Residential Contracting 101
With over 20 years of building experience, I would like to share with you my insights in navigating becoming a successful contractor. With many different avenues of the building world its key to understand what problems will arise on any given day. A man once told a saying that stuck-the 6 p’s in life- Piss Poor Preparation leads to Piss Poor Performance. Preparation builds everything in construction, without preparation the jobsite will not run correctly. The best advice I was ever given was to learn a little about every trade giving you the ability to understand trade lingo and secrets. An example would be painters use the terminology flash; this means when the sub structure bleads through the paint. Subcontractors will give the best pricing if they respect your knowledge of the industry. If the subcontractor feels they will have to hold your hand through the job they will charge an extra fee…i.e. I call it the aggravation fee. In this blog I will explain the key elements in finding success in all aspects of the industry. Contracting is a physically and emotionally demanding job which requires planning and foresight to complete projects on time within budget. Picking your customer is just as important as picking your employees or subcontractors. I have worked for some of the most demanding customers leading me to question at the end if the job was even worth it. Sleepless nights, constant changes, lack of payment, lawsuit threats, adding work that was in the contract are just a few things you could face with a tough customer. With so many moving parts at all times it is critical to be able to adapt to changes within a short time frame. Materials will come in damaged, subcontractors will be late, employees will get sick, but the deadline you set does not change. The stress can be overwhelming at times keeping your mind in a good place is key to navigating all that is thrown at you. Choosing your client picking the right jobs-Keep these questions in mind The first question to be asked is what the time frame is to start the job to see if it fits within the timeframe for your business. If the time frame doesn’t work then move on from the project or let them know when you would be available to start. If the client really wants to use, they will wait until you are available. Taking on too much work will only lead to problems. Construction is a serviced based business, staying on top of the project and client will eliminate an unhappy customer and construction issues that will be over seen. With online presence if details are missed and customer service lacks it will only be a matter of time the phone will not ring. The second question to be asked to the client is do they have a budget in mind for the project. If they answer yes this is good, follow through with what the budget is. If the budget seems low let them know, this will eliminate a tire kicker, educate them on what the price range could be. If the budget seems reasonable then continue the discussion to the next question. If they answer no let them know that you can give them an estimate to see if the project is feasible with their finical capabilities. Taking on a job that is not correctly budgeted will lead to an unsatisfied customer due to non-transparency of the construction cost. The third question to be asked is anyone else bidding on the job, if the answer is yes, understand you might just be number check for the contractor doing the job. Dig a little deeper and find out how many numbers they are getting and why. If your business model is to be competitive be completely transparent with customer, this will gain trust with them. Let them know you get what you pay for and if you they choose the lowest bid it could lead into lack of quality of work.
The fourth question I will ask is there any specific subcontractors they wanted to use. If the answer is yes then I would explain to them you only use the subcontractors you have a working relationship with. Otherwise, this could backfire as the subcontractor might not show, do subpar work, talk behind your back to the homeowner. In my experience I would stay away from using any homeowner to alleviate problems down the road. A quick conversation now can save headaches down the road. The fifth question I will ask are planning on getting the job permitted, this needs to be known it takes more time for the permitting process. Plans will have to drawn submitted and approved to the city before work can commence. The sixth question I will ask if a residential remodel is are you going to be living through the remodel if yes understand this will take more time to navigate the project due to answering questions and cleaning the house on a daily occurrence. I would recommend seeing if the customer would be willing to move into an Airbnb or friends for at least the demo portion of the project. If they do plan on living through the remodel add a couple hours a day to accommodate the extra time that will be required. The seventh question I would ask in a residential remodel is how old the house is to see if there is asbestos that would need to removed by a proper company. A home built before 1979 will most likely have some asbestos in the house, use a licensed company with proper insurance to dispose of the materials. If everything looks good to this point find out a little more about the client personality. If the client seems reasonable, I would bid the job. Unreasonable people can cause you more stress than its worth. These are some red flags I would look out for. Some jobs are not worth the money. Very demanding in the way you are going to perform your job- I.e., tell you how you are going to do your job- You’re the professional not them! Give you a hard time about your price- haggle with price you estimated- The price is the price! If they are a family with little money and you want to help them out is one thing, if they are trying to beat you down is another. Mention they have a lawyer-there is no need for them to bring up that they have a lawyer - Run for the hills as if the job goes south, you will be the one losing out! Tell you what the payment terms are. It’s your business you get paid how it works for your company. If you want to get paid every Friday, put it into your contract-If the clients do not agree move on it will save you frustrations If they talk bad about the last contractor, chances are they will talk bad about you. There is a reason why the contractor does not work for them anymore, unless he did subpar work this a red flag Clients are using an interior decorator that will purchasing all of the materials- The materials could be ordered incorrectly by the interior designer your company will not make the mark-up it deserves. Interior decorators usually add time to the job as well as act like your boss. Charging a little extra for the time and stress that it will entail is only fair. Clients want to purchase the materials- You are using your knowledge to buy the correct materials-The mark up on the materials keeps the doors open working for wages only pays the bills The husband and wife do not get along-You will become the mediator between the couple it will lead to taking sides a losing proposition- A drama free work place is always best! Dangling carrot-if you do this job the next one will be better-Only look at what there offering at the present moment, if its not a good fit do not take the job for a job down the road…Its not worth chasing a job that might not happen! The Art of the Sale First things first selling your company is all about presentation. In meeting your clients for the first time show up with a collared golf shirt tucked in, belt, nice jeans, and newer shoes. Have a truck that a clean, no dents scratches, preferably washed the day you are going into your meeting. Have a leather note pad that is clean no dirt or paint visible. Show up 5 minutes early, if you’re running a little late shoot them a text to let them know. Treat the situation as if were going on a first date, best foot forward. As you introduce yourself give them a warm greeting, letting them know you are very interested in the work. Find out a little about them, hobbies, where they lived, etc etc. You are going to be working with them on a daily basis its nice to know what makes them tick. Having a good working relationship from the start is key forming a solid relationship. As the conversation progresses find out who wears the pants in the family…ie who’s the final decision maker. If its fits the wife, chances it is…..then kindly let the husband know happy wife happy life when their in a stall mate on an issue. As your looking at the project throw in some suggestions of what you think would look good from past experiences, this will get their attention that you have knowledge and want what’s best for them. If you see ways to save them money in their project let them know, money is a large point of the sale keep that in mind. Mention that you’re not the least expensive contractor but you’re not the most expensive either. Your customer satisfaction is your number one goal which leads to more time spent on keeping them happy. One happy customer will lead to another, one unsatisfied customer leads to work in the future. Bring up the fact the finishing the job on time is key goal to your business, many contractors run several jobs at