Source/Amp - I currently have Schiit Magni Heretic Amp paired with the apple dac dongle, but I plan to get a Schiit Modi+ Dac in conjunction with these headphones.
How the gear will be used - These will purely be for home use on my PC, and so noise isolation is not a necessity for me. I plan to use these as my everyday driver, using them for everything from eveyrday use (netflix, youtube,) to gaming, talking with my friends on discord, and listening to music.
Preferred tonal balance - I don't really have a preference when it comes to tonal balance so I'd say tonally balanced. I do wish to be able to hear the bass though (i.e. enough so its not drowned out by everything else but not overpowering everything else if that makes sense.)
Preferred music genre(s) - Mostly rock: David Bowie and Pink Floyd are the main people I listen to. However I do have a couple of songs from a variety of artists on my playlist from many genres.
Past gear experience - Ive used the TinHifi t3+, which died on me leading to my current IEM the Moondrop Aria. Honestly there isn't much I dislike about the Arias, they're really good. But I wish for a more immersing listening experience if that makes sense? And I feel like its more convenient putting on and taking off over ears than in ears.
I feel that open backs will be more suitable for me considering my lack of need for noise isolation and their improved immersion/sound quality, but I am not against the option of getting closed backs.

I did the gastric sleeve on march 2022,I was 150kg at my highest when I did the surgery and have lost to 106kg,I had a discussion with my surgeons dietician that 1000 calories a day was simply not enough and she agreed that I can up my intake to 1400 calories a day,how do I track calories?And regarding macros I’m especially focused on protein,I want to eat atleast 100g of protein per day,the old program given to me by my surgeons dietician is only 70g protein per day which causes significant muscle loss,so I want to increase my protein by 30g per day,and my calories by 400-500 (1400-1500 calories per day), but I was wondering how do people track down calories in food?Do they just weigh food and google the calories per serving or is there another way?the same applies to macros.All ears open and any advice appreciated

I have recently moved from FNB to Discovery Bank, as I no longer benefit from eBucks, due to my insurance being with Discovery I now fill up at Bp, and get way more in cashback than I did in eBucks. To my question now, I have a Goal Save setup with Tyme Bank, and I specifically use it to save towards my car's residual. Would I benefit more by moving this monthly saving into my Discovery Vitality Savings account? With Tyme I am getting 6% interest, and then the extra one % when giving 10 days notice, before withdrawl. The dynamic interest rate on the Discovery account is currently at 5.35%, but I assume that is due to having just opened the account.

Hello guys. 2 months ago a friend of mine played a joke on me by giving me a 98% HHC vape (milder form of THC) while telling me it is a CBD vape. I made a few huge vapes and I mean like 10 puffs but very big ones. After a few minutes I was in a severe Panic attack, which I experienced for a first time in my life. Brutal heartbeat , nausea, chills in my body, legs and hands numb. I asked him what he really gave me , but he kept insisting it is just cbd. I called my gf to come and pick me up. On the way home I experienced paranoia about this one friend giving me something which is not cbd on purpose and that he is doing it because he might be friend with a very bad person I was having problems with recently. But for the second part i was almost sure that is impossible. No hallucinations or any other form of paranoia/delusion. I’ve been having harm intrusive thoughts which scared me (the thought i might snap and act on them). The next morning i called him and he admitted about what he really gave me. After that I kept having panic attacks and disturbed sleep, zero appetite and dpdr for a few days. No hallucinations or delusions or strange thoughts except the one that gave me fear and panic - that i have broken my brain forever. I’ve had racing thoughts when falling asleep which were absolutely chaotic and irrational, making 0 sense and jumping rapidly from a topic to topic, but only when just falling asleep. If I opened my eyes and was fully awake, they immediately disappeared. I’ve read on google the day after the incident that there is connection between weed and schizo and that is what caused me extreme distress but I didn’t read any symptoms. The next 1-2 weeks things were getting better day after day and I decided I would do some online tests for schizo and read symptoms. After doing every single test I found I was immediately calmer , because I’ve never experienced even one symptom from the mentioned EVER. But I continued reassuring myself by reading and doing tests for the next 7-10 days, literally doing it all day. I was getting more and more concerned until I ended up in a new panic attack. I started constantly looking around and wondering if everything I saw or heard is real or am I hallucinating. Something with the corner of my eye or a momentary random sound. After a few days I decided I would swallow up my pride and start asking. Every time I’ve asked (hundreds of times) everyone else was seeing or hearing everything I did. So that wore off almost completely. Then the obsession with delusional thinking kicked in very hard. After everything I’ve read , all the examples of delusions that people have, I developed similar thought patterns. Some random neighbour would greet me with “hello” and i would think “wait, what if that person has some hidden meaning towards me in his mind?”. Which literally puts me in another anxiety attack, because I am terrified why would I consider such thing, why would even such a thought pass my mind as it is absolutely irrational. It’s been 2 months now. My sleep has greatly improved generally. The obsession comes and goes. Sometimes I will be happy and obsession free for days, laughing at my previous experiences and thinking it won’t come back. Then it comes back again for a few days causing me extreme distress. I lose my appetite again, lose motivation and enjoyment in life. In those days only very pleasurable activities with friends bring me out of this, sometimes completely and for hours I forget about it. I am almost 27 years old male. No family history of mental illnesses of any sort, no drug use of any sort, and most of all not a single similar experience of any sort my whole life. Quite the opposite. I was the most happy, motivated , cheerful and funny person in my circle. Except for a depression episode 12 years ago when I moved to a new city with my family, my life has been always very satisfying. 3 different psychologists told me that I can be sure I don’t have psychosis and it is GAD or ocd combined with medium depression. I’ve also went to a psychiatrist who didn’t quite have the time to listen to everything i wanted to say (for example the delusional thoughts) and he told me that nothing could happen from one time overdosing any drug. He pointed my age to be way above the age in which people get psychotic illnesses and said that I would have shown many signs of such much earlier in my life. I called him later that day for reassurance and he told me that he has more than 40 years of practice and is specialised in diagnosis of psychotic illnesses. He said he would have known if something isn’t right minutes after I’ve entered the room. He told me to remember this: “ i am absolutely and undoubtedly sure that the isn’t even a slightest chance of such thing”. This helped me get out of the circle for more than a week. And then I’ve read about prodrome and freaked out again.
What do you think guys? Anyone suffered or suffering from a similar situation? Any advices? I go to gym every day and see my friends all the time, i hate being alone. I started to regain some part of my motivation to work (much more to be regained as I am very motivated usually).

