others are saying, “there’s gonna be consequences”.
So what exactly are the consequences and/or will I be okay?

What were your circumstances and journey to FIRE?
At the moment I'm 37 with around 200k equity in a tiny house nearly paid off (which I guess doesn't count towards FIRE as me and my family will need the house to live in)
Around 30k in cash and 30k in stocks.
I feel like I'm not really going to retire at this rate, as my salary is only around 45k and there seems to be no room for real salary growth in my field of work. After paying off my mortgage I will have an extra £500 another to play with but that's no doubt going to get eaten up by inflation.
I plan on sinking in as much as I can in my SnS ISA.
Any other plays I should explore?

My boyfriend's (40M) son (10M) is very messy, lazy and doesn't clean up after himself. BS is always bringing food up to his playroom, leaving the dirty dishes up there and refuses to bring them back down to the kitchen. We have a dishwasher so all he has to do is put them in it or in the sink. What makes matters worse is that BF always does everything for BS. If BS wants water or a snack, he yells for his dad that he's thirsty/wants food and BF stops whatever he's doing to bring it up to him. And of course, those dishes are never brought down either. I asked BF why doesn't BS just get it himself and BF would usually shrug and says "he's just lazy." Which always prompts me to roll my eyes.
(For context, BS has the upper level of the house mostly to himself since he gets overly stimulated and it's easier for him to have his own space. There's two guest rooms upstairs as well. I turned one of them into my office where I store my clothes and small items I don't have room for in our main bedroom.)
I've been living with them for over two months now, since April. There had been a handful of times I would go upstairs to my office to do some repair work or look for an item of clothing and needed to use the bathroom up there. BS is the only one who uses that bathroom, and of course, he never cleans it. His clothes are always on the floor and there's trash everywhere. Worst part is that the toilet seat is always decorated with his pee and poop is all over it. I cleaned it the first week I lived here and by the next day, it was all crusted with pee again. Last week, BS spent the weekend with BM and I nearly threw up when I saw that BS left poop unflushed in the toilet. The smell was horrendous. I've talked with BF about this and he always said that he'll talk to BS about it but nothing ever changes.
Well, I hate to step in (I'm not his mom, not even a stepmom) but I was tired of having to constantly having to go downstairs whenever I needed to use the bathroom.
BS got in trouble this past week and has now been grounded for 2 weeks until he has to go to BM's for the summer. He loves playing a certain game but the consequence of getting in trouble is that he has now lost the privilege to play it. The other night, BS pleaded with BF for permission to play it and BF (of course) gave in. I had a talk with BF as to why he was allowing BS to play the game because this always happens when it comes to BS being in trouble. He doesn't face any consequences no matter how much BF and BM try to enforce it because they always let up after a day. BF actually listened to me on this and asked what would I do.
I suggested that he tell BS he can have 30 minutes of game time a week IF he cleans the bathroom. I mean really scrub it good including the toilet seat and floor. 5 minutes added on for every day (Sun-Friday) he keeps it clean. Tell BS that it's not a punishment but something he has to keep doing in the long run but for now, it's a start if he wants to play his game when grounded.
BF agreed and yesterday, BS again asked his dad if he could play that game. BF told BS that only if he cleaned his bathroom. (He didn't mentioned me at all.) He told BS that he would show him what to do and he would help him get started but everything else has to be done by BS.
BS was NOT happy. I was downstairs in the kitchen and felt every stomp BS did while saying it wasn't fair and how he shouldn't have to clean. It turned to yelling and crying as BS realized dad wouldn't let up. BS tried for barely 15 minutes before giving up and saying that the "toilet is gross." Lol.
BS ended up sulking and that bathroom didn't get clean.
For now I consider this a win but I believe that BF really do need to stop enabling BS's laziness and entitlement. We talked about it yesterday and will continue to talk about it in the future. I do not want to live with BS when he becomes a teenager if this is how he is right now.
One thing I learned the last two weeks once I made the decision to stop feeling like an interloper in this house, I came to realization that I am allowed to take up space. I am allowed to have standards on how I want my house to feel and look like. I am allowed to have feelings and opinions and a safe place to express them. I refuse to be the back seat driver anymore regarding my own life. BF knows that I can always go back home to my sisters and mom because I'm not a ride or die. I will look out for myself and put myself first. If one day I am unable or unwilling to make it work between us anymore, I know I have the resources and support to leave. That doesn't mean I'm going to give us up, no. I just refuse to see my happiness as last place anymore just because BF has a son and an ex-wife he has to co-parent with. That is all, and I feel more at peace now saying this part to the world.

