DEAR HONEY: THE INTRODUCTION; VOLUME THREE
DEAR HONEY DEAR HONEY, THIS IS VOLUME THREE. IN ITS ENTIRETY. I ADMIRINGLY, WHILE ADMIRING, THE PERSON YOU WERE, BECOME THE PERSON I AM. WE WILL FOREVER BE FRIENDS. AFTER THE END. WE WILL FOREVER BE BEAUTIFUL. APART. FROM THE START OR TOGETHER. I REALIZED MY EMOTIONS WERE SEVERED, FOR ME TO BE THE PROGRESSOR. OF BETTER TIMES FOR THE HUMAN RACE. NOT THE AGGRESSOR. IN VIOLENCE. THE AGGRESSOR IN SILENCE. STAYING SILENT, THINKING TO MYSELF. I MISS YOU HONEY. I MISS THE FUNNY MOMENTS WE SHARED. YOU KNEW I CARED. NOW YOU KNOW I CARED. THIS BOOK IS FOR YOU. WRITTEN UNDER YOUR PEN NAME. WE CREATED IN YOUR MEMORY. WE APPRECIATE YOU SO MUCH. IF THERE'S NO RUSH, THERE IS NO TIME TO SPARE. I HUSH, TO TAKE ME THERE. I WANT TO TAKE YOU INTO LITERARY AND CINEMATIC HISTORY HONEY. NO MYSTERY HONEY. I AM WRITING POEMS IN PROSE. FROM POEMS TO PROSE WE ROSE. FROM PROSE TO POEMS WITH COZE WE COAST. FINANCIAL LITERACY. IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO STUDY. THE ONE THING WE NEVER FOUND OUT. WE WERE CLOSE. WE WERE PUSRUING IT. IN A DOSE. IN DOSES. WE REALLY DOZED THOUGH. WE REALLY DIDN'T KNOW THOUGH. CERTAIN TERMS. WE WERE LEARNING IT. EARNING IT. I MUST GIVE US CREDIT. WE WERE RIGHT THERE. WE JUST DIDN'T LET IT. OVER TAKE US IMMEDIATELY. TO WHERE WE IMMEDIATELY. WERE LITERALLY. RESEARCHING. FINANCIAL LITERACY. SO NOW. AFTER DOING SO SOLO. I THINK OF YOU AND REMEMBER YOLO. SO I WROTE THIS FOR US DOLO. HONEY YOU AND I. STARTED ANOTHER GLOBAL ECONOMIC REVOLUTION. YOU WANTED TO BE AN ACTRESS. ONE DAY. ACTORS. ACTRESSES. WILL ACT THIS. THEY WILL TURN THESE WORDS INTO MOVIES HONEY. GROOVY. I ONLY FILMED FOR FILMING SOOTHED ME. SOOTHING. IN THE MOST. SOOTHINGLY MANNER. NERDS INTO NEW TEES. I STAY SO BUSY HONEY. I GET CONFUSED. WONDERING DID I WORK ENOUGH? SO I GIVE ALL OF MY SPARE TIME TO IT. SO THE ANSWER WILL ALWAYS BE NO. SO ALL OF THE SPARE TIME WILL BE DEDICATED TO IT. TIME TO EAT FOR A BIT. RESEARCH SOMETHING. THEN COME BACK AND FINISH WRITING THIS NEW VOLUME. THE CHAD FILMS STORY. THE SYRACUSE FILM FESTIVAL IS IN OCTOBER. THE THIRD WEEK. LIFE IS STILL WEIRD HONEY. AS MUCH AS I CAN ACCOMPLISH. YOUR NAME WILL BE RIGHT THERE WITH ME. ANYTHING BENEFICIAL TO THE HUMAN RACE. I WILL ATTACH YOUR NAMES. NAIJAH GROVER, VANESSA HONEY MALONE, JOSH D. HUTCHINSON.

CHAPTER ONE: THE CHAD FILM.
DEAR SYRACUSE, NEW YORK, MY NAME IS CHAD XZAVIER HARRIS. I AM THIRTY YEARS OLD. I WAS BORN IN MIAMI, FLORIDA ON DECEMBER 29TH 1989. I AM THE YOUNGEST OF THREE BOYS. MY FATHER HAD A SON BEFORE HE HAD ONE WITH MY MOTHER. DAVID HARRIS AND SUZANNE HARRIS. MY PARENTS. DAVID HARRIS JR. QUENTIN HARRIS SR. JUSTIN HARRIS. MY BROTHERS. I HAVE NO SISTERS. SHAKEVIA KANAIJAH, DANTE DONOVAN, SHYANNE, QUENTIN JR., MALIAH SONAE, QUAN, ATIYANNA. MY NIECES AND NEPHEWS. I'VE SEEN ATIYANNA ONCE. SHE WAS ALMOST TWO. HAVING A TWO YEAR OLD NIECE WHO I'VE SEEN ONCE SHOWS ME NOW, I AM THE MAVERICK OF THE FAMILY. I RESERVED MYSELF FOR MY FIRST ADULT DECADE. I BEAT AT MY CRAFT. I WORKED AN HONEST JOB TO SUPPORT MYSELF. I USED ALL OF MY SPARE TIME, HONING THE SKILLSET. MY PARENTS DIVORCED. I WAS SEVEN. JUSTIN IS FOUR YEARS OLDER. QUE IS THREE YEARS OLDER THAN JUSTIN. DAVID IS AROUND THREE YEARS OLDER THAN QUE. MY MATERNAL GRANDMOTHER. THELMA LEE WASHINGTON. PASSED AWAY WHEN I WAS SEVEN. JOSIE REE HARRIS. THE PATERNAL GRANDMOTHER. PASSED AWAY WHEN I WAS EIGHT. I'VE ALWAYS HAD AN AFFINITY AND AFFECTION TOWARDS AND FOR OTHER PEOPLE'S GRANDMOTHERS. I ALWAYS WONDERED IF THOSE WITH GRANDMOTHERS, APPRECIATED IT. FOR THE MOST PART, ANYONE OLDER DOES FROM WHAT I CAN SEE. I MOSTLY JUST WONDER WHEN IT COMES TO YOUNGER PEOPLE. CLOSER TO THE AGE I WAS. ALL OF THAT AT ONCE MADE ME FEEL VERY VULNERABLE. I BELIEVE MY MOTHER WAS THE FIRST DIVORCE OF HER SIBLINGS. THAT TIME BELONGED TO US. IT WAS THEN WHEN THE FEELINGS OF NEGLECT, ABANDONMENT AND NOT FEELING APPRECIATED AND WANTED GREW AND GREW. THEY NEVER STOPPED GROWING. THE FAMILY HISTORY JUST PROVIDED MORE AND MORE INCIDENTS OF THE HARMFUL VARIETY. OF A HARMFUL NATURE. IT SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN THOUGHT, I WOULD STICK AROUND SOMEWHERE I WASN'T WANTED. AS I BEGAN TO STUDY BIOGRAPHY AND THE HISTORY OF AMERICAN POLITICS, POP CULTURE, SPORTS, ART AND MEDIA, ALONG WITH ANYTHING ELSE I WAS RESEARCHING, I BEGAN TO REALIZE WHAT I HAD TO STUDY. A BROAD SCOPE OF INFORMATION. I ALWAYS FELT THERE WAS A DEEP UNIVERSAL CALLING FOR GREATNESS FROM ME I MUST ADHERE TO AND FIND. AND SO I LEFT TO FIND IT. I DO NOTHING BUT INTROSPECT MYSELF. I STAY TO MYSELF, BC I AM MORE LIKELY TO KEEP MYSELF OUT OF TROUBLE, BY MYSELF. I AM LESS LIKELY TO LOSE FOCUS ALONE. I AM PRETTY WELL TRAINED AT KEEPING MYSELF WORKING ON MY SOLO PROJECTS. AT BEST, IT KEEPS ME OUT OF TROUBLE. I AM THIRTY, NO BABIES AND NO FELONIES. CLEARLY, I DON'T FAVOR DRAMA OR VIOLENCE AND FIGHTING AND ANY FORM OF UNCONSCIOUSNESS.

CHAPTER TWO: WHEN CHAD BEGAN FILMING
MY FATHER AND I WATCHED FILMS TOGETHER. IT WAS MY MAIN MEMORY WITH DAD. "CON AIR". "CHILD'S PLAY". "JAWS 3". "THE FOX AND THE HOUND". "AUSTIN POWERS". "NOTHING TO LOSE". "BLUE STREAK". "SCREAM". "FACE OFF". "CONGO". "JURASSIC PARK". "DOUBLE JEAPORDY." "MEN IN BLACK". WHEN THE PARENTS DIVORCED, IT SUCKED. SUCKED SO MUCH, I MADE MY FIRST FILM AT 12 YEARS OLD. THE DIRECTORIAL DEBUT. I DEALT WITH THE DIVORCE IN NO SPECIFIC MANNER FOR 5 YEARS BEFORE I FILMED SOMETHING. AS SOON AS I WAS GIVEN THE CAMERA, I FILMED WITH IT. THE LAST DAY OF 5TH GRADE. GOT IT ON CAMERA. JOE AND CHRIS AGUILA. WENT TO THEIR HOUSE. CHRIS IS JOE'S LITTLE BROTHER. 3RD GRADE. THERE WAS A HORNET OR YELLOW JACKET OR WASP, AT THEIR POOL. WE RAN BACK INSIDE. I CAN STILL REMEMBER. VIVIDLY. SHOUT OUTS TO MS. SARAH. R.I.P. JOES DAD. A CAMERAMAN FOR THE NEWS. THE FIRST FRIEND I MET IN SCHOOL. HIS DAD WAS A NEWS CAMERA MAN. I'M BLESSED TO HAVE FOUND OUT HOW TO DEAL WITH THE UN PLEASANT CIRCUMSTANCE PRESENTED. EARLY ON. I WAS WRITING. I THANK GOD I WAS MEANT TO TRAVERSE THESE PATHS. I TOTALLY AM AT HIS WHIM. I AM AT GOD'S MERCY. UNDER GOD'S WILL. I HAVE GIVEN UP MY ENTIRE LIFE TO SERVING THIS PURPOSE. I HAVE NOTHING. NOTHING BUT ONE OBJECTIVE. ATTAIN THE DESTINY. THERE WAS A REASON I WAS SENT HERE. DO IT. NOTHING ELSE MATTERS. DO IT. GET IT DONE. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE. WASTE NOT WANT NOT. WASTE NO TIME. WANT NO TIME. ALL TIME IS DEVOURED. ALL OF OUR TIME IS DEVOURVED WITH CREATIVE EXPRESSION PRODUCED. THE CREATIVE. THE FINANCIALLY LITERATE CREATIVE. I SERVED MY PURPOSE. WHAT I WANT TO BE REMEMBERED FOR. I HAVE TO DO GREAT THINGS. IN ORDER TO BE ADEQUATELY REMEMBERED. I ONLY WANTED TO WRITE A CLASSIC NOVEL. 5 YEARS LATER. THERE'S NO PROOF I HAVE NOT WROTE MANY CLASSICS BY NOW. THE YEARLY COLLECTIONS I PUBLISH NOW ARE 500 PAGES. THREE OF THOSE NOW. WORKING ON FOUR. THIS YEAR WOULD BE THE FIRST COLLECTION, NOT FROM DAVID CRICHTON THE PEN NAME.

CONTINUED
BETWEEN THE AGES OF 12 AND 21, I WAS ONLY WRITING POETRY. BETWEEN 18-21 I HAD PUBLISHED MY FIRST POETRY AND NON VERSE COLLECTIONS. I SENT A FILM TREATMENT TO DWAYNE CARTER'S PRSION CELL IN 2010. BEFORE MY 19TH BIRTHDAY, I HAD THE FIRST COLLECTION PUBLISHED. FROM THERE, IT TOOK HALF A DECADE TO BECOME DAVID CRICHTON. MENTALLY. DAVID CRICHTON IS THE FORMULA FOR HOW I NOW APPROACH WRITING PROJECTS. IT'S JUST A LIST OF GUIDELINES. I'LL GO THRU THEM IN A LATER CHAPTER. INBETWEEN THE FIRST COLLECTION PUBLISHED AT 19 AND THE DAVID CRICHTON EXPERIENCE, IS CHADXZAVIERFILMS. FIVE YEARS OF CHADFILMS GREW INTO DAVID CRICHTON PUBLICATIONS. BEING DAVID CRICHTON FOR FIVE YEARS, I WANTED TO RETIRE THE NAME. IN HALF A DECADE I HAVE THREE FULL COLLECTIONS. MY OWN THREE "HARRY POTTER BOOKS". THAT'S A GOOD FIRST HALF A DECADE. NOW LET'S RAMP IT UP. ONE COLLECTION EVERY YEAR. I HAVEN'T BEEN EDITING FOOTAGE INTO VIDEOS AND PUBLISHING THEM ON YOUTUBE SINCE 2017. WHEN I HAD GOTTEN THE TAX RETURN AND BOUGHT EQUIPMENT. BEFORE THAT I WASN'T FILMING SINCE THE DAVID CRICHTON EXPERIENCE HAPPENED. AROUND THANKSGIVING 2015, I GAVE UP A DSLR I HAD. I HAVE FOOTAGE OF EVERY YEAR BUT THE CAMERAS VARIED. FROM 2011 - 2013 WERE MY PRIME YOUTUBE YEARS. WHICH IS ONE DECADE AGO. NOW IS MY RE EMERGENCE. WITH EVERYTHING I'VE CREATED SO FAR. WHICH IS STUPENDOUSLY LOADED. 10,000 MEDIA FILES. SO NOW, GOD WILLING, I AM WORKING ON THE FILM FESTIVAL ENTRY. THIS IS THE NARRATION. THIS IS ALSO VOLUME THREE. VOLUME THREE OF "HONEY MONEY PROBLEMS". VANESSA BUNNI STALLONE IS THE PEN NAME. THE NEXT PEN NAME IS NAIJAH CLOVER. JOSH D. ROCKMAN IS THE NEXT PEN NAME AFTER NAIJAH CLOVER. DAVID X. CRICHTON, STALLONE, CLOVER AND ROCKMAN. THE PEN NAMES. THE FIRST PEN NAME RAN FOR FIVE YEARS. THE LAST TWO YEARS INTRODUCED STALLONE. STALLONE HAS ONE VOLUME PUBLISHED AND ONE READY. THIS IS VOLUME THREE FOR STALLONE. AFTER THIS, VOLUME ONE FOR CLOVER WILL COMMENCE.