once causing the jobs to be finished way behind schedule. You must stand out as having integrity, good morals, and the ability to problem solve to get the job. The clients will be testing you to see if you’re a good fit as well. Keep in mind as you take your notes that you must not forget anything they mention as it will come back before the job is completed…i.e. we mentioned that to you before we started the job! Take pictures of the proposed area for work, that way you can use it to better right your estimate. Let them know you will give them a detailed outline of when the job will be completed letting them see how long each phase will take and correlate it with your payment schedule. Before you leave their house let them know when the estimate will be sent to them. MAKE SURE YOU HIT THAT DEADLINE! Once you sent the email over with estimate make sure you get confirmation that they received it. Wait at least 2 days before checking with them, hopefully they contact you first! If they want negotiate the price, let them know that it is the best price that you can manage, its not worth losing money before you start. I closed 80% of the work I estimated by being very transparent and friendly. If you come off with an attitude charge double what the going rates are you might only land 1 out of 10 jobs as well as getting the reputation of being expensive. Bidding the job Looking up industry standards on pricing is what I would go buy for pricing. If you google the coat of any installation there will be a cost range for everything. Looking at the cost ranging from high to low I would tend to be in the middle. Some items might be low on the internet if this is the case use your best judgment not to lose money. Closing sales is key to success and keep the doors open for business. Being in the middle on pricing is key as most customers shy away from contractors that are extremely low or high on the price range. I tend not bid out hourly as wages do not pay for retirement. Bidding is better as customers no the exact price of the cost of construction. It also keeps the job moving quicker as time and material contractors take longer to complete projects…Thus costing the client more money and valuable time they could spend in their house. Using a Contract Using a detailed estimate tied to a contract covers your butt in 99% of the time. Having a piece of mind that every aspect of the job is covered in the estimate and contract protects both your company and the client. Key terms to include in your estimate/contract are. Have a schedule on excel showing the start dates and dates of each trade this will show the customer you are organized with time lines. If not written in the detailed in the estimate the item is excluded- This ensures if its not written down its not included. TBD- To be Determined- A phrase on a line item that has yet to had final decision of products or service needed. -The pricing will follow the decisions to be finalized Give out what your written warranty will be for parts and labor this changes state to state. If the homeowner provides the product than no warranty will be given on that particular item. In the contract have a start date and end date with the verbiage subject to change due to weather, product delivery, change orders Have a progress payment schedule to ensure the client understands when funding will be expected-Including if not payment is rendered service to the project will stop. Have written terms of how change orders will be charged-cost plus 20% or a set fee Make sure in your contract that arbitration is required versus going to court- This will save lawyer fees and going to court Many contracts can be found online and each state requires different contracts
Finding leads Finding leads is easy with the right network of people. I personally do not find working for friends or family members a good fit. Relationships get strained when money is involved, causing undue stress for both parties. I have listed a couple of ways to build a network or find work using the internet. Get in contact with realtor’s- Realtors have a big client base of homeowners who need work done Contact local Architects to see if they are working with any general contractors Leave some business cards at your local materials suppliers-Doowindow/lumber-many times clients will ask salesman for a referral. Join a business networking group- BNI is one of many Join a internet website lead generation company- Houzz, Angie’s List, Home Advisor, thumbtack, Yelp run an ad on craigslist Use a marketing company to market your website-This could become costly with little results Create a Facebook business page Create a Yelp business page
Building your subcontractor base Having 2 subcontractors for every trade, gives you the flexibility of completing jobs on time if the one the subcontractors is too busy at the time you need their service. Your subcontractors are the face of your business, choose owner run companies that are professional. Check to make sure there license are up to date..ie workman’s comp, liability insurance, state license. Choosing subcontractors with lettered vans, logoed t-shirts is s key to looking professional in the clients’ eyes. In the past I have gotten a lot of subcontractors for material supply shops, stopping by jobsites, researching the internet using Yelp, Home Advisor, etc etc. Once you get one good subcontractor ask them if they know any other trades they would recommend. One good subcontractor leads to another in most cases. The key to having a good group of subcontractors is to let them know that you are there to get help them get the job done. They do work for you but without them you are nothing…keep that in mind! Make them aware a clean jobsite is required at the end of everyday to ensure the proper safety for all parties including theirs! Over the years I have referred a lot of companies work when there is only 1 trade needed. Referring work to subcontractors is a good way to get top priority when you have work that needs to be completed ASAP. Timing is everything in times of emergency having a good group of subcontractors will make your business run smoothly. Pay your subcontractors immediately after performing work, this will make them feel appreciated! A happy subcontractor is one that will gladly go the extra mile for you knowing that there not just a number to your business! Buying lunch once a week for the jobsite is always a good token of appreciation!
Supervising In supervising any jobsite its key to monitor everything from materials on hand, weather, vehicle parking (if applicable), jobsite safety, and subcontractors’ workmanship. If you hired a professional there should be little supervision in the work being performed, on rare occasions a new hire might need some mentoring to get the results completed correctly. If you see a problem with there work address it with the worker directly, no need to call his boss…. building repour with the worker letting him know you got his back goes miles down the road! Checking in on the job first in the morning to answer any questions or changes that need to be conveyed and once in the afternoon to make sure all work be completed is done per construction industry standards. A job that is run blindly will have many more issues than one that is watched over. I have seen many jobs with no site supervision, leading to subpar quality work as well as safety hazards. Its better to be like an eagle than cluck like a turkey!
Working with the City/Inspectors On permitted jobs the city and site inspector will be a large part of how smoothly the job runs. Each phase of construction has an inspection allowing for the project to continue. Make sure your subcontractors are aware that the project is inspected before starting the job. The best way to stay on his good side is to provide a clean jobsite and having the job built to the highest standards possible. When having the site inspected be courteous to the inspector asking any questions or concerns you have with the work during the job. Being completely transparent will save you aggravation of problems down the road. The more he trust you the better if you seem sneaky or rude he will make your life a living nightmare! Many inspectors will have an attitude towards you….I suggest keeping quiet and doing what ever he wants….he’s the boss no need to get in a pissing match you will not win at. How to deal with irate customer Stay calm during any argument with an irate customer. Never raise your voice or show that you are bothered by their disgruntled behavior. If the customer is trying to get more from you than agreed upon stand your ground. Worst case scenario is you walk from the job, which in the long run be more of a loss for the client. I have only run into a couple of these clients; they are unreasonable and not worth losing sleep over a few dollars. Its best to terminate the relationship as it would be my best guess that a referral from this customer would not be one you wanted anyway. If you feel it was just a miscommunication on your end, take reasonability and remedy the problem. Taking accountability for your mistake will go a far way in their eyes and on future issues that arise. Prepping the homeowner pre-construction Before starting the job, it very important to give the homeowners a warning of what will happen during the construction process.

