Tramadol is a synthetic opiate used to treat pain and muscle ache.
Tramadol is a synthetic opiate used to treat pain and muscle ache. It can also be purchased over the counter in some countries, but it's typically a prescription drug in the United States.
Like other opioids, tramadol acts on your nervous system by blocking pain signals from reaching your brain. Because of this effect, tramadol reduces both physical and emotional symptoms associated with pain—including nausea/vomiting and drowsiness/nervousness—and makes you feel less discomfort overall if you're having an illness like flu or pneumonia that causes severe coughing from deep within your chest cavity (the lungs).
In order to purchase tramadol online, you first need to know where to get it.
Here you can get
tramadol 100mg capsules from mexico Are you looking to buy tramadol online? In order to make the process easier, here are some things that you should know.
● You can get tramadol in the US and Canada. The most common place where people buy this drug is from a pharmacy or a convenience store, but there are also many other options available depending on your location and how much money you want to spend:
● Online pharmacies (e-pharmacies) offer an easy way for people who live far away from their doctor or don't have access to one at all due to cost concerns (or perhaps because of its illegality). These companies often provide an alternative source for medicines like tramadol without having any issues doing so because they don't need any prescription from federal agents like doctors do when prescribing medicine legally through prescriptions written by licensed professionals such as physicians who specialize in treating patients suffering from pain management issues related specifically around major injuries; instead these types of medications must first be prescribed beforehand either directly by doctors during regular visits between visits after diagnosis has been made regarding symptoms being present since then treatment plans can begin immediately afterwards since no longer waiting until next year when annual checkups occur again after which time another round starts over again until finally everything gets better!
Tramadol is a prescription drug that contains the opioid pain reliever tramadol hydrochloride. The medication can be administered by injection or oral consumption. When taken as prescribed, it has been shown to help people with severe pain by relieving their symptoms of moderate to high intensity for up to 8 hours after taking one tablet every 4 hours.
Tramadol is an analgesic that works by binding with receptors in the brain and spinal cord where they regulate body functions such as mood, cognitive function and sleep patterns. It also affects nerves directly resulting in reduced muscle spasms or cramps associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
Tramadol is an opioid drug and should be taken exactly as prescribed.
Mexican Tramadol is an opioid drug and should be taken exactly as prescribed. If you have any questions about your treatment, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.
If you need medical help for an allergic reaction to tramadol, call a doctor right away because it could be fatal.
Tramadol belongs to a class of drugs called opioids (narcotic pain relievers). It works by blocking pain signals from reaching the brain so that they can't cause feelings of distress or anxiety in people who use them on purpose, such as patients taking part in scientific studies or those recovering from surgery after surgery ends up being too much for their bodies to handle without receiving some sort of relief first - whether physical or emotional!

2023.03.21 12:09 Realfirefighter2020 How frequent are daycare sicknesses?
Hi friends, just wondering if we are doing something wrong or if our daycare is doing something wrong in maintaining good hygiene practices? I’m just shocked at how frequently my child is falling sick since starting daycare. He is 1 year old and started daycare about 3 weeks ago and has been able to attend less than 50% of the time. Week 1: he went 2 days for a few hours each day then came down with a viral fever and didn’t go the next 3 days Week 2: went all week Week 3: started showing symptoms of a stomach bug which only got worse over the next few days so he didn’t go that entire week Week 4: went 1 day (yesterday) and is down with a fever and cough again
I am a FTM so just looking to see if this is normal or should we be doing something differently?

2023.03.21 12:09 wife_emailer i dont know what parent to live with.
theres so many pros and cons to living at my moms and at my dads at my moms theres a lot of pros but majority are cons. my moms my absolute bestfriend and her boyfriends a nice guy but the environment i'm in is not okay for an African american lesbian
im in a country place and its really homophobic here i feel like i cant embrace myself or my culture without being picked on. ive been called the n word and the f slur constantly and i feel ike i have to hold back my personality at home because my stepdad doesnt like it . i have no friends out here that i feel comfortable talking to and hanging out with and the only friends i do have basically use me as an excuse that they arent homophobic. my mental health has been dragged down significantly these last 3 years ive been here. im a freshman and my teachers are still giving us bathroom passes and saying we cant be on our phones and some days i just need a break.
my moms boyfriend tends to comment on my eating a lot i cant handle certain textures when eating so im extremely picky and he always makes fun of me for that and gives me shit for it like i can just change my tastebuds like i wish i could eat certain things like other kids i wish i could gain weight. like one time he commented that im so skinny i need to eat a box of twinkie's and i called my brother crying. ( me and my siblings all kinda have a struggles when it comes to eating my sister binge eats and my brother has body dysmorphia so its hard for him) my brother even talked to my mom about it and nothing was done.
the thing is ive talked to my mom about it several times and she jumps to his defense every time when i told my mom i was having gender dysphoria she proceeded to say i was to young and when i broke down sobbing telling her i hate my appearance and i need help she didnt do anything she just told me to go to my room.
i can say though the only pros that ive noticed i have at my moms is that i have stuff. i have a 2 guitars a piano a big tv a pc the newest xbox ps4 iphone 14 big bed nice clothes anything a kid could ask for while at my dads i would most likely be sleeping in the living room? my dads more so on the lower class in a bit of a bad dangerous neighborhood and he would never take me anywhere i needed to go so why would i prefer there and not my moms?
my dad has no relationship with me and we bond over our love of music and not to mention my dads so homophobic its crazy. even though his sisters is literally a lesbian . but i can tell my dads trying and i want a bond with him you know? i want to be able to bond with both of my parents. my grandma has cancer and shes getting surgery this week and me and her dont have the best relationship and thats within reason but i regret not calling her back and spending time with her and i would hate if that happened to my dad.
so even though i have everything a kid could want my mom moved me out here when i have no family out here the only family out here for me is my mom and her boyfriend. At my dads theres my sister brother my cousin and everyone in between. i really want to be close to my dad and as far as i know im gonna finish freshman year move in with my dad for a bit and see how it is over the summer and then decide i just dont wanna hurt my mom in the process
be honest what would you guys do?

