Pro tip: You can apply for any job that has an exam opening and the test is administered local to yourself. Make sure you're serious and score decently; you can turn down the job offer. Keep a physical copy of your exam score, I believe they are good for two years.
The reason is: These job postings can be posted externally at capacity for testing, meaning they will not allow you to take the exam if they have enough qualified applicants. However, if you have a test score on the books, you are a qualified applicant.

MVO= CDL B Can only drive box trucks on public roads, can drive anything for moves on postal property.
TTO= CDL A Can drive anything.

J'ai déjà internet avec Vidéotron, 200/50. Fizz a maintenant 400/50* et ça me reviendrait à 10$ de moins par mois. Je songe aussi à le faire installer chez mes parents, mais à une vitesse bien moindre.
J'ai déjà Fizz mobile depuis quelques mois, je ne suis pas trop insastifait, les écueuils ont été mineurs et réglés sans trop de difficulté, et j'avais mes propres appareils.
Ce qui me fait hésiter:
Le fameux throttling. Je sais que c'est juste en upload (théoriquement). Mais ça me chicote. J'habite en campagne, tout le monde autour est sur Vidéotron, c'est le seul fournisseur haute-vitesse, les autres ne semblent pas desservir notre secteur, même s'ils sont sur le câble (ils ne trouvent jamais mon adresse). Depuis que je suis en 200/50, je ne vois pas de ralentissement, mais autrefois, en 100/30, quand je voulais travailler après l'heure du souper, je voyais un net ralentissement quand tout le monde embarquait sur le 'net en même temps, juste ouvrir une page web ordinaire était vraiment plus long, et essayer de télécharger quelque chose de plus lourd comme des mises à jour prenait une éternité.
Là, ils promettent officiellement que ce serait juste le téléversement... Est-ce vraiment ça? Je vois plusieurs plaintes à l'effet que la vitesse est limitée, mais dès lors que la personne se connecte avec un VPN, la limite disparait.
Et vu que je suis en campagne, que je risque d'être seul dans mon coin avec Fizz, est-ce que je risque de me faire throttler quand même si je regarde un film en streaming autour de 20h un samedi soir? La probabilité d'avoir un autre usager Fizz à moins de 5km est mince. Je connais mes voisins les plus proches, ça me surprendrais qu'ils connaissaient même Fizz... Donc, mettons, dans un rayon de 5km, 4-5 usagers internet Fizz, ce serait le maximum, le reste, ce serait tous des gens sous Vidéotron.
*Mon router est 802.11ac, je devrais probablement le changer pour un 802.11ax pour pouvoir aller chercher le maximum de vitesse.

Je n'ai jamais déjà essayé d'hypnose, mais je me suis toujours dit que je le ferais un jour. Quand j'étais jeune, le concept d'hypnose m'a fait peur, puisque je détestais l'idée qu'une chose externe contrôle la façon dont je pense et agit. Franchement, j'ai toujours cette mentalité parce que j'essaie d'éviter de m'enivrer. Mais maintenant que je sais plus sur le sujet de psychologie et santé physique, je sais m'y mettre en modération. Contrairement aux boissons alcoolisées ou certaines drogues, qui ont des effets secondaries non désirées, l'hypnose et purement psychologique et temporaire. J'aimerais être sous hypnose au moins une fois pendant ma vie - prévu qu'il n'y aurait pas de conséquences inattendues ! - mais c'est assez rare chez moi. Je suis toujours prêt à essayer de nouvelles choses.

Je suis actuellement dans une entreprise d'informatique lambda, et j'ai une problématique qui doit être assez courante. Nous avons un CSE complètement muselé par le PDG de la boîte. Chaque question que l'on soumet au CSE est simplement résolue par le PDG au travers des RH ou directement par lui-même lorsqu'il est présent au réunions CSE, il n'y a aucun dialogue ni argumentation. Pourtant les sujets sont nombreux et très propices au débat (télétravail, locaux, RTT, etc ...)
Je ne remet pas en cause nos élus qui doivent se faire sacrément malmener, et je ne reproche pas non plus au PDG d'avoir une opinion, j'ai juste vraiment l'impression que ses remontées ne servent à rien dans l'état actuel des choses.
J'aurais aimé savoir si il existe des lois sur le CSE qui pourrait forcer le dialogue avec le PDG, soit en l'obligeant a être constructif et exhaustif dans les réponses (on a déjà eu des questions sur trois lignes répondues par "Non."), soit en donnant plus de poids a la parole portée par les élus du CSE. Quelque chose qui puisse faire bouger les choses en quelque sorte, ou au moins animer le débat.
D'ailleurs je suis assez effrayé, j'ai tendance à mettre les deux pieds dans le plat dans mes questions et j'ai peur que ça me soit reproché à un moment où un autre, du coup si vous avez des infos, je suis aussi intéressé pour savoir si on peut être pénalisé a cause de nos questions trop "curieuses" ou "sans sucre" au CSE.

First: I am in full support of the teachers. I have relatives in public education, they do a lot of good and deserve a compensation package that matches it.