1. All furniture in the proposed working area must be moved- I would recommend having the clients take care of this to limit the risk of damage to their belongings.
2. There will be dust that will be in the house up to 3 months after construction-I would recommend hiring a construction cleaning company at the end of the job even so after it is cleaned dust will be present months after words.
3. There will be conflicts between you in the homeowner at some course of the job. - You will do your best to eliminate them as quickly as they arise-i.e. material damages, miscommunication, job delays
4. All decisions on materials must be made before the start of the job- this will eliminate job stoppage due to materials not being on site.
5. All materials will be on site before commencement of job-
6. Payment structures must be made per contract otherwise job will stop until payment rendered
7. Cars are to be moved out of the driveway- Ensures ease of loading and unloading of materials/tools
8. Give the specific hours that workers will be present- i.e. 7-3:30
9. Determine what areas are allowed to be used as staging for tools/materials
10. If animals are present in the home that they put outside or in a room during the day
11. All valuables in the house are locked in safe
12. Ask if using client’s household bathroom is okay or to bring in Porter Potty
13. Being transparent as possible is key to keeping a great relationship with your client!

During Construction During construction it is key to take detailed photos to eliminate any damages that were not caused by the construction process. I would also make a video to ensure all areas are included. All subcontractors should also take progress pictures to ensure if problems arise in the future, they will not be responsible for any work that they did not perform. Keep an on-going log of progress to the homeowners and share the pictures for there records. This will keep homeowners excited of the progress being made. When the house is gutted to the studs it is important to have construction photos showing where all utilities are run in the walls or sub floor. If there is a problem in the future there will photos showing all utility locations. Protect all flooring with plywood or floor protective. I also like to protect front door and tarp all areas where subcontractors are to be working. Make sure to cover any chandeliers/furniture/doorways with plastic to eliminate dust. Ask the homeowners if they have any concerns that they could think of. We’re all human and possibly a detail was missed! Post Construction Phase If the project went smoothly appreciation should be shown to the customer. Find out if the husband likes a particular type of liquor. Bring the wife a bouquet of flowers. Send a Christmas card to the family letting how much you appreciated the work. You know you have done a good job if they tell you they will refer you to their friends. The best compliment you could receive is a good referral. In Summary Try to find a knitch in the market, I found kitchens to be a great remodel projects. Bathrooms are tough as they are small, expensive with little profit margin with every trade involved. Windows/doors are also another great knitch as they can be installed quickly. There are so many different remodeling items that can be stream lined to make the selling installing process flawless. Once the core group subcontractors are in place the job almost runs itself. Every day is a learning experience with new materials or methods in construction. Keeping up with codes, materials, fluctuating labor and material cost is a job within itself. Anyone can be a contractor with the right mindset.

You make enough money to spend 1 lakh for temple trips and poojas and astrologers. Btw the astrologer charged you 9000 rupees for 40inites and all the temples we MUST go to are owned and managed by his colleagues.
But when I want to go to a therapist, who charged 3000 per hour, you were suddenly reminded of financial prudence, and time management.

Strength comes from asking for help when you're not able to bear it. Not collapsing and pretending.

When Lorian left Robert, she was in a foul mood. This bunch of clam digging flotsam needed to be investigated for criminal negligence and abuse. If things did not change before she left, she would be contacting naval criminal investigations. She could not go to the interior due to the classified nature of the evaluation for being declared a strategic asset. She asked the guard to take her to the facility commanders office.
When she entered the facility commander there were three naval officers waiting for her, the only one she had met to this point was Lt Cmdr Ashix, the security officer that had cleared her and her team for entry into the facility, she was seated to her left as she entered. To her right appeared to be an Edixi Lieutenant Commander also from naval intelligence with medical insignia and the woman behind the desk was and was a full commander from engineering.
Taking the last seat, the guard closed the door and remained outside “before we get started, I would like to know why I should not be in contact with NCI to investigate the abuse my client has endured at your hands” The stunned looks told her they were not prepared for that.
Commander Vashini was many things, but a boy bashing child abuser was not one of them. This sand clamed piece of turox shit dared to claim that she was … she did not complete the thought she pushed her temper down growling, “Explain yourself.”
Smiling predatorily, “Certainly, a fifteen-year-old human child kept in chains and in solitary confinement for three days. Also, there was no food or water at that time. Other than a few pieces of food he took from your lunch your lunch” pointing at the woman with the medical insignia, “and no basic hygiene since he was taken into custody. Now if you do not believe me, ask the guard outside if she is allowed to remove my client’s chains.”
“I am Dr Arandis Norroe and if that is the case then why did he not speak up?” Arandis realized just how moronic her statement was out of her mouth closing her eyes, ”He does not vocalize and none of the guards knows hand speak.”
Lorian continued, “add in the Fact that that a large number of young males from this world disappear all the time and believe he is next on the tragic list. The only reason I would not get the interior involved is because if I did, the odds of him ever going home drops below fifty-fifty.”
The woman to Lorians right, Lt Cmdr Ashi, spoke next.” I had heard stories that it was happening, but I thought it was an exaggeration, you know, just stories. Is it really that bad?”
Looking at Lt Cmdr Ashi, ”In the almost five years since the imperium liberated this world there has been a loss of almost six hundred million people and those are the planetary governesses own numbers and if you ask an human that would give you and honest number it would be closer to a eight hundred million. With either number I would start calling it a genocide or a mass enslavement. When I first arrived, I came to get a man and make a ton of credits. I naively used to believe that we in the Imperium were the righteous and virtuous ones, not anymore. The interior and the nobility are all out of control of this world. Now there are some who are doing the Empress's good work, but there are not enough of them.”
Zirlyn turned to Cmdr Vashini “This changes things, we are going to need to protect him from not just external but internal threats. I will take care of the boy, Robert and make sure safe and not abused and has everything he needs. I will make sure he has access to communicate with family and other involved persons. Once my background investigation is complete.”
Cmdr Vashini was reeling, she was complicit in boy bashing, almost. She had fucked up now she had to fix it. “Advocate, LtCmdr Ashix will see to all of the issues you have raised” Raising her voice “Guard Please get in here.”
The guard replied as she entered, ”Yes Ma’am”
“Please get our guest fully kitted out with the exception of weapons, armor, and electronic devices he will not need for now. And return any personal items again with exceptions identified. All personnel that need to interact with our guest will be equipped with a translation program for terrain hand speak. Once kitted out you and two others will escort our guest to an area where he may take care of his personal hygiene needs without intrusion. Per naval protocol our guest will not be restrained unless he is being interviewed by a technical person. That means leave the restraints in the interview room. Dismissed.”
When the guard acknowledged her orders and left, Cmdr Vashini “That should improve his treatment. The restraints are required, unless overridden by a flag officer. Advocate is there anything I can do right now to correct his mistreatment.”
“That should be sufficient for now. When this meeting is over I will check in with my client and see if he needs anything else and coordinate with LtCmdr Ashix ”, Lorian replied, relieved that there was no fight or recrimination, just fix the problems and more on.
Cmdr Vashini turns to Dr Norroe, “Doctor you're up.”
Dr Norroe sat up and began her presentation, ”I start with a complete review of his medical and educational records which are interesting to say the least. I was able to verify four items identified by a human psychologist from before the liberation, any one of these if he were not human, he would have been institutionalized with the expectation of a pending psychotic break and becoming a danger to himself and others. In curd terms he is a defective and was labeled as so when his mother moved him to Prescott. Fortunately for us his mother chose to parental educate.”
Lorian broke in “Don’t you mean fortunately for him not us?”
Bemused by the interruption” Yes you are correct. Where was I,” looking back to her notes “parental education option. To say I am impressed with her success is an understatement. He completed the imperium basic primary education curriculum in less than three terrain years with exceptional marks in every subject except language related courses. This shows his raw intelligence is very high and my cognitive test confirms he is at least a one in a hundred thousand intellect.”
Dr Norroe paused to let the good part sink in,” Now the four items I mentioned earlier Dyslexia, digraphia, low latent inhibition, and manic depression. We have different names for them, dyslexia is called ‘non-linear developmental psychosis’, digraphia is called ‘limited developmental cognitive articulation’ these a both defined by humans as learning disabilities and the humans have been aware if this for some though most of the time it is miss diagnosed. When correctly identified there are several strategies to work around and adapt the educational environment for this. For low latent inhibition or hyper process stimulation, this is so rare for us there is almost no research on the subject, except to indicate that it is a death sentence by the age of ten and mostly affects boys.
Cmdr Vashini broke in, “Are you telling me that humans deal with this all of the time.”
Dr Norroe had to laugh,” Hardly, with the learning disabilities they do not just deal they have used it a s a species to drive their technological advancement without dyslexia I do not think the human would have gone from the first powered flight to their lunar landing in one human lifetime, research in the subject showed that half of the engineers involved had the condition. The condition affects about fifteen to twenty percent of the population, so I believe there was an evolutionary advantage. About the same number of humans are left-handed, for the Shil’vita left handedness is about three percent.”
Lorian remembered something Robert had said: it is a blessing and a curse.
“With humans there is a very diverse spectrum of these learning disabilities.” Dr Norroe continued. “ In His case the manic depression is directly tied to his limited ability to articulate what he is thinking. This may be why he produced so many abstract art pieces, he is expressing an idea the only way he can.
Back to the testing I did with Robert showed not only is he very intelligent, but he is very creative as well and like all the others who have dyslexia, he just thinks differently.”