2023.03.21 12:09 IslamAnswers2020 Follow this etiquette when discussing 🌙 sightings
It's that time of the year again Moon Sighting Discussion Etiquette:
- Recognise that both opinions are correct. Global sighting and Local sighting are valid opinions within the Ummah. Respect both opinions.
- Know that this is an issue the Sahabah differed over. Whichever opinion you follow is fine. However, it must be followed correctly according the Fiqh.
- Do not speak about this issue unless you have knowledge.
- Do not approach the issue from a sectarian perspective, rather follow the Madhaahib of Ahl al-Sunnah.
- Refrain from argumentation. Ramadan is a blessed month, do not waste your time with futile arguments as it is not good for the heart.
- Unity within the Ummah is not determined by everything being on the same day. Unity is achieved by respecting valid differences.
May this be a blessed month for us all 💚

2023.03.21 12:08 ThePotatoSlasher How to track anyone by just their phone number for less than $1 [Special Offer]
📍 Being informed matters
Public records services are an increasingly popular way to access information about people, properties, and other public data. These types of services can be used for a variety of purposes, including reconnecting with old friends, performing background checks, and identifying unknown phone numbers.
One of the most common use cases for public records services is to reconnect with old friends. Whether you've lost touch over the years or simply need to update your contact information, these services can provide a quick and easy way to find someone's current address and phone number. This can be especially useful for people who have moved frequently or changed their phone numbers.
Another common use case for public records services is to perform background checks on individuals. This can be useful for employers who are considering hiring a new employee, landlords who are screening potential tenants, or even individuals who are looking to date someone new. By using a public records service, you can quickly and easily access public records to see if someone has a criminal history or other red flags.
Reverse phone lookup services are another popular use case for public records services. If you've ever received a phone call from an unknown number, you know how frustrating it can be. Luckily, many public records services offer reverse phone lookup services, which allow you to identify the owner of a phone number. This can be especially useful if you're dealing with unwanted telemarketing calls or harassing phone calls.
For those in the market for a new home, public records services can be useful for reviewing property data on the house you want. By accessing public records, you can find information such as property ownership, tax assessments, and sales history. This can help you make informed decisions when it comes to buying or renting a home.
Finally, public records services can be used to look up potential relationships. Whether you're curious about a new love interest or simply want to learn more about a family member's partner, these services can provide valuable information about someone's background, including their marital status, criminal history, and more.
📍 Tracking someone down
Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you needed to track down an old friend or verify someone's identity? Perhaps you've received an unknown phone call and want to know who's on the other end. Whatever your reasons may be, finding the right resources can be a daunting task.
Recently, I was in a situation where I needed to locate a long-lost friend. After some searching, I came across Intelius.com, a public records company based in Seattle. I was intrigued by the various services they offered, including background checks, criminal records searches, and reverse phone and address lookups. I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised by the results.
Using just my friend's name and a general idea of where they might be living, I was able to locate their current address and phone number within minutes. I was impressed with how easy the process was and the amount of information Intelius provided.
Just like any service, Intelius does have its drawbacks. Some reviews have noted that their pricing can be confusing, and their customer service hours are limited. It's important to read through their pricing and terms of service carefully before committing to any service.
That being said, in my experience, Intelius provided a fast and reliable way to find the information I needed. I was impressed with the amount of data they were able to provide, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable public records company.
For example, a friend of mine received several harassing phone calls from an unknown number. Using Intelius' reverse phone lookup service, she was able to identify the owner of the number and put a stop to the calls.
In another instance, a business owner I know used Intelius to perform background checks on potential employees. The service provided valuable information that helped them make informed decisions about who to hire.
Intelius can be a valuable tool in many different scenarios. Whether you're trying to reconnect with someone from your past or need to perform a criminal records search, their services can provide the information you need quickly and easily. Just be sure to carefully review their pricing and policies before using their services.
📍 Special Deal
Most tracking services can be quite expensive, but in this case you can follow this link to track someones number down for just $0.95. This is a one time offer!

2023.03.21 12:08 Husjay115 The Skull Merchant issues
This is just me being honest
I've played this game for 5 years. I have never played such a toxic, boring annoying killer in my whole dead by daylight experience.
So Devs, do you test this issue ( not disrespect). Did you not think that this killer might be one of your worst designs ever. All the skull etc etc games last an hour because all the skull has to do is set up there stupid "drones" on three gens and that's it they win.
If a survivor disables the drones guess what the killer can just turn it back on in one second, this means I get exposed regardless.
I read that it takes 9 months to design a killer and you didn't think this would be an issue?
It's so monotonous and all my games against this killer is the same. Hit the surviver, run back to the 3 gens. Hit the surviver run back . Hit the surviver then run back again.
The 3 drones just patrol's the gens and it's annoying to see. I could bring potential energy to try help but bringing one perk just in case I get this killer isn't realistic.
Then they slug you and nod over and over again like they just out played you.
So yea that's all I have. I hope others can provide their experience if they would like to.
Thank you.