CHAPTER FIVE: THANK YOU AND COME AGAIN MY FRIEND
THE SYRACUSE FILM FESTIVAL. OCTOBER'S VERY OWN. I AM ENTERING. GOD WILLING. I AM GOING THRU THE RAW FOOTAGE. I WILL INCLUDE SHAKESPEARE AUDIO. THIS AUDIO BOOK IS INCLUDED. THE CHAD FILM. SOMETHING I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON FOR TEN YEARS. I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE OUTCOME WILL BE. I HAVE PUBLICATIONS. NOVELS. FOR FILM SCRIPT RIGHTS. FILM SCRIPTS. MY WAY OF ENTERING CONSIDERATION FOR LITERARY HISTORY. THE LITERARY LEGACY. MY WAY OF HAVING A CHAD FILM REGARDLESS OF LIFE. PROPER ACTION. NOW, EDITING THE RAW FOOTAGE, I REALIZE, I AM MAKING THE CHAD FILM THERE. THAT IS A CHAD FILM. SO NOW, I HAVE TO MAKE THE CHAD FILMS AS IF, I NEVER MAKE IT TO HOLLYWOOD. THIS WAY, THE CHAD FILMS ARE AS POWERFUL AS I CAN MAKE THEM. THE COMBINATION OF THE AUDIO FROM 2015 ON AND THE RAW FOOTAGE FROM 2011 ON. 11:00PM EST - 11:29PM EST I SPEND THE DAYS. THE DAYS IN WHICH I AGE. TO CONTINUE TO GRASP THE MOMENTS. LEAVING ME AMAZED. AMAZED BY THE FACT I AM STILL HERE. I CAN STILL HEAR. HEARING WITH THE STILL EAR. STILL EARS. LIFE IS STILL CLEAR. IT IS CLEAR. IN THESE TRYING TIMES. WE MAY BE IN THE DYING TIMES. SO IF I AM DYING I. ONLY NEED TO RECTIFY. I DIDN'T SEE WITH RECKLESS EYES. KEPT CONTROL OF THE RECKLESS SIDE. I NEVER WANTED TO WASTE. THE TIME I HAD. IN THESE TIMES IN WHCH I WAS PLACED. DEFINITELY NOT MISPLACED. EVEN THOUGH I ALWAYS FELT OUT OF SYNC. WITH THIS PLACE. I WAS IN SYNC. WITH THE DARLING INSTINCT. REALLY. REALLY REALLY IS WHAT I THINK. WHEN IT COMES TO POP CULTURE. PLOPPED DOWN LIKE A VULTURE. NO DRAKE I GOT CULTURE NO BLOOD. UGH. YEA. HA. IMMERSED IN CULTURE LIKE MERSA. NO CRUD. WHAT? MORE LIKE YUCK. I BE STUCK. I WAKE UP LIKE WTF. I'M STILL HERE. SO I'M STILL CLEAR. MINDED. THE DESTINY OF MINE I BETTER FIND IT. I'M RUNNING OUT OF TIME AND TO THIS I'M BLINDED. YOU COULDN'T BLIND SIGHT IT. EASTER SUNDAY APRIL 12TH, 2020 - 7:11PM EST - 7:45PM EST
I JUST WOKE UP. THANK GOD. FIRST THING I DO? I THANK GOD. AS I LAY IN AWE. I ONLY SAY WHAT I SAW. I ONLY PLAY WITH IT ALL. I TAKE NAPS BEFORE THE MIND FALLS. VICTIM TO THE DARK MIND'S PAWS. AW. I TOOK THE NAP. FOR THE CLARITY IT GAVE BACK. AWOKE TO A SLAP. OR AWOKE FROM A SLAP. I WOKE UP FROM A DREAM. TO WAKE UP IN A DREAM. TWO DREAMS. LIFE IS JUST TWO DREAMS. YOUR WHOLE LIFE. YOU CAN CONFUSED. OVER WHAT GIFTS YOU MISUSE. OR DON'T WANT TO USE. WHICH IS AGAIN TO MISUSE. OR GIFTS YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE. THE SAME GIFTS THE DEEPEST STATE DOESN'T WANT YOU TO CHOOSE. SO CHOOSE FOR YOUR LIFE. WHICH DREAM IS REAL? WHAT MAKES THIS DREAM MORE REAL? WHAT MAKES THE DREAM WORLD LESS REAL? WHEN YOU'RE TERRIFIED IN YOUR DREAMS. YOU WAKE UP. IN THIS DREAM. YOU CAN END UP TERRIFIED UNTIL IT'S ALL OVER. THERE IS NO WAKING UP FROM THIS DREAM WITHOUT LEAVING. THIS IS THE LONG DREAM. THE DREAMWORLD. WHEN SLEEP. MAY BE THE CLOSEST TO OUR ORIGINS. WE SEE. HOWEVER INDEED IT ALL MAY ACTUALLY BE. I WOKE UP TO PHONE NUMBER OF ROCKMAN'S MOM. JD HUTCHINSON. I GET TO BE IN CONTACT WITH HIS FAMILY AGAIN. I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH CRYSTAL LATRICE ALL YEAR. CHAPTER SIX: TALKED TO ROCK'S MOM
I TALKED TO JOSH D. HUTCBINSON'S MOTHER. I TALKED TO MS. SADONNA FOR AN HOUR. WAS INTRODUCED TO HER HUSBAND RON. I MISSED HEARING HER VOICE. I ENJOYED HEARING HER VOICE. MARCUS AND NAY ARE GETTING MARRIED. I CHERISH HAVING THEM IN MY PAST MOMENTS OF GROWTH. I CHERISH THE OPPORTUNITY TO RECONNECT WITH THEM ALL. I WILL KEEP IN CONTACT WITH THEM ALL. I HAD GREAT TIMES LIVING WITH THEM. I WAS LIVING WITH HER AND ROCK FROM SEPTEMBER 2016 TO MARCH 2017. THE FIRST YEAR OF DAVID X CRICHTON. I HAD PUBLISHED "THE PHONE GIRL" THAT SPRING. I HAD PUBLISHED "CLEVERLAND" THAT SPRING. ROCK HAD A COPY OF "CLEVERLAND". "CLEVERLAND AND CLEVERFIELD". HE READ SOME OF IT IN FRONT OF ME. HE SAID. "I CAN RAP THIS BRO". I LOOK FORWARD TO WRITING A VERSE NOVEL UNDER THE TITLE. IT JUST FELT REALLY GREAT TO HEAR HIS MOTHER'S VOICE. I CHERISH THE TIME I WAS THERE. AS ROUGH AS IT GOT AFTER HIS DEATH, I DON'T REGRET ANYTHING. I AM PROUD I MET HIM. HE HAD FAITH IN THE JOURNEY I WAS ON. HE TOLD ME I WOULD BE RICH BUT THAT WASN'T WHY HE WAS MY FRIEND. I REMINDED HIM OF HIS LITTLE BROTHER. COREY. HE TOLD ME FOCUS ON MY BOOKS AND NOT SMOKING. HE WAS A REAL FRIEND. I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT THEM EVER. I MISS HIM. I THINK ABOUT HIM DAILY. I ALWAYS COUNTDOWN. THREE YEARS. FOUR YEARS COME CHRISTMAS. I MADE A PEN NAME FOR HIM BY THIS POINT. I LOOK FORWARD TO STARTING AND COMPLETING THE FIRST TRILOGY. CLEVERLAND IS A REAL PLACE. IT IS IN YOUR MIND. YOU GET THERE USING YOUR MIND. IT IS A REALM YOU ENTER THRU YOUR MIND. CLEVERLAND IS CLOSED ON SUNDAYS. JOKING. THE FOREX MARKET IS CLOSED ON SUNDAYS. THE STOCK MARKET IS CLOSD ON SUNDAYS. I FULLY DISCOVERED "CLEVERLAND", THE PLACE, IN 2015. BY JANUARY TO MARCH, 2016, "CLEVERLAND THE VERSE NOVEL" WAS BEING WRITTEN. "CLEVERLAND" IS WHERE I LEARNED TO GO, TO PULL OUT MY IDEAS FROM. "CLEVERLAND" IS WHERE THE IDEAS ORIGINATE FROM. "CLEVERLAND" BECAME MY HOME. MENTALLY I HAVE BEEN TRAVERSING THRU CLEVERLAND MY ENTIRE LIFE BUT I DIDN'T HAVE A NAME FOR IT. NOW I KNOW THE NAME. THE FORMULA FOR WRITING THE DAVID CRICHTON NOVELS, CAME FROM "CLEVERLAND". "CLEVERLAND AND FRIENDS" COMING SOON. NOW, YEARS LATER, "CLEVERLAND" HAS A NEW MEANING TO ME. EMOTIONALLY, "CLEVERLAND" HELPS ME STAY ENTHRALLED IN "CLEVERLAND". "REALITY IS CREATED". "CLEVERLAND" IS THE LAND, THE REALM OF IDEAS ARRIVES FROM OR DWELLS IN. IDEAS LIVE IN "CLEVERLAND". SO IF I LIVE IN CLEVERLAND, WITH ALL OF MY SPARE TIME, WITH ALL OF MY BEING. YOU TAP INTO "CLEVERLAND" ALONE. ONCE THE CONNECTION IS STRONG HOWEVER, YOU SHALL WIN THE WAR. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO TAP INTO CLEVERLAND, WHENEVER, FOR HOWEVER LONG. 7:00PM EST - 8:03PM EST
4.20.2020
THE THING ABOUT CHAD. CHAD IS A HUMAN. CHAD IS AN ARTIST. CHAD IS AN ARTISTIC HUMAN. I WRITE WHAT I FEEL. I WRITE THE DEEPEST THOUGHTS I CAN MUSTER. I WRITE AS HONEST AS I CAN BE. THEN I STRIVE TO BE AS HONEST AS I CAN WITH MY ADMISSIONS. CHADMISSIONS. THE CHAD MISSION. THESE ARE DIARIES. IN ESSENCE. I MASKED THEM AS NOVELS THE BEST I COULD. I ONLY KNEW ME. ALL I KNOW IS ME. SO I WRITE ME DOWN ON PAPER. FROM THERE IT'S BE AS CREATIVE AS YOU CAN BE. CLEVERLAND IS ME. I AM ALWAYS IN A STATE OF CREATIVE BEING. CFK IS ME. I AM ENTHRALLED BY HISTORY NOW BC OF JFK. THE PHONE GUY IS ME. MEGAN THE PHONE GIRL CREATED DAVID CRICHTON. SHE BROKE ALL ILLUSIONS ON THE OPPOSITE SEX. SH HAPPENS. IT JUST DOES SOMETIMES. I GOT WHAT I ALWAYS WANTED. CREATIVELY. IT WAS ALCHEMY. THERE WAS A TRADE. MY EMOTIONS WOULD CATALYZE EVERY BOOK. EMOTIONALLY I COULDN'T HANDLE ANY DEVASTATION FROM A PERSONAL LIFE PURSUIT. EMOTIONALLY EVERYTHING GOES INSIDE OF THE PORTFOLIO. THE ONLY THING I COULD EVER CONTROL. THE REALIZATION THAT ANOTHER PERSON WILL DO WHAT THEY WANT. REALIZING THE DYNAMICS OF MULTIPLE PERSONALITY DISORDER. HAVING MULTIPLE PERSONS AROUND YOU CAN LEAD TO DISORDERS IS WHAT I AM SAYING. THIS WAS 2015. BEFORE MASS COVID SCARE. I WAS ALREADY ON THE TIP. PAUSING. I HAVE BEEN SCARED OF OTHER PEOPLE FOR FIVE YEARS AT LEAST. THE TRUST ISSUES I HAVE INCURRED FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCES WITH FRIENDS, FAMILY AND THE OPPOSITE SEX GENDER HAVE PREPARED ME FOR THIS. THOROUGHLY. 9:40AM EST - 9:55AM EST

2023.03.25 02:45 RyluminYamata 34[M4F] Florida/Caribbean/Online - Vacationing at Disney in April, let’s go have a blast!

I’m a simple guy. I work, pay bills, run errands, and enjoy my hobbies. Growing up, life was always envisioned as becoming highly educated, married, a nice house, children - the whole white picket fence story.
Life never goes the way one might think, especially when you grew up trying to please everyone but yourself. The past few years, I’ve worked on myself - lost 70lbs, cooking for myself, learning to say no, and indulging in the little things in life that brings me joy.
I believe I’m finally in a place where I’m happy with the way things are, except for one thing. I’ve always put romance on the back burner. While I know I have a lot of love to give, I lacked confidence and was always insecure about my weight. I’m down to 155lbs from 225lbs (thanks Keto!) and it feels amazing to not be uncomfortable in my own skin. I’m still aiming to lose 10lbs more before my trip to Disney Springs (there won’t be any dieting on vacation). It may sound like a low weight for a guy, but I’m not all that tall at 5’6”.
I come from a close-knit family, and my friends are basically my second family. This is a part of the Caribbean lifestyle. Yes, I live in the Caribbean. Location doesn’t matter when getting to know one another, and LDR isn’t a problem, but if things progress then living apart isn’t something I want. Of course there’s no rush, and I don’t expect either of us to pick up our lives and move without a proper meeting(s) and seeing how well we mesh in person. As I will be in Florida on vacation, it would be great to get some dating experience if the opportunity arises. I’ve been out of the dating scene for over 10 years and have no clue what I should be doing. Maybe dinner and a movie? Exploring Disney? Maybe that’s all too old-fashioned? I’m open to suggestions!
In terms of communication, I would like to stick to messages at first before voice chatting. I am an introvert and social anxiety bares it’s head every now and then, but I’ve also worked on both of those things during my weight loss journey. We can message on Reddit at first then move to Discord if it’s more convenient as it’s my main messaging app. I’m not big on social media, so no Snapchat or Instagram, but that’s my personal preference as I’m a fairly private person.
As I’ve mentioned Discord, I will say now that I’m a nerdy guy. Video games, Marvel, DC, Anime, Technology, etc. are all interests of mine. While I would love to have someone who shares interest in all of these things, it’s definitely not required. I consider myself well-versed in many subject matters, and my personality allows me to fit into various social groups. I can separate my hobbies from life in general. Of course, if you’re into any of these things, it would be awesome, but again, it’s not required.
I also enjoy building model kits, cooking, baking, making ice cream, and working with my hands. I know my profile lacks food pics, but I promise I have tons of pics of things I’ve made that are all Keto friendly and look delicious. There’s also things that I’ve baked for family and friends too. One hobby that I would like to get into more is traveling. I’ve only been to a few places outside the Caribbean, and I’m hoping to travel more in the future. Hence, why I’m taking a vacation as it’s been over 3 years since my last trip.
I grew up in a strict Christian home, but I don’t consider myself to have any specific religious affiliation. I left that lifestyle behind after high school and while there are some values I still hold true, I don’t discriminate against anyone or push those values on others. I am monogamous, respectful, and a listener. I don’t have a problem with any religious affiliation once it’s not pushed onto me.
In truth, I’m not sure what I expect from this post. I’ve lurked on R4R for some time and have messaged a few people that caught my interest, but nothing came of it. I guess while I’m happier in life now, the loneliness has become more apparent and led me here. Meeting up to chill at Disney isn’t a requirement to send a message. It’s just a hopeful idea. I’ll be happy just to hear from anyone whose interest I gathered.
As appearances matter for many people, I don’t mind sharing a picture of myself upon request. I’m just not comfortable posting it in this message. If you do request a photo, I ask that you respond in kind with your photo as well.
Side Note: To all the guys who have messaged me wishing I was a woman, I’ve had a good laugh and appreciate the compliments.

2023.03.25 02:44 RyluminYamata 34[M4F] Florida/Caribbean/Online - Vacationing at Disney in April, let’s go have a blast!

It's been a particularly tough couple of years to be a teacher, but now that we're past spring break, I've been able to catch my breath a bit. Lately I’ve been catching up on reading, workouts, and those recipes I’d bookmarked who-knows-when ago, but I’d like to start catching up on my social and dating life too, and I'm looking for people who want the same.