I'm nearly 27 years old and I've never kissed or girl or had sex. First my social skills are so bad that people think I have autism. Beyond that, the idea of actually having sex with a woman scares me. Even with all the protection in the world, I have an extremely deep fear of getting a woman pregnant to the point where I actively avoid sex and have turned down offers in college.
Simple things like holding hands in public also weird me out. Even the slightest displays of affection in public makes me feel uncomfortable. Even in private, saying things like "I miss you" or "I like you" makes me feel very uncomfortable and weird. I have no idea why, but I've always felt like that since highschool.
Talking to women isn't uncomfortable as long as they aren't too attractive and it's 100% non sexual. As soon as a girl says something slightly sexual to me, I get flustered and shut down mentally because I literally don't know what words to respond with.
Even if I manage to get close enough to a woman for sex, as previously stated, I would be freaking out until her next period because I'd be constantly panicking wondering if I accidentally got her pregnant. Even before sex I would be extremely anxious and scared because I have ED and it might not work when needed. I also feel like at this point, I have so little experience that it wouldn't even be good for her and she'd just end up thinking about some other guy. I would constantly feel like I have to outperform every guy she's ever been with ever so she would respect me and not laugh behind my back and/or cheat.
I also struggle and ultimately fail to maintain semi sexual relationship with a woman because I refuse to have sex and when they ask for NSFW videos and pics I also refuse because in my mind, once you send a nude to anyone, you might as well upload it to a porn site because the world will eventually see it due to constant hacks or she might show or tell her friends about it. I would also want a girl to not talk about her sex life with me even with her closest friends because I feel shamed by that.
In a way, I view sex as very private and also shameful. In my opinion, nearly anything outside of vanilla sex is degenerate and I feel ashamed in engaging in it. Even in a private group of more "sex-positive/open" groups I talk to, I will often just deny anything or go against it even if I do it myself because I feel like I'm being judged still or I say nothing at all the entire end just feel awkward. I feel like this is normal behavior though and everyone else is just wrong.
I have no idea why I feel this way about sex/dating/intimacy. And before you ask, I am from a deeply deeply religious part of the world, but I myself am NOT religious at all and only been to church twice in my entire life.
TLDR: At age 27, I have autism levels of social skills. Deep fear of getting a girl pregnant. PDA makes me uncomfortable, like saying things like "I like you".. Talking to women who are attractive makes me uncomfortable. Even the slightest bit of sensuality from a woman IRL makes me uncomfortable and anxious. Feel like women judge harshly in sex performance. I refuse to send nsfw material. This makes women I know irritated. I feel like sex is naturally degenerate and talking about it even privately makes me feel uncomfortable.

Got into west quay, doors were locked so I had to use the staff entrance near the small Bubble drop trailer towards the cinema de lux, tried the Apple Store but it’s locked and security shutter are down, perhaps I can find a back entrance I’m not familiar with it though, Lego on the other hand was unlocked, massive perk!! Built all the Star Wars Lego (not as good as the older sets but hey) gonna use the Lego as a guide to show anyone around where I am, hopefully you find me.
The water at west quay is working and there’s so much food in cooked in the food court, could survive here for a while I think, Slim chickens has a freezer FULL of chips and Pizza Hut and express have a lot of fresh veg.
Sleeping outside as it’s so hot here, still no sight nor sound of anyone, going to Waterstones to grab some books to read, might break into forbidden planet for the Dnd stockpile, been meaning to read more modules.

There's a kid that is really sweet— a family friend. She loves the boy group Astro and here bias is Cha eun woo, her birthday is near and i would like to crochet her something. I can't find anything that i can crochet, so i need ideas from people who knows kpop, and the group better than me.

