We bought a house that came with this fun thing in the front yard. I believe this was maybe a tree stump at one point. As you can see, it has some black fungal looking thing going on. The softboiled egg-looking friend occurs sporadically, extending out about a ~7 foot diameter around the black centerpiece. Any thoughts on what this is and the best way to kill it? 😅

A few disclaimers:

1. I know all dogs bark, that it’s healthy and sometimes helpful. and I don’t mean by question that I want to eliminate all barking.
   
2. I own a chihuahua. I’ve had them my whole life and know they tend to be barkers. They can be yappy. But I’ve had enough of them to know they don’t ALL bark constantly. And I know they are highly trainable, very smart dogs.
   

Now, on to my question…
My pup is just 10 weeks old and found her bark a little over a week ago. In general she doesn’t bark much. She’s happy to meet other people and dogs. She’s not overly fearful of new things or places. But bc she’s still so little she has trouble with stairs and couches / beds. She barks to say she wants down or up. Trouble is, it’s constant barking until someone helps her. How can I train her out of the constant barking and instead to alert with one or two barks? Is this even possible??!

I've got a 5-bed, 2,000 sqft double wide in a city that's been booming for the last few years. I bought it at $111k and it's now valued at $175k.
I would really like to upgrade the siding, insulation, HVAC and windows. I'm thinking back to how hard it was to find a lender to make the initial purchase because of it being a manufactured home. Are there any well known resources for something like this?

For context my supposed family consist of me (21 M), my childhood friend (20 M) and his boyfriend (20 M) who i consider my best friend the first time we met. So the three of us are unexpectedly close with all the shite that happened. Childhood friend and i had a bit of history where i was a bit of an asshole but im trying to reconcile that day by day and i still do. I get along with his BF really unexpectedly too we had the same interests and made it easier for us to bond. All three of us used to confide with each other. If those two are having a lovers tift i usually console the both of em, reassuring their asses, comforting them, hell covering for them. They do the same thing for me too. Whenever i get anxious, cry when im drunk, make a whole lot of bad decisions since i hate myself. They were there for me. Even with our history everything was good.
There are times where i was being dumb too. I make them mad but we always go back. We try to listen to each other, understand our boundaries and learn. We had a rule when one is mad we just let them walk away and wait since they always said no matter how we fuck up they’ll come back. And i……i always believe that cause they do. I say to them face to face that they are my chosen family. They fucking appreciated that notion. I show to them the way i show love and they do the same. The three of us are tight even though im kinda in a awkward position but they nevermind that.
Which makes this decision so fucking hard. Okay so one time i had a bit of a petty moment. I invited those two to hang for a while they agreed but that time, oof. I never felt so fucking alone in my fucking life. I was always ahead when walking, i never got into the conversations, i felt like a dog walking with their owner. If they just said they wanted to be on a date i wouldve just left in the instant. I would always respect their time. But damn i really fucking hated that feeling. Worse walking back to the place we were hanging out, i just went into the bathroom and when i looked back theyre gone. Not so much a goodbye and shit that hurt so much. They were so into each other worlds that i felt such a stranger to them.
So i apllied our rule took me a few days but i sorted myself out and just admit i am being difficult, id just adjust for them. But the moment i saw them and tried to talk to them. One was clueless about what was happening while the other one was in a mood andwasnt even looking at me. I stayed and holy fork it was just like last time but worse. My existence wasnt being acknowledge.
Its been a month. I was drunk a lot times that month and tried to talk to them the whole time since i cant muster up the courage to talk to them in person. But all those chat all those apologies and all those of times just wanting an answer. I was met with a read and silence.
Im not a family to them the way i see them. It hurts and im just thinking of cutting them since i also have some dignity and self respect i dont wanna keep on grovelling waiting for an answer even though how badly i want to go back.
Mind this is how i see it i dont know how those two are coping but they have each other for that. Theyre not gonna lose anything if i leave but i am losing people i genuinely love.