Part 1: https://www.reddit.com/nosleep/comments/11wsvvs/i_was_a_911_operator_i_still_remember_the_call/

As we walked past the pile of corpses stacked like cordwood in a pile twenty feet high, the wind seemed to pick up. The smell of feces, urine, rot and rancid sweat emanated from the pile of bodies, nearly making me throw up. My son Anthony and my wife Margaret both tried to hide their faces in the crook of their elbows, their skin looking pale and all too white. I heard my little boy suppress a small retch, bending over as the smell grew stronger for a few moments. Then we were walking away, and though it was still terrible, the smell started to fade after a few hundred feet.
I had driven on this road out of town hundreds of times in my life, and yet I realized I didn’t recognize my surroundings. Furrowing my brow, I looked around. The pavement in front of us had turned white. I saw tiny bones placed closely together, forming the streets.
The trees had also changed. They looked like weeping willows, but instead of long strands of leaves hanging down, they had what looked like intestines and long strands of bloody hair blowing softly in the breeze, moving from side to side. As we drew closer, I realized thousands and thousands of maggots and other larvae swarmed in their otherworldly branches. The concerted motion of so many insects gave them a shimmering, vibrating quality. There was a sound like high-pitched crying that came out of the forests, and as I looked closer, I realized these sounds were coming from the trees themselves.
“Where are we?” my wife asked, her eyes wide, her body trembling. My heart beat so fast I could no longer differentiate the separate beats. They all slammed together in a concerted frenzy as I realized we had walked right out of our world and into the world of the monstrous corpse girl and her insane god that my son had told me about.
“She told me they call it Golgotha,” my son whispered, “the place of the skulls.”
“But how did we get here?” I asked. “And more importantly, how do we get out? Can we just turn around?” I looked back down the road and realized the pile of corpses that had marked the entrance to this mad world was now gone. I saw only the white street paved with bones stretching off into the horizon, endless forests of willows with blood and intestines hanging from them lining each side. Nearby, I heard the gurgling of a stream.
“No,” my son said softly. “We are in here. And I can feel her presence. The dead girl. She’s watching us right now. She’s trying to get in my…” He pointed at his head. “We have to go on ahead. I can keep her out, though. She won't be able to get inside any of you if you're near me. I know how to fight her. She can try to reach inside me, or me inside her.”
My wife grabbed my free hand tightly. I prayed to God that Anthony was right- that I wouldn't end slashing myself open to let unknown viruses in, or be forced to kill my family by telepathic control, or something else that was hard to imagine but had become only too real today.
“I’m scared,” she whispered to me, too quietly for my son to hear. I nodded to her grimly, opening the revolver and checking the bullets. I had only four left. And I didn’t even know if bullets would harm the things in this place. Then we heard a voice that seemed to boom from the sky. It was deep, shaking the ground. Pieces of intestines and blood fell from the trees around us, and the streets of bone shook, some of them falling out of place like pure white potholes. I grabbed my wife, steadying her as she almost toppled over. My son seemed almost unaffected, but his eyes were wide, and he was looking straight up.
I looked up also, seeing the sky had begun to rapidly turn from blue to black, as if an eclipse were happening. But I could see no sun, no source of light, no moon or stars. Instead, I only saw a face begin to emerge from the darkness. It was a face that seemed to stretch hundreds of miles across. Its skeletal cheekbones and bleached white forehead seemed to blend into the blackness of the sky. Its chattering jawbone and massive pointed teeth opened and closed quickly in an eerie, shuffling way that didn’t match at all its words. It reminded me of a wind-up toy I had had as a child, one that just had teeth that would chatter and bounce off each other as the toy moved forward in a random way.
But its eyes were its most disconcerting feature. They were pure silver, but in that silver, there was a rapid shimmering and rotating. Madness emanated from every part of its face, and I felt it looking deep into my mind. It had a presence that was not only insane, but insectile, antithetical to life, and, worst of all, eternal.
“Have you brought me a new lamb for the slaughter?” it said, in a voice like rushing water. “Give me the boy. He will have company with the dead ones, the other boys and girls here. They’re all dead, but nothing here ever really dies. Give me your child, and I will let you go.” Then it stopped speaking, the only movement in the whole sky being its eyes, which now revolved faster, deeper and lighter shades of silver appearing and disappearing in a rapidly moving fractal pattern that seemed to zoom forever inwards towards the center.
“No,” I said simply, my heart beating fast, but a rising sense of anger battling it and giving me new strength. I put up my middle finger and aimed it at the sky. The voice laughed, louder than ever. I heard trees falling in the forests surrounding us, the stream no longer gurgling but being thrown around like tidal waves on the banks of its shore.
“Then you will all die,” it said, its voice fading as if zooming away from us.
Then the face and the blackness were gone, the sky returning to a deep blue. Light seemed to return to the world, and the eerie, insectile fingers that grasped and felt around in my mind disappeared in an instant. On the horizon, above the trees, I realized I could see thick, dark clouds of smoke rising above the treeline. The road seemed to head in that general direction. Motioning with my hand, I turned to my family.
“It looks like there could be some sort of town or factory over there,” I said. “If we keep going on this road, it will probably bring us close. Or we could turn around and walk back in the opposite direction. What do you two think?” My question was broken by a sob from the nearby trees. Whirring around, I saw Trooper Shea, his dress uniform torn, cuts and scrapes all over his body. His mouth turned into a perfect O of surprise, his eyes widening as he looked at us.
“Please,” he said, “help me.” Then he fell over like a ragdoll, plummeting into the dry soil and dead grass that surrounded the skeletal road. My wife began to run over to him, but I put a hand on her shoulder, stopping her.
“He could be infected,” I said. She glared at me.
“So you’re just going to let him die?” she asked. I shook my head.
“We approach danger slowly,” I said. “We only have one revolver with a few shots, one butcher knife, and the small knife that we gave Adam- which is basically a paring knife.” I laughed, even though it wasn’t funny. The sound of laughter in this grim place sounded wrong, and I quickly stopped. Margaret just gave me a one more disapproving frown, then pushed my hand away and knelt besides Trooper Shea. She had some medical training, having been a certified nursing assistant in her early twenties, and used it to check him over briefly.
She checked his pulse, his breathing, opened one eye and then the other to check the responsiveness of his pupils and make sure no blood was coming out of either. Turning back to me, she nodded.
“He doesn’t seem sick like the others,” she said. He was laying on his back, and she flipped him over to check for injuries on that side. As soon as she did, we all saw the cause of his collapse.
He was bleeding rather heavily. It looked like someone had stuck a knife into the back of his left shoulder, then pulled it out again. The blood was clotting, staining his trooper uniform a dirty red color on the back. He had clearly lost a great deal of blood.
“I don’t think it hit an artery,” my wife said to me. My son stood behind me, holding my free hand while I kept the revolver ready, scanning the forest and road for any sign of movement. At that point, Trooper Shea began to moan, his eyes fluttering open.
“Do you…” he said, licking his lips and clearing his voice, “...water?”
“Well, there is a stream nearby,” I said, getting up. “I don’t know if it is drinkable however. For all I know, the streams here could be made of pure mercury.” He shook his head.
“They’re water,” Shea said, coming back more and more to consciousness as he spoke. “I drank some of it when I was running. It tasted fine.” He got up slowly, and my wife came running over. He put an arm around her, looking like he might fall over again, but after a few breaths, he steadied himself. “Something was chasing me. I don’t know how I got here; one minute, I was in the fields, running towards the woods, and then suddenly the trees all changed and the sky went black.
“One of those nutjobs in the middle of town stabbed me in the back. My partner ended up getting bitten, and he became so sick within minutes that I knew there was no way I was getting him out of there. He went down fighting, though. He took out five or six of the sick people with him before they all jumped on him and began ripping his body apart with their teeth, their fingernails, everything. It was like a savage dog attack.” We started walking towards the sound of the gurgling stream nearby.
As soon as we reached the shallow bank, Trooper Shea fell to his knees, cupping his palms and drinking as much water as he could handle. Then he splashed it on his face and stood up.
“Alright, let’s get out of this fucking place,” he said, pulling out his service pistol and putting a fresh magazine in.
We returned to the road and began to walk towards the smoke in the sky. Within minutes, the forest started to clear out, and I saw towering buildings on the horizon drawing closer. It was eerie how quiet they were, however. I didn’t hear a single car or bus coming from that direction.
Soon the forest and the hanging intestines and gore were behind us, and we stood in a post-apocalyptic nightmare. Buildings hundreds of stories tall stood all around us, many with their windows smashed out. Bodies with nooses around their necks hung from lampposts on both sides of the road. Many had been there for so long that the skin and muscles were sloughing off, rancid gas causing them to bloat, their faces unrecognizable, their clothes bowing out from the pressure of the decomposition.
“The girl is coming,” my son said, pointing down the road. We all had our weapons at the ready. It would have seemed absurd in other circumstances- being so afraid of a little girl no more than four feet tall. Her mouth, stitched close, had dark blood dripping down from her lips, and her eyes were wide, sparkling, almost smiling. Her deathly white skin showed black, rotten veins that wound throughout her body, hidden by the black rags she wore in many spots. Then I heard her voice in my mind as she came to a stop.
“The god of Golgotha welcomes you all,” she said. I could tell by the widening eyes of the others that they all heard her voice as well. “This is your last chance. A sacrifice is required to move forward. Give us the boy. We will take good care of him for you. He will never die. Nothing here ever really dies.” At this, Trooper Shea raised the pistol and fired a shot at her. It hit her in the center of her chest, knocking her back. The voice stopped instantly.
“Run!” my son said. “There’s more coming from behind us.” Glancing back, I saw he was right. Dozens of boys and girls were coming out of the abandoned skyscrapers, flooding the bone-white roads, all with their mouths stitched close. Some wore decaying suits or the rags of dresses, while others looked much fresher, with intact shirts or pants still on their tiny bodies. Seeing that, we all sprinted away. I stayed behind my son, knowing he would be the slowest of us all. The others rapidly gained on us, and I felt tiny hands grasping at the back of my shirt, trying to pull me back. Turning quickly, I fired a bullet into the nearest target- a small boy with a suit that looked like it would have been new during World War 2. The back of his head exploded as I fired point-blank into his forehead.
The reaction of the others chasing us was immediate. They all stopped, their eyes widening as they saw the dark, clotted blood and brain matter that sprayed the street behind the corpse child. Then they placed their hands on the gore, trying to shove it through the stitches in their mouths. I heard deep slurping sounds as they sucked the blood through the black stitching, pulling their lips apart so hard that fresh blood began to pour out of the stitches’ insertion sites as they tried to feast, taking in as much as they could. It gave us just the distraction we needed.
While they circled around the dead boy, eating his body like vultures surrounding a piece of roadkill, we got farther and farther away, Trooper Shea running in the lead, my wife behind him, then my son and me. We took random turns, going down long-abandoned alleyways and moving deeper into the center of the city. Soon, we heard nothing at all besides the heavy footfalls of our group.
“Stop,” I said, gasping, bent over next to a dumpster filled with shoes in a tiny alleyway between two skyscrapers. “I need to rest.” My son clearly did too. He was breathing hard, doubled over. Trooper Shea and Margaret turned to look at us.
“What now?” Margaret asked. I looked down at my son.
“Do you have any idea how to get out of here?” I asked. Surprisingly, he nodded.
“I got a glimpse from the girl’s mind when she was talking to us,” Anthony said. “But I think she saw some stuff in mine, too. I don’t know if it matters or not.” I shrugged.
“Nothing we can do about that now,” I said. “So how do we get out of here?”
“There’s a well in the center of the city,” Anthony said, “where they go when they need fresh boys and girls to follow the god here. Or when they need bodies to feed them.”
“So let’s go!” Trooper Shea said, pushing my son in front of him. “Lead to the way, kid. We’ve got your back. Let’s get the hell out of this place.” Nodding, Anthony started walking on shaky legs. We followed him out of the alleyway to a massive street six lanes wide.
“It should be down this way,” Anthony said, pointing deeper into the tangle of abandoned buildings. I saw a cloud of black smoke where his finger pointed.
Then we heard the voice of that insane god again, but not coming from the sky this time. It was on the street, and not far away. The ground started to shake. Turning to look in the opposite direction that my son had pointed, I saw a behemoth dozens of feet tall. It had the same skeletal face, the same chattering jawbone and sharpened teeth, but it now stood on a slender, naked body with pus and deep gouge marks marring nearly every inch of its skin.
“Thank you for delivering the lamb to me personally,” it said in that voice so much like a waterfall, each syllable pounding into the other and causing small earthquakes as it spoke. There was no way we could outrun it. Though its legs and arms were emaciated sticks with bone showing through its countless injuries, it was fast and very tall.
My wife looked back at me one last time.
“Get him out of here,” she whispered to me, pointing at Anthony. “No matter what it takes.” Then she ran directly at the insane god. Its head swiveled rapidly, its silver eyes following her progress with a kind of lunatic intensity, its long arms reaching out to grab her, but she ducked into a nearby alleyway. The thing followed her, howling.
“Run, you idiots!” Trooper Shea said. I wanted to go help her, but I knew he was right. She had likely given her life to save our son, and to do anything else but get us out would be to waste her sacrifice. With tears pouring down my cheeks, I pushed my son ahead.
“Go, Anthony!” I screamed. Looking back at me, bewildered, he looked like he would just stand there forever.
“But what about mommy?” he cried.
“Just go!” Then we all started to run. The black cloud of smoke was growing rapidly nearer when I heard the shrieks of a woman. I knew it was Margaret. It sounded like she was being burned alive- a kind of pain and horror I had never heard in any voice before, even as a 911 dispatcher.
I could see the well Anthony was talking about now, only a few hundred feet away. Black clouds of smoke emanated from it, blocking out the sky above it. It seemed as if it had some eternal fire burning within it.
Then the dead children began to crawl and run out from every street and alleyway surrounding the well, forming a rough circle around it. They all stopped and stared at us with their dead eyes.
“I have an idea,” Trooper Shea said, looking at me with shell-shocked eyes. “But you’re not going to like it.” Then he ran forward, nearly emptying his magazine with a rapid succession of shots, aiming at the monstrous bodies that surrounded him. With the first nine shots, he blew some of them apart, leaving huge exit wounds in their chests and heads as he fired rapidly. Then they closed all around him, and I knew he was out of time and nearly out of ammo.
Glancing back at me one last time, his eyes watery and terrified, he put the gun in his mouth and pulled the trigger. I saw it in slow motion.
“No!” I screamed. But it was too late.
The entire back of his head exploded like a deflated balloon. The corpse-children swarmed all over his body, dipping their small, white hands in his blood and brain matter, trying to shove as much of it as they could in their stitched mouths.
Without a moment of hesitation, I lifted Anthony and ran forward, jumping into the well, the clouds of black smoke enveloping us as we fell.
***
I woke up at the border of the town, surrounded by people in hazmat suits. I saw countless agents in unmarked black SUVs blocking off the border of the town. One man in a hazmat suit came over, shining a light in my eyes. I saw another doing the same to Anthony next to me. Then I fell back into unconsciousness.
I awoke later in a medical facility, surrounded by a few agents in black suits. They wouldn’t tell me which agency they came from, but told me my entire town had an outbreak of a mutated form of rabies. I shook my head.
“There was a dead girl with her mouth stitched closed,” I said, and they laughed.
“A few of the other survivors said the same thing,” one of them said. “Likely mass hysteria. Maybe a group hallucination from the stress of seeing such a horrifying outbreak. We have the entire town quarantined, however. So far, we have been able to keep this out of the media, and the goal is to continue to do that. We don’t need you to go around talking about monsters.” I stopped listening after that, knowing that they would never believe me.
They never mentioned how many of the bodies were never found, including those of my wife and Trooper Shea, both of whom sacrificed themselves to save our lives. Nor how a mutated form of rabies could stack hundreds of bodies into piles like cordwood, blocking off many of the roads into or out of town.
Since then, Anthony and I have moved far away from that town- the one that killed my wife and all my friends. I thought I had left the terror behind and started to heal.
Then last night, as I fell asleep, I had a dream of an insane god with chattering teeth and silver eyes, telling me he would see me again soon.
When I awoke, my floor was covered in footprints that left behind dark, clotted blood leading towards my bed.

WE ARE GOING TO DRIVE THE CONCEPT HOME, USING AS MANY DIFFERENT VARITIES OF CREATIVE EXPRESSION, UNDER THE PRE TENSE OF THE WRITTEN WORD. ANY OTHER FORMATS WE USE, WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO BE READ IN THIS WRITTEN FORMAT. THE ONLY BOUNDARY THIS PROJECT HAS, IS SUCH. I CAN ONLY WRITE THIS PROJECT, SO HOW CREATIVELY INDUCED CAN THE LABOR OF LOVE BE? MY CREATIVE DECLARATION IS TO DECLARE CREATIVE WARFARE ON THIS PARTICULAR SUBJECT OF DISCUSSION. WE ARE DISCUSSING YOUR LIVELIHOOD PEOPLE. WE ARE DISCUSSING MY LIVELIHOOD. WE ARE DISCUSSING OUR LIVELIHOOD. I JUST WANTED TO BE TAKEN SERIOUS AS AN ARTIST. WE ARE JUST GOING TO HAVE AS MUCH FUN INVESTING HOURS INTO THIS FULL PROJECT AS WE POSSIBLY CAN. THE FULL 500-1000 PAGE PROJECT IS GOING TO BE MY MASTERPIECE. I LOOK FORWARD TO THIS. AS SOON AS I PUBLISHED THIS BOOK, BOOM, A NEW WORK ASSIGNMENT. MY DESTINY IS ON FIRE. I AM PURSUING DESTINY. THE DESTINY IS RESPONDING ACCORDINGLY BY MOVING ME AROUND TO WHERE I NEED TO BE TO WITNESS THE SYNCHRONICITY AND THE SEREDENPITY OF THE WHOLE AFFAIR. I AM ABOUT TO EAT FOR THE FIRST TIME TODAY. TODAY WAS A WEIRD DAY. MY LIFE IS WEIRD THOUGH. THE NEXT SESSION WILL BE WHATEVER GENRE WE CHOOSE FIRST. I HAVE AN IDEA FOR ALL OF THEM SO I JUST HAVE TO FIGURE WHICH LENGTH TO START WITH THEN WHICH OPTION OF THE LENGTH CHOICES TO ULTIMATELY CHOOSE. I MAY SWIVEL BACK AND FORTH SO THERE'S NO PRESSURE FROM ANY DIRECTION.

