2001 4runner abs module

I have thought about this quite a bit. I wonder if anyone has noticed this before or if there's some technical terminology for it. I'm hoping someone here can give more info so I can learn more.
Bare with me a moment. If we look at the modes they're each a variation of the ionian (major) mode: WWhWWWh. I came across the concept of parallel keys and explored using borrowed/altered chords. Before I used them but I never learned to build them on my own. Each parallel key is a different mode which shares a tonal center with the initial key. For example, the key of C can modulate to C dorian, C phrygian, C lydian... etc. While writing out each and their respective key, I found an interesting pattern.

the order of the keys from top to bottom: C Bb Ab G F Eb Db from bottom to top: Db Eb F G Ab Bb C This forms the pattern WWWhWWh or the Lydian mode in the key of Ab. This is true no matter which note you choose as the tonal center at the beginning. For all modes with the tonal center at G you will get the reverse of an Ab lydian which is in the key of Eb. Those of you who know your circle of fifths may have noticed the pattern. Ab precedes the Eb on the circle of the fifths, (its a fourth? I'm a novice, ive taken 0 classes in music theory). This pattern holds true for every point on the circle of fifths. A quick trick to find this on the circle: take the desired note, C for example, and find where it is the relative minor of another key. Its two places counter clockwise on the circle from that point. C is the relative minor for Eb, so the lydian starts on Db.
You can do this for any note. B is the relative minor for D, the C precedes the D by two places. Therefore the pattern for the keys of each mode is the reverse of the C lydian: CDEF#GAB
B Ionian is in the key of B B Dorian is in the key of A B Phrygian is in the key of G B Lydian is in the key of F# B Mixolydian is in the key of E B Aeolian is in the key of D B Locrian is in the key of C Aside from a mnemonic trick, i havent found any useful applications of this, but I remember reading about the lydian chromatic concept awhile ago, but it was admittedly a bit above my head at the time. Now im curious about the topic since this pattern has turned up.

This is the iRacing 2023 Season 3 Release! This release contains both content and upgrades for 2023 Season 3, which officially starts on June 12th! This season update includes three new cars: Cadillac V-Series.R GTP, Ligier JS P320, and Porsche 911 GT3 R (992). iRacing also expands its track offerings to include MotorLand Aragón (7 configs) and Willow Springs International Raceway, as well as a new 2023 Cup config for Chicago Street Course.
Our Dirt Taskforce has completed their work on the Dirt Refresh Project shared with the community back in February, and we are excited for you to experience the fruits of their labors. The Spotter System has received a Race Control-focused set of updates and new calls that will liven up your racing and keep you better informed about what is happening on the track and in the race. New challengers approach - you will now have the ability to add AI Opponent Rosters to your Hosted Sessions that utilize the Heat Racing format! We are excited to announce we have been investing time into saving you time, loading time to be precise, and this Season Release includes a first phase of loading optimizations that should get you into the driver’s seat just a little bit faster. Willow Springs International Raceway is proud to pioneer a new 3D Foliage System that automatically populates the environment with grasses, shrubs, and other creations of Mother Nature. Hosted Racing

• The Create Starting Grid functionality and button are now disabled whenever both Heat Racing and AI Opponent Roster are selected for an Event.

AI Racing

• AI Drivers have completed an extensive training course for participating in the Heat Racing format!

Windows Support

• With the release of iRacing 2023 Season 3, the Windows 8.1 operating system is no longer able to successfully launch the iRacing application.
• - - Microsoft officially dropped support for Windows 8.1 on January 14th, 2023. As a result of this, it is no longer compatible with our software, and it will fail to launch.
• - - If you need help installing or running iRacing on Windows 10 or 11, please contact Customer Support here: https://support.iracing.com. Customer Support cannot get iRacing to work on Windows 8.1.

Race Servers

• Race Server capacity has been expanded to allow for nine different car models to be present within a Session.
• A user’s average lap time will no longer exclude laps that had been labeled as “invalid”.
• Fixed an issue where some Open Practice Race Servers were closing early due to inactivity.
• Fixed an issue where track temperatures were changing wildly if the Session was restarted (via AI Racing controls for example).