Garquile was as close to his happy place as the situation would allow. His ankle monitor chaffed as he tried to move around the kitchen. Two things in his life brought him great pleasure. Cooking and barrel racing. Cooking was a creative passion, a chance to tune out the world and concentrate on the creation of a flavor and texture, a single note of a song that would make up a meal. He had prepped all of the fruits, vegetables and was now working on the main dish, two large Copi, fresh from the upper Mississippi River. Deboning and deveining was the tedious and delicate part. If you rushed, you could leave the meat unpresentable. Finishing his cleanup of the filets, he surveyed his handy work, perfect he thought.
Three perfect filets for the adults doing their important adulting stuff, even with all four advocated here. The kids, himself included, would have the other filets with the gill meat and the trimming from the other filets that were too thin to be cooked the way he wanted. The Copi was covered in a mango lime jerk chutney to give the fish a delicate crusted glaze, when cooked in an outdoor brick oven. Waiting for the Copi, would be individual bowls of pad thai, served with a reduced coconut milk jerk spice reduction.
The kids, himself and his siblings would get fish tacos. Fish tacos were not something he made very often for dinner, it was finger food, it was not appropriate for the evening family meal in the dining room, but they were not having a real family meal tonight, so guilty finger food was on the menu.
Tonight’s meal would have been fun if not for the fact that he and Tommy were both wearing ankle monitors and Robert was locked in a cage and was being treated like an animal, from what he had overheard. Afterwards, the adults sealed off the dining room so they could talk in private. The family dining room was the only place in the house that could double up as a conference room.
Tommy had been pretty freaked out over the three days they had been detained. Tommy had explained it to him the day after they got back. Humans until very recently were not citizens of the Imperium and had no legal status for due process, so if he did anything the powers that be could just ship him off to the marines. It was a favorite tactic of the interior to deal with the troublemakers. Now he was a muted version of himself. Tommy always seemed to want to protect Robert, mainly from family shit with his grandfather.
He had met both Robert and Tommy about a month after they had moved to Earth in a Kung fu class. One of his mother’s security detail had started training long before he and his family arrived and suggested it as a way to integrate into the local community in a controlled environment. His sisters loved it from the start, mainly to interact with boys. It was not until he shifted into the Tia chi that he began to enjoy the Kung Fu. The only thing he still dreaded was sparing, the human boys would take the opportunity to hit him a little harder just to piss off his sisters. He remembered that early on Robert never attacked when he spared only using counter strikes.
He remembered his father telling him that every young woman should defend their family and every young man should have the poise and confidence to allow them to do it. Having confidence in your wife’s ability to defend you showed in how you presented yourself, you would never cower because you would never have to. Public displays of confidence in your wives are one of the most powerful displays of love and devotion the world can ever be shown. At least according to his father, he had eleven wives in his forty-six years and his youngest wife, Lalania, was almost twenty.
The timer on the oven pulled Garquile out of his thoughts the Copi was done and needed to be plated. Presentation was important, mother had an image to maintain, he could not and would not serve anything that was just thrown onto a plate. He and three of his sisters would serve the adults restaurant style since this was working dinner. Tommy would be serving the wine, he had the advantage working as a server in the local casino’s restaurant. Servers worked with the waiters to refresh the drinks and bring out the food for the waiters to present to customers. The server position was just a dodge to get around the law requiring waiters to be eighteen human years old to serve alcohol.
Garquile’s mother only tolerated having a large household staff to serve official functions. She had been very forceful when she had become governess. So that her children would not become lazy bottom feeders, all of the children had chores. Garquile had traded his sister Valenlina, laundry for cooking. She hated both chores, but laundry took less time than cooking the family meal four nights a week.
Garquile had chosen a pair of white wines from the Sonoita region, a Albarino and a Verdejo. Tommy had suggested these because they were very popular with fish at the restaurants. The guests would get to choose, and the family would get the leftovers. Garquile had Valenlina call their father and tell him that dinner was on its way. When they arrived with the food the table was not cleared but all the papers and data slate had been moved to the side of their owners. Garquile sighed. So much for his proper presentation, they were too engrossed to really care, but the show must go on. As his sisters presented the meal to their guests and family, Garquile described the meal, detailing each aspect. Tommy picked up with a well-practiced description of the wines when Garquile finished.
With the meal served, the children retreated to the outdoor patio. Garquile and Tommy brought out the tacos and chips and set them up near the fire pit. Valenlina came out last carrying the blender and margarita mix, the only thing missing was alcohol. Garquile intended to fix that at least.
Tommy had been looking out for Robert ever since they had met, not that Robert needed protection. Tommy acted like a filter, keeping the B.S. to a minimum and keeping him engaged with the people around him. When Tommy had asked him and Valenlina to help with the car,both of them had been excited. For Valenlina, a classic human car was a maybe someday dream, but time with Tommy was time with Tommy. Tommy explained that Robert had really started engaging with people when they started the car. It was something he could talk about that others could understand…. right up until the motor that had taken the six months of hard-core scrapping to buy. When the motor had turned out to be a worthless boat anchor, Robert had reverted to being disengaged. Lost in his data slate shell as he had been before, Garquile still did not know what had gotten Robert to re-engage so to speak.
As everyone was chowing down on the tacos, Garquile got the mixer going on the drinks. Valenlina started giving Tommy a back rub in to hope he would relax for a little while when she asked, “So Tommy, I never asked, whose idea was it to make the car fly?”
Sighing in pleasure Tommy replied, ”You keep that up I will tell you all of my secrets and maybe a few lies to make you believe in Santa Claus.”
Garquile brought over a tray of drinks, ”Mother would be aghast if she saw you handling a boy like that, and what do you mean Santa Claus isn’t real? You have destroyed my innocence!” He chimed in mockingly.
Tommy grabbed the drink when offered, Garquile made sure it was the one that was spiked. Tommy noticed the special ingredient, “Trying to help your sister loosen my resolve to her charms I see”.
Garquile feigned ignorance about the fact Tommy and his sister had been having sex for over a year now. Valenlina had told him, as soon as it happened, because she had to tell somebody, and he could keep a secret. There was a problem with the secret as it was not a secret. All of the parents knew and let Tommy and Valenlina believe they were being discreet. Valenlina had explained to him that Tommy was amazing, but he was also safe, and he felt the same way. They were not using each other, just enjoying what they had. Knowing it would be over in less than a year, when she would travel to Shil for University. “Please, my sister has no charm, as well as limited manners, but if you are going to spill your secrets…. I am listening.”
Valenlina worked her hands from the top of Tommy’s shoulders to just below his shoulder blades, ”As I am putty in Valenlina hands, I will tell you it was all Bobby’s idea. The reason he withdrew was he was afraid Granddad would get pissed about wanting to do a Shil’vita based retro mod on a sixty-nine Charger.”
Garquile finally getting his own drink “I would have watched Granddads reaction. I bet he blew a gaskit?.. I think that was the right way to say that.”
“It was, but not the way you would think. His first reaction was to snarf the beer he was drinking right his nose laughing. The guy he got the car from, Martinez, had a couple requests, ‘make it cool, fast and no shit purple shil metal on it’. ates the purple metal because it is a pain to shape by hand.” Pausing for another sip of his drink. “It took my Granddad a good five minutes to stop coughing while Robert was sitting there waiting for him to lay down the hammer on him, but then granddad said something neither of us were expecting.‘show what you have.’ Robert just sat there stunned then like a dam breaking. Bobby asked are you sure and my granddad just said show me what you have. “
Getting up to sit next to him, Valenlinaleaned over to wrap her arms around him. “It took Bobby about three hours to explain what needed to be done to make the car fly, with a top speed that he guessed was around two hundred and fifty miles an hour. When Bobby dropped that little tidbit about going faster granddad asked how much faster. Bobby only said that if he didn't deal with the heat, the car would melt. My granddad couldn'tthink how fast that would be and just told Boddy "let's just make it fly first then go for speed records.”
Garquile then asked, “So how long did it take to design all of this, to me it seemed that it was all in his head?”
Tommy rolled head back and laughed “To be honest, I have no idea, he could have been thinking about it since we started. He is like a dog playing fetch and then suddenly he sees a squirrel and off to the races, then ten minutes later he comes back with a rabbit and toy boat.”