2023.03.21 12:06 Henrekt96 Spellsword class for 5e. I haven't actually played the game so it might be really un balanced.
Spellsword
The idea was to have a class that rewards using both magic and weapons. The second thing was to have a class that still gets some of the more fun spells and feels like someone who is good with magic. This however needs to be balanced, so if you convert your mana into spellslots you will have fewer than an eldritch knight.
Hit dice: 1D10 per spellsword level
Spell DC: 8+int
Saving throws: Intelligence, Constitution
Proficiencies:
Armor: light armor, medium armor, shields
Weapons: Simple and martial
Skills: choose 2 from, Athletics, Acrobatics, Arcana, Investigation, History, perception, Religion.
Progression Everything here is listed as level progression within the class Mana: 0+int, 0+int, 1+int, 1+int, 2+int, 2+int, 3+int, 3+int, 3+int, 4+int, 4+int, 4+int, 5+int, 5+int, 5+int, 5+int, 6+int, 6+int, 6+int, 6+int.
Max spell level known: 1st, 1st, 1st, 2nd, 2nd, 2nd, 3rd, 3rd, 3rd, 4th, 4th, 4th, 5th, 5th, 5th, 6th, 6th, 6th, 7th, 7th.
Cantrips known:2, 2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 4, 4, 4, 5, 5, 5, 6, 6, 6, 7, 7, 7, 8, 8.
Intelligent fighter: Your training with your weapon has focused on anatomy, leverage and the optimization of your strike, rather than strength or speed. You are proficient with simple and martial weapons that lack the heavy or two handed properties. You use intelligence for attack and damage instead of strength or dexterity.
Mana magic: You have trained in an ancient form of spellcasting, one that is less efficient than that used by other casters but is more flexible. You use mana as your ressource for spellcasting, a spell costs 1 mana per level. You have mana equal to your proficiency bonus plus your intelligence modifier. Intelligence is your spellcasting modifier.
Spellbook: At 1st level, you have a spellbook containing 3 1st-level wizard spells of your choice. Your spellbook is the repository of the wizard spells you know, except your cantrips, which are fixed in your mind. The spells that you add to your spellbook as you gain levels reflect the arcane research you conduct on your own, as well as intellectual breakthroughs you have had about the nature of the multiverse. You might find other spells during your adventures. You could discover a spell recorded on a scroll in an evil wizard's chest, for example, or in a dusty tome in an ancient library.
Copying a Spell into the Book. When you find a wizard spell of 1st level or higher, you can add it to your spellbook if it is of a spell level you can prepare and if you can spare the time to decipher and copy it. Copying a spell into your spellbook involves reproducing the basic form of the spell, then deciphering the unique system of notation used by the wizard who wrote it. You must practice the spell until you understand the sounds or gestures required, then transcribe it into your spellbook using your own notation. For each level of the spell, the process takes 2 hours and costs 50 gp. The cost represents material components you expend as you experiment with the spell to master it, as well as the fine inks you need to record it. Once you have spent this time and money, you can prepare the spell just like your other spells.
Replacing the Book. You can copy a spell from your own spellbook into another book-for example, if you want to make a backup copy of your spellbook. This is just like copying a new spell into your spellbook, but faster and easier, since you understand your own notation and already know how to cast the spell. You need to spend only 1 hour and 10 gp for each level of the copied spell. If you lose your spellbook, you can use the same procedure to transcribe the spells that you have prepared into a new spellbook. Filling out the remainder of your spellbook requires you to find new spells to do so, as normal. For this reason, many wizards keep backup spellbooks in a safe place.
Cantrips: As a part of your training you have been taught not to rely too much on powerful spells. At 1st level you know 2 cantrips from the wizard spell list, you can learn an additional cantrip every third level, learning your 8th last at 19th level.
Arcane arms: At second level you can spend an hour to forge an arcane connection to your weapon. You can now always summon it to your hand. You can also use your weapon as an arcane focus. You can only be bound to 2 weapons at a time
Magic flow: At 2nd level, you learn to harness the excess energy released when casting a spell. After you cast a damaging spell or cantrip your next weapon attack within 6 seconds will deal an additional 1D8 of that type. If another damaging spell is cast before your next weapon attack, that spell's damage type wil count. At 9th level this damage die is upgraded to 2D8, to 3D8 at 16th level, and 4D8 at 20th level. At 20th level the effect also lasts for your next two attacks.
Meditation: At 3rd level, during a short rest you can regain mana equal to your intelligence modifier. This can only be done once per long rest. At 17th level you can regain all your mana during a short rest. This can only be done once per long rest.
Ability score improvement: When you reach 4th level, and again at 8th, 12th, 16th, and 19th level, you can increase one ability score of your choice by 2, or you can increase two ability scores of your choice by 1. As normal, you can't increase an ability score above 20 using this feature.
Extra attack: Beginning at 5th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.
Sword and sorcery: At 6th level you gain the ability to weave magic and martials together. When you take the attack action you can now cast a cantrip in place of your one of attacks. You can also now spend an hour to combine your spellbook and a shield. You can perform a ritual lasting 1 minute to separate your book from the shield again.
Arcane effects: At 11th level you gain the ability to channel the energy of non damaging spells through your weapon. After you cast a non damaging spell or cantrip your next attack will have an effect depending on the school of magic. Abjuration - If you hit, you AC is increased by 1 for 6 seconds Conjuration - If you hit, you carve a minor rip in space allowing you to teleport 10ft. Divination - If you hit you gain an insight into the target and learn all its strengths and weaknesses. you learn all of its damage vulnerabilities, damage resistances, damage immunities, and condition immunities. Enchantment - If you hit, the target becomes charmed for 6 seconds. Evocation - If you hit, you choose a damage type, the target becomes vulnerable to that type for 6 seconds. Illusion - If you hit, the target's vision is obscured by an illusory fog giving them disadvantage on their next attack roll. Necromancy - If you hit, you deal additional damage equal to your intelligence modifier and regain that amount of health. Transmutation - If you hit, the target's speed is halved and has disadvantage on dexterity saving throws for 6 seconds.