Loading

• Some adjustments have been made to how video memory resources are loaded.
• Some car loading algorithms have been optimized.

Dynamic Track

• The manner in which the dynamic track algorithm was calculated on surfaces has been improved, particularly along outside track edges.

• “Leader Car” calls now returns the leader car in the same class as the player car. This means all spotter messages pertaining to the leader will now reference the leader in the same class as the player, instead of the outright leader.

3D Foliage System

• A new environmental graphics feature option has been added to the graphics options menu: Foliage!
• - - The new Foliage system procedurally generates 3D foliage of an appropriate biome type at specified tracks. Foliage may include grasses, shrubs, boulders, cacti, flowers, and other small environmental assets. 3D foliage has no impact on driving or physics, but should decorate the world much more realistically.
• - - In the Graphics Options menu, there are several levels of detail that may be selected for use by the 3D Foliage System which can customize your visual experience and your rendering performance. You may also select to disable the system entirely.
• - - With this release, only Willow Springs International Raceway has been seeded by the new 3D Foliage system so far, but Mother Nature always finds a way to spread!

Visual Effects

• Lighting for particle effects has been improved.
• The PopcornFX SDK has been updated to the latest version.

Audio

• Audio Hot Swap support has been added to iRacing!
• - - Forgot to plug in your headset before the race starts? iRacing now detects your device when it's plugged in, even during a race. If you've selected "System Default" from the sound options, audio automatically moves to the new device when the default changes. If you have selected a specific audio endpoint, it activates once it's available.
• - - Runtime audio device switching is now supported. When the default device is selected, a new default device can be chosen in Windows, and the Simulator will use the new device. If a specific device is selected, it will be used in the Simulator when it is activated in Windows.
• - - - - disableWindowsCoreAudio=0 When enabled (1), this option disables any Windows Core Audio integration (native windows audio).
• - - - - disableAudioDeviceChangedEvents=0 When enabled (1), this option disables dynamic audio device changing.
• - - Please note: Audio Hot Swapping is enabled by default.
• A new Audio Options setting has been added which allows you to assign a System Communication Default Device.
• A new audio option, “ambientMusicDisabled”, has been added to the “app.ini” file.
• - - 0 is the default value. Setting this parameter to 1 will disable all environment music that is normally played over the PA system while in the Simulation.
• Dynamic brake sounds have been rebalanced.
• Audio for load transmission on a variety of cars has been improved.
• The engine audio for all Pace Cars has been adjusted and optimized.

Environment

• New color and texture variations have been added for a variety of parked vehicles found around the tracks.

Interface

• Enhanced the right-click pop-up menus on the Session/Replay screen, and the Driving screen, to provide the option for private messaging (PM-ing) an individual user, the current driver of a car, or a car's entire Team (which includes a driver's spotters/crew in non-team sessions).
• - - Existing Admin/Race Control operations applied to a car that would have PM-ed someone on the team have been updated to message the whole team, instead of just one team member.
• - - Manually PM-ing a car number using "/#N", with N being the displayed car number, including leading zeros if shown, will now PM the whole team.
• - - To PM just the team member that's currently driving the car, use "/#N@" (add the @ symbol immediately after the car number). If the team's car is in its pit stall but the driver has gotten out of the car, that user is still PM-ed. If the team's car is not even in the world, no PM is sent when attempting to message its current driver, and you will be informed of this.
• - - - - To prevent receiving duplicate messages, if you would receive a chat message you sent because the target includes you (you're on the target team, you're the target team's driver, or you're talking to yourself!), you only receive the message due to being associated with the target of the message. That is, the message is not separately echoed directly back to you.
• - - You can continue to manually PM an individual using the existing mechanism of specifying their name after the "/".
• Text chat responses to Race Control Admin commands now identify the targeted entry with the team name and car number, instead of the name of the driver. In non-driver-swap events, the “team name” is the driver's name.
• An option for the units selection has been updated to “English (USA)” for clarity.