This was my first Disney trip since I was a kid in the early 2000s! And it was also our Honeymoon!
Fly-In day (5/30): We stayed at the WL throughout our time there. It was honestly one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever seen! That lobby is massive and gorgeous! We had some quick service food when we arrived at Roaring Fork. They had some decent dishes. The campfire cupcake was delicious. Today was a pool day, and I had a drink at Geyser Point. If you get a chance to eat or drink there, do it! It's a great lakeside bar! For dinner, we ate at Storybook Dining. My wife LOVED getting to meet the Snow White characters, and I'd say Dopey was our favorite interaction. He was so sweet. The Evil Queen saw our happily ever after buttons and said "Hmph, Happily Ever After indeed" xD The prime rib was great and I loved the dessert options. I need to find that mushroom bisque recipe....
MK Day (5/31): MK was as great as I remembered it. We were going to rope drop Space Mountain, but it was down when we got there (it was actually down for a lot of the day, more on that later). Instead, we improvised and our first ride was Buzz Lightyear. Almost got to 999,999 D; We next rode Jungle Cruise, and our skipper was absolutely HILARIOUS! xD We next got some breakfast at Sleepy Hollow. I had the waffle sandwich with nutella and fruit, and omg it was so good! We next rode PotC and saw the Tiki Room. Next was BTMRR and we had a blast. Next we saw some characters (Tiana and Rapunzel). Rapunzel is my wife's favorite Disney princess (she had a full Rapunzel outfit on), and she was beyond happy to meet her. We had lunch at Crystal Palace. It was great meeting Winnie the Pooh characters (Eeyore is our favorite!), and our server was hilarious (I sadly forgot his name, but he's from Australia and said my wife was smarter than the average koala lol) We then saw the Festival of Fantasy parade. Next we were going to ride Space Mountain, but it was down AGAIN. So we rode the People Mover and got to see Space Mountain with the lights on! Next we rode Space Mountain which was back up, and this is where our trip took a bad turn. My wife has a autoimmune disease, and after Space Mountain she was in excruciating pain. We did go to see Buzz and then rode HM. Since she had trouble walking at this point, I got her a wheelchair. For the rest of the trip, she was either in a scooter or wheelchair since she was in a lot of pain. We had dinner at Columbia Harborhouse. I loved the Haunted Mansion milkshake! I rode Tron solo next (that launch is insane O.o), and then got in the handicap area for fireworks. HEA made us both tear up xD We finished the night with lantern photos at the Rapunzel bathrooms, IaSW, and the Little Mermaid ride. Let me just say that WDW is so great for people with disabilities and in wheelchairs/ECVs. You can literally roll up to the ride vehicle and don't have to walk through the queue. On many rides you can STAY in the wheelchair or scooter on a modified ride vehicle! Disney gets major points in my book for all that. Definitely better that Universal in that regard. We ended the night with a boat ride back to WL.
Favorite ride: Either Jungle Cruise or Tron (though HM was my favorite as a kid!)
HS Day (6/1): We rope dropped MMRR (such a cute ride!) and then rode Star Tours. Next we met with Darth Vader and Sulley and had JackJack Num Num cookies. We rode Slinky Dog (a surprisingly thrilling ride! So much fun!) and bought some Star Wars merch. We saw the drum corp in TS Land (they were AWESOME!) We next rode RotR. We sadly got B-mode Kylo Ren, but the ride was still fun! The Kylo Ren animatronic looks meh anyway in ride POVs (though that's probably me just coping xD). The first order CMs honestly make the ride as great as it is, and our interactions were hilarious xD. We next got some GE refreshments with some blue milk. Was very refreshing on a hot day! Next was probably one of my favorite ride experiences of the day, MF: SR. Since my wife was in a wheelchair on our honeymoon, the CMs sprinkled some pixie dust and we got OUR OWN COCKPIT AS PILOT AND COPILOT! It was great with us shouting banter at each other and holding hands while making the jumps to lightspeed. We got two containers of coaxium, did a bit of damage to the cockpit lol (she made a mistake in the tunnel section by riding the ceiling of the tunnel xD), and we got the bonus asteroid field sequence! We had lunch at Sci-Fi Drive-In next, and our burgers were great! We next watched Indiana Jones (so much fun), and then did some shopping. I rode ToT solo (my wife wanted to save her hip), and I also rode TS Mania solo (she was done with rides at this point). As a thank you for letting me ride solo, I bought her a Woody doll (she loves Woody). We next built a lightsaber and droid (I did the saber, she did the droid). We had dinner at Docking Bay 7 with some ronto wraps and I did some shopping in Dok Ondar's to get some different color kyber crystals for by lightsaber. At this point my wife was just too tired to keep going, so we took a Minnie Van back to WL.
Favorite ride: either Slinky Dog or MF: SR (mainly for OUR OWN COCKPIT!). B-mode Kylo lowered my enjoyment of RotR which saddens me a bit :( that ride is just a maintenance nightmare, but it's a cool ride. Just not my favorite at HS. Maybe the Kylo animatronic could've made it better (but that's honestly just a 10 second part of an almost 15-20 minute experience).
Disney Springs day (6/2): we did a LOT of shopping today with some lunch at the Rainforest Cafe (one of my favorite restaurants as a kid). The June cookie of the month at Gideon' (the Sea Turtle) only lasted two minutes as I DEVOURED it. It was soooooo good! We had dinner at the Edison (my mahi was delicious and so was her steak). We were giving out thank you coins to amazing CMs and servers (not in lieu of regular tips ofc) so we gave our server one. In exchange, he gave us a High Roller coin! Idk if I'll be able to collect 4 for the free drink, but it's a great souvenir! We ended the night with Drawn to Life and it was absolutely INCREDIBLE! THE BEST SHOW AT DISNEY! SEE IT! We rode the bus back to WL after our little date night.
EPCOT day (6/3): we started the day with Spaceship Earth. Still an amazing ride! Next we got on Frozen Ever After, and it was honestly one of my favorite rides in WDW! Next we met with Pluto and then rode Journey into Imagination (such a cute ride!). We then rode GotG: CR and IT WAS SO MUCH FUN! We got "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" as our song! We next met Joy, Venellope, and Mickey. After that, we rode Nemo and saw some fish! Then we had lunch at Via Napoli with a wine flight and some amazing pizza! We did some world showcase exploring and Flower Garden booth sampling (Italy was our favorite pavilion) and my wife got an Italian mask and a kimono at the Japan pavilion (we are thinking of going to Japan at some point and we also would love to go to a Japanese garden where she can wear it! It's a really pretty kimono!). We next rode Soarin' (BEST RIDE AT EPCOT!) and Living with the Land. It was downpouring at this time and thankfully these two rides gave us a chance to stay dry. We next rode Remy (funny thing happened here. We got stuck in the room with the rat uncorking the wine bottle. He was stuck in the uncorking animation for what felt like at least a full minute. It scared the crap out of us when the cork finally popped and we got sprayed xD). We ended the night with food and drinks from festival pavilions. We got a TON of topiary pictures throughout the day, saw the butterfly garden, and ate some delicious food. My favorites were the eggs benedict with lox and the fruit loop shake at brunchcot! Sadly I was tipsy, hot, and tired so I can't remember the drinks I had xD we ended the night by relaxing in the hot tub with sore feet and she was sore all over.
Favorite rides: GotG: CR and Soarin' (probably one of our favorite rides at WDW. It is so immersive!).
Overall we had a great trip even though my wife was suffering a lot from her autoimmune disease flare-up throughout. The CMs were incredible and helped us out so much. They made the trip so much more enjoyable in what could've been a disaster at other places like Universal. Definitely go to Disney Parks if you have a disability!