I’m 33F. This hemorrhoid quite literally popped up out of nowhere yesterday afternoon while I was running errands. At first I thought I had a wedgie or something digging into me but I realized that wasn’t the case once I got home. I’m not constipated, I didn’t do any heavy lifting yesterday, literally nothing but sit at my desk at work. It popped out when I was walking around. I AM however on my monthly cycle (towards the end).
The pain kept me awake all day because the Prep H didn’t do anything since it’s a clotted hemorrhoid. I ordered lidocaine with vasoconstrictor and it got here this morning and has been taking the edge off the pain but obviously it’s still painful. Overnight, the hemorrhoid got larger in size. I read that the first 24-48 hours it can get worse and be the most painful but then it starts to get better. I’m just genuinely freaking out because of the size. It’s also not soft like when pressing on a vein should be, it’s quite hard.
Are there any tips or tricks I don’t know of that might help? I’ve used the creams, I took a warm bath, iced it, I’ve been laying down on my stomach to keep blood from going towards that region too much in hopes it won’t keep getting bigger.
Anything else I can do?
Adding that I also have not had to go to the bathroom as of yet but I’m terrified for when the time comes…if it ruptures, will it stop bleeding on its own?
Also out of curiosity, I’ve never had children before but if I WERE to have children in the future…just how screwed am I in the hemorrhoid department when I’m getting them randomly before even having kids? Thanks lol

I bought a house in new construction. They raised the property with several feet of clean fill. Slowly filling out my yard and got a few trees and shrubs.
I'm going to dig out the holes for the trees pretty large and am planning to amend with some generic soil amendment from the big box store for 'trees and shrubs' for the weeping cherry, gingko and Wilsonii olive tree. I'm also probably renting a post hole auger to drill down about 2 feet deeper than the main hole because the soil is hard packed. The pond builders needed an SDS hammer to carve out part of our koi pond last summer. That auger will get below the level of what the builder compacted.
Beyond a soil amender for my heavenly bamboo and the few trees listed, I'm putting in a few camellias and a trident maple. Does the trident maple need soil acidfier like the camellias?
Everything is either telling me generic fertilizer, or use acidifier but is also for trees that are already in the ground. Like, fertlize twice a year, but nothing about how to prep really terrible dirt into good tree soil.
I want my new trees to thrive, so do I need to do special things for them beyond the auger for depth and tree/ shrub amend?
All are in 15 gallon pots, none were bare root at any time. I picked smaller trees that just arrived at the nursery a few weeks ago rather than last seasons so hopefully the roots will spread easier.

"The Accident" Monday - Week 4

• You start the day by seeing a cutscene of the bullies gossiping again, they are talking about the events you caused prior to this week and start shit talking the basu sisters and how "weird" they are. They even mention the ghost of the third floor bathroom, mentioning that it is a myth within school grounds that some idiots, like the occult club, fully believe in. You can hear them even talk about the murder case that took place. Just to give a bit of lore into the game.
• Oka, who is cleaning the bathroom stall, will overhear the gossip and take a mental note of some of the things that was said. Promptly walking out. After doing so she is followed by harassment of the bullies.
• Around Monday morning, a little bit closer to class time, you can overhear Oka talking to herself in the club room about how the ghost might actually be a demon in disguise. You can choose to talk to Oka and tell her to investigate the "weird ghost of bathroom floor 3". She even says you can get information about the Basu sisters if you talk to the spirit, making her REALLY want to talk to them.
• Oka notes that 3-4AM is the prime time demons are active, meaning she would need help getting access to school grounds at that time. You agree.

Monday Night

You probably might need to buy a Ouija board from the toy store before going to do this activity.