Camera

• A new highest option level, “Ultra”, has been added for Motion Blur.
• Fixed an issue with Driver View Pitch/Roll chassis effects so that when the view is locked to the horizon the car can now roll farther without the camera following the position of the car. This should help reduce motion sickness in VR if you use this feature.
• Fixed an issue for whenever a car’s center-of-mass left the camera frame, all motion blur on the car was lost.
• Fixed an issue where the focus of the camera was getting unwanted motion blur for cockpit cameras.
• Fixed an issue with motion blur on cars when using multiple displays.

Controls

• The automatic parking brake that holds a car still when you come to a stop will now fully apply itself anytime the car comes to a stop, rather than waiting for the user to hold the brake pedal down once stopped. This should help prevent cars from accidentally rolling away when you come to a quick stop but fail to fully engage the brake pedal.
• The Reset Button now prevents users from putting you into the car if your steering wheel needs assignment. Doing this now will take you to the Controls Wizard and allow you to assign and calibrate your driving controls.
• The test for XInput devices has been simplified.
• Fixed an issue that could cause some joysticks to fail to calibrate properly if the previous calibration was similar enough to the new calibration.
• Fixed an issue in the Options screen where the inputs (shifter, wheel, etc) would not respond if a button was held down on a wheel.

Force Feedback

• When calibrating a wheel, iRacing now checks that your selected maximum wheel angle and Force Feedback status match what we expect based on your detected hardware. A notification will appear if these do not match.
• - - This is an effort to detect common errors with certain wheels, either that do not have the correct drivers installed or that have a maximum wheel angle set to a very low value by default. If you receive this notification, or need help setting up your racing wheel, please reach out to Customer Support.
• iRacing will now try to automatically detect your racing wheel’s maximum force, and adjust the wheel force slider accordingly. This is used to help us safely and automatically calculate the force levels to send to your wheel. We can't always know how your wheel is set up, so this may be an overestimate of your maximum force level. This is the safer guess, but in some instances it may limit how strong of a force you can request from the simulation. In those cases you can turn off the “auto-mode” and manually set your wheel’s peak value, if known.
• Improved the force auto tune button so that it takes the wheels maximum force into account. This will lighten up the auto tune as the wheel force increases.
• - - There is a new scaling parameter in the “app.ini” file, “autoForceFactor”. This value defaults to 0.5, and allows you to adjust the aggressiveness of the reduction. Setting “[Force Feedback] autoForceFactor=1” will remove all reduction, giving you a 1:1 force output. Setting it to 0 will effectively always give you 6 Nm of peak force at the wheel. Any value in between will blend between these two extremes. The default value of 0.5 should be a good value for most users.
• A mappable button (Ctrl-A) has been added to apply the Auto Force adjustment found in the F9 Black Box.
• For the Auto Force Feedback peak force detection, data collected when the car is out of control will now be suppressed. Also, data collection will be paused for several seconds immediately after an incident. The goal is to make this system more stable and consistent, even if you wreck.
• For Force Feedback, a safety check has been added to detect if the wheel jumped in position (ie: we lost/gained communication with the wheel). If a communication interruption is detected, Force Feedback will be suppressed momentarily for safety.
• A new slew rate limiter filter that is controlled via the smoothing slider is now available in the Force Feedback options tab.
• - - This filter limits the rate of change of the force feedback signal so your wheel can't accelerate beyond a fixed value. In essence it smooths out the large jolts while leaving the rest of the signal alone. A value of 25% will have almost no impact on your regular driving, while softenting out curb or wall impacts, and a value of 75% will smooth out most rumble strips and make curb hits almost invisible. If you find that you have to turn down the FFB forces below the level you would like because the jolts from curbs or accidents are too large, then try turning this filter up instead. Try a value of 50% to start, and turn it down to 25% if you feel it is too much.
• - - - - You can go back to the old boxcar filter via the “[Force Feedback] smoothingFilterType=1” entry in the “app.ini” file.