Empowered cantrip: At 13th level you have learned how to increase the potency of your cantrips. You can now add your intelligence modifier to cantrip damage rolls, that doesn't already add it.
Subclasses:
Order of the Juggernaut: You have focused your studies towards battle, and war. How to handle heavy weapons and multiple enemies.
Heavily armed: You gain proficiency with heavy and 2 handed weapons. You can choose to use strength or intelligence for attacks.
Mana burst: Starting at 3rd level when you channel your magic through your weapon using arcane flow, you can choose to strike the ground and deal half the damage to everything in a 5ft radius around you, or in a 15 ft cone in front of you. Creatures in range take half damage if they succeed a dexterity saving throw against your spellcasting modifier. At 7th level you can double the range by spending 2 mana. At 17th level you can quadruple the range, for 4 mana.
Spell Shield: At 3rd level, when you successfully cast a spell you gain an amount of temporary hit points equal to the spells level +1, cantrips count as level 0. These hit points last until the end of your next turn.
Arcana Agility: At 3rd level you can spend one mana to increase your move speed by 15ft and your jump height by 10ft for one minute.
Magic might: Starting at 7th level when you roll a strength check or saving throw you can channel mana through your body to increase your strength for a brief time. For each point of mana you spend you add 2 to your roll. At 10th level you can do this with dexterity rolls aswell.
Arcane cache: At 10th level, you learn how to store the magic energy, from magic flow, in your weapon. Each time you directly deal damage with a spell or a cantrip you gain 1 charge you can store 3 charges in your weapon. When you hit with a melee weapon attack all the charges stored in the weapon are released dealing damage according to your magic flow multiplied by the number of charges. The damage is always that of the last spell you dealt damage with. At At 14th level you can store 5 charges.
Order of the Rune keeper: You are part of the order of the Rune keepers. As well as the study of spellcasting your arcane studies also focused on the study of rune magic.
Language comprehension. You gain proficiency in arcana, and expertise if you are already proficient. At second level you gain proficiency with 2 additional languages.
Rune magic: Starting at 3nd level you can inscribe runes to create certain effects to an object or creature you can touch. You can spend 10 minutes to inscribe a rune by hand, or spend 1 mana and a bonus action to instantly inscribe it by arcane means. If a rune is forced on an unwilling target, it has to fail a dexterity saving throw against your spell DC. A rune only holds its power for 1 hour, after that it needs to be reapplied. You can apply a number of runes equal to half your spellsword level each day. At 2nd level you know 2 runes. You can choose two additional runes at 7th, 10th and 14th level. The runes are chosen from this list:
Vex(enchantment) - the target's weight is halved and takes no damage from falling. All movement, including forced, is doubled.
Sol(divination) - the target glows brightly, and produces bright light in a 30ft radius and dim light for 60ft. Any creature closer than 5ft to the target is blinded for 6 seconds when the light appears. When the light hits a magical or invisible object or creature, it will start to glow.
Dol(illusion) - the target is enveloped in a 5ft radius sphere of magical darkness. Creatures with darkvision cannot see through it.
Ith(transmutation) - the target becomes denser and more resilient and gets a +2 to AC, and has disadvantage on dexterity saving throws.
Ohm(abjuration) - the target is immune to any enchantment or transmutation at 3rd level or lower. When the effect takes place the rune is rendered inactive and has to be reapplied. This does not affect any magical effect already placed on the target.
Mal(conjuration) - if the rune is touched it explodes and deals 3d6 necrotic damage.
Tir(evocation) - the target becomes vulnerable to slashing and piercing damage, and resistant to fire and Frost.
Nef(Necromancy) - if the target is destroyed or killed it will be repaired or revived with 1HP. When the effect takes place the rune is rendered inactive and has to be reapplied.
Rune caster: At 4th level when you inscribe a rune using arcane means, you can do so at 30ft range.
At 14th level, inscribing a rune will trigger arcane effects.
Rune master: At 17th level you are able to use a spell to inscribe a rune without spending any extra mana. If you make a successful spell attack you can choose to inscribe a rune as well.
Mage Hunter: You have dedicated your studies to resist and hunt wizards and other magic users.
Magic resilience: Beginning at 3rd level, you gain advantage on saving throws from magic effects. At 10th level if you succeed a dexterity saving throw caused by a magical effect or spell you are not affected by it at all.
Disruptive presence: Beginning at 7th level, when an enemy is within 5ft of you their concentration rolls are made with disadvantage. At 14th level once per round, when anyone performs a spell attack within 5ft of you, you can choose to grant disadvantage on the roll.
Arcane strikes: At 3rd level you learn one of the following strikes. You learn an additional strike at 7th, 10th, 14th, and 17th level. When your weapon is charged with magic from magic flow, you can spend one mana and do one weapon attack with one of the following effects instead:
Tethering strike: on a successful hit an ethereal tether connects you to your target for 1 minute. The target is now unable to move/or teleport out of your range.
Silencing strike: on a successful hit, your target has to make a constitution saving throw of 8+ the damage dealt by the strike. If they fail they are now silenced for the next minute
Dispelling strike: on a successful hit you cast dispel magic on the target. If a roll is made you can choose to add the weapon damage to the roll instead of dealing it to the target.
Lunging strike: as you are striking your arcana propels you 30ft forward in a straight line. Anything you hit will stop you and takes an additional 2D6 force damage, plus 1 per 5ft you moved, in a straight line.
Shocking strike: on a successful hit the target takes an additional 4D6 of lightning damage, and can't take a reaction until the start of its next turn.
Disintegrating strike: On a successful hit, the target takes an additional 2D8 force damage. If you destroy or kill the target it disintegrates. A creature killed in this way can only be resurrected by true resurrection and a wish spell. If the target is a construct of magical force, such as wall of force, it will be destroyed if the additional damage is twice that of the spells level.

