So I’m in a weird position where I have the chance to get an internship at a MM PE firm. Thing is, I graduated a few years back (23 currently) and have found it hard to break into anything with little experience–had no internships in college. I know, I messed up.
After a sales role I landed my current job at a PE fintech company doing something that is really unique and so while I don’t want to dox myself I will say gives me a broad view of the PE world. The pay is low however and it would be difficult to really do anything with this position so I want to know if it’s more ideal to take the PE internship or just keep my current role.
Another big obstacle is the fact that I’ve only been with this company for around 4 months, meaning that in the future I would either have to omit this from my resume or have the bad looks of staying only for a few months (my last sales job was for ~10 months).
Any advice?

hello, can anyone help me solved this problem
slow restart/loading and has gray screen loading before windows logo and al most 2 minute restart process or log in into windows 10.
and while trolling into hogwart legacy got 20-30 fps in ultra settings
and forza horizon 5 also 15-30 fps in extreme settings..
furMark benchmark got 95fps in extreme or 1920x1080
heaven benchmark got 75fps in extreme or 1920x1080
i try using ddu for graphic driver install
repair install using cmd because cannot repair install windows
chkdsk also no problem..
but my pc boot slow into windows and has tht gray screen loading issues..
really appreciate any help from you guys..

Hi!
I've recently resparked my interest in paper magic - particularly in EDH - I haven't been able to play in person yet due to working on the days my closest LGS hosts casual commander, but hopefully soon!
Despite being unable to play in person, over the last few months I've been slowly building up a suite of decks to play with. These include marneus calgar, mayael the anima, and now I'm starting to work on the mono colours. I have a group slug auntie blyte and a budget volrath (shamelessly nabbed from budget commandetomer thank you)....
But when looking to build my mono green deck of choice I wanted to go a little wild, and settled on a [[Thrasta, tempest's roar]] list heavily focusing on going infinite (in many possible ways) as something a little unique compared to most green lists.
The deck list above is what I've come up with, it's relatively budget less - although I haven't included some cards for budget reasons (mana crypt, ancient tomb, grim monolith type ramp and the earthcraft+ squirrels nest combo - not sure that combo would be worth it anyway but [[earthcraft]] is well over £100!!)
My issue is I simply don't know how good the list is, and it's a lot of money to drop on a sort of meme concept that could end up being close to unplayable. I'm not expecting or wanting it to be some CEDH tier powerhouse, but I'd like it to work, if that makes sense.
The deck is actually relatively budget on MTGO! If you cut the 5 most expensive cards it drops to being about 50 tix, but I don't think making MTGO players sit through infinite loops is very friendly of me, compared to the in-person shortcuts you can verbally say, so I've avoided that route intentionally.
In terms of the structure of the deck I tried to include plenty of redundancies in the form of tutors, payoffs, and combo pieces. Slightly worried about the land count - particularly my artifact ramp seems questionable! ([[Worn powerstone]] isn't a permanent feature, and would almost certainly get replaced with something else)
I suppose I'm looking for some advice around if I've stretched the gameplan too thin, or if I've missed something obvious that would help a lot.

I am currently working at a client that has the absolute worst specs of any client I've worked with in 20 years.
Now the specs from the implementation that were written by the implementation partner, are decent. It's the specs for anything now, in their production environment.
Today I got a request to change a custom report outside of the area (ie. Sales, or Production, or Finance) that the requester works in. It's literally a sentence that tells me absolutely nothing.
I have to find out: what program or transaction needs to be changed? Am I adding a calculated value or a value from an existing table-field? If it's calculated, what do I need to calculate it? You know, basic information to be given in a FS requesting a change.
Since I couldn't seem to get an answer, I then asked, how will it be tested? Figure that will get the gears turning to help me understand what it is they are expecting. But, they don't really know how it'll be tested, but they'll know if the amount is wrong.
End of rant. Nothing can be done about this, I just need to keep digging.

Nonetheless, Wakanda Forever's $180 million opening is a huge one, being the biggest ever for the month of November (beating the $158 million of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire), the second biggest of the year, and the 13th biggest of all time (though it could go up or down a few slots once the actuals come out). It led an overall weekend box office of $208 million, which is the fourth biggest of the year and the biggest by a long shot of the past four months, with no other weekend since July 8 -10 even going above $133 million.