Replays

• Chat messages and incident point accruement are now saved and viewable with Replays.
• Fixed an issue where custom Paint Schemes were not appearing on AI Drivers in Replays.

Telemetry

• Live brake line pressure (LFbrakeLinePress) has now been zeroed out and will no longer show a value.
• - - Disk based brake line pressure is still available (LFbrakeLinePress), and now has any ripple from the abs modulation included in its value.
• - - A new BrakeABSCutPct value has been added to the disk based telemetry that shows the percent of brake force reduction being applied by the ABS system.
• Driver suit, body, face, and helmet type ids have been added to the session string.

Official iRacing Sporting Code

As per above, I have a 2001 Silverado that has the ABS and emergency brake warning lights trigger in the driver control panel at random times while driving. Could be before I pull out of the driveway or while going interstate speeds. It doesn't change any of the driving function of the truck, as in it doesn't actually activate the emergency brake, but pulling the brake deactivation lever turns neither light off. The only way they turn off for any period of time is turning the truck off completely, and even then sometimes they still pop on after the control panel's startup sequence finishes. Any recommendations or ideas for causes would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Got a 2011 ford fusion. Replaced brake pads rotors master cylinder and ABS module. Have bled the system with a scan tool and traditional way. I still have a bunch of air in coming out of the rear brake calipers. Can anyone tell me the best way to get the air out?

Recommendations on a company to use to rebuild / repair my ABS module on my 2008 PI? I'm getting the ABS/BRAKE warning light on the dash. Sounds like this is commonly the ABS module. I'll have a scanner hooked to the car first, but figured I'd start looking for a reputable company now.

As I write this I have changed from the person who has been meaning to sit down and play Baldur’s Gate for at least 13 years, to the person who has actually did it.
Baldur’s Gate has a had a strange part of my life since it came out in 1098. I’ve been meaning to play it since day one. Some of the very first computer games I played were gold box DND games (Pools of Radiance, Curse of the Azure Bonds) which helped me fall in love with the old DND systems. When the isometric style came along I played those as well. Fallout 1 and Fallout 2 were brilliant. Of the Black Isle games Icewind Dale 1 was the one I played the most. I very much enjoyed it and played right through to the end.
On the to do list was always the big one - Baldur’s Gate, but there never seemed to be the time. I always bought it though, I had a boxed set in 2001 which got lost in various house moves, then I bought it again in 2010 on the PC in a GOG sale, then on iPad when it came out, then on PC again as the enhanced edition. As a result I’ve spent more on the game than almost any other (nearly $50 over the years). Every now and then I tried to get into it but always bounced off the early part of the game, when even a rat seems to be able to kill you. I am so sick of that tutorial area.
This year my kids have started to get into DND so I thought I would sit down and play it. My approach was to treat it as a DND simulator. I rolled up a full party of adventurers and played through. I didn’t bother with any of the characters you find along the way, as by the time they came along I had gotten attached to my party and couldn’t decide which one to get rid of. Just like every DND game there were a couple of party members who weren’t super helpful, characters that had seemed like a good idea when everyone was rolling up but turned out to be a character class wasn’t so great after a few levels. Who knew that Beast Masters level up sooo slowly.
I also found that treating the game like a table top session helped. I played in shorter sessions with the aim to complete one adventure each session and the whole game as a campaign. If I got bored in the game then I would go and do something else, just like live players do when the session isn’t clicking. All of this really helped me enjoy the experience.
What I loved about the game were the spells, combat and sense of discover in the dungeons. For me the part of the game I will remember most is the wizards prison island. It was just like playing an awesome module with a horrible DM who has hidden overpowered enemies around every corner. I will remover also the feeling of being a band of adventurers roaming around the wilderness. The mines dungeon crawl was classic DND as well.
What I was surprised about were the bugs. I couldn’t finish Durlag’s Tower because of a bug with some door switches. That kind of sucked as the tower is a classic dungeon crawl and a lot of fun, but not to worry I just went off and did something else in the game.
I didn’t love the story, it’s suitably epic for a long DND campaign, and the pacing is brilliant, with your ability to put the main story on hold while you head off on side quests and levelling up, only to seamlessly return to pushing through to find out what is going on along the Sword Coast. But the whole mysterious identity and some weird god stuff didn’t interest me at all. I just can’t get into the Forgotten Realms lore and politics. I loved the Drow books in my early teens but as an adult it all seems ... meh.
Graphics have stood up great, especially given the new stuff like pillars of eternity and divinity original sin 2 showing what is possible. Sure the graphics are clearly decades old and I wish there was a full remake in a modern engine, but with retro gaming making a strong comeback we all know it same the game underneath that really matters. When you let yourself role play and use your imagination it really works.
I’m so very pleased that I finally played it, I had a good time and I’ve played a game that I’ve been thinking about since 1998. A great feeling of personal accomplishment (so I finished the meta game as well).

