Craiglist beauty

After months of madness I finally got approved for 2 apt in the same building - $2500 large beautiful studio, and a $3100 good size 2 bedroom. Help me weight pros and cons?
I'm single and I WFH.
I feel like 2 bedroom is not just $600 more expensive, it's also gonna be furniture expensive. But it'll be a real homey home.
I never lived in the studio - will I lose my mind? Or will it will be a great opportunity to leave my house more often and go out and spend the $600 I'm saving?
What would you guys do?
UPDATE: I have decided to take the studio! While 2bed is indeed priced under the market, for my budget I figured I'd be happier with cheaper rent and more money to go out, otherwise why live in the Village? Thanks for the advice and I'm sorry I upset some of you. I found both places on Craiglist, good deals are out there guys!
