I work on a very small team - my boss and two teammates. We get along great and collaborate very well (we work for a non-profit). However. They are all hardcore Texas conservatives. I am not originally from here and I’m certainly not a conservative. This normally wouldn’t matter. Except our weekly team meetings are uncomfortable for me. They always find a way to bring up politics and I just have to sit there silently while they find creative ways to make jabs at the minority clients we serve. That was strike one. Today took a new turn. Today, my boss mentioned her niece who “has kids but is newly lesbian. And I took her to church her whole life but clearly failed her somehow.” To which my teammates gasped and agreed that this girl certainly isn’t “Christ-like”. I’m done. Now, it’s upward review season. I want to be honest in my review and ask for directors to be reminded to keep their political/religious views quiet. But I work for a fairly small organization where “we’re all family!” And I do NOT trust HR to keep my review anonymous nor do I even fully trust that reviews are anonymous to begin with. Do I say it anyway? I’ve had enough.

According to ESPN Brasil, Atletico Madrid, Chelsea and PSG are monitoring Fulham attacking midfielder Andreas Pereira, who is enjoying a solid season back in the Premier League.

It has given way to links to Celta Vigo starlet Gabri Veiga, who is also a target for Real Madrid. Now, it is being claimed that Andreas Pereira is also on the radars of Diego Simeone’s side.
However, they will have to compete with Chelsea, who could be viewing the former Manchester United star as a replacement for Mason Mount, who appears to be on his way out of Stamford Bridge.
At the same time, PSG are said to be interested in signing the 27-year-old midfielder as well.
Pereira’s contract with Fulham runs until 2026 with an option for an additional twelve months. So, signing him will likely require a signficant sum. Whether Atletico Madrid are in a position to stump up the cash given their financial problems remains to be seen.

little info about me. I’m a care leaver with autism. When I left care I moved into a small house in the middle of nowhere. The nearest supermarket and gym was about 2 miles away and I had no friends. I became depressed and my binge eating and gambling got really bad. It was the only way I knew how to cope. My mental health deteriorated so bad over the 8 years I lived in isolation. Hardly leaving the house todo anything. My house became a mess. Unwashed dishes, all my appliances had surged from bad electrics and the cellar had started to flood. Not to mention the damp.
I knew I had to get out of that place and so I joined the housing website and started bidding. In December I got a call to say I had been short listed for a property 5 minute walk from the city center. Everything I could dream of within reach, including an Aldi and gym. Lovely views on the 13th floor and close to support networks. They told me the property was in notice as the tenant was still living there and that works had to be carried out. I waited another 3 months until yesterday morning, I got a call to tell me that the property is ready to view!

Years before he was born, Cecilia’s mother had gotten sick. It was a terrible sickness that stole the breath from her lungs and the strength from her legs. She was trapped in her bed for months with no real news from the doctors and consultants.
Cecilia would watch strangers from all corners of the world walk into the room her mother was trapped in. They had all kinds of education and spiritual presence. Monks from Theai-Tror, witch doctors from Astium, and highly skilled doctors from Caskel. Every single one of them walked out, shaking their heads and whispering soft apologies to her father.
They would give Cecilia a sad look or give her a small toy to make her feel better. Cecilia hated them. Hated the piles of empty promises in her room. She would listen to them tell her father over and over and over again, that there was nothing they could do.
One day, a new doctor arrived at the house. A tall imposing woman whose reddish-brown skin stuck out among the pale faces around her. She spoke slow and loudly, her thick speech not used to Otril’s delicate language.
The woman introduced herself as Balke, the chosen shaman of Scoaya. Balke had heard of the sickness plaguing the matron of the La Dubois family and left her country to help. Cecilia’s father was wary, beaten down by failure after failure, but he led Balke to his wife.
It was hours before the shaman left the room. The sky had darkened and a quiet hush fell around the mountain valley. When Balke came out, she was smiling. Two streaks of ash were smeared under her eyes and down her cheeks. She grabbed Cecilia’s father’s hands and held them for a moment, head bowed. Balke explained the sickness to him, telling him that his wife would recover if her faith was strong enough. In the same breath, the shaman explained how she wouldn’t be able to have another child.
After Balke had left, Cecilia snuck into her mother’s room. She saw her father standing over the bedridden woman, holding her limp hand in his own. She listened to him quietly whisper her name.
“Lecia.”
It was the first time Cecilia had really seen her mother after she fell ill. Her once vibrant red hair was dulled and her pale skin had a sickly sheen. Her brown eyes were dull and full of tears as she looked at her husband.
Cecilia’s mother did eventually recover, yet she could still barely stand or walk. Anyone could tell the sickness had an effect on her by looking at her eyes. They had dulled permanently, left unfocused and dazed as if she was in another world. Her mother didn’t smile, didn’t react to Cecilia when she tried to hold her hand or speak to her. Her father said that her heart was broken, torn to a point neither of them could fix it.
Then Peyre was born. Seven years after Cecilia, two years after being told he would never be.
After two years, Her mother smiled.
Peyre was small, with soft brown hair and blue eyes. He was the apple of their mother’s eye; a cherished angel sent from the Goddess.
He was a gift, sent from the Goddess herself. It was the only explanation. Cecilia could have hated him, yet she didn’t. For two years she was ignored and shunned by her mother, unable to make her smile. But Peyre did.

