Me (30f) and my partner (26m) have been together almost 2 yrs now, long distance. Our first meeting will be at the end of June. I'm staying with him in Sweden for a month (I'm from Canada). I consider our relationship to be healthy, satisfying and stable (of course we've had our ups and downs and learning how to do distance and about each other is never easy. So don't get me wrong), so I am not really worried about the things I thought I would be. However. I am very nervous about my chronic pain. I have had ME (chronic fatigue), Fibromyalgia and undiagnosed immune issues for a long time. So I am in some kind of varying level of pain or illness 24/7/365, and no that is not an exaggeration. I've tried to be open with him about it, answer his questions when he wants to understand what I live with. But it also makes me feel very very vulnerable and I don't like talking about it, so I KNOW that there is no way he is even close to truly understanding. Once I'm with him for a month. He's going to see everything rather than just hear me saying I'm having a painful day. That is nerve wracking to me. He assures me that there is no way he would ever consider that an issue to make him love me less or want to be with me forever any less. But it's still very hard for me because I know how hard it is to have a loved one with health issues and you feel helpless. My previous partner had epilepsy and passed away a couple of years before I met my current partner. So he was already in a position of understanding what chronic health issues can bring in life. My current partner is basically a picture of health except for a sports injury years ago in highschool. So I'm just worried that it will end up being a lot for him to learn and digest, seeing first hand just how much my conditions impact life, and by extension our eventual in person relationship
Gosh. Sorry for the essay. If you read for this long, do you have any somewhat similar experiences to share? I would love to hear them, happy ending or not.

Mods, feel free to remove my post should I break any rule. Please also excuse the formatting, I'm on mobile.
A very good friend of mine just reached out to me asking me if I could take a nice picture of today's full moon (moon rise ~7 hrs from now). I spare you the extremely sad background story of why he is asking me this favor, but it is important that the picture is from today's full moon specifically.
Now my problem is that I don't own any good telephoto or zoom lens and cannot organize any in time before tonight. The best I have is a Canon EF 24-105mm f/3.5-5.6 on my Canon EOS 80D right now.
Before anyone tells me that this is impossible (I have +10 years of photography experience with some paid shootings here and there), I'm very aware of the challenge but am committed to at least try to get a decent shot, be it just for the gesture (I told my friend about my limited gear but that I would still try my best). I will shoot in raw and have access to Photoshop if needed. I don't want to use any AI generation as I would feel bad given the sad background story. I also don't want to do any photo montage (same argument). However, I am open to heavy editing or AI enlargement/enhancement of some type, and yes I know that the details would technically also be AI generated, but at least it would be based on my original photograph.
I would really appreciate any type of idea or advice. I am currently commuting and will scout the photoshoot location (larger lake in central Europe) in a few hours. I have checked the weather forecast for clouds (should have clear sky) and will use PhotoPills to plan the Moon's trajectory. I am hoping to find some nice foreground for the shot.

I have been employed in my sector for close to 10 years working in varies roles and positions and have started my first offical full time role as a leader. To my surprise and demise, it has been an unbelievable eye opening experience and one that I am quite confused about.
My prior conception of leaders is that they have all the spotlight, have the hot seat to make important decisions and play an active role in leading a team.
Having now been at my role closing for 3 months, working as a male in a female dominated team, I’ve been left bemused by it all!
I’ve experienced staff challenge me on numerous occasions about what they’ll accept to do, I have felt like I am being watched 24/7 and every move I make is being criticised and analysed.
Everyone expects me to be 100% all the time and expects me to be there for them non stop. I have 7 full time staff, with weekly and fortnightly supervision close to 2 hours each for up to 8 hours a week in total, which as it is new to me, it is exhausting and very difficult to maintain concentration non stop.
My manager above me expects me to learn all the new concepts and teach it and apply it, expects me to learn all the new systems while being overworked, over pressured and under appreciated and under valued.
I feel as I have no power, barely any say and if I challenge a staff members view or approach then I need to be prepared to be disliked for that period.
I don’t think most people who aren’t managers actually understand the complexity and the difficulty of what the role is like, especially me!!
On top of this all, I have my personality which is overly transparent (can read everything on my face), pure and honest with my thoughts and words, and if I’m feeling something then I’ll show it, good or bad!
But….but I have learned first hand that won’t work and doesn’t work, because I need to maintain a positive culture and manage my emotions even when I’m not happy or agree.
Least to say that it is not what expected and for a role that I’ve always wanted, it feels so natural to me, this is the hardest job I’ve done in most confusingly hard ways to explain as possible.
