I don’t understand supposed to do
So, my girlfriend (F20) and I (M20) have been dating for about a year, and everything has been fine. We’ve had some ups and downs like all relationships. Previously, I had asked her to remove all guys that have liked her from Snap and Insta, and she did to my knowledge. For example, a guy she had a “hoe phase with” (just talking and snapping), she had sent him exclusive pics, and I was checking who was talking to her when I saw he had saved pics of her when they were talking. That’s when I asked her to remove all the guys she’s ever dated or had a talking stage with. Everything has been fine since she removed him, but today I saw a new guy she was messaging, and I asked her who he was. She told me he was a “gaming friend.” Adding new guys while in a relationship is something I kind of have a problem with, but I can talk about that later.
Then I saw a guy who I don’t remember seeing before, but she’s had streaks with him for over 100 days. I asked who he was, and she said he was another gaming friend. I asked to see his profile on Snap so I could see what he was like, and I noticed the guy would save snaps of her in chat. Not funny snaps of her dog or her doing a dumb face. It was all particularly of her in a crop top and in skirts and like more attractive and intimate-looking pictures. I said to her that’s weird, and I went quiet because I didn’t want to say anything to upset her. She said it’s weird that I do that, and I replied with, "It’s weird that I don’t want guys to flirt or save more attractive pics of my gf???" I just didn’t feel good about being called weird for having boundaries. She then said sorry she didn’t mean weird, it was just the first word that came to her head, and I don't know what to do.
I expressed to her that I feel like a second choice at times because she’s previously made it clear that between her “friends” and me, she will choose her friends over me. She said it’s different because she’s “known these guys for longer than me.” I don’t not trust her; she has shown me her loyalty on countless occasions. I just don’t trust these guys, and she has this habit of not being able to tell when a guy is flirting with her or likes her. I don’t know what to do about this because I can’t be feeling like if it came to it, she would choose her guy friend over me or her friends when I am her significant other or partner or boyfriend, whichever you want to call it.
For me personally, I don’t talk to any girls out of respect for her and to make it clear to her that she is the only girl I want to talk to, and she is my priority. I would do almost anything if it means my gf is comfortable at the end of the day.

SYSTEM: Cypher System by Monte Cook is a setting-agnostic version of Numenera. It has lightweight mechanics, a narrative focus, and is homebrew friendly. There are more details below, including how magic character options relate to the setting.
GENRE: Post-apocalyptic/Dystopian with fantasy elements. Think Equilibrium, but add psychic phenomena and a dash of Mad Max.
EXPERIENCE LEVEL: All experience levels accepted. I enjoy teaching new players this hobby, and Cypher is easy to learn. I'll happily assist you as much or as little as you prefer in creating your character.
TIME: Weekly/bi-weekly on Saturday @ 5:00PM CST
GAMEPLAY: Discord Voice for main story sessions 1-3 times per month. Discord Text for "side missions". You may join with the intent to participate in only/mostly one form of session.
A dedicated RP text channel affects the campaign in significant ways. Each session, players can vote on actions the clan will take as a group, and the result of the rolls directly affect the upcoming session.
As a DM, I leans toward sandbox gameplay, but provide strong initial direction with each session. By this, I mean that I expect you to go along with the general intent of a session as described in the session announcement, but I seldom try to predict where that initial push will lead. I also take requests for sessions for nearly any activity in the game world.
SETTING DETAILS: Paxian Rebels is loosely based on the 2002 film Equilibrium.
Paxia is a totalitarian state, formed in the aftermath of the third world war. Since its inception, the state has forced its population into subservience through use of force and strict control of food and water. As the state rebuilt what was destroyed by war, there began to appear human beings who demonstrated strange, unexplained abilities. The state quickly launched a propaganda campaign to demonize these so-called psions, and arrested anyone showing signs. The state experimented on those they arrested, and early research showed a clear link between emotion and the strength of psionic abilities.
In order to maintain control, Paxia's leaders ordered the development and production of a drug named Deditium which was forced upon the population. Citizens of Paxia take a daily regimen of this drug, which dulls their senses and renders them subservient. Any person who does not is arrested and executed as a "devil-worshiper", even if they don't display any psionic ability. Possessing artwork, literature, or anything which suggests emotion is enough to be prosecuted.
Naturally, there are dissenters. Inside city walls, many risk their lives for the freedom to feel. Others choose a difficult life over an oppressed one and see refuge in the wastelands—a dangerous area still scarred by war: full of unexploded mines, radioactive fields, and raiders. But rebels inside and out of Paxia's cities must be wary of clerics: elite assassins trained from a young age to seek out and kill anyone who does not submit to the state.
ABOUT CYPHER SYSTEM: Cypher System is the "generic" form of Numenera, having the same basic rules, but adapted for use in any setting.
The system is lightweight, allowing us to focus on the story and theater of mind. However, this also means that some players may be disappointed; if your favorite part of playing D&D is finding crazy combinations of spells and abilities, Cypher System will ask you to turn that creativity towards exploiting the contents of the game world, rather than the rules. It does so through its titular mechanic: cyphers.
Cyphers are powerful on-time use abilities which players gain frequently (you're pretty much guaranteed to get a cypher in each session). In this campaign, they represent latent psychic abilities brought out by strong emotions. Each cypher has a specific effect, e.g.: Compel NPCs to run away, add a massive die roll bonus, walk through walls, or temporarily disable gravity in the vicinity. They encourage players to find unique solutions, and offer something new to play with every session.
Cypher System is flexible in how it allows you to build your reusable character abilities. It provides a mechanical backing for nearly any type of character, and guidelines for homebrewing.
Characters have 3 main aspects:

• Descriptor — granting effects flavored to your character's personality or appearance.
• Type — describing a general area of expertise (Warrior for combat, Explorer for exploration, Speaker for social interaction, Adept for magic),
• Focus — where you find your unique and interesting abilities.

There's no hierarchy to it; any descriptor can be paired with any type and any focus.
In this campaign, some of the more fantastical focii are restricted, unless you specifically request them. While I'm open to choosing and using magical abilities, I want to specifically approve the more exotic options, and discuss with you as a player how "magic" exists in the setting. The Adept type grants magical abilities, and represents the "psions" described in the setting. There is no problem with using this type in this campaign. But if you want to use a magical focus, you and I will discuss it first. To be clear: you won't be restricted mechanically in how you use maigcal abilities. I just want magic-user players to understand some of the relevant lore.

Hi, my friend lost her iPhone and all her pictures got lost and couldn’t be saved with the cloud.
I would like to send her all the pictures from our chats, but possibly we have more than 2000 pictures.
We now have a shared album on iCloud, and I can add pictures in bundles of 30, however this would take a very big effort.
For example, Are there any ways to share all WhatsApp pictures stored in the chat?

The gameplay is like Clash of Clans: you have a village and you must develop it. The graphics where realistic, very medieval in terms of design (characters, map, atmosphere). The map wasn't so bright, in fact i think it was like night all the time (I may be wrong, but there was a night-mode map for sure when attacking an enemy).
The only names that come to my mind are (from most likely correct on top): 1. Town rush 2. Tower rush
The icon of the game has a realistic design. There's a big castle at the center, complete with buildings around it, brightened by torches, during night time.
Like Clash of Clans there were, of course, different troops. SOME of them were: • Clash of Clans' barbarian-like troops. These were the cheapest troops. • Knights: the standard design was a blond man with armor, if i rememver correctly • Archers • Ogres • Trolls Ect.
Every troop had a description page, depicting stats, their picture, and a paragraph depicting the history of that troop.
I remember that the Trolls (in the image located in their description page): were the biggest troop in terms of size. Very big and muscular. Again, for the Troll troop, I remember that their description said something about the lines: "Trolls are shapeshifters and can change their appearence at will".
The ogres were depicted with their mouth open, in rage, wielding a claw.
I want to point out that from the description page it was possible to change a troop's outfit/costume. For example, standard ogres had a generic/simple design, with some leather-metal clothes on their body, but there were other options for their oufit, like a complete armor. These were aesthetic options that you could choose paying gems, and every outfit had his own illustration: the troop had the same pose for every outfit you were choosing.
I remember that archers were elves.
Keep in mind, the design was real and all troops had a very realistic-fantasy look. Ogres were furious, with mouth open, faced to your left. Trolls had a big clow on one hand, they are the biggest troop and had only a leather material on their chest/legs.