A while back I was having problems with an ABS sensor on my truck so I replaced the sensor. Brakes feel great. Only prob is my ABS light is always on.
I have removed the #6 fuse: 40A ABS Pump and fuse #35: 10A ABS Module, Ignition - RUN. Yet the light remains on.
I do not care about anything other than getting this light off my dash. I don't care if I have any ABS at all. I just want this light gone. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Hi. Does anyone know if the ETM modules can be used to set up a chassis based remote IO network similar to what can be done with control logix EN2T modules?
Or is there perhaps another way?
I’m very familiar with AB, not as much with GE.

A few days ago I bought my first car - a Mk5 VW Golf 5 1.9 TDI 90hp. It's on 207k km/128k miles, built 2007. The car was pretty expensive so I thought I'd get away with just general maintenance and etc; but as it turns out, the EGR has been freaking out, even though I got it serviced and fixed (new intercooler pipe, apparently). I got the error cleared by a mechanic who told me to go force the car on the highway incase the pipes were blocked. Bought a brand new battery because that was also damaged and missing brackets... The car alarm has a seperate battery and is the loudest and most annoying thing ever, drawing like 2 Amps... The left wing indicator was replaced and thankfully works, altough there is an error. Also the seatbelt sensor on the driver's seat is freaking out, even though the seatbelt works, so I bought a VCDS so I could disable it. Seeing the big line of red error text is pretty depressing and painful.
Could all these errors be linked to the same thing? Are these maybe just because my car's computer is old and can't support certain scans? How can some of these be fixed? (ex. replacing the locking module, getting it fixed?)
This all really sucks and I don't know what to do...

I’m buying used rims and tires and I found a great offer for some. I have a 2001 2wd 4runner SR5 and i’m wondering if 265/70/17s would fit without a lift? I’m lifting it a month out but just trying to see. (Technical Details: 17x8.5/6x5.5/0/4.75”)

I have a 2010 Mazda 3, and the brakes need to be pushed pretty far before anything actually engages. Id say the first half of stepping on the pedal, nothing happens.
I know that the problem could be master cylinder, ABS module, etc. But how would I know which one is the problem? Theres no ABS light on my dashboard, however, the car will skid when driving on ice/snow.
Should I just take it to the dealership auto shop and ask if they cna diagnose the issue? Is it even worth fixing?

The issue:
Groaning while going forward or backward, sounds like a deep grinding, or theres a lot of friction. The ABS light is on most of the time since last night. I've had some wheel speed sensors starting to go, but the most they ever did was generate a chittering in the brake pedal every so often.
Now however without brake appplication it sounds like a caliper is stuck on, and I have an ABS light. I decided to pull the three fuses for the ABS module, the 50a, 30a in the power distribution, and the 10a in the cab fuse box. No change- ABS light on at startup this time, as well as groaning and popping/squeeking while braking still there.
The noise gets louder and higher pitch as you increase in speed, and quieter and deeper as you come to a stop. Don't have a code reader, but any ideas? Obviously somewhere in the braking system.
I was thinking without the ABS fuses, if its the wheel speed sensors really going haywire this should all come to a stop, but with or without ABS it doesn't seem to matter. Problem began last night.