2023.03.21 12:06 GhostofaCockroach Rarely alone
Hello, I'm hoping someone can point me towards more resources.
For a good month or so, I was receiving sage advice from..? I thought I'd just made contact with my subconscious, or intuition, as I know now to be false. It's normally there maybe, 5/10% of the day. The first system I had down was yes/no questions based on feelings in the heart/throat. Feelings, too potent to ignore. After some time it became apparent it was something that had emotions, too. Now it's been going on two months since 'first contact.'
Is there any phenomenon that could link to this? It's sometimes possible for an almost normal conversation, though it's normally likened to advice. Genuine, even life changing, advice I would have never pushed for. Or even known. Especially at such a rapid rate.
Ignoring the feelings that normally come through in the "chakras," today was something new. What could cause 'phantom' tears? Very, very little grief behind them, but it felt just like I was crying. Happened multiple times over 2/3 hours tonight. Most bizarre thing I've experienced.
The only fear I feel is the uncertainty of just what this is. All of the advice has been earnest to a fault, and the feelings/emotions are never negative/hateful
Thank you for any insight

2023.03.21 12:05 infernal1999 The Role of Exercise in Weight Loss Debunking Common Myths and Misconceptions
If you're on a weight loss journey, you've probably heard a lot about the importance of exercise. While exercise is undoubtedly beneficial for overall health and well-being, it's important to separate fact from fiction when it comes to its role in weight loss. In this article, we'll debunk some common myths and misconceptions about exercise and weight loss.
Myth #1: Exercise is the most important factor in weight loss.
While exercise can certainly help with weight loss, it's not the most critical factor. The most significant contributor to weight loss is a calorie deficit, meaning you burn more calories than you consume. This can be achieved through a combination of diet and exercise.
Myth #2: You need to exercise for hours a day to lose weight.
You don't need to spend hours a day at the gym to lose weight. In fact, research suggests that short, intense workouts can be just as effective as longer, moderate-intensity exercises. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) and resistance training are both effective ways to burn calories and build muscle.
Myth #3: Cardio is the best type of exercise for weight loss.
While cardio can certainly help you burn calories, it's not necessarily the best type of exercise for weight loss. Strength training and resistance training can help build muscle, which in turn increases your metabolism and helps you burn more calories throughout the day.
Myth #4: You can eat whatever you want as long as you exercise.
Unfortunately, exercise doesn't give you a free pass to eat whatever you want. While exercise can help you burn calories, it's essential to maintain a healthy, balanced diet to achieve sustainable weight loss.
Myth #5: Exercise alone is enough for weight loss.
Exercise alone is unlikely to lead to significant weight loss unless combined with a healthy diet. It's also important to note that weight loss is not the only benefit of exercise. Regular physical activity can improve cardiovascular health, reduce stress, and boost mood.
Conclusion.
Exercise is undoubtedly beneficial for overall health and well-being, but it's important to understand its role in weight loss. Debunking common myths and misconceptions can help you develop a more effective weight loss plan that combines diet and exercise. Remember, the key to sustainable weight loss is creating a calorie deficit through a combination of healthy eating and regular physical activity.