Here's a list of possible alternative scenes and versions cut from Scream VI. I complied this from articles/interviews with the directors, producers and screenwriters, and some tweets by Vieweranon. I doubt we'll get to see much if any of these on the home release, maybe only one or two scenes, but this looks to be some of the alternative stuff either scripted, shot or planned:

1. Alternative version of the opening scene. The opening scene with Samara Weaving was originally shot with Roger L. Jackson speaking to her throughout and a picture of Richie as Reggie on the phone so the viewer knew for sure that it was Ghostface from the very start. Looks like this may have been shot too.
2. An extended scene of Kirby and Bailey in the police station. Kirby mentions her personal life briefly, saying she was once married, "one and done". Looks like this was shot. I think the directors removed it due to other things said by Bailey that was making him too suspicious.
3. An extended version of the Gale vs. Ghostface scene. They speak face to face, GF using the modulator behind the mask, as they face off with each other through the bookcase. There may also have been additional lines about GF being in Gale's life for so long (that we heard in a trailer) during this. Would love to see this deleted scene the most if it was shot.
4. Deleted scene. Bailey talking with police in the apartment after the attack, telling them not to touch Quinn's "body", that he was the only one who would. Removed as directors felt like it was making him even more obvious. Looks like it was shot. Vieweranon mentioned this being the only deleted scene he knows about (he may not have read the interviews about these other ones or assumes they weren't shot). This might be the main deleted scene we get on home release, perhaps the only one, if we get any.
5. Deleted/cancelled scene. A scene involving the the twins running around the park and grabbing cell phones from people while Kirby is tracing call in the van. Direct homage to the Randy scene in Scream 2. A door in another van even opens behind them. Looks like this was scripted but never shot.
6. Deleted/cancelled scene. A closing monologue from Gale delivered from hospital bed. Cancelled because it took away from the ending of the two sisters. Unsure if just scripted or also shot, likely just scripted.
7. Earlier script - alternative Sidney version. Would have featured the character in NYC. Described by Neve Campbell (via Jamie Kennedy) as a "hefty" part. Radio Silence first described Campbell's absence as affecting the script "greatly", but later said she left early enough in the process that it didn't affect the overall structure of the script. It's likely it affected the early drafts a lot, but perhaps not later ones. No further details have emerged yet.
8. Earlier script - alternative motive. The directors mention the motive was originally different. Unsure if killers were too, but they weren't "Richie's family" until later on in the development process, when they decided they wanted a more "emotional" / "primal" motive. No further details yet.

My boyfriend of 3 yrs won’t have sex with me and it’s literally destroying our relationship. When we first started dating our chemistry and sex was amazing, the best I’ve ever had with any partner and he used to initiate and I would be the one who’d be refusing because I was sore or tired (HA now I dream of those days). I know the honey moon phase is a thing but I’ve never had a partner whose libido did a complete 360 just like that, we used to make our for hours like we were teenagers in our car and have spontaneous sex even in risky places and it felt like he couldn’t get enough of me. We moved in together at 1 year (I know really soon but i had to move out so my parents could take care of my grandparents and he moved in with me bc I couldn’t afford the rent on my own) and after that it went downhill immediately. I figured it was just the growing pains of getting used to living together and that it would pass but it’s only gotten worse. I don’t think I ask for much at least once a week but if I don’t beg to have sex we just WONT, longest I think was 3 months. It’s so degrading to have to beg your partner for sex, it makes me feel insecure and unwanted and isolated in this relationship. It’s not just him refusing but him being literally unable to keep it up during sex or even get it up in the first place. I’ve been very concerned because he assures me he’s still attracted to me so I want him to get checked out by a doctor because I don’t think it’s normal for a 24 year old to have no sex drive, he doesn’t even masturbate!! It’s gotten so bad that I beg him almost every day to get turned down almost every time and when he finally does agree to try I can tell it’s just such a chore for him and usually he’ll just finger me to get me off but he’s not even into it…like he’s just staring at the wall while doing it I’ve never felt like such a piece of shit and I think I’m an attractive girl so I’m just wondering how long I can put up with this. I’ve talked with him about this multiple times and we’ll cry and argue and make up and he says he’ll do something about it but it never happens. Hi everyone! A quick post to show everyone that it gets better after they left if. Wether it’s sudden ghosting, big fights or everything between.
I made a new instagram for a complete new beginning. On Instagram you can either block someone, or block and as well block all their existing and new accounts. And i was 100% sure my ex did the second for me. That’s why i didnt bother to block her on the new one. Yesterday i wanted to make sure as i am paranoid she could see my new account and there she was. I could see her account with two new pictures since we separated. It did throw me off. I cried. But for 10 minutes and then i was able to carry on with my day. Last month it would have ended me for days. Panic attacks most probably.
But now, it didn’t. I got a lot of emotional distance towards her. She doesn’t appear in my daily life. I sometimes only catch myself thinking „hey, you didn’t think about her today!“ but i as well just carry on with my day after.
It does get better. It does get easier. They lose their priority they once had in your life. I am at my third month now. And i overall feel free. I feel like myself again. I can invest time in myself and don’t have to be scared of another episode of hers. And most importantly, i feel at peace. Writing this here makes me realize how much of an addiction the relationship was, a bad addiction. An uneven one.

