I have been very sad for a long time and have never really addressed it to anyone. I’ve tried to talk to therapists, but it’s hard for me to express myself and I haven’t stuck with any of them. How I feel is hard to talk about with others, because I feel so ashamed about it. But even though it’s hard to talk about, I still really just want to feel listened to.
Life just feels so hopeless. There’s no reason for why it does. Logically I know that my life is OK and things are fine, and still I cry every day and feel so worthless. I am a full time university student and until recently I had worked two jobs. I live with my mum and I have my own money and I have a cat that I love. I am graduating with honours and I’m the first person in my family to graduate from university. My boyfriend and I just celebrated our one year anniversary. There are so many good things in my life that I can recognise, but I don’t feel any joy from them. Instead I just constantly feel so overwhelmingly sad. I cry on the commute to school and to work. I cry on walks with my dog. I cry instead of going to bed. My boyfriend knows that I feel down a lot of the time, but I haven’t told him how severe it is. I quit one of my jobs and have considered so many times dropping out of school. I do really well in school but I just hate being there. I hate being anywhere.
Sometimes there are happy moments, but they are always interrupted by my feelings. It’s like whenever I actually feel something good, my brain reminds itself that I’m just going to be sad later, and so the good stops and sadness comes back early.
I have contemplated dying in the past but never went through with it. I had one close attempt, but I got drunk first, and my family came home before I could. They joke about that now because they see it as a funny moment, and I don’t have the courage to tell them what I was planning to do. Although I haven’t told them, it still really hurts me when they laugh about it. Once I called the crisis hotline and got put on hold. I didn’t talk to anyone because I hung up.

You’d think I’d know how to do tracking and have game awareness but no, EVERY SINGLE GAME our squad gets jumped by another one that seems to be floating since they make no sound, or I’m just deaf (probably the latter). What do I do? My aim is really garbage and my game sense is shit, I’ve tried training my aim in the training grounds before but in the heat of battle everything just crumbles and I forget to pull the mouse down and do side to side movements, and there’s always too many variables for my monkey brain to keep up to. I don't know if I fully blame him or myself. I guess the guilt is mainly from the responsibility of a pet owner. Back in 2017, I was 14, and I found a stray dog walking on my street. Looked like a chihuahua mix. She had a collar and leash still on, but with no tag. At the time, we figured she got lost, but she was more than likely from someone dumping her on our street. I looked to see if anyone one was missing a dog. Eventually, she stayed with me and my family. My parents didn't want to keep her. At the time, we already had 2 dogs, but they soon warmed up to her, and we named her Lee. Had no idea how old she was, but she was a hyper dog. She became my dog, my very first dog, and she became my shadow, following me around everywhere. She was able to follow me without a leash eventually and ignored other dogs when off leash. She became a dog for hikes when my family and I'd go camping. She loved it, years go by, she was around when I had gotten my very first puppy to raise, till a week before Christmas Eve in 2019, I had noticed that she wasn't active like usual and was slow when following me, the next couple of days she hadn't eaten and was losing weight, that's when I told my parents that she needed to go to the vet, My mom told me to go ask my dad and see what his answer is, He said no, she doesn't need to go to the vet and that we don't need to waste the money( he's been like that with every pet) I got mad telling him so could die and He said then it happens. For the days after that I was furious about his answer, on that Thursday I told mom that I need to take her to the vet and that I'll go on my own and place the bill under their name at the vet, mom understood I wasn't going to stop so she took me to the vet , when we got there she told me to say to the vet (if they ask about the condition of my dog) that we just noticed yesterday to make it seem that we didn't do anything bad and the time I didn't understand why they wanted me to lie about it. The vet finally figured out what was wrong with her, they said that she had cut a deep hole in her eye with her dewclaw and that if we had taken her in sooner she would've got the eye removed and lived, but since my dad didn't want to waste money we took her in almost a week after me noticing it. With bads news the vet recommended that we put her down to end the amount of pain that she was in. I died abit when I heard that and that I was thinking was if I got her in sooner she would've live and at the same time I was furious. Once we finished at the vet we took her home to bury her in the backend with all of the other pets we buried. My bf helped me dig the hole and was understanding of my frustration and my grief. I never told my dad that I blamed him but over time I find myself to blame aswell I don't know why, I think that it's due to the whole being responsible for your pet. Not a day gose by with out me thinking of what could've happened if I took her in and if she would've still been her either way.