1 hr of peaceful study in the morning > 3 hrs of stressful crunch in the afternoon.
Completed 2 modules of the Google Digital Marketing certification course. Plus 3 course are covered out of 7. Tomorrow will start with the 4th.
Hit the gym at 4:30 PM. Targeted muscle was core.
Hanging leg raises 6 reps x 8 Machine Ab crunches 16 reps x 8 sets
Hanging knee raises 8 reps x 8 sets Weighted side bends 16 reps x 8 sets
Study a bit for 30 mins. The aim was to study for 100mins but could do 80 only. I could have forced myself. But, it doesn't make sense to me.
Overall, on track on my plan.

Sir I am 16 weeks old in my mom's womb. I am unsure of whether my mother is planning to get me aborted or keep me. On the sad off chance that she decides to let me live, I am planning to crack JEE and get a selection in IIT Delhi. I am however worried that I won't be able to finish the portions by the time I am born. I would like to acknowledge that I am a fast learner, I have learnt basic concepts of class 10 maths and science already like real numbers, linear equations, electric current, optics, basic nomenclature, etc. I have also skimmed through FIITJEE material for 11th such as resonance, P block, s block, SHM, sets and relations, rotational mechanics, vectors, limits and derivatives, etc. within 2 weeks. I am hopefully going to get aborted. But if the odds are not with me then I will have to continue going through the pain of having to study. Note: My brain is still under structural development since I am only 16 fetal weeks old. I am planning to enroll in online coaching class as of now due to lockdown. Is it already too late to start preparing for JEE?? My mom's friends' kids are younger and have completed entire 11th and 12th syllabus and are revising important concepts with one shot videos on YouTube. Pls help.

Oh you’re considering IIT Bombay CSE? I was in the same situation last year and I chose IIT BHU ceramic and never looked back. Allow me to explain. First of all, IIT BHU has a great coding culture. IIT BHU had 23 GSoC selections last year, the second most— while IIT Bombay had a paltry 13. That’s right, IIT Bombay is totally overrated and students are waking up to it now. The days of people blindly running after IIT Bombay tag are over and now more and more people are realizing BHU is better. Second of all, you will definitely get a SDE job. That is the only job worth having so it doesn’t matter what branch you’re in. CSE is a circuit branch and is very loaded and you’ll have a lot of useless courses such as Discrete Math and Formal Languages. In ceramic, there is no load. Professors don’t even show up to class and they give previous year papers over and over again. This allows you to dedicate all your time to coding. Not only that, Ceramic at BHU is very highly respected and you are sure to get s lot of clout from society. Also Banaras is a much better city than Bombay with much livelier city life, better facilities and best gender ratio and because Bollywood is in Bombay you will surely get caught up in drugs and other illicit behavior like k*ssing. IIT BHU is literally the best college out there. No other college is worth taking so blindly make your decision. Anyway, I’m just listing the pros and cons of my college, the decision is up to you.

I jacked off 30 minutes before JEE Mains [Confession/Request]

Received my yearly STD screening back and I’m confused by the results of the HEP A AB IGM test.
As the pictures will show, the test flagged as abnormal, result was indeterminate, and Range / units was negative.

The reason for my confusion is that I am vaccinated against HEP A in September 2001 and was under the impression that it provided life long immunity. I cannot find a definitive answer through reading on what I need to do with this test and would appreciate a professional helping me with interpreting these results.

Hard to find some parts in my area and was wondering if this was possible

I have a 2011 1st gen GMC terrain with 65k miles. These SUVs are infamous for transmission and engine failure not long after 100k, but as it is I could probably get about $7-8k for it. My question is, should I sell it and get something that will probably last a bit longer or should I stick with this one until it dies. Keeping in mind that I am a sophomore in HS and my terrain will probably be dying about the time I graduate and will need it to get to college and back. I’m looking at this 2001 Audi TT on OfferUp, and I would also like recommendations on whether or not I should be considering it.