I am actually rejoicing and have been in such a good mood lately knowing that my horrible roommate is leaving by the end of this month!
I am a really nice person past my guarded mean affection but I have never had anyone annoy me this much! She is constantly bringing her boyfriend over with no notice, even when we already agreed that one night is enough since our apartment is just girls only and my fiancé and I are very uncomfortable coming home from work to see that a man is sitting on our furniture. It’s also really annoying to hear their constant deep voices echo the walls, especially when they sleep late and wake up early. Right when they wake up they’ll take a shower together too. I spoke to her about him paying a small amount of our utility bill and she said that he’s a guest and shouldn’t have to pay but I personally feel like if he’s using the shower and our electricity very often then it’s an unwanted roommate. After all the disagreements with her boyfriend she just continues to pile up her trash in our trash can and not take any of it out, she will constantly put our clean dishes or anything on the counter into our dirty dishes. Before all of this she was using our detergent and eating my fiancés food. She tells me not to treat her like a child but she is acting like one and she is older than me by just a year… once she started moving our items I started taking all of her items on our furnitures off of them, her shoes on our shoe rack, trash that she filled up but didn’t take, along with the recycling. I was filled with so much anger that I even moved her bowls from her cabinet onto the counter. Since she’s leaving she expects me to give her back her 300 dollar deposit but still hasn’t even packed yet or cleaned any of the messes she’s made. I’m scared that she may be bluffing but at the same time our leasing office knows the issue. I just know that if she is bluffing I will still be able to boot her off of the lease since he’s almost stayed his fourteen nights. Please keep in mind this is all in the spa of one month. So sorry for venting I jus needed this out there