Hi everyone!
This post is going to be long since I’m new and don’t want to fuck up. A quick disclaimer and why I put possibly hypothetical in the title, once I have the specifics in mind, if I don’t really match the criteria for ownership it just won’t happen.
I’ve taken an interest in tortoises, and being on this sub is very insightful! I’m not planning on getting one any time soon since I have an insane amount to learn and I have to wait until I move back to my home country so I have enough land, just wanted to state that beforehand (I’ve seen quite a few posts of abused torts and I do NOT want that to happen to my possible future one).
I wanted to ask if there’s any breeds people have experienced and liked specifically (not just in practicality but in general) and what kind of fencing would be suitable. When I go back I have a few acres to fence up (they’re in different places so would a short drive with a tortoise be fine? I have a dog and when we’re home I like to take her to different parts and let her explore so would it be okay to do something similar with just the tortoise as long as I’ve cleared up any possible dangers?) and since the place I’m moving back to is a traditional build the fence is high and planted deep, it’s made of stone and is fairly thick. We regard our houses as towers/fortresses so the surrounding walls match the house’s structure/aesthetic. I’m an overthinker so I’m just a little worried if I end up with an escape artist and after hearing about things like them knocking down fridges and what not I don’t want to end up in a situation where my tort turns into a little beast and breaks out so I’m wondering just how thick the fencing should be, and if I should line the bottom with anything so it won’t hurt itself.
We have a lot of other tortoise populations in my home range (talking about numbers here, I’ve only seen about 2 or 3 types) and I mean A LOT, at any given time you can guarantee about 3 torts on your land, so I was wondering if it would be better to have the same breed as those in the area (e.g. eastern Hermanns tortoise) since the outside climate would be suitable - being a Mediterranean country we have the Mediterranean climate, in my area specifically since I’ll be located in the mountains it’ll be harsh winters and hot, sometimes dry summers (think 40+ degrees Celsius) - I’m obviously planning on having a large enclosure inside anyway, and want to get some opinions on sizing and stuff so I can draw some rough plans at some point, so would be grateful if you guys could lend your knowledge. Also for the short trips I mentioned earlier, if it’s okay in the first place, would there be any beneficial things safety-wise to have in the car? For example when I take my dog out I install a fan that releases cool water into the air so she doesn’t overheat and have water at the ready (I do this for myself now too, I’d bow down to that fan, God knows what it’s done for me) I’m wondering if something, god forbid, ever happened I want the journey to the vet to be as smooth as possible.
I also wanted to know about fun little things people have put inside the enclosures since I’d have to stock up on items before I move.
I do have more questions but they’ll probably be solved once I know what I’m going to read up on.