I have noticed some difference/progression in that we have started to say "I love you" but it hurts for me to say it, since I know she doesn't mean it the same way I do. She also corrected me when I said "Love you too" and apparently there was a difference between 'I love you' and 'I love you too'

My dad‘s family also went to my mom’s neighborhood and told everyone in my mom‘s neighborhood and told her best friends we don’t want to have a disabled family member in our family both of my dad and his family are living in a different country also, can I do something about this? Hello friends, today I thought it would be fun to take a look at the Milwaukee Bucks' cap sheet and make some general observations about what to expect from them this offseason and moving forward. It's another big offseason for them as they no doubt are looking to improve their core, or at the least keep it together for another run. Let's see what that might look like.
Here is the Bucks' cap sheet heading into the 2023 offseason:

So as of right now, the Bucks have over 157.8 million committed to 8 players, including Middleton and Carter who have player options. With the luxury tax line expected to fall around 162 million, re-signing their key free agents could get very expensive for ownership if Middleton does opt into the final year of his contract. The new second apron and its dreaded penalties aren't set to kick in until next season so management doesn't have to worry about that for now, but of course that doesn't mean there isn't a limit put on them for what they can spend.
Milwaukee's free agents include Lopez, Ingles, Crowder, Thanasis, Matthews, Dragic, and Meyers Leonard. Lopez is obviously the priority, but he has value on the open market and will expect fair compensation if he does decide to return. The purpose of this exercise is not to debate the value of certain free agents and how much they'll get this summer, but we need to make some estimates. Let's say Lopez re-signs with the Bucks for 3 years, 15 million per season. In a scenario where Middleton and Carter pick up their 2023-2024 options, Milwaukee's total salary would be at around 10.8 million over the luxury cap this summer with 6 roster spots to fill out.
The ownership has shown willingness to pay luxury tax in the past, but there's always going to be a limit. And now there are new complications with paying the tax bill thanks to the new CBA. The already infamous 2nd apron is staring down teams, daring them not to cross. Furthermore, the Bucks are set to pay the luxury tax for a fourth consecutive season, triggering the repeater tax, which is even more brutal under the new CBA. The tax increase is reportedly not set to take effect until next year, but teams will still have to plan accordingly. And even without the increase, the repeater tax is pretty brutal as it stands.
Ownership dug into their pockets last season and paid out about 84 million in luxury tax after the team's payroll went almost 30 million over the line. However, if we assume that ownership is willing to pay the same amount this year, which isn't a given, then management can only allow the payroll to go about 24 million over the line for 2023-2024. While this is possible in a scenario where Middleton picks up his option and they pay Lopez around 15 million, it will involve a lot of veteran minimums and it's hard to see Milwaukee being able to use the taxpayer MLE to add a fresh face.
If management's desire is to bring back the core of the team and see how they perform under a new coaching staff, then I imagine they will look to negotiate a new deal with Middleton. Considering that he has 40.4 million sitting on the table, we shouldn't expect Khris to accept anything less than a large, long-term deal to replace it. Middleton opting out to sign a 4-year deal worth 28 million per year could make sense for both sides. From Khris's perspective it would be like adding 3 years for 72 million onto his current 40 million dollar deal, which is a fair extension for someone with his age and injury history. From the Bucks' perspective, they free up 12.4 million this season which they can use to comfortably re-sign Lopez and maybe even bring back Crowder or use the MLE in free agency.
Let's say that both Ingles and Thanasis re-sign to veteran minimum deals. Since it's probably an underpay, let's also say that Carter turns down his player option and re-signs for 2 years, 5 million annually. Here is what the Buck's cap sheet could *theoretically* look like after using the full taxpayer MLE, re-signing Middleton and Lopez, and filling out the roster with a couple vets and a rookie:

Under this configuration, the Bucks can keep their choice of free agents and also utilize the taxpayer MLE to add a new player to help them on their mission to win another championship. Of course, I don't expect their front office to end up with this cap sheet exactly as there are many different paths that they can go this summer. However, the Middleton decision is absolutely a domino for them as it could mean the difference between being able to run it back with a new free agent addition or struggling to re-sign Lopez.
TLDR: The Bucks are set to pay into the luxury line for a fourth consecutive season, triggering the repeater tax. It will be expensive, but feasible to bring back their key players from last season. Negotiating a new long term deal with Middleton could open up room to allow them to utilize the tax payer MLE this summer.