Just wamted to share some thoughts I had on Flowers in Omori :)
Preface
Basil’s talk about his garden in the Omori prologue and what each floweplant means to him sets up the core conflicts for the entire cast and I wanted to use this post to highlight that as well as one of Omori’s strongest aspects in my eyes, the concept of facing yourself, the good and the bad.
Spoilers for the whole game so please be aware! A major aspect of Omori and it's powerful message is in experiencing the game yourself so even if you don't care about spoilers please give playing the game yourself another shot!
Basil
“These are sunflowers. They're called that because they always face towards the sun. That's how I want to be like... someone who always sees the bright side of things.”
Basil loves his friends and always wants to see the best in them. In Headspace this gets demonstrated with Boss, where Basil takes note of how gentle Boss was while fighting the party. Even in his Photo Album both in Headspace and the Real World Basil writes about the positives in each photo. The real Basil we see is someone who can barely face the sun like he once hoped to. After playing a role in Mari’s faked suicide, Basil has to come to terms with the bad side of people, but he doesn’t do that. Somewhat Similar to Sunny, Basil creates his own Something. He can place the blame for Mari’s death on Something instead of Sunny, because Sunny would never do something like that to the sister he loves so much right? Sunny would never abandon his best friend Basil for 4 years and just up and leave him right? He even blames his own actions on Something at times, like when he scribbled on the pictures in his Photo Album and when he attacked Sunny in an attempt to save him from Something. Basil has spent so much time blaming Something, he has totally drowned himself in this negativity, bottling up the truth of the matter and really only facing the shadows the bright side of his friends cast. Sunny’s smile at Basil in the secret ending shows me that Basil, as well as Sunny, has come to accept what happened and that Something never truly existed.
Mari
“These flowers are called lily of the valley. It's said that they're able to ward off evil spirits and help people see a brighter future... I guess that's why they remind me of MARI. I can always count on her to help me stay positive.”
This description fits Mari’s role in Headspace perfectly. Seeing her and her picnic is always a sign that you can finally take a rest, save and heal your party, and have a nice picnic with your friends and discuss the current events of the game. Whenever you see Mari you know you’re headed in the right direction, and with her help you can take on any challenge the game throws at you. Although Mari is also represented throughout the game as Something, a haunting ghostly figure that takes on many forms and haunts Sunny. Something is literally something Sunny can’t quite overcome, and in many cases something he fears and runs away from. This dichotomy in how Sunny perceives Mari comes to a head in Black Space and One Day Left with multiple depictions of Mari/Something show us these conflicting ideas. A couple key examples being the one room where Something joins your party, following behind Sunny and every few seconds stopping to say “Sunny, I Love You,” as well as the reveal by the tree that Something is actually the haunting vision of Mari right after they staged her suicide, one eye shining through her hair, seemingly staring at Sunny and Basil. This idea of Mari in Headspace being a simultaneous push and pull force to and from the truth, we get a really realistic depiction of the contradictory nature of the heart, how it wants to love but fears the sadness and anger that can come with it. The real Mari also had these contrasting sides. She was always caring for Sunny and showing him and the whole friend group affection, but she was always a perfectionist. She was very critical of how she did things and sometimes that attitude would slip out, like while they made flower crowns and especially when Sunny and Mari’s recital was coming up. While Mari in the real world doesn’t really get a chance to accept her own flaws, she does play into Sunny’s own conclusion very well. Sunny gets to finally put all the memories together of who Mari really was, and can now let that real memory of her live on in his heart for the rest of his days. Those memories may be painful at times, but they’re also loving memories as well that should be cherished.
Hero
“Roses come in many different colors and have their own unique meanings. Pink roses symbolize admiration... Orange roses symbolize passion... Yellow roses symbolize friendship... and the list goes on. HERO doesn't remind me of any rose in particular. I think HERO is like all roses, because he's versatile and universally loved.”
Hero was always a jack of all trades, and this is shown in Headspace through his tag ability, being able to charm anyone to help progress through areas. He’s the Big Brother of the group, someone to lean on and look up to since he’s always got an answer. He even loves to cook, making him a perfect healer in this RPG world where food restores Hearts and Juice. In the real world Hero has buckled down and decided to become a Doctor because his parents want him to and since it’s a very financially fruitful career. It even fits his name, Hero, being someone who saves people. Hero’s real dream was being a cook though, it’s what he loved doing. His name even has an interesting double meaning since we learn that he was named, or at least nicknamed Hero after the Hero sandwich as Gino’s. In one of the memory sequences in the final stretch of the game, Hero asks Sunny if he should be a Cook or a Doctor, and I believe this question is something Hero still thinks about to this day. We don’t get any real closure to where he ends up, but learning about the truth of Mari’s death at the end always has the possibility of helping Hero come to terms with his grief and finally start cooking again.
Aubrey
“These are a type of flower called the gladiolus, also known as the "sword flower". As you might guess, they represent strength of character. Someone who is honest, with strong moral values... Someone who stands by their convictions… The gladiolus reminds me of AUBREY, because she's always true to herself.”
Aubrey is always pretty stubborn in Headspace, but also really honest with her feelings, getting mad, sad, or happy and not shying away from those feelings. She’s a strong person, and that’s why her tag ability is being able to break large objects. Mari’s death and how it created distance between her and her friends really made Aubrey feel alone and isolated, and that gets even further reinforced by her Dad leaving some time after the Mari incident. She feels abandoned by everyone she ever loved, and starts to become fairly rebellious. She dyes her hair pink, something her dad would never let her do, and she forms a pseudo-biker gang with local neighborhood kids. The way she treats Basil after trying to reach out to him really shows the shift in her mentality. She doesn;t confront Basil for scribbling all over his own Photo Album, but steals it away and bottles up those feelings, only letting them out in anger with her gang of friends, almost bullying Basil. She puts on this facade of a delinquent and essentially starts playing the role of the delinquent she’s become in the minds of the town, which gets shown off really well in the Church scene. In One Day Left, Aubrey is able to make amends and realize everyone was processing Mari’s death their own way, and it isn’t fair of her to demand the care she never gave to Sunny or Kel or Hero or Basil. We even get a nice heart to heart between Sunny and Aubrey on the swings where Aubrey shows concern for Sunny and hopes he lives a healthier lifestyle when he moves. Like Hero, we don;t get to see what Aubrey does after learning the truth of Mari’s death, but I like to believe she becomes the Mari of her own little biker gang while also staying pals with Basil, Hero, and Kel at the very least.
Kel
“Cacti are very sturdy and resilient plants by nature. They don't need much care and can survive even in seemingly impossible conditions. I guess what I'm saying... is that even you could take care of a cactus, KEL…”
Kel really is tough, just being a cool supportive friend in Headspace and the Real World, although some cracks shine through in the ladder. When Kel finds out Sunny is moving, he calls constantly and knocks on the door every morning in the days leading to the move. This shows that even though he always plays it cool, he still really misses the good ol’ days and Sunny in general. Kel’s competitive nature when it comes to his height also shows how Kel really craves some attention when Hero was always seen as the cool, handsome, successful brother. The scene you can totally miss at the Church really highlights Kel’s struggle after Mari’s death. He puts on a smile and tries consoling Hero who’s been moping for days, and when Hero snaps their parents only come running to Hero’s side. Kel never gets the same attention as Hero even when they’re both grieving. Kel constantly gets criticized for not knowing what everyone’s going through post Mari’s death, but he feels those emotions just as much as anyone else. Kel’s coping mechanism is just different than everyone else's. He gets by with a smile and tries to be supportive for everyone else's sake while not letting himself properly grieve. Kel has already started to move on in his own ways. He gets to be a big brother to his newborn little sister, and he got a spot on the Basketball team, easily making friends with teammates and other athletes at school. My hope for Kel after the truth is revealed is that he shows a little more of his vulnerable side to people like Hero, Aubrey and Basil as well as his new teammates, but again we don’t get any confirmation
Sunny/Omori
“And these... These are white tulips. Tulips aren't very flashy plants. They're not too big or small, not too elaborate or flamboyant. If I could put it in another way... I guess I would say that... they're comfortable. Simple, modest, and perfect. Just like SUNNY.”
-note, this is the dialogue from the end of the game, not the prologue
Omori's a blank slate. Sunny on the other hand is very imaginative, his mind is vast and detailed, full of complex feelings hard to express in any other way than what we see in Headspace itself. The core of Sunny’s character is the conflict within his heart between Omori, who thrives on stagnation and escapism, and Sunny’s own inquisitive mind that always leads him towards the truth; a self imposed maze to the self. The rest of the cast all fold into this same idea of finding their true self through the Photo Album, coming to accept all the memories they had together, the good and the bad. Sunny is the most obvious example of confronting the side of him that yearns to forget and get lost in the fog. To move on, Sunny must accept Omori, his mirror reflection, the reflection that only he can see. He can’t ignore Omori, but he also can’t let Omori take over, he has to find balance and accept that Omori is just as real a part of Sunny as Sunny himself is. Coming to terms with the whole of his memories as well as his contradiction of the heart lets Sunny move on. Will his life be happier from here? Who’s to say? Only Sunny will know as he ventures out into the world.