Hi there! I am coming to Red Rocks Amphitheater this weekend for Joe Russo's Almost Dead. I have never gone to a concert at this venue and I'm wondering how the open seating works. Is there a long line to get in and get seats that are closer up? Is it worth even trying? Thanks for any advice.

Mullvad has now blocked port forwarding due to people abusing it.
I would guess this is finally one of the cons of their great anonymous user account system is that it's super easy to abuse. I’m gonna try and keep this short and sweet. In September I left him because he’d go out with friends and wouldn’t answer my calls or texts and didn’t come home till 10 am. Every. single. weekend. The entire last year of our relationship. If I dared be upset or question him HE’D get mad and wouldn’t talk to me or start a fight. Wouldn’t eat the dinner I made. Would walk right past me like I was a stranger. Spit in my face (literally) everything was so bad. So I just left. We’ve been separated since. We only have a apartment w our names on it.
I had him blocked from when I left to February 1st. I broke no contact then. From February to the end of march was the worst I’ve felt since I left him lol. Initially he was dragging me along saying he’d take me out to dinner and drinks and talk to each other again, etc. He’d call to hangout and as soon as I’m in my car or outside the apartment he couldn’t anymore bc his friends want to hang out. Same old shit. So the end of march something in my gut told me to go over there . I’m the main person on the lease. I knock he opens the door. There is this girl in our apartment and he basically makes it a scene where it’s like yeah so what and ? I said bet and I left. I didn’t fight or cry (in front of him) I left. She moved into our apartment. Where I moved us into. Where we lived for 4.5 years. Where we got married. He moved her right after. Probably talking yo her while I was still there lol.
A day or two later he calls and I answer he’s w his uncle. They’re drunk. My ex is going on and on about how he’s the man and if he wants to date and marry as many women as he wants, he can. His uncle is laughing and co signing w him. My ex goes (verbatim bc the words are burned into my mind) “so what if I’m going around spreading my seed, I’m a man I can do that, I already am” and laughed and stuck his tongue out at me. Said he has/will have multiple women pregnant and that’s okay because he’s a man . Uncle and his cousin ( a girl) laughing and agreeing. The girl (cousin) comes on the phone says she has a bf back where they’re from (the DR, go figure) and knows he has girlfriends there and here (the us) when he visits and that’s just how it is and I have to accept it. *eye roll* so right then and there I’m like bet. We’re not compatible in any way. And that’s when I stopped talking to him again. He’s not blocked but he messages me and calls me and it goes unanswered unless it’s about the apartment or bills.
AFTER THAT SITUATION, is when I said f it. I need to get out there. Because I was sitting up crying like a damn loser for MONTHS alone and crying while he already had a girlfriend in our home lmao. So yes, I’m on dating apps lol. The uncle that was laughing w him apparently saw my profile and showed him. Last night he texts “ I saw you earlier “ I said oh yeah where? Bc I worked all day so I know he didn’t lol he sent a screenshot of my profile and said found you’re looking for friends (my bio) from his uncle. I haven’t responded.
I just can’t believe the GALL and NERVE for him to do that after his had a gf in my apartment, telling me he’s spreading his seed around, and mutual friends telling me his been dating and going through a lot of women. So what if I’m looking for friends or dating at this point? Idk…I don’t understand. A part of me wants to say “did he swipe right?” Lol the other part just wants to leave it on read bc I don’t want to start a fight. I’m having a hard time feeling bad but idk what to say. Live the life you wanted so bad bro and leave me be. You weren’t worried about me when I was with you now you wanna send screenshots..okay.
Only reason we still married legally is bc the lease is still going. I know him. If I filed or did anything he wouldn’t like he’d stop paying and I’d be SOL. He doesn’t care about a eviction on his record . (Again his words) I do. So I’m waiting till it ends to move forward with filing. We’ve been separated since I left. Sup guys, not seeing many CD NSFs under this subreddit so I felt like I should open a topic.
Maybe for a start, how you guys cope with traumatising events? For me, I actually took in pretty well for my first turnout. In fact, it felt quite normal. And personally, others may think we are fortunate to have a go at being a frontliner but every duty, we suffer like heck man.
Not to mention the "boy" period we have to go through.. My station is quite chill though. Feels like the boy period is just an assesment to see whether you are fit to be the frontline of frontliners, like DO and NCO pumpers, or you're just another incompetent NSF..
Would be nice to hear from my collegues though. Recruits are open to ask any questions. Well, if one day you guys come to my station and show me this subreddit, I'll give golden treatment to you guys haha