So As the title States I used to play this game way back in early 2015-2016 then i left playing it and only picked it up again recently. I am a bit confused and quite under equipped for all the modes and battles I really need a proper guide or someone to help me since i cant achieve anything due to the power creep atm, especially the heroic modes or the arena Im on Android Global since the flags dont appear when viewing the leaderboard which ive been told is a feature for NA. I’m a ISFP. We are all in grad school. First time ever taking to ESTJ. It’s just super weird. We saw each other in class all the day and just today we have a zoom group meeting together. I walked up to him in the school building and said that I know him from previous classes, he said something like “oh do we I was too focused when I do things so I never noticed you. “ (weird cuz I talk in class as well, most people knows me) I was like oh make sense you ask lots of bold questions in class. And then we had a heated debate on whether his straightforwardness and ignore the political correctness and insist on the logical thing is a good thing to do in California. And then I asked about his MBTI. He asked me what is it and I explained.he made some bad jokes like “oh nice nice hope school don’t kick me out if I get the wrong result”etc. at that moment I wasn’t sure if he’s interested (in the MBTI or in me) or just polite or etc so I said you don’t have to. But he said I pitched his interest. And when I talked to him and explain my emotional sways of viewings things he called it “fascinating and insightful”. It’s just weird cuz later when I asked his age. I guessed 27 but he laughed and told me the students he’s TAing guesses he’s 36. Then I asked his age again. He told me he’s in School while there’s dinosaurs in there. And then when I show curiosity again,he act a bit uncomfortable and say “now I’m feeling comfortable telling you my age now”. So I wrapped up the conversation and later that day he basically avoided eye contact but did open the door when I was behind him. I know later he literally graduated the same year as I form college which mean we both are 23. What the fuvk just happened. Did I do something wrong? TL;DR What can I (F24) do to help myself with coming to terms that my first actual relationship is not working due to my partner’s (M22) inexperience in life and lack of dicipline, no boundaries and very low self-esteem ?
We are both freshmen, studying different majors, and the reason we started dating was cause he was obsessed with me (or idea of having a gf) and wouldn’t stop dm-ing, and I found his stubbornness cute at first, just to realise that he is in-fact limerencing over me.
I appreciate his good heart but sometimes I find myself teaching him manners/respect and playing a parent-like role.
He is the only child of a single-narcissistic (per his words) mother and I am tired of making excuses for his behaviour and my unfulfilment.
He is seeking therapy after he a threw a tantrum that ended up hurting me to an emotional numbness… yet I still feel like it is not fair that Ive worked on myself before taking on a relationship while he hasn’t. He does not view this as a problem.
Is it fair that he gets to drag down the version of me that I’ve worked hard for while he is presenting to me an ungrown version of himself ?
My GPA did not turn out so well over the first simester as I was trying to also maintain this relationship but unlike him…he failed all his courses!!
I am failing to understand a lot of things.
My goal in a relationship is partnership, marriage and becoming a mother but I don’t know if he can bring anything to the table by the time we graduate.
( I also enjoy healthy amount of solitude while he can’t stand being on his own). I’ve grown hopeless when it comes to relationships from what I’ve seen in my family but I chose to give this a shot to see where it takes us, maybe his stubbornness gave me some reassurance at the beginning.

After reading today Bryce Mitchell said the Islam Volk fight was ‘rigged as f*ck’, I had to watch the fight back with an unbiased opinion. I’m a Volk fan so the first time watching I had him winning but after watching it back just now, I had Islam winning round 1, 2 and 4. Volk definitely winning round 3 and 5 no question. You could argue the second round was very close and it could of gone either way. However, Islam had more significant strikes and take downs overall.
On the other hand and from a business point of view, Islam brings in the Middle East money so given how close it was, it doesn’t surprise me they edged him the win.