Hi everyone, i made a throwaway acc just to tell this story bc i seriously have no idea what to do or think about the situation.
I am 17 and my whole life I grew up in a household where my parents were constantly fighting. At this point it's so normal that I just put my earphones in to block it out. However, this time I saw and heard everything clear as day.
It happened earlier today. My father came downstairs to get something to eat and he was obviously not in a good mood. He started pulling food out of the fridge and throwing it on the counter saying it was "rubbish". Once he got his food he went back upstairs to his room (note: my parents don't sleep in the same room. This is important to know for later). My mum then went into the kitchen and saw the mess he had left behind and she got frustrated.
She went upstairs to my father's room and asked him why he left everything the way it was and they got into a huge argument. The were standing at the door of his room when he yelled at her to "fck off" multiple times before yelling "leave me the fck alone" and physically shoved her out of his room, causing her back to hit the wall and he slammed the door behind him. This is the first time he's ever put his hands on her but not the first where he has verbally abused her and me and my siblings.
My parents have almost divorced several times but they never actually went thru with it. Whenever I asked my mum why, she always said because "she didn't want to put us in that position". This angered me beyond words. I always told her I wanted her to divorce him but she never would and I know it's because she's scared. So when she practically puts the blame on us it makes me feel like it's my fault she can't leave.
I don't know what to think. I have grown up around his aggressiveness and anger my whole life. It's all I know. Is this normal? Is it anything to be concerned about or am I just overreacting? Will it get worse now that he's done it the first time or was it just a one time thing? Pls any advice would be helpful and thank u for reading.