• Around 2:30AM on monday night, you and Oka meet just outside of school grounds. You note that due to recent activity ( due to disappearances or murders ) they have police guards outside, roaming the gate of the school.
• You can either walk to the nearby town and break into a store to gain bangsnaps and masks OR you can simply distract them using giggles, footsteps and rocks you find.
• If you're inside of the store, you could do a little minigame where you have to avoid cops, closer to the "stalker house" for Osana.
• Once you have a clean gate. You can hop the gate to get into school grounds. You remember from looking around that turning off the alarm system is hidden somewhere inside of the school grounds on one of the walls.
• Walking around, and distracting more guards, you can find a little box that's inside of a building known only as "Faculty Only" ( replaces the maze ). This building can get into for yet another lockpicking minigame, simelar to "Skyrim". Once in you can sneak around.
• At the back of the building you locate a box which has a password. You need one.
• If you have ever snooped around the headmasters office, you would have accidentily picked up this password thrown away in the trash. "1980".
• Imputting the password safely shuts down the alarm system of the school. You and Oka now enter the school.
• You make your way up to the third floor with flashlights in a little cutscene where you talk to eachother. Just a little way for Oka to gain your trust. Maybe another Minigame?
• You and Oka will pull out an Ouija board. Once she does this, you will sneak out of the room and attempt to find something lethal.
• Using the gloves from the drama club, A piece of rope you find inside of the Gym, the sacrificial knife and some red paint. You can stage this murder to look like it took place due to a freaky demon summoning. Leaving the Ouija board where it is on the letter "d".

Tuesday Morning

• On Tuesday morning Oka is found, in a little cutscene of the bullies finding her body in the 3rd story bathroom. She is dead.
• They will take pictures and report the death as well as post it over social media.
• Walking around school for the rest of the week you can hear unique dialogue where students talk about the death. It was ruled as supernatural. Rival Eliminated.

Burying Oka Alive
For this method you will need a little bit of prep beforehand.

Monday Morning

• Monday you must befriend every member inside of the occult club and do their unique tasks. Some might be helping them take books to the Occult club. Others might be to research things. It will take a full day.

Tuesday Morning

• On tuesday ask one of the people you befriended to follow you. Kill them any ways necessary and get away with it any way you wish to.
• You then wait for someone to find the corpse. Anyone will do. Bonus points if it's student council. Or Oka herself.

Wednesday Morning

• Attend the "Loss of a student" assembly at the start of the day.
• at the end of the assembily walk around and try and find out where Oka is.
• Once you find Oka. Sobbing inside of the occult club. Talk to her.
• If you play your cards right you can get an invite to the funeral. Oka will even put her number in your phone to text you the address.

Thursday Morning

• You don't attend school. Instead you call in sick and go to the store to pick up supplies. Mostly being a bunch of useful items to help you Bury Oka.

Friday Morning

• Friday, if you have your score high enough, you can tranq Oka.
• There will be a cutscene where, instead of bringing her home, you can bring her to the cemetary where one of her friends is buried.
• There will be a little minigame where you need to dig up the grave and place Oka inside.
• The other member of the occult club will be disposed of. Maybe inside of the river nearby.
• Before the funeral friday afternoon, You swap the corpse of Oka and Supana inside of the coffin left right next to the hole they dug for it.
• While the funeral is attending, Oka wakes up. Her screams and cries cannot be heard in a six foot deep hole.
• After everyone leaves you see Ayano stay behind. The camera pans to her face as she smiles a very twisted grin. Bye Bye Oka!

Bullying Oka?

Monday - Week 4

• You walk to the basu sisters and notice Oka is stalking them. You take a picture of this.
• Through the day you will notice Oka clearly stalking these sisters. Take multiple pictures. You'll need them.
• Either you can report her to the councler and remove her that way...or...

Monday Night

• Monday Night you can go onto social media and upload a doc including the images of Oka stalking. "Today I saw Oka Ruto stalking the Basu sisters! Weird much?"
• The bullies will respond.

Tuesday Morning

• The bullies will target Oka.
• You can see all of them but Kokoro joining in. Kokoro seems distant.
• Buy a microphone. You'll need it for later.

Tuesday Lunch

• At lunch time you can see the bullies hanging out at the back of the school while on a smoke break. They gossip about Oka. Making fun of how creepy and weird she is. Basically shit talking her.
• Record the conversation <3
• Either wait til class time or get your way around staff and steal the ID card from the teachers lounge. This is to turn on the announcement speakers.

Tuesday class time

• During class time make your way over to the announcemt room
• You do a minigame like the Swipe card minigame from Among Us.
• If you've got what you need the outside red box above the door should turn from "Off air to On Air"
• The speakers will blast out the conversation that happened at lunch of all of the girls shit talking Oka. Everyone is listening.
• Oka will put her head on the desk and cover her ears. Kokoro looks over at her in sympathy.
• You quickly leave the room as you see staff coming.

Tuesday after school

• Kokoro and Oka will have a conversation about what happened.
• You note that Kokoro hates being apart of the bullies and tells Oka she doesn't mean to hurt her.
• She promises to not bully Oka, but cannot say that for her friends.
• Notification: "Kokoro isn't a bully?"

Wednesday Morning

• Put a note in Kokoro's locker talking about "Bullying Resentfulness".
• "Maybe I should meet them?"
• Meet her on the rooftop.

Kokoro: "Oh! You're the one who wanted to meet me here?" Ayano: Yes. I need to ask some questions. Kokoro: I'm listening..? Ayano: I apologise for being insensitive. I overheard your conversation with Oka while cleaning. Why are you friends with Musume? Kokoro: It's a long story honestly..I don't wish to talk about it. Ayano: What if I said I could help you remove yourself from the group? Kokoro: *Ugh* Fine. I'll tell you. Only if you promise that it won't be spread to them. Kokoro: Back in my old school I was the nerdy girl that was bullied for being different. The bullying got so bad I got thoughts of..disappearing. I was quickly enrolled in akademi after informing my parents. Kokoro: I joined and instantly got scared of Musume and her gang. I knew I wouldn't survive if I got bullied again..sooo I joined them. Kokoro: If you can't beat 'em. Join 'em. So.. I dressed like them, acted like them and eventually befriended them. Kokoro: Every damn fuckin' day I wish I could leave the damn group...but I'm too scared to. Ayano: You can. I have a plan. Kokoro: what do you mean? Ayano: Meet me at the allyway by odayaka bakery at 6pm. I'll tell you. Kokoro: I'll take anything at this point to be myself again. I'll meet you there.

• Through the day you can see Oka getting bullied. Time and time again Kokoro refuses to bully. This leads to a "talk".

Wednesday Lunch Time

• Behind the school Musume and Kokoro have a conversdation. Record it.

Musume: Koko, the fuck? Kokoro: What do you mean, Musume? Musume: You refuse to indulge in our group anymore, what gives eh? You lesbian or something? Kokoro: Lesbian, what do you mean? Musume: You love the girl. that Oka girl. Don't you? Kokoro: No. Ew. She's a freak I'd never love a girl like her. Kokoro: She's a fuckin' weirdo that's into that weird occult shit. She's ugly and gross too and a petty little stalker. She's insane. Never love agirl like her. We ain't even friends. Musume: That's the spirit! So guuurl why do you liiiike...not bully her theeeen? Kokoro: I wanna get more info to expose her to the WHOLE school. Tryna figure out who spread out juicy little convo *Both of them giggle* Musume: alright gurl, talk to you lateeerrr!

• Musume will go back to the group.
• You can share this audio with Oka. Oka will be deeply upset.

