So I recently upgraded my graphics card from a 1660s to a 6650 xt. Unfortunately when I go to boot it gets stuck on the Dell logo. I was worried maybe my PSU wouldn't have enough power - I only have a 460W. Is this what the issue is or is it something else?

Having the imminent release of PSVR2 makes me wonder about how much of a hurdle it really is to develop and deploy to a PS5. I've been doing a lot of VR stuff with Unity and Unreal on a PC. I am hoping to release on steam later this year. A good part of the fun for me on my current vr devices is being able to deploy my stuff to them.

i am using windows 11 and i downloaded battlefield 5 through gamepass it used to be that whenever i tried to open it it would open a black screen, maxamise the screen, then close then after a few days of trying evreything ive seen on online forums, reddit, youtube, aswell as reinstalling it several times and trying the built in repair feature, now it just says "your game failed to launch, an error on our end caused your launch to fail. try again a little later." it does not happen for all games, i recently played battlefield 1 with no problems and battlefield 2042 with only crashing a few times allthough that is likely due to my potato pc .im stumped and i dont know what to do i would appretiate any suggestions or fixes very much, thanks in advance

Rand Paul, who is supposed to be the populist Republican candidate, is nerfed.
Sarah Palin, who was reelected as Governor of Alaska in 2010 before being elected to the US House of Representatives in 2016 and 2020, is removed.
John Kasich, who lost the 2010 race, is replaced with US Senator Kevin Coughlin.
Also, Scott Walker would realistically lose 2010, which was a blue wave year, but I made him narrowly win.

So, I got a 96 Ranger 2wd that started howling. NTB listened to it with their stethoscope for $60 and told me pinion bearings. I took it apart, and had a hard time seeing bad bearings. The guys at my local independent auto parts store agreed. I replaced the front pinion bearing (closest one to flange, right?), probably did the preload wrong cause I got a cheap torque wrench, measured the backlash, put it together, aaaaand it still howled around 15-20 mph. Replaced axle bearings, still howled. I decided to replace the rear pinion and ring gear bearings just to cover all my bases. When removing, the spider gears fell out, and I noticed a broken shim on one. New set ordered. Then my parts store guy (they remove and press on the pinion and ring gear bearings) called me to say he felt a strange wear pattern on the pinion gear and also suspected the shim under the pinion bearing was not spec.
  1. Will a shop be able to machine the pinion gear or do I just order a new set (around 150 on rock auto)?
  2. Does the new one come with the correct shim?
  3. If I rent the $100 torque wrench from autozone to do the preload right, measure backlash on multiple gear teeth, and paint the gears to check contact pattern, what are my chances of doing this correctly?
I'm good with taking it to a shop to check my work when done. Do they do this? I'm happy to pay for their time. I really want to learn to do this myself.

Im a college student and live with several roommates, I recently lost a fragrance, and my roommate happened to buy the same one. He was using mine with permission a lot the past year.
I don’t want to accuse him of stealing without a shadow of a doubt. But I also cant stop thinking that he did take it. If i dont confront him about it I feel like im being bitched, if I do and he didnt i dont want to accuse him of stealing when he didnt. I have searched my place back home and apartment and come up empty. I have talked to another one of my roommates who thinks he didn’t.
What should I do? Should I let it go?