Right, I am still pretty new to this and I’ve recently setup tiny11 with dual boot on internal ssid with refind boot menu.
My issue is every time I connect to dock for Monitor it will revert to portrait mode and I have to update this to landscape manually every single time, it’s very annoying and puts me off docking it. Is this a bug or just how things are?
I’m thinking about making a bat file to just revert back to landscape each time i dock i run that on desktop maybe if its a bug?

I think it would be more apt, to put in place a static RP amount of like 5 points and then set up a rap sheet of things to do to gain RP based on your classes. If this new RP system they implemented was to improve upon the players basic skills in game then it should reflect that way with the new system.

Execution: 1 (Because lets be honest, 90% of the player base shield swaps in a tense situation because it is faster, but the mechanic of regenerating your shield back to full off an execution was put in the game for a reason.)
Assault: (Meant to be the frontlinevanguards of the team)
First strike: .05 (If an Assault Legends makes the first hit on a team, which would only apply if the team you are facing hasn't been in combat prior, eliminates third party point gain.)
Open Red Chest: .25 (worth a quarter of the points, since they are few and far in between. You may get one or two a game)
Skirmisher: (They are meant to be the ones who hold longer fights and help their teams with information, movement, and pushing capabilities)
Care Package Scan: .15 (Unlike with the Red or Blue chests, you can merely scan care packages as long as they are in your line of sight, so it makes sense to me that it would reward less points.)
Shield Breaks: .05 (Same with the first strike, but Skirmishers are built for longer fights and meant to hold their ground. So give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a small amount of points if they are able to break the shields on an enemy player, that is pressure on the enemy team, that your mates can take advantage of.)
Recon: (I mean we all know how Recon's are supposed to work, but no one plays them for info, you only see everyone bum rush an enemy squad and not think, "Hey, let me ascertain their position so we can have a better idea of where we can flank them from.")
Scans: .165 (A scan is still an assist, as long as from the time they were scanned to the point of their knockdown/death)
Beacons: .75 (it may seem like a large amount but keep in mind that when a Recon scans a beacon, it may give the enemy players positions...BUT...it also tells everyone on the map. "Hey, I am a big bundle of points and I am sitting right here.")
Support: (We all know and love our extra defensive measures, the heals, and the extra loot without running all over the place...but they don't get credit for that.)
Revives: .25 (Because let's be honest, if your teammate saves your life in the middle of a fight, are you really gonna say they should have been killing the enemy team, or doing the job of their respective role?)
Open Blue Chests: .25 (As I said earlier with the Red chests, these things are few and far in between, you're not likely to get maybe one or two per match)
Controller: (These people are meant to set'em up and shut'em down. If you can't really on their traps because they have no incentive to use them, then what is the point.
Enemy gets hit by trap: .05 (You are going to be using them the entire match, so make it worth something to be a cunning devil and leave your traps in unsuspecting places for others to hit.)
Map Beacons: .10 (With their usually only be 5 rounds of value for hitting these beacons, making them worth basically .5 points by the final round seems like a good trade off. Cause you may not even get the chance to hit these unless you are actively seeking them out...which could be a blessing or a trap from other players who are watching them.)

Spellsword
The idea was to have a class that rewards using both magic and weapons. The second thing was to have a class that still gets some of the more fun spells and feels like someone who is good with magic. This however needs to be balanced, so if you convert your mana into spellslots you will have fewer than an eldritch knight.
Hit dice: 1D10 per spellsword level
Spell DC: 8+int
Saving throws: Intelligence, Constitution
Proficiencies:
Armor: light armor, medium armor, shields
Weapons: Simple and martial
Skills: choose 2 from, Athletics, Acrobatics, Arcana, Investigation, History, perception, Religion.

