Samsung vrt washer won't spin

I use this laptop for school and in first period, it worked perfectly but in second period, it wouldnt turn on. When i got home i plugged it in cuz i thoght it was dead but it wont turn on. The charger light is on but it doesnt turn on. Help me pls.

I live in a nice 2 bed near the Barclays Center, paying 2800/mo total. Unfortunately, I'll be leaving the city this summer to go to Pittsburgh for school. My current lease ends in May, but due to how I want to wrap things up with my current job and when school starts I'd prefer to leave in August. I've lived in the Apartment for 1 year and 1 month and signed a 15 month lease. My roommate and I are clean, quiet, and always pay on time. Unfortunately I didn't have the foresight to sign a lease until August.
Having said that, my landlord notified me about renewing, with a new offer of 3500/mo total, which is interestingly what they tried to rent this place for before on streeteasy, before dropping it to 2800/mo that we are currently paying.
Would you guys have any suggestions as to the best way to extend my lease to August/stay until August? I am considering 2 options:

1. Renew the lease and leave after August, transferring the lease to someone else/subleasing.
   1. Pros:
      1. If I tell the landlord I am renewing, then they will probably be willing to reduce the rent from 3500/mo.
      2. They will agree to a renewal but may not agree to an extension.
      3. It should be easy enough to find someone to rent this apartment as its in a nice area, with good amenities (Washer + Dryer in unit, close to new metal appliances, nice countertops etc.)
   2. Cons:
      1. Big risk of finding a subleasesomeone to take over the lease. If it ends up being a sublease and the person doesn't pay, I'm pretty much screwed (I think at least - have never subleased in NYC before).
2. Explicitly ask for a lease extension until August.
   1. Pros:
      1. Less complicated/cleaner. Less risk on my end of getting bad subletters.
      2. Maybe I can convince them that they will get a better price in August? NYU Students? I doubt it though as they know the market better than I do
   2. Cons:
      1. Landlord may not agree to extension.
      2. If they do agree, they will probably make me pay the 3500/mo no matter what. They have no incentive to reduce the rent because they know I'll be gone in two months.
      3. If they don't agree, I'll probably have to renew + break the lease at 3500, as they won't be willing to negotiate down. E.g. there's an order of operations issue.

Anyone have any suggestions on what to do here? I know it's a bit of an awkward situation so I appreciate any advice!

Playing a videogame and around 30 minutes in, the screen goes black and says no signal yet the fans seem to be spinning still and I can hear sound. What could be the cause? I'm just a 16yo kid and hopefully I won't have to buy new parts. So disappointed.
For reference, I've had this PC for many months now and this issue has only started appearing a little while ago.

So I have a macbook pro mid 2012 and El Capitan is the OS I have installed. It's perfectly fine and I can use it to do a lot of things, but recently I've begun to notice some problems like certificate validations from websites and some browsers that won't access a lot of websites because they need a new version that can only be installed if I upgrade my macbook. My question is: I don't really know how an HDD (hard drive) works, but do I need to buy one just in order to upgrade my macbook? My mac won't let me upgrade unless I have an HDD (samsung, toshiba, seagate, etc.) connected to it? I am extremely unaware of how these things work, so I would love some advices! Thank you!

I bought a Samsung washer and dryer set a year ago and they’re still in great condition but they’re not selling on FB or Offer Up any other places y’all would recommend?

I built a PC, and it worked great for a few weeks: And now it won't work. The fan's spin, then stop. Nothing shows up on the screen.
Things I've tried:

1. Paper clip test: I don't think the PSU is broken as I bought a second one brand new, and it also didn't work
2. Removing ram and putting it back in, and cleaning it.
3. Removing all cables and putting it back in. I even took out the motherboard from the case and tried doing it too.
4. Turning it on without SSD. Nothing.
5. Clearing CMOS.