• Take the conversation to Musume to hear. Musume will be standing next to the pool having a smoke.
• After hearing this Musume will go "WHAT THE FUCK?! SHE'S GOING DOWN!" and run away.
• Musume will run into the doorway of the occult club and point at Oka. Start recording!

Musume: YOU!! HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT SHIT ABOUT ME!! Oka: *Preying* I-I didn't...I wasn't... *Oka looks at her hands* Musume: Don't lie to me Oka. this is the final stray. I WILL ruin your life.

• Musume runs off angry. Kokoro will appear, wondering what is going on.
• She sees Oka crying and Supa hugging her.

Kokoro: Oka...I... Oka: SHUT UP!! YOUR ONE OF THEM!! MAYBE IF YOU CARED YOU WOULD'VE PROTECTED ME FROM THIS!! Oka: YOU WERE MY FIRST FRIEND HERE AND YOU JOINED THOSE BITCHES!! LEAVE ME ALONE!!

• Kokoro will start crying. She will turn to you, noticing you saw it.
• "I can't do this anymore...what's the plan?"
• I'll tell you at 6. You hug Kokoro.

• You meet Kokoro in the allyway behind the Bakery.

Kokoro: Ayano! What's the plan Ayano: We're going to break in. Kokoro: huh...what do you mean? Ayano: You wanna leave the bullies, right? Kokoro: Yea... Ayano: The only way, in my eyes, is to stop her from bullying alltogether. Kokoro: WHAT?! Kokro: Ayano! She will NEVER listen to me! What were you thinking? Ayano: It's the only option we have!! Besides, I'll be there if things get out of hand. Ayano: If you don't you'll continue to be tormented by the disgusting actions the gang does. The only option you have is to reform her from her selfish ways. Then you will save Oka and yourself! Kokoro: and...if we fail...? Ayano: Leave it to me. Kokoro: Let's do it. I'm in. Ayano: Good choice.

• You can then enter the house. You look around and find an open window next to some vines. You can climb up these.
• Notification: "Follow Kokoro into Musume's room!"
• You follow Kokoro to the room and watch round the door.

Kokoro: Musume babes, we need to talk. Musume: OMFG!! KOKORO!! A simple knock would do?? What the fuck are you wearing? Kokoro: Not important. We need to talk. Musume: Okaaay...what about babes? Kokoro: I think we should drop the act we have. Yknoe, being bullies? It's- Musume: Wait..What?! Musume: oh my gawd you did not. You just betrayed me and the girls that's liek the number one rule??! Kokoro: No...I didn't- Musume: You stupid fuckin bitch, you're the same four eyed loser than when you first joined. Why did I even let you join our group? • A Cutscene will play out of Kokoro brutally stabbing and murdering Musume in a fit of rage.
• "OH MY GOD!! MUSUME ARE YOU OKAY?!"
• "MUSUME SPEAK TO ME! OH GOD!! I DON'T WANNA GO TO JAIL!!"
• You can go one of three ways here.
• You can get Kokoro arrested. Oka will believe the death Kokoro caused was because of her and decide to change schools. People would start beliving it was her that caused it anyways.
• You can help Kokoro. You can make the evidence look like Oka did it, even leaving a blood stained copy of Oka's clothes inside of Musume's bathroom. You can do this if you got Oka to change out of her uniform previously. Oka will be arrested.
• Clean up. Nobody say anything. The bullies will realise due to this that bullying can really cause damage to others. They will change their ways, looks and part ways into different friend groups and clubs. Kokoro will confess she has feelings for Oka after apologising. Oka is hesitant but will accept the confession, Rival Eliminated. Sumire's Vengence

Sunday - Week 3

• On this night, you will get a cutscene of Ayano sleeping. In the "dream world" everyone is at school, but nobody notices you. If they do, you're called "Ryoba."
  
• Walking up to the 3rd story bathroom you start to hear some of the dialogue from the 1980's Tutorial rival.
  
• You follow blood splatters into the bathroom and see Sumire's corpse, on the floor.
  
• After this you have another cutscene of you, watching your mother kill her first victim. The camera pans through a hallway of bloody flootsteps, blood splotches and then her, in the bathroom, murdering her victim.
  
• Ayano will say she feels a "cold breeze" and then get jumpscared by what looks to be Sumire, just with a distorted face.
  
• Ayano states she wants to put a stop to those nightmares as she has better things to worry about.
  

Monday - Week 4

• The morning will start with Oka and Senpai talking inside of the occult club. Oka will be sitting on one of the tables as Senpai is talking to her. She asks why senpai is going home early and if it's about his sisters birthday.
• He says he did, he wishes to bring her a gift but has no idea where he should put it, since she could easily go find it.
• Oka says she will keep the gift safe.
• You can then follow Oka and Senpai to the occult club where he is asked to join the clubs activies, noting that he is interested.
• They will note that they are talking about the "seven mysteries of akademi high".

Monday Lunch Time

• You can go to the Library to talk to Kuudere. She will ask as her task for help organising the Library since the bullies trashed it the day prior. You can help. While doing so you find a diary of someone that talks about some of the mysteries of Akademi.
• Inside of the book it has a slip of newspaper which talks in depth about the death inside of the upstairs third story bathroom.
• A notification will pop up. "So these dreams DO mean something. I should take a look at the bathroom."
• Walking in the bathroom you can see a notification saying "You feel cold. Go find Oka."
• You watch her walk back to class and sit alone and read. So you go to class too.

Cleaning Time

• Around cleaning time when people are getting ready to leave, you notice Oka walking to the same bathroom.
• She mysteriously dissapears when walking into the bathroom. A notification pops up saying "go find senpai".
• You find him and follow him to make sure he gets home safely.

Monday Afternoon

• You will have a cutscene where Ayano is talking to her mother.
• She will ask about the girl "Sumire" but get zero answer, even getting told to pay attention in class instead of silly roumers.
• Notification: "Mother is keeping a naughty little secret. Those dreams mean something"

The game Jumpcuts to Tuesday Morning

• You stalk senpai. "Oh my belovid senpai, why must you be tainted with this witches gaze?"
• You overhear some occult club members talking about the ghost.
• You can interupt the conversation and ask to know more, being prompted to join the occult club.
• You agree to join and both of them goofily run off to tell Oka.
• You get a cutscene of saki and inkyu talking about how they "have to be silent for her" and "don't forget why we are here".
  
• You are now in the occult club, surrounded by it's members.
  
• Oka refuses to let Ayano join, but after being persuaded by her club members she caves and allows it.
  
• Notification: "Oka really knows a lot more than she lets on. She is a wolf in sheeps clothing."
  

After Class

• You see senpai and Oka talking.
• You hear senpai talking about a book he took from oka
• Before figuring out a plan you realise he read it all already. Shoot.
• Senpai and Oka agree to meet up at 5:15 at the school enterence.
• Oka will walk to the rooftop, while doing so you see her appearence in the mirror glitch into "Sumire". You freak out.
• Oka walks to the roof. The school bell rings and the screen cuts to black.