2023.03.21 12:05 AutoModerator [Get] Dan Koe – Digital Economics Masters Degree Full Course Download
| Get the course here: https://www.genkicourses.com/product/dan-koe-digital-economics-masters-degree/ Dan Koe – Digital Economics Masters Degree https://preview.redd.it/4w9tt8nthyoa1.png?width=1920&format=png&auto=webp&s=aaacbd9fdb837f07a27a37c49cd406115367f9e4 What You Get Phase 0) Digital Economics 101 The Digital Economics 101 module will open 1 week prior to the cohort start date. This is an onboarding module that will get you up to speed so we can get straight into the material. This will be required to finish before the start date. - Gain a deep understanding of all of the pieces in the digital economy.
- Learn about the future of media and code — the front-end and backend of the internet — so you can focus your efforts.
- Understand digital leverage, distribution, no-code tools, and digital assets so you can take part in the mental & financial wealth transfer.
Phase 1) Creating A Meaningful Niche Every day I hear people going on and on about trying to find their niche.I also hear people talking about how they don’t know how to combine what they love talking about with what will sell. You already have the answer. You just don’t have the clarity. - Develop a long-term strategy to create your own niche — meaning you don’t have to worry about your “competition” playing status games.
- Discover your life’s work, curiosities, and obsessions. I see too many people that are uncertain about this for years.
- Cultivate and turn your vision, goals, and values into a brand that attracts an audience you love interacting with (and that will buy from you, and only you).
Phase 2) Content Strategy There is one thing that separates those who make it in the digital economy and those who don’t.It’s the quality, articulation, and perceived originality of their content. The content you post has to make sense to the people you attract.Everyone has a different voice and tone that they resonate with. That they are congruent with and trust. It has to change their thought patterns or behavior — that’s what makes you memorable. That’s what separates you from the sea of people posting surface-level copy-cat style posts.Example and putting my money where my mouth is: - Become an expert-level speaker or writer on the topics you care about.
- Never run out of content ideas for your posts or promotions (without using content templates — that’s how you stay a commodity).
- Create posts, blogs, tweets, images, and videos that resonate with other’s on a deep level. People will actually ask you how you got so good at what you do.
- Separate yourself from the ocean of B-tier creators that struggle to sell their products, services, andhave their ideas stick in the head of their audience.
- Implement our Epistemic Research Method — which is just a fancy way of saying scientific research method… but it’s for researching your mind to craft brilliant content and product ideas.
Phase 3) Crafting Your Offer Most people are sitting on a goldmine of skills, experience, and knowledge ( that they can use to help people 1-2 steps behind them). That is what people pay for.Considering 95% of the market are beginners… if you are good at something, you can help them get to your level ( no matter how “basic” you think the information is).Do you not watch basic content all day anyway? People don’t want new information, they want to be reminded of what works. - Use our Minimum Viable Offer strategy to start monetizing immediately (and have something to improve over time, rather than procrastinating until it’s perfect).
- Have a strategy for reducing the time you spend working over time (as you build leverage and improve your offer).
- Know how to create your own customers from the audience you are building, instead of “finding” the right customer for your offer.
- Take the guesswork out of building coaching, consulting, or digital product offers.
Phase 4) Marketing Strategy You aren’t making money because you aren’t promoting yourself or your offer. That is literally the only way to make money. Have something desirable and consistently put it in front of peoples’ faces. In Phase 4, I will show you how to systemize, automate, and be consistent with simple promotions. You will be able to make money without having the chance of forgetting to do it (or letting fear of failure get in the way). - Learn to sell on social media, in your writing, and across different platforms.
- Have consistent sales coming in while focusing on your meaningful message (no need to sound salesy all the time).
- Learn advanced automation strategies that you can implement at your own pace, especially once you validate your offer.
Bonus) The Creator Command Center The Creator Command Center is a Notion template that houses all of the systems. This is how you will manage your brand, content, offer creation, marketing strategy, and systemized promotions for consistent sales. Bonus) Live Product Build & Launch In the first Digital Economics Cohort, I built out my course The 2 Hour Writer.I have videos showing how I build it with the strategies in phase 3 and 4.There is a bonus module that shows how I had an $85,000 launch that resulted in my first $100K month.I did this to prove the strategies inside Digital Economics work if you stick to the plan. And, this past Black Friday, I blew my that monthly high out of the water in 4 days. That’s the power of these strategies if you stay consistent with your life’s work. submitted by AutoModerator to GenkiCourses_2023 [link] [comments] |