I don't have any idea wants wrong, and here is the parts list:
CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1230
Motherboard: Dell OptiPlex 390 MT Motherboard (From an old Pre-built that I had)
Ram: Teamgroup Elite 2x8GB DDR3
GPU: GTX 980

I am searching for a partner to be the Yin to my Yang, the peanut butter to my jelly (we can debate who is what later), and I am looking to embark on a story creating journey that fulfills this. But what exactly do I mean?
My character, Markus, is the prince of a small kingdom in the north, Eratia, and second in line for the thrown. Eratia is known for its rich mines and other natural resources, however, a lack of easily settleable land, harsh winters, and generally poor soil kept the rich nation from becoming too powerful on the grand stage. Your character (YC) is a princess from Aestas is a much larger and more powerful kingdom to the south. Located in the center of the continent in a mix of rolling hills and plains, the area provided rich farmland and benefited from being a constant trade hub. YC is second in line to the throne of Aestas, but since she has an older sister she has been little more than an afterthought in the minds of her parents since she was a child.
I know I know, prince and princess is boring, but hang on I'm getting there!
After a 5 year war, Aestas defeats Eratia and semi-absorbs them into its growing empire. Markus is publicly blamed for the loss by his father the king due to Markus' position in the military despite the fact that forces outside of his control were to blame. YC is used as a pawn in the truce as an arranged marriage is settled upon by both kings to join their houses and make public opinion soar.
Here is where the fun begins! After a (relatively) straight forward enemies-to-lovers/arranged marriage relationship blooms, the two set out on a path to take revenge on those in power who sold them out and to take over the throne of Aestas. This will be a path of action, political intrigue, espionage, romance, and more. But at the center of it all is an unwavering power couple, Markus and YC.
As a few more small notes on my idea: Please bring your creative brain. Ideas on how to improve the concept? Yes please! Paths for twists, turns, and surprises? Encouraged! Simply have a better name for the kingdoms? Great! Also, I'm imaging this set in a made up world, one that has forms of technology. Although the setting is socially and politically medieval, the idea of sticking with dirty castles, unshoweritg people, and disease isn't very appealing to me. I'm considering maybe including some kind of superpower system? We would have to chat more. Speaking of you, I do have some requirements:

1. I am looking for an advanced role-player. I won't count your lines like a teacher, but I am shooting for near-novella levels.
2. Be creative and open to world building, storytelling, character development etc.
3. Please be responsive. I understand life gets in the way, sometimes I have days were I simply can't respond, but if this isn't what you're looking for please tell me. This is a prompt I've thought about for a long while and if you're not right for it that is alright, just let me know.
4. I primarily use discord and would appreciate the same.
5. I frequently use OOC not just to discuss the role-play, but maybe just to be friendly. This isn't necessarily a requirement, but definitely something to point out.

Below is a small writing sample loosely based on this idea. This particular scene does not have to actually occur or be included:

His rough hands remained planted on the table edge in front of him as he leaned forward to examine the map. Those barbarians didn't have much in the way of tactics, but they sure made up for it in ferocity and in numbers. Markus ran a set of rough fingers through his long blonde hair. He was sure he needed a shower and a shave, but this wasn't the time for such niceties.
Markus adjusted his feet on the dirt floor. It was made of clay, terrible for farming and even worse to set up camp in. His eyes glanced up and took in the command tent for what felt like the thousandth time that hour. The prefabricated structure was usually teaming with life, but Markus had dismissed his men earlier. They needed rest and he needed time to think. The lifeless monitors rested on a pale red Home Screen with a spinning black logo in the middle, the seal of Aestas. It plastered an eery red glow on the tent and clashed heavily with the unnatural blue light arising from the holo-map.
Markus' mind needed to be on troop movements, supply lines, possible exit strategies, and more, but truthfully he was unable to concentrate. Also for what felt like the thousandth time, Markus reached in his pocket and pulled out a folded photograph. The edges of the film had started to curl from being carried around, but he didn't care. He opened the photo and a tired smile grew across his face. There were plenty of portraits and photoshoots of the princess around and she looked stunning in all of them, but this was his favorite image of her. It was an off-guard photo. She had been looking out over their balcony with the sunrise on her skin when she turned to face him and he had snapped the picture. Despite his overwhelming love for her a pit of worry still sat in his stomach. Her scheme was supposed to be set in motion today and he could only hope it went off without a hitch.