9pm,Tuesday Night

• You see a cutscene of Ayano reading one of the books she stole from the occult club.
• Ayano will start reading, talking about how to contact a spirit.
• She notes that the hole of a Planchette can be used to see into a persons soul, see the real them.
• A planchette was given to you by Chojo earlier that day for helping him clean out the occult books from the library ( if you did his task )
• If you didn't do his task, you can buy a planchette from a new store called "Halloween all the time" that sells makeshift blood and stuff.
• As she talks, the light above her starts flickering, the scene cuts to black.

Wednesday Morning

• You start inside of the gym. Oka says you cannot do the activity today as she needs to go somewhere important tonight.
• Someone in the club says she's actually going on a date with the "boring dude". Your Senpai.
• Notification: "How fucking DARE she goes on a date with him. I'm going to murder her".
• Panning back to Oka's face you realise she has a menacing grin on it. She knows what she's doing.
• Chojo then says he didn't have food this morning so he is going to get some. Snapping you out of your thoughts.
• Supana says she wishes to go with you. You oblige.
• You get a cutscene where Supana and Ayano talk together in the occult club.
• You get to learn a bit about Oka and her club friends. Mostly you learn she's a weird anomaly that randomly showed up one week and became super close to her club members as well as senpai. Weird.
• Notification: "If they knew her for a year, how have they not figured out her secret yet?"
• Notification: "I'm pretty sure she isn't what she looks like."

Wednesday Lunch Time

• At lunch you See Oka in the occult club. Alone.
• You walk up behind her and look through the planchette. You see the ghost of Sumire staring back at you.
• Notification: "What the fuck?"
• Oka will notice you are there and ask if you need something, this time her face is distorted.
• Ayano will say she is just passing by, prompting Oka to say she looks tense. This time with the face of Sumire.
• Ayano will freak out and promptly leave. A little cutscene of her running through the school is played.

Wednesday After School

• Around 5pm you can listen in to the conversation between a drama club member and a cooking club member at the front of the school. They are talking about how the third floor bathroom stinks and blames it on bento.
• You then can walk a bit to see Oka and Senpai talking.
• They are making a documentary.
• Notification: If my kind killed you once we can kill you again.
• You talk to Supana behind the school about a spirit that has come back for revenge.
• She notes that according to a book she read spirits that come back for revenge come back with false forms.
• Supana gives you multiple ideas on how people exercise ghosts. A lot of these ideas are the ones seen inside of Phasmophobia OR Mortuary Assistant
• You note the topic inside of the occult book was confusing and thank her for clearing up what you were confused about. She says you're welcome and you both part ways.

Wednesday Evening Cutscene

• Burning the place where she died and her would be difficult considering Ayano doesn't know exactly where she died, so she'd have to burn the entire bathroom.
• Ayano notes not only the difficulty in louring Oka to that exact bathroom but also the fact that burning the room would be really difficult inside of a school.
• Ayano notes she has seen her go there and disappear, maybe she can wait for her there.

Thursday Morning

• A cutscene starts of the bell ringing and all of the students walking into school.
• It cuts to ayano standing outside of the gardening club staring at the leader.
• Once you take control, you have to do the minigame to steal the keys. You then have to distract the gardening leader and somehow manage to get gasoline into the school.
• Notification: Wait for class time.
• Once class time is there, you can sneak the gasoline can into the third story bathroom and hide it inside of a stall. Nobody goes in here anyways.
• You can then go to the announcement room and do a minigame similar to Among Us to disable cameras and remove the cables.
• You can do another minigame similar to Welcome to the game 2 which can get you to delete footage off of the PC of you carrying the jerry can into the school itself.
• You rush to class and get a minigame that's the same as the Councler minigame. You can do this minigame to get out of detention for being late.

Thursday lunchtime you can purchase Matches from Info-Chan. You can also go to the store any previous days to buy them yourself.

After school Thursday

• You walk up to the bathroom and place the contents of the jerry can around. This could also be a minigame simelar to Viscero Cleanup Detail where you can use a mop possibly to place the contents all around the floor?
• You can hide in a stall and wait. 20 minutes pass.
• Notification: I've been waiting 20 minutes. Where the hell is she?
• You walk out of the stall, triggering a cutscene.
• You walk up to oka. Seemingly dead on the bathroom floor. Right where she died all those many years ago.

Ayano: Sumire? Ayano: S..She's dead? ???: Isn't dead. Just unconcious. Ayano turns around, suprised someone else is here. Ayano: Who are you? Panning the camera around to see the person ayano is talking to, you see it is the ghost of Sumire herself.
A cutscene plays out, glitchy but just about seeable. Dialogue glitchy but just about hearable. It shows Sumire's death. The face of the Murderer is blurred, but due to the hair you can clearly see it's Ryoba.
Ayano: So you are Sumire. You used Oka's blood to hold your false form the entire time.. Sumire: At least you got something right. Sumire: Oka was the easiest. Just a little paranormal activity and she came running! Your mother is the real one to blame here. Ayano: Even if you despised my mother so much, what is your purpose? You used an Innocent girl as your puppet! Sumire: Don't act like you CARE for Oka. You only wanted Taro after all. Sumire: Besides. I was using her as a ploy for you. I will use your blood to take your form and get revenge on your mother for what she did to me all those years ago. Sumire: After getting rid of your mother and taking her form, I will finally have Jokichi all to myself! Ayano: So you only took Oka's form and flirted with Taro as a ploy to get me here so you can steal my blood and take my form to act upon your weird revenge plan? Sumire: Ah! Ahahaha! I wish your mother was this intellegent! Ayano: I wish you were too. Can you smell?
Ayano lights a match and throws it to the ground. Ghastly screams start being heard. Ayano stares at Sumire with a twisted sadistic grin as the camera slowly pans down to Oka's seemingly lifeless body. The body is then dragged off scene. The screen cuts to black. Soon after this the sprinkler system kicks in and starts spraying the bathroom. You leave the scene as the police are called.

Thursday night at your house.

You and Oka can be seen in the living room. She is lying down with bandages on her and an ice pack on her head. She can also be seen in a blanket you found inside of the basement. She sits up. Stares at you and smiles lovingly.
Oka: Thankyou for saving me. Ayano. Oka: I never really did love that man. I'm so glad I'm free now.

Friday Morning

A cutscene starts, The headmaster makes an announcement that the bathroom was on fire after school yesterday. Nobody has been caught, considering the cameras were disabled. He states the bathroom is strictly off limits and anyone going in there shall and will be suspended indefinably until they find the culprit. He asks that people stop calling the bathroom "Haunted" and to keep a close eye out for any weird activity involving the bathroom. He thanks everyone and lets them get on with their day.
If you walk around school grounds before class, multiple people can be found with unique dialogue that you can listen in on which talk about how they feel about the burning haunted bathroom. The scene cuts to black as soon as you go to class and the next week starts after that. Oka is presumed eliminated, considering she never liked Senpai.

In one episode a steam train has been frozen solid over winter, bohanan digs out the loco, and lights a fire in it then jump cut to it steaming away happily. There must be more of a procedure to starting a frozen train than lighting a fire and hoping for the best? How do you even prep a loco for sitting frozen all winter?