2023.03.21 12:04 Heavy_Bets Why is this video not doing well?
2023.03.21 12:04 RedEagle_MGN For those who are struggling to build their indie team, here are some things I've learned
I built a game dev team that's flourishing and I started on
INAT but the challenge was immense.
It's really common for people starting a game project to struggle to get the help they feel they need to make the game a reality. They are often stuck between a rock and a hard place -- not having the funds to pay people up front and not having all the skills needed to make a game solo.
I've been there, but more than ever I found my way out, and I thought I would reach back and see if I can help some others. I built a team starting on
INAT here that has grown to 35+ daily active developers with every talent needed to make a solid title. We meet every single day in three different time zones and the team dynamic is extremely positive. 75% of people on the team have a degree in their field.
This article was written for inat but I thought I would share here. 1. Don't take no for an answer
There's going to be a lot of people who push you down, and many of them are just trying to avoid this industry being taken over by “idea people.” However, if you have leadership talent and no coding skills, this industry actually needs you and it is possible.
2. It's going to take hard work
If you're not bringing any skills to the table, you probably shouldn't be doing this. However, if you're a natural-born leader and if you're ready to put in hard work every single day and be really humble about the advice you get from other people, you do have the opportunity to make it happen nonetheless.
3. Humility is important
Knowing that you need mentorship is critical to your success. You don't want to make all the mistakes the hard way. There have been people that have been down this road and who can make your life a lot easier, and you can find people like that on this sub.
This whole industry is surprisingly generous, but nobody likes somebody with a big ego who can't take any advice.
4. Be positive about your worst people
About 80% of the people who join these sorts of Reddits would like to have the feeling of making games without putting in the real tough, long, enduring work. They constantly join new projects because they love the feeling of joining new things, but they don't have what it takes to finish.
You're probably going to start by begging kids that are barely out of high school to help you out. Be grateful for what you get. If you're not bringing money to the table honestly, you shouldn't expect anything.
I was able to slowly raise the average age and capability of my team by cherishing those who I got at the low level. I knew they were going to quit in 3 weeks, and so I wrote standard operating procedure documents which made it so that once they dropped the ball, I could find somebody else to pick it up, and it wouldn't be a big deal.
5. Culture is everything
A few years ago, a comprehensive study was put together to correlate factors with a game's success and failure.
Here is what they found:
https://i.imgur.com/okKs9mo.png Vision and culture made the most difference out of any factor they studied. It matters more than production methodology, extra work hours, and all other factors.
If you're going to build a team, you need to set the standard. Think about the impact you want to have in the world and focus your team on that. Don't allow serious deviation from your culture, and double down on your culture.
I had great success by focusing very heavily on a people-first culture. It also has zero tolerance for anything less than professional behavior.
6. No sacred cows
People who violate your culture and who are complaining and putting other people down need to be removed before they cause issues. The best way to deal with this is to have such a culture that you don't attract the people in the first place.
However, if you have to deal with these kinds of people, have the procedures already set in place, so it doesn't seem like it's arbitrary or personal.
7. A big idea, a small footprint
Great games are not great because they are 3D or AAA or any of that. However, if you pitch some very small scale game which you know is realistic, you're also going to get a lot less people that are interested.
This forced me to scope up my ideas very significantly, but I regret that mistake. What you must do is think about a massive-impact idea that does not require much effort.
This is extremely difficult.
8. Live events are the lifeblood of your community
Getting together on a regular basis is essential to help people get out of the mentality that somebody else is going to make this game. Meeting on a regular basis and working together live is critical to your success. Do this regularly.
Every Monday, I have a live event where we all come together, and we delegate tasks to everybody on the team. If we didn't have that live event, nobody would actually step up to take those tough leadership roles that we need to elect people to every single week. However, people feel the burden of responsibility when they're together live that somebody's got to do it, and it's probably got to be them.
9. Let birds fly
When people leave your team to join other projects, rather than being sad about it, encourage them and celebrate it, and they'll remember you and they'll help you out in the future. Don't hold on to people, you're not doing them a service that way.
10. Age is everything
I have recruited more than a thousand people to the team in order to focus in on those who make a difference. The correlation with age and success is incredible, if you get people 30+ you are building a proper team.
11. Don’t promise money
You need to get in touch with a lawyer and set up an agreement right away because you don't want to sort this out afterward. That said, I personally lean away from making any promises of compensation because in my experience the game's business is incredibly hits-driven and you never know which one makes it and which one doesn't.
It's tough to motivate people to cross the entire Mount Everest of making a game purely on money. I've decided to avoid it but your best to set up a basic revenue split agreement if you need it.
Make a legal agreement but don’t make sky-high promises.
Conclusion
Get mentorship, work hard, build a positive-focused community and don’t speak about money.
Leaders needed
If, rather than recruiting a team, you would like to play a production role in an already established team, visit: Be aware, we don't have traditional managers, rather, we have servant leaders. Expect to lift people up from the bottom.

2023.03.21 12:03 CrazySkull99 Absolute bad a$$ way to always smell Fantastic! (short read)
This is what I've learnt over time. Purposefully keeping the post short for easy read.
Smelling good has 2 parts :
Part 1. Eliminating bad odours
Part 2. Smelling good
¦Part 1¦
Eliminate bad odours.
This is most important. Better smell nothing than smell bad.
Most important : Bath properly at least on alternate days
-use loofah & a good soap/shower gel
-wash underarms
-use a good shampoo (treseme, loreal etc)
- guys, clean your privates, especially the "tip" and its around.
After that, You need to use 2 things
Use a good branded deodorant every morning, preferably with no/mild scent (so as to not clash with your perfume). I use nivea, park avenue.
Apply on bare underarm, bare chest & lower back. Wear your clothes & apply again on clothed underarms. It thoroughly keeps odours at bay.
Deodorant controls odour but doesn't control amount/quantity of sweat.
They come in roll on & sprays which controls the amount of sweating. I use Nivea roll on & Yardley London roll on.
Use it every night.
Apply a good amount & wait for 30 seconds to let it dry. You'll be surprised how effective they are. No more sweaty underarm spots on your clothes.
¦Part 2¦
Fragrance yourself.
Use a good EDP perfume, preferably at least a good lattafa /ajmal. Avoid cheapies.
Spray twice on both shoulders (on clothes, 4 sprays).
Spray once behind each ear, & both elbow. Roughly 6-8 sprays in total.
Do not be obsessed with longevity & lasting. Choose a scent that you enjoy. Best way to increase longevity is to-
-Always carry a 10 ml decant bottle & spray another 3-4 sprays (half the number of sprays) after 4 hours.
That's it. Suggestions & comments are welcome.

2023.03.21 12:03 DayOneOverAgain Physique/Week 12/Female
Something finally clicked and I’ve been able to stay within my calorie targets over the past few days. I feel much less bloated (which also could be hormone related).
I only did 3 workouts this week, as I had to work over the weekend, but I still feel good about my gym progress! On my bench day I knocked out 11 reps at 80 lbs for my last set which was an AMRAP set (as many reps as possible), which I’m proud of!