HAPPY 30TH BIRTHDAY TO EUSTACHE ROMULUS
HAPPY BIRTHDAY STOSH

THE THREE LITTLE CONTEMPORARIES: CHAPTER ONE: THE DISTRACT
THERE'S A WOLF IN TOWN. THE WOLF IS BIG. THE WOLF IS BAD. THE WOLF IS HUNGRY. THE WOLF IS LOOKING. THE WOLF IS LOOKING FOR FOOD. THE WOLF IS LOOKING FOR YOU. ARE YOU WOLF FOOD? THE BIG BAD WOLF, IN REALITY, IS ECONOMIC SLAVERY AND THE DEBT COLLECTION AGE. IT'S A DEBT COLLECTION REVOLUTION GOING ON OUT HERE MAN. EVERYBODY OWES SOMEBODY MONEY. AND THAT'S THE BIG BAD WOLF. THE BIG BAD WOLF IS THE ECONOMIC SYSTEM IN WHICH WE ALL RESIDE. IN THIS ECONOMIC SYSTEM, ANYONE WHO BUILDS THEIR HOUSES OF STICK AND STRAW ARE DOOMED. ANYONE OUT THERE BUILDING HOUSES OF STRAW AND STICK ARE DOOMED. ECONOMICALLY SPEAKING. WHO IS THE BEST NARRATOR FOR THIS STORY? MAYBE UNCLE SAM. THE POLITICIAN. HOW YOU PLAY THE GAME DETERMINES HOW BIG YOU WIN. HOW YOU PLAY THE GAME DETERMINES IF YOU WIN AT ALL. THE WOLF HAS NO PITY. HAVE NO PITY ON THE WOLF. PLAY THE GAME TO WIN. LET US SAY, FOR THE SAKE OF THIS PROJECT, WE ARE LITTLE ECONOMIC PIGGIES. SOME PIGGIES WILL GET EATEN. SOME PIGGIES MAY MAKE IT TO THE MARKET PLACE. SOME PIGGIES WILL GET ATE AT THE MARKET PLACE. YOU MUST ECONOMICALLY SURVIVE. INCIDENTALLY, YOU MUST LEARN TO ECONOMICALLY SURVIVE WITHIN THE JUNGLE. THERE IS A CIRCUS WITHIN THE JUNGLE. IF YOU WANT TO SURVIVE, STAY AWAY FROM THE WOLF. STAY AWAY FROM THE WOLF, UNTIL YOU HAVE HIS MONEY. IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE WOLF'S MONEY, HE WILL EAT YOU WHEN HE FINDS YOU. IT'S ACTUALLY HIS MONEY. HE MAKES THE MONEY. YOU ARE BORROWING THE MONEY FROM HIM. HE LOANED YOU EVERY DOLLAR. HIS COMMISSION IS CALLED TAXES. DURING TAX SEASON, THE WOLF CAME TO COLLECT. THE WOLF COLLECTS DEBT, OR CHITLINS. THE WOLF IS EVERYTHING ABOUT THE ECONOMIC SLAVERY SYSTEM. EVERY LITTLE PIGGIE IS AN ECONOMIC SLAVE. ONE DAY THE BIG BAD WOLF WILL COME TO TEST THE ECONOMIC FOUNDATION EVERY LITTLE PIGGIE HAS BUILT FOR THEMSELVES. YOU MUST BUILD AN ECONOMIC FOUNDATION FOR YOURSELF AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE OTHER LITTLE PIGGIES AROUND ALL ARE POTENTIAL MEALS FOR THE BIG BAD WOLF. ONLY THE SMARTEST AND THE BRIGHTEST OF THE LITTLE PIGGIES WILL SEE OLD MAJOR'S AGE. DON'T WORRY ABOUT HAVING FRIENDS. YOU BETTER MAKE SURE YOU KNOW HOW TO PAY YOUR BILLS ON TIME. YOU HAD BETTER MAKE SURE, YOU KNOW HOW TO PAY YOUR BILLS IN ADVANCE. YOU BETTER MAKE SURE YOU KNOW HOW TO BUILD YOUR CREDIT. THOSE FRIENDS YOU'RE RUNNING AROUND WITH, THEY OWE THE WOLF THE SAME DEBT YOU DO. EVERYONE STARTS OFF EQUALLY IN DEBT. THE ECONOMIC DECISIONS YOU MAKE ON THE FARM WILL DETERMINE THE ECONOMIC HARM YOU BRING YOURSELF. WITH OR WITHOUT CHARM. THE DECISIONS OF THIS TIME PERIOD YOU LIVE IN WILL DECIDE YOUR FATE. THE DECISIONS OF YOUR CONTEMPORARIES WILL DECIDE THEIR FATE AS WELL. ALLOW EVERYONE TO DECIDE THEIR OWN FATE. MAYBE YOU DON'T WANT TO GET CAUGHT UP IN SOME ONE ELSE'S FATE. DON'T YOU WANT YOUR OWN FATE? FATE IS FATE. FATE IS FATE BUT EVERYONE HAS THEIR OWN DESTINY TO PURSUE. WHY NOT JUST PURSUE YOUR OWN DESTINY? IF YOU DON'T, THEN THE CONVERSE STATEMENT IS YOU DID NOT PURUSE YOUR DESTINY. MAYBE YOU WON'T END UP ACQUIRING DESTINY. THEN THAT'S WHERE FATE COMES IN. FATE WILL COME IN REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT YOUR DESTINY WAS ACTIVATED. THEN AGAIN, MAYBE, THOSE WOULD BE TWO DIFFERENT FATES. WHICH FATE DO YOU WANT THEN? THE FATE OF VICTORY IN DESTINY OR THE FATE OF NEVER SEEING YOUR DESTINY. THE BIG BAD WOLF IS COMING FOR YOU ALL. HIGH SCHOOL DESTROYS THE LITTLE PIGGIES. IN KINDERGARTEN AND FIRST GRADE, IT IS GOOD TO BE SOCIAL. AT 18, WHEN ALL THE KIDS WHO WERE LOCKED UP IN PUBLIC SCHOOLING INSTITUTIONS FOR 13 CONSECUTIVE BIRTHDAYS, ARE OF LEGAL AGE, STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY ARE GOING TO DESTROY THEMSELVES. THEY MAY FALL VICTIM TO THE STRATEGIC ATTACKS AGAINST OUR GENERATION. THE GOAL OF THE PAST ELITE IS TO TAKE OUT OUR LEADERSHIP ABILITIES BEFORE WE EVER SEE LEADERSHIP AGE. OUR CAPACITY TO LEAD IS AT AN ALL TIME LOW. THIS COMES FROM BEING SOCIAL. I RESPECT YOU ALL AS PEOPLE. WITH THAT SAID, THE GAME IS TO DREAM BIG. ANY SMALL DREAMERS MUST STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM ME. I AM NOT SO NEEDY FOR ANOTHER'S COMPANY THAT I DON'T DISCERN WHO I SHARE COMPANY WITH. WE ALL CAN DO VERY BAD ALL ALONE AND BY OURSELVES. WE DO NOT NEED ANY HELP MAKING ILL INFORMED DECISIONS. IF AS A GROUP, WE ARE MAKING ILL INFORMED DECISIONS, WE ARE AN ILL INFORMED GROUP. THE BIG BAD WOLF WILL EAT YOU ALL. HE WILL TEAR THE ECONOMIC FLESH FROM YOUR LIFE SAVINGS. NOT TOO MANY PIGGIES EVEN HAVE LIFE SAVINGS. JUST NOW, IN YOUR QUEST TO BE COOL AND POPULAR, YOU MAY JUST END UP GIVING UP EVERYTHING YOU EVER WANTED. UNLESS YOU ONLY EVER WANTED COOL POPULARITY. WHEN YOU HIT THIRTY, THINK ABOUT WHAT IS COOL THEN. IT'LL BE LATE THEN BUT MAYBE YOU COULD THINK ABOUT WHAT THIRTY YEAR OLDS FIND COOL. WHAT DOES THE FORTY YEAR OLD FIND COOL? EVERYONE WON'T HAVE THE SAME PERCEPTION. THAT'S THE POINT. THAT'S WHY YOU STAY TO YOURSELF. OTHERWISE YOU FIND YOURSELF SURROUNDED BY THOSE WITH DIFFERENT PERCEPTIONS. NOW IT BOILS DOWN TO THREE DIFFERENT FACTORS. YOUR PERCEPTION, THEIR PERCEPTION, AND THE PERCEPTION CLOSEST TO ECONOMIC FREEDOM. THE PERCEPTION CLOSES TO ECONOMIC FREEDOM WINS. OTHER PEOPLE WILL PUT YOU IN DANGER, IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME WE WON'T MEET AGAIN. I DON'T KNOW WHERE ANYONE ELSE WILL END UP. I DON'T KNOW WHERE I'M GOING TO END UP. I ONLY KNOW WE WON'T END UP IN THE SAME PLACE. I WILL BE IN A CLASS OF MY OWN. IT WAS MY RIGHT TO DO SO. I AM HERE NOW HELPING YOU GET INTO A CLASS OF YOUR OWN. I WILL HAVE THE FATE OF THE GUY WHO NEVER GAVE UP HIS CHILDHOOD AMBITION AND DEDICATED HIS LIFE TO IT. THAT'S ALL I MEAN WHEN I SAY I WILL END UP IN A DIFFERENT CATEGORY THAN MOST. I NEVER COMPROMISED. IT'S HARD TO SUM UP MY ARTISTRY. I CAN WRITE. I COULD'VE WRITTEN ANYTHING THEN WITHIN LIMITATIONS. I CHOSE TO WRITE THIS. NOW THE POSSIBILITIES ARE LIMITLESS TO HOW FAR OTHERS CAN GO FROM THIS. I DON'T WANT THE BIG BAD WOLF TO GET YOU. GET OUT OF THE FOREST OF ECONOMIC DEBT COLLECTION. EVERYTHING IN THE FOREST IS SET UP TO KEEP YOU IN DEBT. IF YOU ARE SURROUNDED BY OTHERS IN DEBT, AND THEY ARE NOT FINANCIALLY LITERATE OR EVEN TRYING, YOU MAY FIND YOUR SELF AS A MARK, EXPLOITED OR ROBBED FOR CASH OR CREDIT. THINK ABOUT IT. THINK ABOUT, THINK ABOUT IT, THINK ABOUT IT. IF I CAN'T READ AND THERE IS A BOOK REPORT DUE. RIGHT? HE WHO HAS IT GET ROBBED BY THOSE THAT DON'T MAN IS WHAT I'M SAYING. WHEN YOU MEET SOMEONE, ASK YOURSELF HOW LIKELY IT IS THEY ARE AROUND TWO DECADES FROM THEN. OTHERWISE YOU'RE LETTING THEM WASTE YOUR TIME. MOST PEOPLE DO NOT GET WHAT THEY WANT FROM LIFE. THEY WERE TOO DISTRACTED. MOST PEOPLE ARE DISTRACTIONS. MOST PEOPLE ARE DISTRACTED. MOST PEOPLE ARE DISTRACTING. DISTRACTING AND DISTRACTED DISTRACTIONS.

STOSH'S 30TH BIRTHDAY
HAPPY 30TH BIRTHDAY STOSH

THE THREE LITTLE CONTEMPORARIES: CHAPTER TWO: STRANGE FOR CHANGE YOU GRADUATE HIGH SCHOOL AND THEN THEY DROP YOU OFF INTO THE FOREST. IN THE FOREST, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN DAWG. IT'S A SAD SIGHT TO SEE, FINANCIAL ILLITERACY. YOU DON'T WANT TO BE, THE WALKING EPITOME, FINANCIAL ILLITERACY. MOST PEOPLE CAN READ. THE ONLY REASON MOST PEOPLE CAN READ, IS SHEEP NEED TO READ. SHEEP NEED TO READ, SO THEY KNOW WHAT INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW. I'M YOUR FRIEND, I WANT YOU TO BE A LEADER. IT'S GOING TO BE HARD TO LEAD, IF YOUR WALLET IS BROKEN. IF YOUR EARNING POWER, IS AT AN ALL TIME LOW, RECONSIDER YOUR FOCUS, PLEASE. I'M BEGGING YOU, PLEASE! IN THIS FOREST, IT IS A SURVIVAL QUEST. IT IS A RACE OUT OF THE FOREST. THE FOREST OF ECONOMIC SERVITUDE. SERVING THE DOLLAR. WHEN SERVING THE DOLLAR, JUST KNOW, THE WOLF WILL EVENTUALLY EAT YOUR HEART OUT. THE DOLLAR MUST SERVE YOU. ONCE THE DOLLAR SERVES YOU, THE WOLF CAN BE PAID OFF. IF THE WOLF IS HUNGRY, HE NEEDS ONE OF TWO THINGS. MONEY FROM THOSE WHO OWE HIM, OR FLESH FROM THOSE SAME SHEEP. OR PIGGIES. WHICH EVER ONE YOU WANT TO BE, YOU CAN BE. YOU CAN BE WHATEVER YOU WANT TO BE. WITH THAT SAID, I HAVE FAITH IN THE FUTURE AND YOU. FOR YOU ARE A PART OF THE FUTURE. I HAVE FAITH IN THE FUTURE YOU. SO GET THERE NOW. I AM HELPING YOU THE BEST I CAN. EVERYONE WILL NOT MAKE IT OUT OF THE FOREST. WHY IS IT SO LONELY AT THE TOP? IT IS LONELY AT THE TOP BECAUSE NO ONE WANTS TO BE LONELY. IF EVERYONE IS FINANCIALLY ILLITERATE, WHOEVER ISN'T WAS MIGHTY LONELY. SIMPLE MATH. EVERYONE DOESN'T MAKE A MILLION DOLLARS. EVERYONE DOESN'T CREATE A MILLION DOLLAR EARNING POWER. EVERYONE DOESN'T ATTEND COLLEGE UNIVERSITIES. I HAVEN'T YET. EVERYONE IS BORN EQUAL. EVERYONE DIES EQUAL. EVERYONE DOESN'T LIVE EQUALLY. IT'S THE LIFE ITSELF CONTAINING UNFAIRNESS. NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING THE BIRTHING OR DYING PROCESS, EVERYONE EVER ALIVE, WAS BORN AND THEN DIED, SOMEHOW. UNFAIRNESS BREEDS EMOTIONS. THESE EMOTIONS ARE CONTRAST. THE EMOTIONS CONTRAST HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO FEEL. SO IN ESSENCE, SAID BY ESTER HICKS, THIS IS A POSITIVE SCENARIO. I WANT YOU TO GET EVERYTHING OUT OF THIS WORLD YOU POSSIBLY CAN. I WOULD LIKE THAT FOR MYSELF AND MY BIRTH FAMILY AS WELL. NOW I AM HELPING MYSELF GET THERE, BY USING MY GOD GIVEN GIFTS, TO HELP YOU ACHIEVE YOUR GREATNESS. IN THE FOREST OF ECONOMIC SLAVERY, EVERYONE WILL NOT MAKE IT OUT. YOU HAVE TO DECIDE, RIGHT HERE AND RIGHT NOW, WHAT'S IT GOING TO BE? DON'T LET GO. JUST PICK ONE CHOICE CONSCIOUSLY THEN IT'LL BE EASIER TO RECONCILE WITHIN YOURSELF IN THE UPCOMING FUTURE. HOW GREAT DO YOU WANT YOUR FUTURE TO BE? IF YOUR FUTURE MEANS NOTHING TO YOU, BURN THIS BOOK. THROW IT IN THE AIRPLANE TOILET. RIP EVERY PAGE OUT AND EAT IT. LET YOUR DOG EAT IT. GIVE THIS BOOK TO YOUR DOG, AS A PLAYTOY. THEN TEACH YOUR DOG TO READ. THEN WHEN YOUR DOG READS IT, AT LEAST ONE OF YOU ALL WILL BE FINANCIALLY LITERATE. IF I SAID, "LISTEN, JACK FROST IS OUT THERE, PUT A THICK JACKET ON", THIS MEANS I CARE. SO WHEN I SAY UNCLE SAM IS THE BIG BAD WOLF AND HE WILL BLOW YOUR HOUSE DOWN, I DON'T WANT TO SEE THIS HAPPEN. THE BRITISH ARE COMING! THE BRITISH ARE COMING! REVERE YOUR OWN YOUTH, PAUL, YOU GET IT ONLY ONCE. LIVE YOUR YOUTH UP TO THE MAX. THIS MEANS, STILL HAVING YOUTH TO SHARE AT 40. THOSE WHOM SQUANDERED THEIR MOST ILLUSTRIOUS YEARS WITH HYPER SOCIALIZING, IT IS WHAT IT IS. I AM ASKING YOU, ANYONE YOUNGER, TO ASK YOURSELF, IF YOU WANT THAT FOR YOURSELF? YOU EVER WORK A JOB AND YOU REALIZE MANY OF THE OLDER WORKERS ARE BITTER PEOPLE? MAYBE THEY ARE JUST PEOPLE EXPERIENCING A BITTER REALITY. THEY WERE DISPLAYING THEIR GREATNESS AT ONE TIME, THEY HAD TO BE. EVEN IF IT WERE WHEN THEY WERE TEN YEARS OF AGE. THEY PROJECT THIS BITTERNESS FOR ONE FACT. THEY SQUANDERED THEIR YOUTH CHASING HOES. MAYBE IT WAS A LIFE OF CRIME THAT NEVER PAID OFF. IF YOU'RE GOING TO ROB A BANK, YOU BETTER BE THE GREATEST AND SAFEST BANK ROBBER WITH NO CITIZEN OR POLICE CASUALTIES EVER. OR YOU'RE A DEAD MAN. I'M STILL YOUR FRIEND, I'M JUST NOT HERE TO KISS ASS. I'M HERE TO GET YOU PAID. IN ORDER FOR US TO IN FACT GET PAID, YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY BUDDY. YOUR FEAR WILL HOLD YOU BACK FOREVER, IF YOU LET IT MY GOOD SIR. MY FEAR WOULD DEFINITELY DO THE SAME EXACT THING, TO ME, DO NOT EVER GET THIS FACT TWISTED. AMERICA WILL BE GREAT AGAIN, ONCE THE AVERAGE AMERICAN IS FINANCIALLY LITERATE. FINANCIAL LITERACY AMONGST THE COMMON FOLK, IS NOT WANTED BY THE ESTABLISHED, ESTABLISHMENT. THE ESTABLISHING AND ESTABLISHED ESTABLISHMENT. WHY WOULD THEY TEACH US TO READ LETTERS? THEN ASK WHY WOULD THEY TEACH US TO READ NUMBERS? WHY WOULD THEY TEACH US TO READ WORDS AND NOT PERCENTAGES? STATISTICS? THEY DON'T TEACH US TO READ THE DOLLAR. WHEN I SAY STATS I MEAN ECONOMIC STATISTICS. WHEN I SAY PERCENTAGES, I'M TALKING FINANCIAL LEVERAGING USING FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS AND FINANCIAL SECURITIES. ASSETS, DIGITAL ASSETS. READING THE DOLLAR. SOUNDS JUST FANTASTICAL DOESN'T IT? HOW DO YOU READ THE DOLLAR? BY DOUBLING YOUR EARNING POWER. BY LEARNING TO READ THE DOLLAR, YOU CAN DOUBLE YOUR EARNING POWER. IT IS NOT ABOUT SALARY, IT IS ABOUT EARNING POWER. IF A HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE OR EVEN A DROP OUT, OR THE COLLEGE DROP OUT IS MORE FINANCIALLY LITERATE THAN THE COLLEGE GRADUATE WITH EVERY DEGREE YOU CAN HAVE, GOOD LUCK TO THE GRADUATE. THEY PLAY THE GAME WELL, THE GAME OF HIGH PRICED TIME SLAVE. THERE ARE SLAVES WITH TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS IN EARNINGS YEARLY. IF YOU ARE GOING TO SLAVE YOURSELF, SLAVE YOURSELF IN YOUR MOST PASSIONATE FIELD. THE FOREST IS FULL OF DISTRACTIONS. NEVER DENY THAT. THE FOREST WILL NEVER DENY ITSELF AN OPPORTUNITY TO UTILIZE YOUR ECONOMIC FLESH AS THE MEAL OF THE NIGHT. ALL I AM SAYING IS "LEARN TO READ THE DOLLAR". THIS WILL GET AMERICA TO WHERE SHE WANTS TO BE IN DESTINY'S EYES. AMERICANS MUST BE FINANCIALLY LITERATE. IF NOT, WE MUST STAY ON COURSE INDIVIDUALLY. WE ARE SURROUNDED BY THE FINANCIALLY ILLITERATE. WE WERE ONCE OF THE SAME CALIBER. SOME THINGS CHANGE, SOME THINGS DON'T CHANGE. THEY STILL DO STRANGE FOR CHANGE.