He didn’t turn the lights on for her anymore; instead, he extinguished them, plunging her into darkness. More than once, she fell down the stairs, and she swore that he had pushed her.
The worst, though, were the shadow puppets. He didn’t delight his sister; instead, he punished her.
He crept into her mind and stole her nightmares. He recreated them to envelop her in shadow and fear.
My daughter grew terrified of day and night. She hated being alone and glued herself to her mother and me.
Tonight was the catalyst.
Yesterday, my wife told me she had seen him. He frequently visited her, she admitted. He loved to tear at her skin and scar her. He loved to hurt her.
When I came home from work, I found her at the bottom of the stairs. Her eyes were filmed over with blood, and her neck was broken.
My daughter stood at the top of the stairs, and next to her was my son. He looked just as he had in life. His expression didn’t change as he pushed his sister down the stairs. He laughed.
I have never been more afraid in my life. I forgot to breathe. She fell in a heap beside her mother, and when she screamed, I screamed too.
Instead, I grabbed her and raced to the car. As I pulled away, my son stood in the doorway. He smiled at us and waved.
We’re at the hospital now. My daughter has a concussion, and her leg is broken.
The cops are also here. I told them everything that had happened. Of course, they don’t believe me.
They think I hurt my daughter and accuse me of killing my wife.
“It’s my son,” I told them. “It was our son. I would never hurt them.”
My son’s death didn’t just break us. It destroyed everything.
They took my daughter away, and they will bury my wife without me.
I’m still at the hospital but I know that soon, the cops are going to take me in for questioning.
I am not alone though.
My son is here, and he’s smiling at me. He says he loves me, and he tells me he has a plan.

He conjures his mother, and she is beautifully broken. She stiffly smiles at me.

I want to see my family again, and I want us to be together.
If that means we will live as ghosts in a world far from heaven and too close to hell, then fine.

Ex dumped me 3 weeks ago. Blindside. Happy relationship, reasons unclear. Seems to be combo of grief from losing her mum 8 months ago and fear of commitment as she was about to move in. Lots of avoidant behavioutraits since her mum passed. We're both adults.
We agreed friends just after break up, texting and seeing each other were within boundaries. Since then she's not said a word to me and ignored my texts (I reached out a couple of times - I have theories on why she ignored, I've made other posts about it if you want to look). She hasn't blocked me. Last convo we had (2 days after break up) was her saying she could see us back together in the future etc
This is the bit im finding weird.... She is still in my family group chat. It went off late last night and she immediately came online and read it each time (several times) so it isn't even muted. I changed my picture on WhatsApp in the middle of it going off. She lingered online for way longer (2mins or so) than it took to read the message that had just hit the family chat, I'm confident she didnt have other messages coming in and she was looking at the pic (changed from a photo of something else I've had on for years to a pic of me from the other day)..
I know its impossible to decipher what it means, and im trying not to read into it, but it is weird right? Why hasnt she left the group chat, why isn't it muted, why is she reading it immediately and looking at my pic when she's ignored direct messages from me... just seems odd behaviour?