TL;DR, enabled killswitch a couple weeks back. Seemed like a logical and helpful choice.
Well, yesterday I left my VPN on while doing some p2p file-sharing. I woke up in the middle of the night, and the share had finished. Was half-drunk and half-asleep still, so just manually shut down my computer without thinking.
This morning, my PC won't connect to the internet at all. Basic troubleshooting identified that it's the PIA Firewall (from the killswitch, presumably) blocking the internet access.
So it clicked: I manually shut down without disconnecting the VPN, so PIA took it as a sudden interruption/breach and triggered the killswitch.
Problem is now I can't turn it off or get my internet back. I can't disable the killswitch in the program settings because the program can't communicate to the internet (stuck with the spinning loading circle for over an hour now).
I googled this issue and was told a system restore is an easy fix, but my 3 attempts so far have failed because the System Restore wasn't able to successfully complete. I have no idea why, but it's completely unrelated issue. Point is, system restore is not an option.
So I tried more googling and there was tall about connecting via the command prompt, executing some commands to the piactl.exe file via command line, and a "background off" command to turn background connection and the killswitch off. I tried it, did not work. The command keeps failing and timing out. Double and triple checked I was executing it properly.
I'm losing my mind here as to how to turn off the killswitch and get my internet back (which is working fine on all other devices FYI)
My ideas: -Uninstall PIA completely (use Revo), get rid of the trace files, and hope that makes the killswitch go away. BUT I fear if this DOESNT work, now the firewall will be stuck on and PIA won't even be installed for me to tamper with or try to fix in some other way
-Total system wipe. Clean windows install. Would take an annoying amount of time to backup all my important files, and the set up the computer again... but if all else fails, it'll be the last hope.
I'm sorry for the wall of text but I'm at my wits end.

EDIT: Just uninstalled PIA, used Revo to completely wipe all leftover files, and restarted the PC. Still the same problem. Used the troubleshooter and... yup, despite being supposedly completely gone and leftover files wiped, PIA Firewall still is blocking the internet connection. And now PIA is uninstalled so I can't do anything to it.

Hello, I am trying to figure out if this makes sense for him to do. The agreement he already signed says he has 3 days to cancel.
They say they are not a debt settlement company. They are phoenixlaw.co
They say his CC debt of $83k will become 33k with them. They set up a payment plan with him for $690 a month for 48 months.
It says in the agreement that the money he pays them will NOT go toward any settlements. I don't understand the purpose of them. I have attached a screenshot from the agreement he signed with them.
The agreement he entered with them doesn't include all of his cards, 3 or so don't have balances which he is keeping he says.
If I understand correctly, he pays this company $690 a month and eventually when the credit card companies offer a settlement, he will be on the hook for whatever the number is. All the accounts he submitted as I said are 83k. Discover for example, is $26,586. If he pays these guys $690 a month for 48 months (33k), Discover will still offer a settlement (let's say 50%), which WON'T come from the 33k to this company. What am I missing?

Beam ng and GTA V both enter their loading screens into the main menu they then die during that process resulting in a black screen, I can still use my mouse and keyboard although I cannot close applications and the screen remains black untilI restart my pc. (Specs) Zotac 3070 I5 12600kf 32gb ddr4 3x samsung m.2 (3.5tb total) Samsung ssd (1tb)
I think it may be a power issue as the fans on my gpu have stopped spinning, but it can still run games like sims 4 cheers!

If anyone is using the recently discovered Samsung text to speech exploit do achieve system shell access, the March update will patch the exploit. All the articles and forums saying the exploit will work until One Ui 5.0 is false now. The exploit will work on whatever phones that do not have the March security update whether it is One UI 4.1 (My S10+) or One UI 5.0. My s10+ (One UI 4.1) skipped the February update which could be the one that fixes the exploit but I cannot confirmed it. Therefore, if you want to keep using the TTS exploit, you must remain on the January update just to be save. If anyone has an S10 series that is on the January update, please test the exploit and if you are brave enough, update to the Feb or March update to confirm if it breaks since the S10 series wont get One UI 5 but still receives security updates.

Tl;DR : Don't update to the march security update if you want to keep using the TTS exploit. Stay at the January update.