2023.03.21 12:02 Smooth_Spinach_260 I just wanted to play the game man, is the state of TF2 really this bad?
Played TF2 nonstop many years ago with over 3k hours, quit for a variety of reasons. Been watching some elmaxo recently so I reinstalled tonight to give it a try.
First game, Pier, 6 players in the server, I run around for 10 seconds and get headshot by an aimbotter
Requeue (every requeue is taking me 3-5 minutes), next game puts me in a Frankfurt server even though I live in Texas
Requeue, Frontier, am votekicked by bots 20 seconds after I join
Look on Uncletopia for servers, they're all full
Look in server browser, there's like 2 full servers that aren't 24/7 2fort/turbine/trade/idle servers, can't join any of them
Requeue, Frontier again, but game ends as soon as I join. I wait till the map vote ends but there are only 4 players left once it picks the map
Requeue, Snowycoast, no aimbotters at least, but my team got fucking stomped. 10/12 players on my team have single digit points after like 8 minutes.
Requeue, Dustbowl, game ends as soon as I join.
Finally an open spot on Uncletopia! It's Borneo, we have 3 invite snipers on our team and completely stomp the other team, they can't take 2 steps out of spawn before getting headshot. Vote to scramble teams, and 2 of the snipers stay of defense and the 3rd leaves. Now I'm on attack against the snipers and we get stomped again
Requeue, Frontier, actually get a decent half, no bullshit for the first time in like an hour. Unfortunately the other team couldn't cap first point so the game only lasted 4 minutes.
Requeue, Goldrush, 8 spinbotters sitting in spawn, I walk out of spawn and am instantly headshot
Requeue, Dustbowl, server is in Stockholm. My team gets absolutely wrecked by an ubered-phlog combo.
Lose all desire to play for the next year.
I just wanted to play the game man, has it really gotten this bad? I believe I stopped playing before the bot crisis but even when I've tried to play here and there I was still able to find decent matches. But it's just unplayable man.

2023.03.21 12:02 ThrowRAstepstrep I (M18) can’t keep my boyfriend (M19) if I don’t want to damage my relationship with my mom (F40) and vice versa.
Throw away because I don’t want anyone knowing I’m asking for help. Background, my parents (F40) and (M43) broke up when me and my twin (F18) were six. We live with our mom and see our dad in the weekends. Our mom pretty much dedicated herself to us and work , having very short term relationships. When my twin and I were about 8 we were put in karate and that is where we met our friend Levi (M19) and his dad Lukas (M42). Through the years and added benefit of living in a city with 300,000 people we were always seeing Levi in our shared sports, activities, school recitals and farmer market trips. When I was 13 I came out to my family and they we very accepting. Around freshman year of high school my sister and I are in the same school as Levi so we develop a pretty solid friendship. That friendship took a turn when I was 15 and he was 16. I knew he was bisexual, he didn’t hide it but it did come as a surprise when he kissed me on one of our many sleepovers ( his dad worked Night Shift a lot so he stayed over often). After that night we started dating. We didn’t tell anyone except for my sister because it was really new and figured when we were serious we would tell everyone. Im sure everyone reading this can guess what happened in the next 6 months of my and Levi dating. My mom sat my sister and I down and explained how she and Lukas were trying to be more than friends. My heart sunk with fear and confusion but I didn’t say anything, just told her I was happy for her. Just because I’m happy for my mom didn’t mean I was breaking up with Levi. We continued dating, even when my mom accepted the proposal from Lukas, even when we try to sneak hand holds under the table and sneak to each others rooms in the night(our rooms share a bathroom). It pretty much all came to a head two weeks ago when I went to Levi’s room. I’m not sure if we were being a bit too loud or what but my mom came in the room and caught us together. It was like a bubble bursting. The look of disgust on her face is still something I think about. That morning we were sat down and told to immediately break up. Of course we shouted back that we were dating first and if anyone should break up it’s them. To keep the peace we agreed to break up. That break up lasted all of an hour and I was back in his room. We tried to be really careful. Again we were caught kissing in the garage last night. My mom gave the ultimatum to break up or move in with my dad and ruin my relationship with my mom. I don’t want that and I don’t want to lose Levi. This has been pretty scary so if anyone has any advice. Anyway for me to keep the people I love the most would be great.

2023.03.21 12:02 ProfessionalHumor589 RX 6800 XT automatically turns off and restarts PC during gameplay.
Hey all,
I'm sort of new to the whole PC building thing, I recently upgraded my GPU from a 1060 to a 6800 xt, but unfortunately I'm having this issue where the PC turns off entirely and restart automatically when I'm playing games. The time it takes for this to occur varies each time, sometime I could be playing like an hour and it turns off, other times I'm playing like maybe 15 minutes and it turns off.
I noticed the temperature seem to be OK, I'm playing on 4k and the Core Temp usually stays around 70°-75° ish, and the Junction Temp stays at around 80°-85° (sometimes 90°)
My specs:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz
RAM: 16 GB (8x2) Dual Channel RAM
GPU: PowerColor Red Dragon RX 6800 XT
PSU: EVGA 750 N1 75OW PSU
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z370P D3-CF

2023.03.21 12:01 AutoModerator [Share Course] Dan Koe – Digital Economics Masters Degree
| Download Course link: https://www.genkicourses.com/product/dan-koe-digital-economics-masters-degree/ [Share Course] Dan Koe – Digital Economics Masters Degree Size: 26.38 GB Delivery: MEGA Delivery Time : Instantly https://preview.redd.it/qksi5dusxroa1.png?width=1920&format=png&auto=webp&s=d4538317fe1268bcab3b4d3781f2911d5ece14fc What You Get Phase 0) Digital Economics 101 The Digital Economics 101 module will open 1 week prior to the cohort start date.
That’s the power of these strategies if you stay consistent with your life’s work. submitted by AutoModerator to Agency_Navigator_Gadz [link] [comments] |