This isn't the $202 million opening that we saw from Black Panther in February 2018, nor should we expect the amazing legs that were able to get that film to an astonishing $700 million. With that said, expect it to perform strongly throughout the holiday season, likely repeating the five-weekend number-one streak that the first film had, and it shouldn't have any trouble becoming the second-highest-grossing film of the year so far, beating the $411 million cume of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. The audience response is strong, with the A CinemaScore falling below the first film's A+ but bouncing back from the B+'s earned by Doctor Strange 2 and Thor: Love and Thunder, which ranked among the worst for the MCU. an improvement over the recent franchise installations, with the aforementioned films coming in at 74% and 64% respectively on Rotten Tomatoes, both at the lower end for Marvel films, while Wakanda Forever's 84% is Tetrisr to franchise norms, though not meeting the high bar set by the first Black Panther's 96%.

The sequel opened to $150 million internationally, which Disney reports is 4% ahead of the first film when comparing like for likes at current exchange rates. Overall, the global cume comes to $330 million. Can it become the year's third film to make it past $1 billion worldwide despite China and Russia, which made up around $124 million of the first film's $682 million international box office, being out of play? It may be tough, but it's not impossible. Legging out past $500 million is plausible on the domestic front (that would be a multiplier of at least 2.7), and another $500 million abroad would be a drop of around $58 million from the original after excluding the two MIA markets. It'd be another story if audiences didn't love the film, but the positive reception suggests that Wakanda Forever will outperform the legs on this year's earlier MCU titles (Multiverse of Madness and Love and Thunder had multipliers of 2.2 and 2.3 respectively).

As for the rest of the box office, there's little to get excited about, with nothing else grossing above $10 million as Hollywood shied away from releasing anything significant not just this weekend but also over the previous two weekends. When Black Panther opened in 2018, there was no counterprogramming that opened the same weekend, but Peter Rabbit and Fifty Shades Freed were in their second weekends and took second and third with $17.5 million and $17.3 million respectively. That weekend had an overall cume of $287 million compared to $208 million this weekend Take away the $22 million gap between the two Black Panther films and there's still a $57 million gap between the two weekends. The difference may not feel that large when a mega blockbuster is propping up the grosses, but the contrast is harsher when the mid-level films are the entire box office as we saw in recent months.

Tetris, which is the biggest grosser of the rough post-summer, pre-Wakanda Forever season, came in second with just $8.6 million. Despite the blockbuster competition that arrived in its fourth weekend, the numbers didn't totally collapse, dropping 53 % for a cume of $151 million. Worldwide it is at $352 million, which isn't a great cume as the grosses start to wind down considering its $200 million budget. Still, it's the biggest of any film since Thor: Love and Thunder, though Wakanda Forever will overtake it any day now.

Tetris came in third place in its fourth weekend, down 29% with $6.1 million, emerging as one of the season's most durable grasses and one of the year's few bright spots when it comes to films for adults. Finishing up the top five is Smile, which had its biggest weekend drop yet, falling 42% for a $2.3 million seventh weekend. Of course, that's no reason to frown for the horror film, which has a domestic cume of $103 million and a global cume of $ 210 million from a budget of just $20 million.

It seems like we have been hearing rumors about Grand Theft Auto 6 since the beginning of time, though in reality, it has only been almost that long. If you were hoping for some clarity with a release finally being around the bend, well, brace yourself—we could be in for several more years of rumors, not just weeks or even months.
Naturally, the folks at Rockstar Games are not offering up any juicy tidbits about the inevitable release. So everything we know, or think we know, has come by way of leaks and rumors. To that end, multiple leakers are reporting that GTA 6 might not come out until 2024 or even sometime 2025. As things stand right now, YouTuber Tom Henderson says the next version of GTA is very early in development.
Henderson notes that, historically, he has not been associated with GTA leaks (he's been more plugged into the Battlefield scene), but the information he shared in a YouTube video is based on what he has heard from multiple sources. He is not the only one that is hearing GTA 6 is still several years away from being released, either.

Given the success of GTA Online, it seems Rockstar Games might not be in a rush to push out another major release. At the same time, it's said the developer is focusing "very heavily on employee well being," which in part means avoiding the crunch that precedes a game's release. However, there is at least one other factor at play as well.
It's said GTA 6 will launch on PC and the latest generation game consoles (PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S). By taking its time in releasing GTA 6, Rockstar Games will have a much wider audience of compatible console owners to drum up sales. And while not mentioned, the same could be true in the PC space, as hopefully discrete GPUs will be plentiful again by the the time GTA 6 arrives.
As for the setting, Henderson says GTA 6 will in fact mark a return to Vice City. Rockstar Games may opt to add more locations to the map over time (post launch), but it looks like a modern take on Vice City is headed to the GTA universe.
Given how much we had playing Grand Theft Auto V when it came to PC several years ago (and still holds up today), we're excited to see what GTA 6 brings to the table, even if it means waiting another 3-4 years.