STOSH'S 30TH BIRTHDAY
HAPPY 30TH BIRTHDAY STOSH!!!

THE THREE LITTLE CONTEMPORARIES: CHAPTER THREE: ON PREVIOUS STOPS THE WOLF WILL COME ONE DAY TO ALL, FOR DEBT COLLECTION. THE ULTIMATE DEBT COLLECTION. THE WOLF WILL WANT IT'S MONEY WITH INTEREST. IT IS IN YOUR BEST INTEREST, TO HAND OVER THE WOLF'S FUNDS. TO THE WOLF, YOU MUST SURRENDER YOUR FUNDS YOU OWE TO THE WOLF. OR YOU CAN JUST SURRENDER YOUR BUNS. THE WOLF IS GOING TO GET PAID. EVEN IF YOU'RE BANKRUPT AT THE END OF THE DAY. ALWAYS REMEMBER, ONCE UPON A TIME, YOU HAD YOUTH. YOU SQUANDERED IT. WHAT THE F'S YOUR PROBLEM? THAT'S WHY SOME OF THE OLDER WORKERS AT OUR JOBS ARE SO BITTER. THEY SQUANDERED THEIR YOUTH. IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT. YOU WEREN'T THERE. THEY WERE THERE. THEY WERE IN CHARGE OF ACTIVELY PURSUING THEIR OWN DESTINY MAN. THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU. THEY WERE BITTER BEFORE YOU MET THEM. THIS IS WHY THEY WERE BITTER WHEN YOU MET THEM. GET THIS THRU YOUR HEAD. IF YOU WERE A FISH, WOULD YOU WANT TO BE ANYWHERE NEAR, WHAT IS COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS, THE HOOK? I DIDN'T THINK SO. WE'VE ALL SEEN THE SPONGE BOY EPISODE. I PUT "SPONGE BOY" ON PURPOSE. C.I. DEFLECTED. IT IS A CIRCUS AND A JUNGLE OUT THERE MAN. THE CIRCUS IS WITHIN THE JUNGLE. MEANING, THERE ARE NOTHING BUT TRAPS SET ALL THRU OUT THE JUNGLE. TRAPS. MEANT TO CONTAIN YOU. MEANT TO ENSLAVE YOU. TRAPS TO HOLD YOU DOWN. UNTIL THE HUNTER RETURNS TO KIDNAP THE CATCH. FINANCIAL FALSE IMPRISONMENT, IS WHEN YOU KEEP YOUR MONEY IN A BANK. ECONOMIC KIDNAPPING IS WHEN YOU ARE INVESTING YOUR FUNDS. SO LOOK HERE, INVEST YOUR FUNDS. KIDNAP YOUR CHECK.
THE RANSOM IS THE RETURN ON INVESTMENT. THE DOUBLE IS THE RANSOM. FANDOM. CULT CLASSIC. DO YOU WANT OUT OF THE FOREST OF ECONOMIC SERVITUDE NOT? IF SO, FOLLOW JARFAR. HARDY HARD HAR. YOU HAVE TO DECIDE ON WHAT KIND OF LIFE YOU WILL LEAD. THE LIFE OF PERSONAL ACCOMPLISH OR THE LIFE OF HYPER SOCIALITY. IF THERE IS A WOLF PURSUING EVERYONE AROUND YOU, MAYBE THEN THE WOLF IS ALSO PURSUING YOU AS WELL.
IF THE WOLF IS IN FACT PURSUING YOU AS WELL, GET OUT OF THE FOREST. THE CIRCUS WITHIN THE JUNGLE, IS MEANT TO KEEP THOSE IN THE JUNGLE. THE CIRCUS WITHIN THE JUNGLE, IS MEANT TO KEEP ENTERTAINED, THOSE INSIDE OF THE JUNGLE. IN ORDER TO MAKE IT OUT OF THE JUNGLE, ONE MUST STAY FROM OUT OF THE CIRCUS WITHIN THE JUNGLE. A CIRCUS IS SAFE. A JUNGLE IS NOT. A CIRCUS WITHIN A JUNGLE, COULDN'T POSSIBLY BE SAFE. STAY OUT OF IT PEOPLE. THIS IS COMING FROM THE WOLF HIMSELF. WHAT IF THE WOLF WERE THE NARRATOR? WHAT IF I WERE THE WOLF RIGHT NOW? WHAT IF THE WOLF LIKED FAIR GAME? WHAT IF THE WOLF WANTED TO PLAY FAIR? WOULD THE WOLF WARN YOU OF WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU AT THE PAWS OF THE WOLF? WOULD THE WOLF GIVE YOU A FAIR WARNING, HE IS OUT TO GET YOU? IF YOU DO NOT CARE WHAT HAPPENS TO YOU, I'M DISGUSTED. WE WILL DISCUSS ARCHITECTURE SOON. STRAWS, STICKS, AND BRICKS. REMEMBER, ANYONE YOU EVER MEET, YOU CAN'T PROVE THEY WILL BE AROUND ONE OR TWO DECADES LATER. LET ALONE THREE TO FOUR DECADES. SO JUST WAIT UNTIL YOUR THIRD AND FOURTH DECADES TO MAKE FRIENDS. MAKE FRIENDS WHEN YOU'RE OLD AND SHRIVELED. MAKE MONEY FOR WHEN YOU'RE OLD AND SHRIVELED, WITH YOUR YOUTH. EVERY OTHER HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE, IS FACING THE SAME ECONOMIC OBSTACLES YOU ARE. SO LEAVE THEM ALONE. LET THEM FIGURE IT OUT ON THEIR OWN OR GET DISTRACTED. IF YOU CAN MANAGE TO ATTRACT ANOTHER PERSON TO HELP FOCUS ON IT, THEN YES, NAPOLEON HILL'S MASTERMIND PRINCIPLE. UNTIL THE MASTERMIND IN YOUR LATER YEARS, STAY DILIGENTLY GLUED TO SELF RELIANCE, CHIEF DEFINITE AIM AND IMAGINATION. NOT TO MENTION PERSISTENCE. I LOVE THAT BOOK. MAYBE THE WOLF REALLY DOESN'T EVEN WANT TO EAT YOU. MAYBE YOU JUST GOT EATEN OFF OF DEFAULT. LIKE A LOAN? EXACTLY. A LOAN. WOULDN'T WANT TO DEFAULT ON A PAYMENT AGREEMENT WITH NIAGRA MOHAWK NOW WOULD YA? AKA NATIONAL GRID. ALL OF YOUR CONTEMPORARIES ARE DECISION MAKERS FOR THEIR OWN LIFE. IF THEY ALWAYS HAVE TIME TO HANG OUT, THAT'S A BAD SIGN. THEY SHOULD BE BUSY THE MAJORITY OF THEIR TIME. THEIR SPARE TIME WOULD BE BEST APPLIED TOWARDS THEIR DESIRED PURSUIT. THEREFORE, WHATEVER SOMEONE IS DOING WITH THEIR TIME, THEY CHOOSE TO. WHATEVER SOMEONE DOES WITH THEIR MONEY, IS WHAT THEY CHOOSE TO. THE SAME APPLIES TO ANYTHING INCLUDING ENERGY AND FOCUS, INTENTION. EVEN FOOD. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU. DO NOT GET EATEN OFF OF DEFAULT. EVERYONE FACES A POTENTIAL FINANCIAL CRISIS, WAY BEFORE THEIR MIDLIFE CRISIS. WAY BEFORE YOUR FORTIES, YOU COULD EXPERIENCE FINANCIAL TRAGEDY. THE NAOV NANO VIBRONIX COMPANY RESIDES IN THE NANO TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY VALLEY. SEAMY VALLEY BABY. IF YOU DON'T ACCELERATE YOUR FOCUS, AFTER DIRECTING YOUR FOCUS ON YOUR HEART'S DESIRES, WHO THE EFF WILL? THEN IT MAY NEVER GET DONE. TRUST ME, YOU DON'T WANT TO BE THAT GUY. DUDE. GET IT MAN? I'M HERE FOR YOU. I AM ONLY HERE FOR A LIMITED TIME. THIS HOWEVER WILL LAST FOREVER. IT IS YOUR ECONOMICAL FOUNDATION YOU BUILD, ALLOWING YOU TO REALIZE THE DREAMS YOU HAVE, MONEY CAN ACTUALLY ATTAIN FOR YOU. YOU ARE WORTH EVERYTHING YOU EVER WANTED. YOU ARE WORTH IT. YOU ARE WORTH EVERY DREAM YOU HAVE. YOU CAN BEGIN TO TOUCH EACH DREAM YOU HAVE. YOU HAVE TO BE SINCERELY HONEST ABOUT THE ENTIRE AFFAIR HOWEVER. IF GOD AND THE UNIVERSE, THE COSMOS, SEE TO IT YOUR DREAMS ACTUALLY HAPPEN, WHAT WOULD YOU IMAGINE WERE THE PRE REQ? THE PRELIMINARY STEPS ONE MUST TAKE IN ORDER TO ATTAIN THEIR ULTIMATE DESIRE, IN SOME CASES, IS THE UTTER DISSOLUTION OF THE SUPER SOCIAL LIFE.
HOW CAN ONE EVER WRITE A BOOK, IF THEY ARE ALWAYS SURROUNDED BY OTHER PEOPLE WHO CRAVE THEIR ATTENTION? FOR WHATEVER REASON. THERE ARE MANY REASONS OTHER PEOPLE WOULD WANT TO BE AROUND YOU. ZEY CALL IT, ULTERIOR MOTIVES. IN THE PERFECT WORLD, EVERYONE YOU EVER LET IN YOUR LIFE, WILL BE THE GREATEST FRIEND EVER TO YOU. HOPEFULLY YOU REALIZE, MAYBE THEN WE ARE NOT ACTUALLY IN A PERFECT WORLD AFTER ALL. EH? EVERYONE FACES THE WOLF. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO WHEN HE IS AT YOUR DOOR, HUFFING AND PUFFING? FOR THE RECORD. SILVER BULLETS MAKE THIS BIG BAD WEREWOLF STRONGER AND HUNGRIER. FOR ANYONE WHO SAID THEY WOULD GRAB A GUN WHEN THE WOLF COMES. THE WOLF HAS GOONS. WATCHING FROM THE HILLSIDE THE WOLF'S GOONS ARE. IN CONJUNCTION WITH HOWLING AND FEASTIN ON PREVIOUS STOPS.

Alex: Bienvenidos!
Dugly: and Welcome! to
Both: our apartments!
Dugly: Alex and I have decided to open our apartments to you all for the coziest Joint NF you'll ever experience. Come grab a blanket and take a seat on my couch in Salem, Massachusetts (Yes, it's THAT Salem). There's a Box o' Joe and some Munchkins from Dunks* if you're hungry or thirsty!
Alex: Or, why not hop over to Toledo (Spain, not Ohio) and enjoy the views? What we lack in food options we surely make up for in swords, so come to mine and sit in a room with wooden blinds that softly ratatatatat in the wind. It's wholesome I promise!
Dugly: Now that you're nice and relaxed, let's get listening to the songs!
Artist Song Link
Anna Leone All That I Ever Did Here
Bedouine Dusty Eyes Here
Biru Baru Terang Here
Braxton Cook (ft. Marquis Hill) The Same Here
Dakh Daughters Rozy Here
Gerald Clayton (ft. MARO) Just A Dream Here
Hana Stretton Bed Here
November Ultra novembre Here
¿Téo? ¿Do U Wanna Leave? Here
Yebba Distance Here
Alex's SPOTIFY Playlist
Dugly's YOUTUBE Playlist
Now you may notice that these playlists don't match each other, and that neither of them match the order of the table. That is because at each of our apartments you get a differently curated experience! Alex picked the running order for the spotify playlist, and I picked the running order of the youtube playlist! And the Table is there for reference in alphabetical order.