I have a Powercolor Red Devil 6800xt that won't work with my MSI B660m Bazooka DDR4 with i5 12500. I already tried different bios settings and I still get no display and fans don't even spin. PC boots when using igpu but it doesn't detect the 6800xt. These are the troubleshooting I did. Both 6800xt and 6700xt are Powercolor Red Devil.
6800xt + B660m + i5 12500 - No display
6700xt + B660m + i5 12500 - Working. No issues
6800xt + B450 + R5 3600 - Working. No issues

Recently replaced my Samsung top loading washer with a new Whirlpool Front Loader (wife is thrilled, more excited than diamond earrings , thinking boys I might be getting lucky tonight!!)
Problem is that the OEM drain hose that shipped with the Whirlpool washer is 5'6" and I need 6' . Can I trim the washers drain pipe by 4" to make it work or do I need the drain pipe to be a certain length for some reason?

When im in my bed or walking around in my room at night, the desk chair i have which can spin. (when i get off my chair it usually spins a little which puts it in a random direction) so whenever i notice the chair and its pointed in my general direction i always get a small shock and fear builds up in me because i think theres a invisible person/ghost entity staring at me. so i usually just turn the chair to a place i know damn well i wont go over in the night, this even happened recently where i was walking into my room and the chair was perfectly lined up with the door…safe to say i kept my eyes on that chair till i got into the bed and away from where its pointing

I've been trying for over a week to get Samsung Care+ for my Buds2 Pro. When I try to register on samsungcareplus.com, I get a 'not a U.S IMEI' message. This makes no sense as I'm entering a Serial Number. Several reps told me my buds2 are eligible after giving them the S/N, and that the site is having technical issues (for 2 weeks??!!). When I call, they tell me I had to get SC+ at the 'point of sale'. This was impossible because I got a S23+ bundled in the same order, and there was no option to purchase it.
I could have returned my Buds2 and re-ordered with the warranty, but at the risk of losing my discount from getting them with the S23+. I do not want to risk losing 100$ just so I can get the warranty.
It's ridiculous that I'm literally trying to give them my money, and not a single rep can help me get SC+ for my Buds2. Several times on the phone they simply give up and disconnect me.
Has anyone been able to register their Buds2 Pro with Samsung Care+ via the website?? The 2-year 39$ plan??
I don't know what else to do except give up. The reps won't help me...

Hi, I am in desperate need of help at the moment, I am losing my mind as I try to upgrade my GPU. To begin, here are my specs:
Intel core i7 12700k 32 GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5 5600 RAM ROG strix B760-I Gaming WIFI Powercolor Radeon RX 7900 XT Cooler Master V850 SFX Gold 850W 80+ Gold Samsung 970 Evo Plus 500 GB M.2 NVME
So I have been gradually upgrading my system over the last couple months, and the GPU was the last one to replace (GTX 1080). The when installed, the 7900 XT's fans spin, but there is no output detected. I made sure to reseat the graphics card, as well as the PSU cables. I even did so again after it failed to output a second time. I wanted to make sure that it wasn't a complete dud so I tested the 7900 XT on another system (intel i7 8700k, ASUS Prime z370-A, 32gb corsair vengeance DDR4 3200, 750W 80+ gold) and the card output just fine, all it needed was the proper driver install. I then tried to boot with native graphics to see if I could attempt to install the RX 7900 XT drivers prior to seating it again just to see if it would do anything, but the AMD software Adrenalin thin wouldn't allow for driver install without an RX card present. I then tested my new system again with the gtx 1080 just to make sure that I didn't damage the PCIE slot during the transfer but the system worked just fine. My BIOS version is up to date btw.
I'm currently losing my mind over here, I don't understand what the issue could possibly be, besides an incompatibility with the motherboard and the GPU, but there's nothing on the internet that would suggest that. If anyone has any advice for me I would greatly appreciate it because while I could RMA, I don't believe that there is anything wrong with the card. Thank you in advance for any and all suggestions.
(PS, I also considered that 850W could be too low, but since the card worked just fine on the 750W system, I figured that it isnt the problem).