I met him back in November through a mutual friend but we started seeing each other 3 weeks ago. He invited me to watch a movie at his place and nothing happened, we just cuddled. He knows I was SA and always respect my boundaries.
So we started hanging out a lot, seeing each other maybe 5 days in a week, always at night, we would walk or go eat dinner. I even met his friends one day and they like me.
He always says how beautiful I am and how much he likes me, he hugs me a lot and gives kisses. He even brought me chocolate on Friday because I feeling down.
The thing is the other day we were talking about sex and he casually said "A girl I was dating gave me HPV, I never use condoms, I don't like them" and " I think I'm sterile because I never got a girl pregnant". I was shocked but let it go because I liked him but I'm not having sex without condom even if I'm in BC.
So yesterday as I was heading home from work I received a text from his asking how I was feeling and If I was tired, he actually asked me this like 3 times and each time I said yes and that I was going to sleep early. At 11:45 pm he texted me saying he was at the park near my place, I was in bed already and I had no intention of going down to see him. I told him I was going to sleep and we could see each other another day. So 5 min later I receive a phone call asking me if I already sleeping, I told him yes and hung up.
It left bad taste in my mouth, I just feel like he thinks he's entitled to my time, I just really don't know. My head is a mess.

I was a child, I was diagnosed with ADHD, bipolar disorder, and depression. I also experienced states of psychosis, which I believe were influenced by the medications I was taking. The medications included Risperdal (1mg to 5mg), Seroquel (100mg to 200mg), Wellbutrin (100mg), Depakote (1000mg), and Prozac (10-20mg). I didn't take Prozac and Wellbutrin simultaneously, but this was the combination I took daily or twice a day. All of these medications were prescribed by the same doctor over a two-year period while I was living with my mom. There were a few other medications that were tried, but they didn't go beyond the initial trial phase.
My relationship with my father wasn't the best, and like many people, I had some daddy issues. However, he genuinely believed that the doctors were making a mistake by putting me on these medications. He was concerned that the diagnosis would hinder my potential for a successful life. When he gained custody of me, he decided not to take me to see doctors and gradually took me off the medication. He convinced me that I didn't need it and even showed me research papers highlighting the potential risks of combining Risperdal and Seroquel.
Now that I'm an adult, I find social situations challenging. I unintentionally make people feel uncomfortable, and my mental and emotional difficulties have led to me losing my job twice. I was also expelled from university for my unapologetic behavior. Describing these problems to others who aren't experiencing them alongside me is difficult. So, I often ask people to accompany me to HR after a few days of being fired, allowing them to listen to the conversations or review transcripts of phone calls, emails, and text messages. This way, they can witness the struggles I face. However, it's a lot to ask someone to do.
Unfortunately, the medical records from that time are no longer available since hospitals typically retain them for around seven years. I'm desperately in need of help. I want to find a way to protect myself from being fired due to my depression or the impression I give off. I also need assistance in achieving stability and finding a healthcare provider who won't immediately label me as someone seeking attention or exhibiting problematic behavior.
Asking for help is incredibly challenging because the advice I receive tends to be the same things I've been trying for the past six years. My previous therapist was particularly unhelpful. I would ask him at the beginning and end of each session what I could have done better in a given situation, and he wouldn't respond at all. I'm currently in line to find another therapist, but it will take three months before I can have my first visit - starting the process all over.
I am currently in Massachusetts. I'll probably be on the streets in about a year due to the rate I'm spending my cash and the status of my credit lines.