2023.03.24 22:37 Ready-Ad-4549 Hold On lyrics meaning - Tom Waits

[Anti-Christ heroin man]
They hung (Grey 5) a sign (Grey 5) up (White 4) in our town (White 4)
"If you live (White 4) it up (White 4), you won't live (Grey 5) it down (Grey 5)"
So she left (White 4) Monte Rio (White 4), son (White 4)
Just like (White 4) a bullet (Grey 5) leaves a gun (Grey 5)
With her charcoal eyes (White 4) and Monroe hips (Blue 2)
She went (White 4) and took (Grey 5) that California (Red 1) trip (Blue 2)
Oh (Red 1), the moon (Blue 2) was gold (Grey 5),
her hair (Grey 5) like wind (Blue 2)
Said, "don't (Blue 2) look back (White 4),
just come on (White 4), Jim (Blue 2)"

[Anti-Christ heroin man]
Oh (Red 1), you got to (White 4)
hold on (Grey 5), hold on (Grey 5)
You gotta (White 4) hold on (Grey 5)
Take my hand (Grey 5),
I'm standing (Red 1) right here (White 4),
you gotta (White 4) hold on (Grey 5)

[Anti-Christ heroin man]
Well (Blue 2), he gave her (Red 1) a dimestore watch (Grey 5)
And a ring (Grey 5) made (White 4) from a spoon (Grey 5)
Everyone's (Red 1) looking (Blue 2)
for someone (White 4) to blame (Blue 2)
When you share (White 4) my bed (Blue 2),
you share (White 4) my name (Red 1)
Well (Blue 2), go ahead (White 4)
and call (White 4) the cops (Red 1)
You don't meet (White 4) nice girls (Red 1) in coffee shops (White 4)
She said, "baby (White 4), I still love you (Blue 2)"
Sometimes (White 4) there's nothin'(Grey 5) left to do (White 4)

[Anti-Christ heroin man]
Oh (Red 1), but you got to (White 4)
hold on (Grey 5), hold on (Grey 5)
Babe (Blue 2), you gotta (White 4)
hold on (Grey 5) and take my hand (Grey 5)
I'm standing (Red 1) right here (White 4),
you gotta (White 4) hold on (Grey 5)

[Anti-Christ heroin man]
Well (Blue 2),
God bless (White 4) your (White 4)
crooked little heart (Grey 5)
St. Louis (Red 1) got (Blue 2) the best of me (White 4)
I miss (Blue 2) your (White 4) broken China voice (White 4)
How I wish (Blue 2) you were (White 4) still here (Blue 2) with me (White 4)
Oh (Red 1), you build it up (White 4), you wreck it down (Grey 5)
Then you burn (Grey 5) your mansion (White 4) to the ground (Grey 5)
Oh (Red 1), there's nothing left (Grey 5) to keep (Grey 5) you here (White 4)
But when you're falling behind (White 4)
in this big blue world (Blue 2)

[Anti-Christ heroin man]
Oh (Red 1), you've got to (White 4)
hold on (Grey 5), hold on (Grey 5)
Babe (Blue 2), you gotta (White 4) hold on (Grey 5)
Take my hand (Grey 5),
I'm standing (Red 1) right here (White 4),
you gotta (White 4) hold on (Grey 5)

[Anti-Christ heroin man]
Down by (Grey 5) the Riverside motel (White 4)
It's ten below (White 4) and falling (Grey 5)
By a ninety-nine cent store (White 4)
She closed her eyes (Grey 5) and started swaying (White 4)
But it's so hard (White 4) to dance (Blue 2) that way (White 4)
When it's cold (White 4) and there's no music (Grey 5)
Oh (Red 1), your old hometown's (Grey 5) so far away (White 4)

•1•
Wings worked against wind, as the squad continued their aerial sprint.
In spite of their best efforts, they couldn't close the distance soon enough. They were still much too far from the city to gain any new insight into the attack--too far away to do anything, too far away to even know much of anything.
High Knight Von and Sergeant One-Wing led their respective squads onward, roaring through the air over the high grasses. Locust Spire was just on the edge of the horizon now. Within view, but still out of reach. Already, Von could feel that something was very wrong in the great Jikkellian settlement. Nagging dread in the pit of her gut gnawed at her as she drove forward. For a while, the wind carried with it the smell of smoke and ash. However, now those scents had dissipated, almost as if the wind had suddenly changed directions. The orange-red glow of flame had settled over the city like a corona, when the grand Spire of jade jutting up from the city's skyline first became visible. Now, the glow had softened to the point it may have no longer have been there at all.
And the Spire itself--the city's namesake, and jewel of Jikkellia--did not seem quite right. Von couldn't quite say why, but it seemed somehow... different; wrong; changed in some way.
What was going on? Was this what Lord Vellnoth was trying to tell them?
Come to think of it... what HAD Lord Vellnoth told them? Aside from ordering them to release the Amphibian and the suspected terrorist, there really hadn't been much information relayed, had there?
Von found it strange. She could hardly recall what the Gardener In Green had said, at all. She would've assumed something as life altering as speaking directly to the God of all Jikk would have left a greater impression on her. She'd assumed it would have inspired her mind, rekindled her soul. As it was, the event had hardly done more than leave her confused, feeling like a lost hatchling who'd just been introduced to something they didn't understand; some concept or experience they needed an adult to explain.
Her mind quickly turned from looking inward, to gazing out at the grasses stretched before her. Just ahead. There was movement.
Von glanced over to her right at One-Wing, but the frown on his face told her he'd already noticed the same thing she had.
High Knight Von drew her sword. Like clockwork, every Knight and Spire Watch behind her followed suit, drawing their own weapons. One-Wing was the last to unsheath his blade. He'd only just readied it when the sound and heatwave of an explosion broke out behind them.
The entire rear flank was taken out in a single strike. The remains of those soldiers caught in the blast were sent hurtling to the ground like small blackened meteorites.
"Post-Six!" Von called out.
The soldiers followed their orders--and their training--falling into a new, defensive position. Or, at least, they began to take up the Post-Six formation. They were interrupted partway through by a second explosion.
Where the fuck were the blasts coming from?
More body parts and scorched remains rained down to the landscape below.
"Ground!" One-Wing bellowed.
What was left of their rapidly thinning squad dropped altitude, coming down for a quick landing.
Von frantically scanned the surrounding grasses as she came to a landing with the others. She saw no one. There was no cover, and it was midday. There wasn't anywhere to hide, yet she still didn't see a single soul.
"No one move," said a commanding voice behind her.
Every head swiveled around, to face the assailant.
Von saw one, then three, then six seperate figures appear behind the soldiers. From the corners of her vision, more appeared. She could hear others, by the sound of their bootfalls and the clanking of their armor.
High Knight Von and her entire squad were completely surrounded.
The figures were Nerthran; mothmen of the Jagged Fields Kingdom. A lot of them. Von counted at least fifty, if not more. Ordinarily, Nerthran wore silver robes of fine silk, as part of their customs. These particular mothmen were wearing their robes, but had opted to don silver chainmail overtop the garments--or, in some cases, even steel plate. They wielded exotic-looking weapons. Crecent-shaped waraxes and ornate katanas; elaborately crafted claymores and thrusting blades shaped like wedges of pie. Even their more familiar arms--their longswords, daggers, and polearms--had been crafted in a way that would have intrigued even the greatest Jikkelian blacksmiths. Yet, of all the weaponry these mothfolk wielded, none stood out more than that of the one who'd stepped forward to call out.
The mothman called out a second time, shouting a single word: "Hold!" He held his unique weapon in both hands, gripping it at the center. It was a cold black color; as cold and black as a Lich's heart. It was as long as the mothman was tall. He held it at a tilt so that it crossed his body diagonally, like a large dark strike-through on a warning symbol. It was shaped like a staff. At both ends, it split off into two prongs like a serpent's tongue.
Now, Von began taking notice of the emblems on the breastplates, gauntlets, and bracers of the foes before her. They showed a symbol; a streak of silver running through a pair of moth wings, crossed by two blades. Her mind searched for meaning. After a moment, recognition finally set in.
Stonewing Pillar Mercenary Band.
They were ruthless criminals and sellswords, well-known in Jagged Fields but infamous even in Jikkellia. She'd never dealt with them personally, but she'd learned about them while undergoing the political and diplomacy training required to reach the rank of High Knight.
Bad news. That's what they were.
Von raised her sword. "You're interfering in official business!" This hardly encapsulated the scope of their crime (especially after launching a direct attack) but it was all she could think to say in the moment.
The mothman smiled. "Actually, you're all about to assist us with our business."
One-Wing scoffed at this. "What makes you think we'd do that?"
His smile broadened. "What makes you think you have a choice?"
•2•
They had a single goal now: reach the statue before the worms reached the surface...
Quijj took the lead. Councilor Lemma informed him she had wings of her own and therefore did not require his assistance when it came to flight (and also that if he continued treating her like a stack of lumber he needed to carry around, she was going to smack him silly). Quijj did not argue. The Councilor flew right behind him. And right behind her--bringing up the rear--was Flower-Seed. It was not a position he was particularly fond of--what with the worms on the loose and all--but he certainly wouldn't have wanted to be in front, either. Last wasn't as good as being in the middle, but of course, Flower-Seed was a gentlemen and Lemma was one of the city's honored leaders. So, back of the pack it was for ol' Flower-Seed.
They rushed up through the narrow hole in the cavern tunnel with a furious speed that would have made even a hive of Hellflies envious. The tunnel ended at an old well that had fallen into disrepair. In actuality, it had never really been used as a well to begin with. The 'fallen into disrepair' part--as the Councilor had explained--was just a story the Jikk of the city had always told one another. It was the sort of story that had been told so many times, for so many years, no one really questioned it or gave it a second thought. The truth of it was the Council of Three in Days Now Gone had decided to build a false well to cover the hidden entrance to the old city. It was sort of an emergency entrance, should one ever be needed.
If only those Jikk of the distant past had known their secret tunnel would not be used as an emergency entrance, but rather, an emergency exit. If they had known this, then perhaps Quijj, Flower-Seed, and Councilor Lemma could have avoided the problem they currently faced; *the fact that those same long-dead Jikk of yesteryear had elected to board up the false well so as to keep any hapless citizens or curious younglings from inadvertently stumbling upon their secret drop shaft to the old ruins.
Quijj had grunted something about this not being an issue when the Councilor broke the news of this "minor problem." Flower-Seed was fairly certain the old tavern keeper would have grunted the same grunt of reassurance, no matter what the Councilor had said. Quijj was painting himself more and more as the kind of Jikk who would take a sledgehammer to a door, if his key didn't fit. Grunting all the while.
When they reached the end of the shaft, Flower-Seed already knew what would come next. His hunch was confirmed when Quijj cautioned them to cover their ears. Flower-Seed now saw what would follow quite clearly in his mind. And how had he not seen this coming? Of course the crazy old bastard was going to blast his way out. Because of course he was.
Quijj was a valuable ally to have at a time like this, but once the smoke cleared, Flower-Seed hoped he would never again find himself in any dire situations with Quijj again, anytime soon.
Or ever again, if it could be helped.
When this was all over, if he made it out alive, Flower-Seed decided he was going to curl up on a nice warm cot by a hearth someplace, and sleep for about four straight Sun Cycles. Maybe even five. Six, while he was at it. Why not? He would certainly have earned it, if he managed to survive all of this chaos and bedlam.
There was a brilliant flash of white and orange; a roaring, echoing BOOOOM which ripped through the entire shaft. A loud crashing, splintering sound rose from above. Heat and a gust of hot air hit Flower-Seed in the face.
Then, they were shooting straight up into the air, no longer inside the shaft. The midday sky was above them again, fresh air in their lungs and the city stretched out all around them. The three of them came to a landing on a patch of scraggly blue kaynarr grass. The scattered stone and wood shrapnel that had once pretended to be a well lay scattered about, near the place where they'd made their exit. All that was left of the false well was a dark round hole and a broken ring of stone no higher than Flower-Seed's shin. There were black iron gates closing in a section of scrubby looking Debbler trees. The backs of several houses ran along the gate on one side. On the opposite side, a large warehouse loomed over the trio of . They were standing in a fenced-in raindrop shaped lot that had clearly been set aside for the sole purpose of secluding the well. The droplet shape of the lot came to a soft point between two houses, where a narrow gap had been left. The three of them wordlessly made for the opening.
The Councilor took the lead now. As soon as they'd made it to the other side of the row of houses, she took to wing. Quijj and Flower-Seed did likewise. They flew over the streets and walkways of a rundown residential neighborhood. Flower-Seed saw only a small handful of citizens. They were huddled together in small groups, hugging one another or saying silent prayers.
"What did I miss?" Councilor Lemma asked, looking around. "Is the attack over? And... where in Vellnoth's Name did all these vines come from?"
Flower-Seed tried to answer, but couldn't. He wasn't sure he had an answer. His vision had told him of the threats below ground, but hadn't filled him in on everything above the surface. What he and Quijj had witnessed with the Drill Flies seemed too miraculous to retell.
Quijj grunted. "A savior."
"A savior?" Lemma asked uncertainly.
Flower-Seed nodded. They were flying side by side now. "Yeah." He smiled to himself. It felt good to smile. Even after all the devastation and death, the fact that there had been a savior...
He didn't have the words for it.
They cut across the city, reaching the Cobbler's District in what felt like seconds.
"There's the statue," said the Councilor.
They landed just before the carved jade depiction of the Jikk hero of legend: Kylo the Great. This statue was identical to the one that had been in Lo Syy Tett, in Proeliator Plaza. There was another in front of the City of the Wandering Moon, as well as a fourth statue in Irogon Nath. Or, at least that's what Flower-Seed had been taught as a youngling at the Learning Hall. Kylo the Great had been one of the founders of Lo Syy Tett and Locust Spire. A true hero of all Jikkellia. Or so it was said.
Councilor Lemma hurried over to the back of the statue. There was a crevice just large enough for her hand. She stuck the Y of her fingers into the opening. Her face took on a look of deep concentration. After a moment, a panel was revealed in the base of the statue. There were gears, dials, and a single lever.
"Who would have thought," Flower-Seed mused.
The Councilor got to work. She began turning the gears and dials. Her hands became a blur for a moment as she input the secret sequence. Finally, she pulled the lever. Beneath the statue, there was a sound like gravel spilling from a wheelbarrow. Then, there was only silence for a moment.
Slowly, the statue began to rise several inches from the ground. When it stopped, the panel snapped back into place.
"It's done," said the Counilor, breathing a sigh of relief. "I just hope we weren't too late." There was a sadness in her eyes however.
Flower-Seed offered a sympathetic expression. "A bit overwhelming isn't it?"
Lemma waved a dismissive hand. "No, it's just... the Advisors. I just hope they made it out."
"There was no choice," Quijj said firmly.
"Yeah," Flower-Seed agreed. "We had to seal it off. Otherwise, who knows how fast those things might've spread."
The Councilor nodded. "I know. I know. Still... E'Shesh. She tried to protect me. When they were going to place me under arrest. She stood in front of the knights."
They all fell silent.
After a few moments, the three of them began to glance around at one another. A knowing look crept across all three of their faces. In unison, Councilor Lemma, Quijj, and Flower-Seed all whispered: "The Jailer."
Quijj nodded, giving one of his usual grunts. "Uhh huh." His expression had darkened. The look in his eyes was downright frigid.
Flower-Seed shook his head. "I don't know why, but ever since we were down in the ruins... it's been as if a curtain was lifted, from inside my mind."
Councilor Lemma nodded. "I know exactly what you mean. A part of me was fully aware of The Jailer and his deeds in Lo Syy Tett. Yet... it was almost like... I wouldn't quite call it a trance--I wasn't under any spell, or hypnosis, at least not as best as I can tell--but rather... it's as if I held a kind of complacency toward everything. I can see now how truly horrendous that Jikk is. Him, and what he's been doing. But... he must have had some way of making all of us intentionally ignore the problem."
"Mind Mother," said Quijj. "That'd do it."
Flower-Seed eyed the tavern keeper. "Mind Mother? Are those things even real?"
"Oh, they're quite real," said Lemma. "And if that's the case, it would actually explain a lot. From what little I understand of them, those creatures secrete a psychic enzyme that lulls the minds of those around it. The longer it occupies an area--so long as it's well-fed and undisturbed--the wider its field of influence. The Jailer must have somehow compelled a Mind Mother to do his bidding, and influence the minds of Jikkellians in a way that would further his terrible cause."
Flower-Seed considered this. "But if we're about to realize we were being influenced now... does that mean this Mind Mother is dead?"
"Tough to say," said Quijj.
"Indeed," said Lemma.
Quijj grunted in what might have been alarm, or perhaps frustration. He was gazing up at the sky.
"What is it?" Flower-Seed asked. But he already knew. He saw it too now. "What is that?"
His mind was overtaken with yet another vision. He saw the entrance to the underground ruins, as it was being sealed off. Just before the large stone slab blocked the passageway leading down into the City Before The City, five Jikk leapt through the rapidly shrinkly gap and onto the street. Breathless, they collapsed to the stonework.
A fraction of a second later, something else followed in their wake. It did not land, nor did it collapse onto the street as the Jikk had. Instead, it shot upwards into the air. The stone slab closed what remained of the opening.
But it was already too late.
One of the Jikk lying in the street began to scream. Flower-Seed saw that Temporary Councilor E'Shesh had indeed made it out of the ruins before the entrance closed. She was lying on her back, looking up at the sky with a look of pure terror plastered across her face.
The thing that emerged from the opening ignored the Jikk, however. It continued to climb through the air, until it was high above the vine-covered rooftops and city streets below. It rose higher still, before slowing. It hung there in the sky for several seconds, before rocketing away. It was headed toward a confrontation. Flower-Seed could not quite discern the nature of this confrontation, only that it would decide the fates of a great many.
And somehow, the outsiders were involved. Specifically, the outsider who had served as Locust Spire's unexpected savior.
Flower-Seed only caught a brief glimpse of the thing in his mind's eye, but that had been enough to fill him with a deep, almost existential feeling of dread.
The worms. They had fused together to form a single being. High Knight Pyx's plate armor. The thing was using it.
A giant parasitic worm-thing in platemail. It was coming for the outsider. And there was no stopping it...
The vision broke away. Flower-Seed found himself on his knees with dark green blood dripping from his eyes and mouth. The vision had been too much for him. Whatever had altered his curse--whatever force, whether it be supernatural, or simply the blow he'd taken to the head at the front gates--it had amplified it to a magnitude Flower-Seed could not handle. The previous vision had nearly caused him to black out. This one had almost ruptured his brain. He wasn't sure how many more of these "visions" he could take. The next one might very well kill him.
He slapped his palms down on the sidewalk, gasping for air.
"Are you alright?" Councilor Lemma asked.
Flower-Seed shook his head.
"What is it?" Quijj asked with much urgency. "Vision again? Did you see a mothman?"
Flower-Seed shook his head again, then promptly coughed up a thick glob of blood onto the stonework. He tried to stand, but his legs were much too weak.
Quijj hurried over and hooked an arm around Flower-Seed, helping him up. "Easy now," he whispered.
"Worms," Flower-Seed said, almost choking on the word. "Worm man. Man made of worms. Headed for the outsider." He took a deep breath, and that seemed to help. Not much, but a little.
Quijj eased him into a sitting position, before releasing him. He drew his strange weapon, examining it a moment before turning to the Councilor. "Can you tend to him?"
"Where do you think you're going?" she said in a tone of reproach. Her hands were on her hips. She gave the tavern keeper a look that reminded Flower-Seed of the way his mother used to look at him as a youngling, on evenings when he'd been out causing trouble with his friends.
"To stop it," Quijj said matter-of-factly. He turned back toward the sky, using his weapon to point at a dark, fast moving dot in the distance. The worm-thing. It was traveling at a tremendous rate of speed, trailing away from the city.
"Alright. In that case, I'm coming with you," said the Councilor.
Quijj grunted in disapproval.
"Don't give me that. I'm the High Councilor, afterall. I have a sworn duty."
"I'm coming too," Flower-Seed said, struggling to his feet.
"You can't," Lemma said. "You aren't well."
"I'll be fine. C'mon. Besides... you can't just leave me here on the sidewalk by myself."
Quijj eyed them both a moment, before slowly nodding. "Fine. Just keep behind me."
"Don't tell me what to do," said the Councilor smiling warmly. "I swore to serve and protect my city. That includes every last citizen."
"Humff," Quijj grunted.
Lemma regarded Flower-Seed with some concern. "Can you fly?"
"I think so."
"Alright. Then let's be off."
Quijj nodded, grunting again for what may have been the hundredth time.
•3•
The changes still hadn't fully set in.
He scarsely resembled his former self. His body was similar to that of a Jikk's, but his wings were like those of a giant moth. And his body, his wings, his entire form was entirely comprised of vines and sunflowers.
Doka was still getting accustomed to his new form. He was still getting accustomed to a lot of things. Ever since the outsiders first arrived in Lo Syy Tett, Doka had gone through a transformation even his new body could not fully represent. Which was saying quite a lot, considering his new form was the direct physical manifestation of the personal and metaphysical journey he'd undergone. He had died for Gods' sake!
He had died.
He'd died, but there had been no White Staircase. He hadn't seen the face of his creator. He'd seen only darkness, before his soul took up residency inside the Moon Moth.
So much of what he'd believed his entire life had been a lie. It made him wonder what else might also be a lie. What even was the truth? Did such a thing exist?
He had DIED!
His mind kept shouting the words over and over like a chant, as if reminding him of this fact might spark some greater intuition, or reveal some hidden meaning. It did not. The reminder only compounded his confusion with a whole lot of noise echoing inside his own head.
He had died.
This was a fact he was still grappling with, even now. Really, it had only been his body that had died. His spirit, soul, and mind had remained. He was now in a kind of life after afterlife. It was beyond strange, in a way that caused his brain to ache if he thought about it too long.
What a journey it had been since the duel with the Frog.
Doka had been granted revelation and realization, one after the other, in a constant barrage of perspective-shifting events. He'd been shaken to his very core--changed in the most fundamental sense of the word. He'd become someone completely different. Yet, at the heart of it all, he was still him. He was still Doka. Just a far more enlightened, less xenophobic and ignorant Doka.
However, this enlightenment also allowed him to see the problem; a problem that had not yet come up, but would have to be addressed sooner, rather than later.
The problem was, he'd been granted revelation and realization, without any real reflection. He'd been transformed, but hadn't yet had even a single spare moment to contemplate the meaning of it all. He was experiencing the effects, without fully understanding the causes. He'd been changed without stopping to consider the ramifications of so much change, on so many fundamental levels.
These things troubled him, but they were Deep Troubles of the Long Term. There were other, more urgent troubles to deal with in the meantime.
Doka and the soft shell soared over the open grasses; a flower-moth-grasshopper-hybrid and a curtain of shimmering blue. Doka looked down at the sheet of water below him. David was stretched out like one great flat square, casting no shadow as he passed over the land.
"What's wrong, bud?" asked the soft shell, taking notice of Doka's gaze. "You alright?"
Doka stilled his thoughts. "I want you to listen to me, Soft Shell. There's going to be trouble up ahead."
"Uh, yeah. I know. That's why we're coming to the rescue, remember? Don't tell me you're getting nervous?"
It was still a bit strange to hear the human's familiar voice coming from the shimmering polygon of liquid. Of course, the two of them had encountered far stranger things than this, on their journey. Particularly in the Sands. Doka had an idea that if not for some doing on the part of the cloaked figure, both his and the soft shell's minds would have been permanently shattered by the experience.
Doka said, "I don't mean once we reach the woods. There is an ambush waiting for us, well before then. A group of mercenaries."
The human was silent a moment. "I can't detect anything like that. Are you sure?"
"Aye. I'm certain of it. They're concealing themselves from your Energies ability to discern their plot. I am able to see it because of my connection with things that lie beyond the mortal world."
"Alright, well... we'll just have to take them out quickly, so we can hurry up and save Artie and the others."
"No," Doka said firmly. "I want you to continue on without me."
"What? But why? It doesn't make any sense to split up. We'll be able to deal with them faster if there are two of us."
Doka shook his head. "You don't understand. They are the ones who attacked Locust Spire. This is personal for me. You can't be stalled in reaching the woods. Your mission is far too important."
"Is that their big plan? To keep me fighting them, just to delay us getting to Artie?"
"That isn't their intention, but that will be the result of their actions, regardless. They have another reason for wanting to defeat you and I."
"Okay? Well don't leave me hangin. What's the reason?"
"Retaliation for stopping their attack on Locust Spire, for one. These mercenaries will try and destroy anyone who stands in the way of their goals. They wish to sew chaos and confusion. Anarchy. They don't want us undoing any more of what they have done, or what they plan to do. I can sense a dark plot. They're working with agents of Pharoah Dowlmad."
"I don't know that name, but I get some pretty fuckin' evil views from it, for sure."
"That would be an accurate assessment. The leader of these mercenaries wishes to leave the valley. There is something beyond the God Shelves he seeks, which will grant him unyielding power. Even I cannot discern his full intentions, but these are the things I have been able to determine."
"I see. Well, I still don't understand why you have to try and solo these guys. Let me help you knock 'em around. We can--"
"No," Doka said firmly. "This really is something I must do on my own. Please try and respect my wishes."
Doka could almost feel the human's mind turning, formulating further protest. Then, it was as if the soft shell finally came to a conclusion. Perhaps, he finally understood that this meant something to Doka--that this was important; a meaningful step on the path to redemption.
At last, the soft shell relented. "Alright, alright. Fine. But if you get into any trouble... if it's more than you can handle, or you--"
"I know how I call out to you," Doka said.
The human sighed. "Okay. Then I guess we'll split up. Um... where exactly is this ambush happening, anyhow?"
"Start traveling northward. Your mind will tell you when to correct your course again. That won't delay your arrival any. You would have had to travel North for a ways,, once you reached the woods. You're just doing it a bit sooner than necessary."
"Alright. Will do. Just... be careful, Doka. Okay? Seriously."
"And you as well, soft shell," Doka said. "Gods willing, I will see you again soon."

