Everyone told me to build and save resources for phoenix squad as a beginner but i started watching SW rebels and i disliked it so much that i can’t bring myself to represent my account with that team so i just started building first order with the 2 KR and phasma and i got bb8 today after playing for around 5-6 weeks
Also i am 30 han solo shards away from getting palpatine
I know this is not efficent but i found myself enjoying playing this game way more when i started building characthers that i actually like🗿

Me: 41 years old, German citizen, living in Turkey since mid 2020.
I visited Thailand for the first time in 2020 and stood 3 1/2 months (covid extension visa after 90 days TV was over) in Phuket.
2nd time was end of 2022 and ever since staying in Bkk. Arrived on an 45 days Visa exemption + 30 days extension. Out to Vietnam 5 days and back in with a 60 days tourist Visa I extended for 30 days until June 11th. I am not sure I can do that one more time in June. Getting me another 30+30. Just the thought of a visa run every few weeks makes me feel insecure. I just wanna say "ok I am done with Thailand and wanna head back to EU" without counting sadly the days for my visa ending.
I am considering to live 6 months (or maybe more) a year in Thailand. Probably in Phuket. I was thinking about the 5 years Elite Visa with the option to extend to 20 years. Just now I read about the possibility to get an unlimited Visa by investing 10m THB.
Now I am thinking about what's an better option to safe money in the long term? Get the 5/20 years for 600k/1m (that money is gone forever) or invest 10m (probably buy a condominium) and live in it. Saves you the monthly rent + the 1 million for the Thai Elite Visa. I wonder if that property would keep it's worth of 10m after let's say 20 years? I could pay it off without taking a credit etc.
Another question are the current global events. Covid showed us what governments are capable of. Imagine you bought the 5y TE or an condominium in 2020 and could not come here for 2-3 years. And still the possibility that they go nuts again with the current or next pandemic. Another event could be a war with China. Is it a bad time to do bigger investments in Thailand?

So I have a 2007 Nissan Murano SL. I love the way it rides it's had a lot of problems. My trusted mechanic sent me to a transmission guy after my check engine light came on for a second time in 2 months. The transmission guy says my transmission is going bad and it's going to be a $7,700 fix. I thought about getting a second opinion but it's a 16-year-old car and has other issues. Might as well get another one.
I don't want to drive any old thing. I looked for vehicles in a similar class as the Murano (Mazda CX-5, Toyota RAV4) but they're all 25 to 30K used. And some of them 6-8 years old.
I fully fund my TSP(401k), Roth IRA and HSA. With what's left over I invest $100 a month in two index funds.
I have $18,000 I can put down on a car. I have about $4,000 in the vacation fund so I can stretch if I had to. But I haven't been on vacation in years.
Dave Ramsey recommended CarMax among other places to get a used car. I'm pretty sure they mark up their cars but for good reason. You can return it within 30 days. Plus they give you $4,000 mile warranty.
Salary: $130,000.
Debt: None.
Index funds: $200 a month.
Emergency fund: $25 a week.
Vacation fund: $20 a week.
General savings: $400 a month.

So, I had a CPA scheduled to do my taxes since the beginning of February. Of course I get an email 2 days ago saying he can't do them "due to unforseen issues and or overbooking." (What a douche) So now I have a little over 2 weeks to get in and done before tax day comes around. Anyone have any suggestions for me, I wanted to avoid Libertys and the Hewitts, that would be my last resort. Any help is welcomed!!

i've been a member for a couple weeks now and it's happened like 6 or 7 times already. it's one thing to answer a few questions and get booted, but another to waste 15-25 minutes doing the WHOLE survey.. and when it's submitted, you get a "sorry, this survey isn't a match" screen and absolutely nothing for it.
i make sure not to move fast through it, which makes it drag on even more. i also make sure to read and view everything, while providing legit answers (sometimes numerous detailed sentences.) to let someone do the whole survey, accept it and then give a BS message with no reward is basically stealing.
does anyone else have this issue? my score is also high and not a problem.

Hey everyone. So I’m having a bit of a dilemma. For the past few days I haven’t felt naturally tired when I normally should’ve been and it’s fucking with me a little. I don’t know what caused it other than they sun rising earlier. I’ve always had a bit of a weird sleep schedule (as in dspd, but undiagnosed. But I think that’s what I have because o can’t remember the last time I was able to sleep for long periods before midnight) so I’ve been taking melatonin nightly for a year and a half to help with that. But as of maybe Tuesday I can’t fall asleep before 6~8 am, if at all, even with the melatonin. The only way I can get enough hours of sleep lately is with Tylenol PM, which has the same stuff as Benadryl. But I don’t wanna rely on that because of potential liver problems. That and it usually screws with my sleep schedule the day after. I had to take it a few days ago because of some soreness I was feeling so maybe that’s the cause.
Either way I’m kinda worried because I’m worried I’m developing n24 or something. Because I’m not really tired enough to sleep when morning comes either.
Am I just overthinking seasonal insomnia? If this sounds familiar, what did you do to get rid of it? Thanks.

WOW....what a week....what a quarter actually...finally. My Fidelity IRA is up 20.6% YTD....got to love that. I will also have to admit that I pulled some shares off the board yesterday.On the LOSERS side I see CYXT leading the pack for the 2nd week in a row. Now this stock, in typical MF fashion has lost 96.7% in the past 12 months and closed the week at 30 cents. Wall St. analysts have it at a Hold....this is worth researching further. Of note....you really have to wonder about companies showing up on the LOSERS side when you have such a good week in the markets. Review the tickers in your portfolios that have lost money this past week and make some decisions as to the worthiness of continuing to hold those stocks.....if you waiting for MF to tell you there will be nothing left when they finally admit their ignorance.
Okay...over on the GAINERS side....both TORO and BUR (recently) have shown up on the other side of the table. AI...what a story that has been....62 million shares traded yesterday running the stock up 21.5% on Friday alone and 57.5% for the month of March....impressive. And I needed that for it finally put me about 20% UP....and I took those profits and closed out position for I do not have confidence that we are "out of the woods yet". The semiconductor industry groups have been doing well - Fabless holds the #2 of 197 groups....Equipment holds #4 and Manufacturing holds #14 spot. I am still holding Mobileye...having sold off about 25%. I am also adding to my SOXS position....an ETF that bets against the semiconductors.
Many have to be glad to see UPST on this list gaining 23% for the week. I have no idea how much of the losses investors will be able to recoup...but I don't see this finding it's way back to $100+ let alone $450ish. That is enough for this week...let's hope for another week like this past week. Y'all have a great weekend.

Why typically?

- …unless it’s April onwards, when they deduct health insurance from EVERY paycheck to cover your summer months (we call it double deduction season)

🤬 that’s it, something is in the water. two best friends in 3rd hour begin a heated verbal altercation about … a girl? in the middle of my class?? One kid takes off so I call security to let them know he would benefit from a check-in. the other student begins texting threats to his buddy and goes off on me when I tell him to stop. what is happening?!
👼🏼 boy returns with security at end of class, so I walk him to dean to process. 35 minutes later dean says everything is gucci and no more problems. hormones, man.