Language comprehension. You gain proficiency in arcana, and expertise if you are already proficient. At second level you gain proficiency with 2 additional languages.
Rune magic: Starting at 3nd level you can inscribe runes to create certain effects to an object or creature you can touch. You can spend 10 minutes to inscribe a rune by hand, or spend 1 mana and a bonus action to instantly inscribe it by arcane means. Lunging strike: as you are striking your arcana propels you 30ft forward in a straight line. Anything you hit will stop you and takes an additional 2D6 force damage, plus 1 per 5ft you moved, in a straight line.
Shocking strike: on a successful hit the target takes an additional 4D6 of lightning damage, and can't take a reaction until the start of its next turn.
Disintegrating strike: On a successful hit, the target takes an additional 2D8 force damage. If you destroy or kill the target it disintegrates. A creature killed in this way can only be resurrected by true resurrection and a wish spell. Illusion - If you hit, the target's vision is obscured by an illusory fog giving them disadvantage on their next attack roll. Necromancy - If you hit, you deal additional damage equal to your intelligence modifier and regain that amount of health. Transmutation - If you hit, the target's speed is halved and has disadvantage on dexterity saving throws for 6 seconds.
Empowered cantrip: At 13th level you have learned how to increase the potency of your cantrips. You can now add your intelligence modifier to cantrip damage rolls, that doesn't already add it.
Subclasses:
Order of the Juggernaut: You have focused your studies towards battle, and war. How to handle heavy weapons and multiple enemies.
Heavily armed: You gain proficiency with heavy and 2 handed weapons. You can choose to use strength or intelligence for attacks.
Mana burst: Starting at 3rd level when you channel your magic through your weapon using arcane flow, you can choose to strike the ground and deal half the damage to everything in a 5ft radius around you, or in a 15 ft cone in front of you. Creatures in range take half damage if they succeed a dexterity saving throw against your spellcasting modifier. At 7th level you can double the range by spending 2 mana. At 17th level you can quadruple the range, for 4 mana.
Spell Shield: At 3rd level, when you successfully cast a spell you gain an amount of temporary hit points equal to the spells level +1, cantrips count as level 0. These hit points last until the end of your next turn.
Arcana Agility: At 3rd level you can spend one mana to increase your move speed by 15ft and your jump height by 10ft for one minute.
Magic might: Starting at 7th level when you roll a strength check or saving throw you can channel mana through your body to increase your strength for a brief time. For each point of mana you spend you add 2 to your roll. At 10th level you can do this with dexterity rolls aswell.
Arcane cache: At 10th level, you learn how to store the magic energy, from magic flow, in your weapon. Each time you directly deal damage with a spell or a cantrip you gain 1 charge you can store 3 charges in your weapon. When you hit with a melee weapon attack all the charges stored in the weapon are released dealing damage according to your magic flow multiplied by the number of charges. The damage is always that of the last spell you dealt damage with. At At 14th level you can store 5 charges.
Order of the Rune keeper: You are part of the order of the Rune keepers. As well as the study of spellcasting your arcane studies also focused on the study of rune magic.
Language comprehension. You gain proficiency in arcana, and expertise if you are already proficient. At second level you gain proficiency with 2 additional languages.
Rune magic: Starting at 3nd level you can inscribe runes to create certain effects to an object or creature you can touch. You can spend 10 minutes to inscribe a rune by hand, or spend 1 mana and a bonus action to instantly inscribe it by arcane means. If a rune is forced on an unwilling target, it has to fail a dexterity saving throw against your spell DC. A rune only holds its power for 1 hour, after that it needs to be reapplied. You can apply a number of runes equal to half your spellsword level each day. At 2nd level you know 2 runes. You can choose two additional runes at 7th, 10th and 14th level. The runes are chosen from this list:
Vex(enchantment) - the target's weight is halved and takes no damage from falling. All movement, including forced, is doubled.
Sol(divination) - the target glows brightly, and produces bright light in a 30ft radius and dim light for 60ft. Any creature closer than 5ft to the target is blinded for 6 seconds when the light appears. When the light hits a magical or invisible object or creature, it will start to glow.
Dol(illusion) - the target is enveloped in a 5ft radius sphere of magical darkness. Creatures with darkvision cannot see through it.
Ith(transmutation) - the target becomes denser and more resilient and gets a +2 to AC, and has disadvantage on dexterity saving throws.
Ohm(abjuration) - the target is immune to any enchantment or transmutation at 3rd level or lower. When the effect takes place the rune is rendered inactive and has to be reapplied. This does not affect any magical effect already placed on the target.
Mal(conjuration) - if the rune is touched it explodes and deals 3d6 necrotic damage.
Tir(evocation) - the target becomes vulnerable to slashing and piercing damage, and resistant to fire and Frost.
Nef(Necromancy) - if the target is destroyed or killed it will be repaired or revived with 1HP. When the effect takes place the rune is rendered inactive and has to be reapplied.
Rune caster: At 4th level when you inscribe a rune using arcane means, you can do so at 30ft range.
At 14th level, inscribing a rune will trigger arcane effects.
Rune master: At 17th level you are able to use a spell to inscribe a rune without spending any extra mana. If you make a successful spell attack you can choose to inscribe a rune as well.
Mage Hunter: You have dedicated your studies to resist and hunt wizards and other magic users.
Magic resilience: Beginning at 3rd level, you gain advantage on saving throws from magic effects. At 10th level if you succeed a dexterity saving throw caused by a magical effect or spell you are not affected by it at all.
Disruptive presence: Beginning at 7th level, when an enemy is within 5ft of you their concentration rolls are made with disadvantage. At 14th level once per round, when anyone performs a spell attack within 5ft of you, you can choose to grant disadvantage on the roll.
Arcane strikes: At 3rd level you learn one of the following strikes. You learn an additional strike at 7th, 10th, 14th, and 17th level. When your weapon is charged with magic from magic flow, you can spend one mana and do one weapon attack with one of the following effects instead:
Tethering strike: on a successful hit an ethereal tether connects you to your target for 1 minute. The target is now unable to move/or teleport out of your range.
Silencing strike: on a successful hit, your target has to make a constitution saving throw of 8+ the damage dealt by the strike. If they fail they are now silenced for the next minute
Dispelling strike: on a successful hit you cast dispel magic on the target. If a roll is made you can choose to add the weapon damage to the roll instead of dealing it to the target.
Lunging strike: as you are striking your arcana propels you 30ft forward in a straight line. Anything you hit will stop you and takes an additional 2D6 force damage, plus 1 per 5ft you moved, in a straight line.
Shocking strike: on a successful hit the target takes an additional 4D6 of lightning damage, and can't take a reaction until the start of its next turn.
Disintegrating strike: On a successful hit, the target takes an additional 2D8 force damage. If you destroy or kill the target it disintegrates. A creature killed in this way can only be resurrected by true resurrection and a wish spell. If the target is a construct of magical force, such as wall of force, it will be destroyed if the additional damage is twice that of the spells level.