Deskant was well-versed in the power names held in the In-Between. This was why he'd worked so hard to become a Named Enforcer of the Stonewing Pillar Mercenary Band, on top of his other titles and stations. Most of the mercs in evidence were only foot soldiers, or Prospects. Leader Rave hadn't wanted all of his best warriors away from Home Base, afterall. The Stonewings were far greater in number and power than they'd ever let on to nonmembers. In their line of work, it was always best to hide your hand. You didn't want your rivals (or even your allies) knowing your full capabilities. Which was exactly why Deskant was joined on his current mission by the lower ranking members and memers-in-training, mostly. However, this was not the case with all of the mercs here in the open grasses. There was Angus the Arsonist, Vizloth the Philter, Gondin the Foul Ozmon the Worm-Wielder, Ujak the Unhinged.
Then, of course, there was him. Deskant the Demolisher. This was a moniker he had earned after many years climbing and clawing his way up the ranks of the band. He now filled the role of Chief Communicator, as well as being Rave's Right Hand when they were away from Home Base (even if that title actually belonged to Xider, whenever Xider wasn't around--like now--Deskant was the one who stepped up).
Rave had dubbed him the Demolisher because that was exactly what he did. He demolished things; people, places, anything and everything in his path.
"Just cooperate and everything will be fine," Deskant said.
The she-Jikk in the plate armor only glared at him.
"Yeah, I don't like those worms either, but they're effective." He waved his hand toward the infected Jikk soldiers. "We'll remove the parasites and we won't release anymore on your city, so long as you keep doing exactly as we say."
Ozmon the Worm-Wielder stepped forward, clutching his strange club--a dark, polished thing which which looked more like two long, slender serpents twisted around a stick than an actual club--and nodded. "All be righted, once we've finished here."
The she-Jikk said, "We shouldn't be negotiating with the likes of you."
Deskant laughed. "Good thing this isn't a negotiation. It's a hostage situation. If you hadn't noticed." His eyes scanned the row of infected Jikk. Half their number were currently inhabited by parasites. The other half were standing behind the she-Jikk and the one who'd identified himself as their Sergeant. "Now, remember... when you see the outsider, you flag him down. That's all you have to do. Leave the rest to us."
"Uh, 'Skant?" Angus said uncertainly.
"Yeah? What is it?"
"They're almost here. I can smell 'em."
Deskant smiled again. This was just too easy. "Alright. Everyone out of sight. Time to do what we do best, fellas."
There was a collective cheer from the other mercs. The lot of them moved into position.

Zruu--Tri-Hook leader and newly appointed Chief of the Clawhook Bandits in the wake of Chief Xovvo's murder--felt the entire world shift with such remarkable suddenness, that for a moment, he was certain he'd lost his grip on reality. One moment, Zruu had been seated in the bridge of the Black Pyramid beside his fellow Tri-Hook members, Coldcradle and Fann. The next thing the new Bandit Chief knew, he was plopping down hard on his ass in a field of knee-high emerald green grass. He'd been watching a formation of Gliders appear through the viewing window of the bridge. Sky Pirates, he had no doubt. He'd been mentally scrambling for a course of action. His mind had of course first turned to the Pyramid's weapons system. However, just as he was about to suggest this to Coldcradle and Fann, all of a sudden, it was as if his chair had been pulled out from under him--and everything else around him ripped away, right along with it.
"What the FUCK?" Coldcradle bellowed.
Zruu saw his two companions in the grass, just a few short meters away. Fann was there beside Coldcradle, looking furious but saying nothing.
Zruu's eyes burned with rage. "My thoughts exactly." He looked up to the sky. The Pirates. They were up there in the Glider Pods. There were also small Gyff craft as well. Collectively, there were four dozen of the bastards. The Sky Pirates made up three seperate V patterns, while the Walking Stick Men flew in a straight row side-by-side. Together, they made what looked like three arrows and line segment. And there, in the patch of sky between them, was the place where the Black Pyramid had been. The place where Zruu himself had been, on the bridge of the Pyramid.
But the Pyramid was gone. And now, Zruu was down here on the ground.
It made no fucking sense.
"Uh, Chief?" Coldcradle said warily.
Zruu took his eyes away from the sky and leveled his gaze at the other Bandit. "What?"
Coldcradle pointed at something lying in the grass a few feet to his left.
Zruu cocked his head to one side. Then, he was back up on his feet in an instant. "Is that who I think it is?"
But he already knew it was. There, motionless on the ground, was the Vakk Onillcoth had sent as honorary reinforcement. Lequell's body was covered in so much blood, it barely looked like a body. Really, it looked more like a slab of meat glazed in strawberry jam. Zruu had never seen tickman blood before. He was mildly surprised to know it wasn't green, or yellow like many Insectoids. It was a deep maroon, much like his own blood.
Lequell's head was cleaner than the rest of him. Probably because his head had been separated from his body. It was sitting face up a few paces from his bloodied corpse. His lifeless eyes stared up at the sun. They'd gone a dull gray color, instead of their usual black.
Zruu had seen more dead bodies than he could ever recount. Seeing one more now meant about as much as any of the others had. He felt nothing for the Vakk he'd barely known. If anything, he considered him weak for dying so easily. And so soon before their mission was complete.
Zruu raised his boot and punted Lequell's head through the air. It shot up at an arc, before disappearing in the high grass. He turned to the other Bandits. *"What the fuck do we do now? How the fuck did we lose the fucking Pyramid?"
He kicked Lequell's body hard enough to splatter some of the blood, painting several blade of grass burgundy.
"Ziilkdamnit! Now I've got blood on my boot." He turned his foot sideways and attempted to rub the drying fluids off onto the dirt. This mostly worked, but there remained a streak of the stuff he couldn't quite wipe away. "Ziilkdamnit," he cursed again.
"Was it the Pirates?" Coldcradle asked.
Zruu glanced up at the sky. The Pirates had broken their formations and were now flying in a disorganized swarm. They were headed east. They didn't seem to have any interest in the three Bandits down on the ground far below them, from what Zruu could tell. "My gut says no. I think those Sky Pirates and Gyff are just as confused as we are. I have no fucking clue what just happened, but I can tell you one thing... we're gonna get Chief Xovvo's Pyramid back. I don't give a shit what it takes. If it costs all three of us our lives. We're gonna get that damned thing back."
"A Pharoah had to be involved," Coldcradle said. "They're the only ones who could pull something like this off."
Fann nodded his agreement. "That bitch Camaria, most likely."
"I don't give a shit," Zruu said. "Pharoah or no Pharoah. We're getting it back." He locked eyes with Coldcradle, then with Fann, before looking off toward the horizon. "But first... we're gonna keep heading where we were headed. We're gonna deal with the she-ant before we do anything else. We don't have the Pyramid now, but we won't need it. I'll kill her with my bare hands if I have to."
Coldcradle said, "Then let's get to it. Let's hunt that bitch down. For the Chief."
Zruu and Fann voiced a howl of agreement. "For Chief Xovvo!" they said together.
The three members of the Tri-Hook took to wing. The only thing on any of their minds was murder...