So this jackdaw made a nest in my chimney, and the mother has been somewhat territorial towards me. I sleep in the attic and often poke my head out the windows on the roof, often just to enjoy the view of the city. A few times the mother has swooped at me when I do this, and other times it’s perched itself close to me and cawed at me very aggressively.
Today, I went to hang laundry outside and I find a very dead baby bird on the ground, I don’t think it’s been dead very long because it doesn’t look very decayed yet, but it’s covered in flies so I think it’s definitely dead. I’m assuming it’s one of the jackdaw’s babies. I got close to take a few pictures to send my family (who are away on holiday atm) and then sat in the garden for a bit on my phone. If the mother saw me during this time, is there any chance it thinks I’m responsible for the baby’s death? I don’t want to feud with a bird that’s probably smarter than me, so I’m hoping it maybe killed the baby itself, or is at least smart enough to know I didn’t do it.
Also is there anything I can do about it? Should I put it in the bin or just leave it there for nature to consume? I’m scared to go near it in case the mum comes after me

I (F24) got admitted to the hospital about two weeks ago. Because of the nature of my admission, I was required to take a minimum of a month off work for recovering- as I’m a cleaner and can’t do heavy lifting of be around the cleaning products necessary to use. I still have at least two more weeks off to recover and let me say: I can’t remember the last time I LIVED like this. I still wake up in a panic “OH MY GOSH, I’m late for work! My alarm didn’t go off!” But as soon as reality sets in, I can breathe. I lay back down and relax. Most times the pressure of not going into work is enough to make me feel rested enough to start my day early and not hit snooze a bunch. I fill my day with so much more now that I don’t work. I cook at least one meal a day. I go shopping for groceries instead of delivering them. I got a library card and already read 2 books. I’ve been to 5 different park and outdoor trails near my house I’ve never even been to. I fixed a problem my mom and I have been having with T-Mobile. I completed testing and orientation for hospice care at several places. So much more too. Things that I thought didn’t interest me or I didn’t care for suddenly or filling my life with life enjoy all because I have time to dedicate and I’m able prioritize myself. Sad that this will end soon. Sad that I now know it’s possible and it’s fleeting.
I’ll miss this dearly when it’s back to “normal”

I saw a post on my local sub-reddit (Binghamton) from 3 years ago that touched on this but in a vague way. No real references to exact cases, patterns, etc. With some minor research I think I may have found a pattern, at least from the last 3 to 4 years.

All either go missing and/or are found within the first half of the year. Only one is outside the same 3 month window

i tried to create a modpack for our smp server on fabric, but threre some crashes, that idk how to fix, And i just don't want delete a half of mods because of them can somebody help me to fix them pls? i spend near to two hours to fix them but i get 0 progress

Years ago, circa 2006ish, on the ebaumsworld forums (yeah, ancient times) a fake video game called “Infinite Horizons” was posted that was basically a load screen that took forever and never finished loading.
Everyone trolled that the graphics were incredible, they couldn’t get past level 3, etc. It was a fun joke, but the load screen contained some really slick music that I haven’t been able to properly identify all these years ago.
I believe the host site was “foreverload.com” or “foreverflash” something like that. The music is also credited to “Shed7” but my research on both the site and the artist name has turned up nada.