It is a public holiday in South Africa. Human Rights Day. I had to Google the significance and, when I saw the answer, I realised I already knew and just didn’t connect the event to the holiday.
I woke up at 09:09, while my husband lay sleeping. I would’ve liked to have woken up earlier, maybe 07:00, but I’m not a morning person. I also fell asleep on the couch last night. I was watching The Batman and I thought it was very boring. It might have been interesting if I could’ve watched it on 2x speed. I don’t know if it was good, because I fell asleep after about 2 hours. Maybe the ending was good. It annoys me that I just don’t know. I am ADHD.
We started watching the movie at 21:30 (give or take three minutes) and I woke up at 00:45 and asked my husband if the movie was over. It was. I went to bed.
My cat really enjoyed that I slept like a starfish as he could sleep between my legs. The window was open because I get quite hot, even on cool nights. This is because I insist on sleeping with the duvet. It makes me feel safe, like I’m back in the womb.
The bedroom door slammed shut at some point, because of the wind. I wondered if my husband might’ve heard it and thought I slammed it because he was watching YouTube videos upstairs. YouTube never stops and the volumes are unpredictable. The UFC commentary videos he usually watches have people screaming sporadically. It often disrupts my sleep. We have argued about it. It’s not because I mind the videos, so much as him falling asleep watching them and, in turn, the sporadic shouting happening all night long. It wakes me up.
I thought of texting him to let him know I wasn’t annoyed and that it was the wind. However, I promptly fell asleep. I have now let him know. He says “oh” and continues to eat his hot cross bun.
When I woke up this morning, the electricity on our prepaid meter had run out. I’m not sure how to top it up, as my husband always does it. We’ve been living here a couple of months so I have now asked him to show me how. He hasn’t yet but I don’t mind.
I decided to pay for this month’s worth of electricity, seeing as he filled it up for January and February. I sent him a text, as he was still asleep, and let him know I paid him and to top it up when he woke. I don’t like that he bears that expense as it was not agreed beforehand. He does not seem to mind and I appreciate that.
He woke at around 11:45. It’s highly unusual for him as he usually struggles to sleep. So that is good.
I was up for 2h36m before him and had no electricity. I listen to a lot of music, but my Senns were dead so I had to play music through my phone. I initially chose a Pop Punk Essentials playlist on Apple Music, then switched to 2000s Rock Essentials.
I proceeded to tidy the kitchen. First, I put all leftovers worth saving away and threw out the rest. Then I tried to make myself a cup of green tea but there was still no electricity. I drank a glass of red wine instead. I thought about how I shouldn’t tell anyone that but I don’t think I will hide it. I sang along to most of the songs and it was nice to hear Creed’s My Sacrifice. It’s been a while… feels like forever. I also packed some dishes into the dishwasher and washed the rest by hand. I made sure to use rubber gloves because dirty dishes gross me out, especially when water touches them.
When my husband woke up, Green Day’s Minority was playing. He interrupted my flow to complain. I don’t remember exactly what he was complaining about because he complains often. I said “Grouchy Pants has arisen.” Then I carried on singing. I don’t sing very well. One time, my friend said “You know you aren’t a good singer right?” But other elope have told me I sing well. I think I’m okay at singing along but that I am very enthusiastic and always having fun, therefore, nothing else matters.
He made himself coffee and made my green tea because, at this point, he had loaded the electricity. The music also switched to playing on my Marshall. That felt great.
He has turned on the TV now. We are watching Netflix. Well, I’m not. I’m still singing Minority. And I have been asked to remove a blackhead on his shoulder. This is where I bid you adieu.

Yesterday my son told me “mommy I’m not supposed to tell you this but Kate said that if you wink your eyes at her again you are gonna have some problems. She said that your baby needs to pop out of you” I am 28 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child. My baby for some reason keeps getting brought up in conversation by her. I’ve not brought up that he said this to me to either her or his father. She says comments like this all the time and my sons father says “that’s just how she is”. My son is 5 how do I bring this up without putting my son in a negative spot? I don’t want to make things hard for him but I feel that this is extremely toxic to my child.

hiii y’all, i’ve been hit with a huge wave of sadness as i’ve realised in my past 1.5 years so far at aut i have struggled to make any friends. even after signing up to social events, trying to introduce myself in tutorials, and even living in unilodge for a semester- i found it was so difficult to connect with people and seeing everyone already in established friend groups also made it intimidating. i don’t even have any mutuals who could introduce me to people-