"What's the matter?" Flower-Seed asked. His tone was that of someone trying to hide the fact they were in a great deal of pain.
Councilor Lemma studied his face closely. The two of them were flying side-by-side over the city, with Quijj just up ahead. The elderly tavern keeper insisted on taking the lead, it seemed. It was just as well. Lemma had wanted to stay back with Flower-Seed to make sure he was alright. He definitely wasn't alright, but wouldn't admit it.
As much as Flower-Seed's condition concerned her, it was the scene down below--down on the city streets--that concerned Lemma the most. She turned back to the group of younglings she'd spotted.
She and Flower-Seed had a bird's eye view of what remained of Elgganath Parkway in the eastern part of Locust Spire. Just as they'd flown past one of the only large structures that hadn't been reduced to rubble here, they'd caught Lemma's eye almost immediately. There were close to three dozen in all. Younglings no older than adolescents. Some of them were sitting on the sidewalk with their heads between their legs. Some of them were embracing one another. Many of them were simply standing in place, looking up and down the street as if they had no idea what to do, or where to go. Several of them were huddled together, speaking in frightened voices.
Lemma slowed her acceleration to a crawl. Seeing this, after a moment, Flower-Seed did the same.
Quijj craned his neck to look back at them. "You alright?"
Lemma nodded. "Yes." And after a moment's contemplation, she added: "You can go on without me."
Flower-Seed opened his mouth to say something. Then he saw the younglings. He looked from the group below, then back to Lemma. Understanding dawned on his face. He slowly nodded. "Go on without me, as well." After taking a brief moment just as Lemma had, he said (somewhat hesitantly), "If you can manage on your own, that is."
Quijj nodded in response, giving them a grunt of aye, before flying onward.
Lemma and Flower-Seed hung there in the air, and watched Quijj disappear behind a row of vine-covered warehouses. Lemma sighed, turning to Flower-Seed. "The city just suffered a horrible tragedy. They need their leader."
Flower-Seed nodded. "I know."
"Especially the youth. They look completely lost. Without hope. The fire and the explosions are over, but now they need guidance to know how to pick up the pieces."
"I know," Flower-Seed repeated, punctuating the words with a gentle smile. "Well... what do ya say we get down there? See how many we can reunite with their parents."
Lemma returned his smile. "I just hope most of their parents are still alive."
Flower-Seed looked away. "Yeah." He shook his head. "Gods. What a harsh world this is."
"It is. But as long as I'm around, there will always be hope left. That's what they need to see. The Jikk of this city. They need to see the light of hope still shines upon them. Even in darkness. There is always hope."

Doka could sense the terrible power radiating off the figures just ahead. There was a Fragment User in their midst. As well as multiple masters of the Old Arts and Dark Channels.
And there was something even greater. He could feel it, like a vibration inside his brain.
As he drew closer, he saw the Jikk he was supposed to see, and the mothmen he wasn't. One of the mercs was utilizing a Cyphering technique to hide their presence. Doka could only see them through his connection with the Realms beyond life, beyond mortals.
Doka flew faster, closer, closing in on them.
One of the Jikk--a she-Jikk High Knight named Von, Doka saw--held up her arms and began waving at him. She was trying to flag him down. Doka had no doubt, this was what she'd been instructed to do. The Jikk weren't apart of this. They were only pawns, used by the mercs.
Doka dove down, came to a landing.
In his new form, he could speak to more than just the soft shell. He called out to the High Knight. "It's alright. I know you've done all you could."
The High Knight and the other Jikk stared back at him, stonefaced. Doka could see beneath their expressionless faces; could see through them. He could feel their desperation, their shame.
That was when the mercs sprang their trap...

IRON CLOUDS OVER A BAMBOO KINGDOM. DDS STORY NOCEBOVERSE.
Ryuu woke in a skin of cold sweat that clung to his body. Lunging forward from a deep sleep, recalling a gruesome end to a cursed dream. His hand reaches out for his trusted blades, sheathed and displayed out next to his cot. His armour is neatly placed at the foot of the hay bed. "Never would have imagined I'd find myself a Samurai," An old crone says from behind Ryuu, he flips around ready to strike. His mind is still on the battlefield. "Easy kid, no need for steel." Another voice says, a rough and striking voice. Almost inhuman. Yet to Ryuu's surprise the voice is from a well groomed man sits cross legged, a well shaped beard and long hair in a knot. He holds the handle of a sword laying on his lap, whilst his other hand taps the sheath of his blade. A gently warning. "Where am I?" Ryuu asks realising he's bandaged up. Tenzu was about to kill him, had it not been for Soaki's fast thinking Ryuu would have been sliced in half. He remembers falling backwards into the cold waters below. Then darkness. "Outside of Towada, some local boys found you in the lake." The man says in a deep voice. "Yukimo is a healer, and I am but her humble errand boy." The man says pointing to the crone. "Half dead, you were. Dripping with the red stuff, and talking in tongues." Yukimo seemingly cackles. "I thank you for my treatment, I have coin." Ryuu says slowly standing. "Keep the coin, though no good to you if you're dead." The man states. "I suggest you rest up, before you go back to whatever it is brought you to us." He adds. "You a swordsman?" Ryuu asks looking at the blade on his lap. "I am an errand boy, this sword belongs to Akira Himinuzaki. He was once a very noble samurai, who was exiled for disobeying the Iron Emperor." The man once known as Akira says. "Heard he was executed." Ryuu questions, as tales of Akira's disobedience was well known. The empire stated that Akira was beheaded on a still spring night under a blood moon. "Akira had friends, helped him leave. He took an oath to the Emperor, a man who carries a broken promise will never walk free again." The man says. "I understand that, we were attacking Tenzu's Iron Cloud. Trying to bring it down for good, before he gets to Edo." Ryuu says remembering more details of his battle. They'd demolished several of his fleet, but Tenzu's personal Iron Cloud was a behemoth of a machine. A death ship built with a thick iron hull and monstrous exhaust pipes that block out the sun. "Who is we? The Empire, fools who worship the Iron Emperor and his Ghost Machine." The crone cries out in a roar of laughter. "No, we are Akuma-no-inu. We don't condone the Empire, but Tenzu is a maniac and a tyrant. He poisons the air with his toxic bloodlust, turning folk against their own." Ryuu says with rage. His own village fell when Tenzu returned from the north. "Well you're gonna need your strength before you go after Tenzu, I fear my old friend Akira has had run-ins with that blade." The man says.
Tenzu Kumuchi had been a loyal member of the Empire, a prodigy swordsman but his skill cut down with sickness. He turned to the criminal Black Iron Smither, Izo Mazomaku. Izo's techniques were forbidden, using dark ritual to create an armour that kept Tenzu alive, and stronger than ever. The emperor's men executed Izo, before he could complete his creation. And banished Tenzu from the island. Whisperers say he spent time in Korea, studying their dark rituals and black smithing techniques. He led their armies and helped them build the Iron Clouds. "He swore he'd have his revenge against the Iron Emperor." The man tells Ryuu, recounting his memories of a younger Tenzu. Ryuu can't imagine it having seen the abomination Tenzu has become. "They call him the Beast Lord Shogun, the Sky Burner. But under the armour is a mortal man." Says the crone, she seems unbothered by the tales of death. "Ignore Yukimo, her mind is beyond the veil. She still remembers Okoomi Tatamaki being Iron Emperor." The man says helping Ryuu stand. The door slides open and a young woman in a kimino enters the hut. "Yin will take care of you, and show you around." The man says. "When you are ready come meet me in the court yard." The man commands. As Ryuu is escorted outside.
"Welcome to Take-no-ōkoku Village," Yin says leading Ryuu by the hand. Ryuu was amazed at the large dome structure built entirely of Devil's Bamboo. A plant that holds the properties of hard steel, only the wisest Steel Smith's use such a material. "I thought this place was just a myth," Ryuu says looking as they use Sun Stones and a Lunar compass to simulate night and day. Clouds of cold steam hover above keeping the air cool, providing artificial weather over the large village. "Many have given their lives to keep it just a myth, but we are definitely real." Yin giggles hiding her smile behind her hand. "According to the Empire, you'd be a considered a hostile kingdom." Ryuu says remembering his childhood in Edo. Though he grew to reject the Iron Empire, he at one point would have given his life for it. "Who isn't an enemy of the Empire, can't say I disagree with Tetsu's plan to destroy them." Yin says. "Trust me, I hate the Empire and I want to bring them down. But not like this." Ryuu says in anger. "I heard of the incident at Aoi Village," Yin says, Ryuu remembers the incident. They walk silently among the fallen cherry blossom. "I imagine you are quite hungry, you were asleep for 3 days." Yin says as they stop by a small restaurant. The smell of freshly fried locust shrimp and eel bird wafted from the interior of the restaurant. The sound of deep laughter and drunken songs was a refreshing change for Ryuu. Too long he'd been among the battle weary, covered in mud and blood. Avoiding near death with the price of steel. Yin offers Ryuu some time to himself and promises to return once her chores are complete.
Inside the tavern a small pit of coal burns away gently. A man in cooking wear tends to the embers and lays out marinated meats over the heat. Patrons of all shape and ages rest around the interior, some armed and others scarred from war. "Damn samurai dog!" A one armed man mutters under his breath as Ryuu enters. "The Isubishi family lost three of their boys, cause of your war." Another voice shouts, all hope of a warm welcome melts away. "You should be ashamed. My husband died in your crossfire." A woman says throwing her warm sake in Ryuu's face. "Stop this at once!" The chef barks from behind his counter. He drives his sharp knife down in to the cutting board, making it stand upright. "So long as he's here, he should be welcomed as my acquitance and dear friend." The chef says. "Thank you, and I'm sorry our war has plagued you. I offer my services to anyone who requests them. Till my debt is paid in full" Ryuu says humbly bowing to the angry woman. Her anger faulters and she begins to feel sorrow, for what she lost. She pushes past Ryuu and leaves. "Pay her no mind, she's just angry. Can't say I blame her." The chef mutters as he goes back to prepping meals. "I carry her burden," Ryuu says firmly, the chef is humbled by young man's commitment to the woman. "Unless you were the one who decapitated her husband don't bother, she hated him" the chef abruptly laughs. "Only reason she's pissed is cause she didn't get chance to gut that lying bastard herself." He adds slamming his huge knife down on a piece of Sakana-no-tori, it tears through the scaly flesh like fresh cotton. "Was he so monstrous he deserved death?" Ryuu asks taking a sip from his cup. Ice cold Sake, his lips tingle and his mouth entranced by the flavour of Spring. "Probably not, but he was a lousy husband, an shitter dad, and an even worse brother." The chef confesses to Ryuu, he lifts his clothing by his waist and reveals a large scar on his hip. "Brothers can be complicated," Ryuu says looking at the silken scar. He's reminded of his own brother, the spoilt prince. "Well I was never one to hold a grudge, may look bad but nothing a few cups of sake to accompany a good meal can't fix." The chef says as he takes some of the meat of the Sakana-no-tori and mixes it together with jade beans and rice before wrapping it with nori. Pulling it tightly into a roll. "Have you always been a chef?" Ryuu asks recognising a certain demeanor about the chef. "No, I fought back in the last imperial war. Was damn good as well, I had got to the rank of Hand Swordsman." The chef says, a rank just below General. "Who was your banner?" Ryuu asks. "Kytomozo of Hogun Province," says the chef proudly, effortless slicing up the freshly rolled sushi. Ryuu knows the clan well, a honourable family sworn to protect the Kyojin no kokoro mountain. A sacred place said to hold the soul of a three eyed demon. Ryuu's father lord Goji Oginawa, had been loyal to the Kytomozo clan. Ever since they helped defeat an Omen that plagued their village. He taps some wazabi on a plate and places the sushi on top. "I was offered discharge after my wife fell ill, I had served well and got a decent payout. So I set up here, to care for my wife and keep us going." Explains the chef. "Is she okay now?" Ryuu asks. "Well she has Desutatchi curse, every day she fades a little more." The chef explains. Desutatchi is a death curse. It inflicts people by slowly turning them into a ghost. Rumour has it, that it impacts those that cross paths with a white banshee. "Is there nothing can be done?" Asks Ryuu, many villages have shamans and healers. "Tried everything I can without going bankrupt, hired a witcheater a while back but he turned out to be a fraud." The chef says with a harmed pride. Ryuu had little experience dealing with monsters, other than the odd Kamapari or Drugr. "How much did he charge?" Ryuu asks.
That night Ryuu prayed and meditated until the early hours of the following morning. He walked the grounds burning incense and planting hallow seeds. A small ritual to help guide him. Having donned his armour, he prepares for battle. Drinking Uzshroom tea he sharpens his mind, his muscles ached for a fight. Then he hears the distant wails of a unearthly creature. Something that haunts the local river. By paper lantern he travelled deeper into the woods, something the chef advised greatly against. Pushing through the thick plant growth he came to the bank, a woman in white robes waited for him by the water's edge. Definitely a spirit of some sort. He wiped his blade with black mountain oil, and lights it with the spark of a nearby rock. The woman in white turns, her elegant features twist into a nightmarish creature of sharp teeth and oozing red mist. "Easy there you, let's figure this out." A voice in a strange accent says from edge of the trees. Ryuu can only make out the likeness of a mantis-monkey. Hunched down in the duff, the creature with elongated arms and long sharp fingers watches the lone samurai intently. This one isn't like other mantis-monkeys, no pale white fur or humanoid looking face. Just black on black fur, fur that wriggles upward like dancing flame. The odd mantis-monkey, on an even stranger twist, this mantis-monkey has a third eye vertically in its forehead. "Step away, and I'll make it worth your while." The mantis-monkey says getting closer. "This does not concern you mortal!" The creature says it's three crimson eyes burning. Ryuu takes his eyes off of the mantis-monkey that is trying to convince him to leave, instead looking at the attrocity that was once a woman in white. The creature is held back but could rip Ryuu apart with just one swipe. "Don't worry about my child here, she's just adjusting to this new world." The stranger says in its animal skin. "I do not trust you," Ryuu says keeping his blade poised and ready to strike. All he needs is one successful strike, a well timed sweep and his enemy is done. But this wasn't a creature from this world, and Ryuu had heard rumours. Of the Undying Travellers. "This creature has caused suffering to the people in the nearby village." Ryuu says as the mantis-monkey moves forward. "And they cause suffering, and you cause suffering, we all do. Think of the bigger picture, my child here can dawn you a new age. An age powered by this" the mantis-monkey holds out it's three fingered paw and from its palm a blue black flame, one that glimmers like oil. A rainbow shine over the surface of the flame. The air grows cold and the wind begins to howl, the flame only grows. Ryuu feels compelled to accept the flame as his own.
Ryuu would accept the flame, and become a monstrous puppet for the creature. But the creature would allow Ryuu to finish his mission. A battle utop an iron cloud would see the fall of Tenzu's men, as Ryuu carves the men before him in half. Feeding the desires of the dark creature that aids him. The helipilots would offer artillery to bring the iron cloud down, hitting it's iron hull with rockets. Ignoring the chaos around him, Ryuu would fight Tenzu atop of the Captain's watch. Ryuu would win, and show no mercy Beheading Tenzu whilst he mocked the young samurai. And for Ryuu his mission was accomplished. However the creature's plans would be just in their beginnings. Ryuu sees his body act of its own will, becoming an instrument of death and decay. Chaos and power. Without any way of stopping it, more and more of Ryuu would become lost. The creature would take everything. It gift turning into a curse. Eventually Ryuu would prove no longer useful to the creature, and left. The was infamous samurai who ended the rebellion became nothing but another insane old man. Corrupted and unable to die.
Ryuu's hand hovers just above the flame, about to accept the offer. His fingers gently touching the surface of the flame. Like entering a hot pool on a cold day. Ryuu's body felt more power than ever before, having visions of all the potential. "All you have to do is accept," the creature says it's third eye glowing. What was once the lady in white stomps forward making the earth shake. Long twisted limbs smash against the earth below, a jaw made of sharp teeth. Ryuu looks at the attrocity, that still looks ready to pounce. He thinks of getting Tenzu, and his comrades. Could they do it without him. Ryuu takes in the strength of the flame one last time. Then pulling his hand away, putting both hands on his sword. The mantis-monkey jumps away and scowls. "You made the wrong choice." It says before disappearing. The monster made from the lady in whites form, snaps forward and Ryuu lunges. Aiming for its throat, but the creature catches Ryuu. He drops his sword and falls to his knees, the body of the woman in white slumps forward on to him. She looks peaceful compared to the monster she'd become. Her life is faint, as is Ryuu's. Yet he tries to remain calm and strong so the woman might die peacefully. He looks up and thinks about the Iron Clouds over Bamboo kingdoms, and smiles for the last time. Leaving their fates to Mesmir.