If anybody has any clue what this could be, you’d be solving a nearly 20 year mystery for me and I can finally properly credit the artist on the mp3 I still listen to.

F26 I’ve had a huge burn out spiral coming from two weeks ago at work and being on my period. It’s gotten worse and I called off Friday, and slept off an on the past few days. Leaving the house is a struggle. Unless I’m near my family, even then.
I keep feeling overwhelmed that I’m not where I want to be with my life , that it’s pointless and hopeless and the worst part is the DRDP, I keep wondering am I even real, is what’s around me real and that’s the most distressing part. I know I’m real but I feel so disconnected from myself like I’m a robot ect. I’ve also felt so distressed I’ve had thoughts I normally wouldn’t have.
I have one more week of work, and I want to just call in, but I don’t want to get in trouble or lose my job. then I have a vacation with my family for two weeks yet I’m terrified of ruining it by having this crippling anxiety or afraid I’ll make a fool out of myself .

October 25th 1519
Hartenfels Castle, Torgau
The sun had nearly finished its descent towards the horizon when distant bells could be heard in the far distance. The guards patroling the walls of Hartefels castle scrambled to action, peering out from every corner to location the origin of the ringing.
"Look!"
A number of guards ran to the eastern wall. Out in the distance plumes of thick black smoke could be seen forming, followed by the faint dancing of flames, almost as if the stars had transported themselves to earth. The captain of the guard, Konrad von Dobern finally made his way up to the wall.
"Captain...is that...Bad Liebenwerda ?" questioned his sergeant, Karl
Konrad squinted, his stomach churning with dread.
"Yes it is Karl, get a messenger to Wittenberg and Weimar, tell them we have bandits that need dealing with."

Just outside Torgau
Fritz entered the command tent, fully dressed in his armour. Already inside were his uncle Johann and mercenary commander Johannes Bruhl, along with other aides and the young Johann friedrich and Philip, though they would not be fighting in the coming battle
"Uncle, my scouts have located the bandit camp, they're in the forest north of Trobitz"
"Perfect, we ride at dawn, hopefully we can catch them by surprise as they gorge themselves on their plunder. Johannes, are the men ready?"
The grizzled commander of countless battles sighed
"As ready as can be my Lord. They are peasants after all, not much me and my men can do in two weeks."
"Something is better than nothing. We outnumber and outmatch these fiends, that is not the problem. What is imperative is that we capture their leaders alive. I want to know who they work for. No sane man raids the lands of an Elector without sizable payment first."
"Uncle Georg?" asked Johann Friedrich
"I will not point finger just yet son. Georg is ruthless but he does have some principles"
"Nevertheless, he is on the top of our suspect list Uncle. The bandits have been raiding all along our parts of the low road..."
"As I said nephew, lets not jump to conclusions"

The village of Trobitz
"Uncle!"
Fritz dragged the blooded man and threw him to the ground at Johann's feet
"Here's the bandits leader, and back there are some other high ranking officers. They were all huddled together, cowering in fear in a tent full of loot."
"Good job nephew! Johannes has been teaching you well. Now, you. What is your name?"
The bandit tried to stand up, Fritz quickly pushing him back down on his knees
"Wilhelm"
"Who hired you to raid my lands Wilhelm?"
"nobody you hereti-"
Fritz slapped the man, sending him back down to the floor. Johann sighed
"I'll ask that once again, bandit. Who. Hired. You?"
Wilhelm spat at Johann's feet, earning him a kick to the stomach. Fritz now turned to the rest of the bandits leaders
"Anyone here that confesses to who hired them will live to see the end of the day!"
A meek man, not what one mighty normally think of as a bandit stepped forward
"We...we were hired...hired by rich men...rich merchants from Dresden"
Fritz looked back at his uncle. Both knew what this meant
"Come, on! Names, now!"
"They didn't tell us their names, please you have to believe us, they just send a hooded figure to see the captain and hire him to raid the Ernestine low road."
Johann walked forward towards the man
"Thank you for listening to reason. Fritz, gather all these men and place them under heavy guard in Torgau. It seems my cousin has a lot to answer for"
